The sink and bathroom was dirty and the bathroom door was broken
The room was clean and in good condition, however the TV was nor working. The outside door does not have pin to the wall so it was noise against the door upon wind blowing.
No Transparency - Incorrect information on room ad
First there Family villa advertisements says it was gonna provide 2 double beds plus 6 twin beds to cater for 10 people. However upon check in, we were told it was 2 double beds with only 4 twin beds, other 2 was just couch beds. No microwave was provided. Frying pan was given instead but a day after. Service was slow. Upon giving them laundry, they said $15 per load. Once load was given to them, they said it was too much clothes they will charge another $30.
Limited options for meals, average housekeeping, and below average staff service (appeared under-staffed).

Generally I think the resort needs to step up their customer service, the housekeeping is limited during my stay I only receive one service from the house cleaning team, Breakfast they can be more varieties of food should be available, I was wondering if there is a security guard, on Saturday I could not sleep at all, there were lot's of drunkest opposite the resort area, and even some guest have been partying hard like it's their premises and not a resort. I am not satisfied with most of their services to be honest, but I believe they are doing the best they can to keep this resort running. Other than that, I like it cause it's isolate from the main road and everyday traffic noise .

Locals hotel. Good for what we needed which was a hotel near Wailoaloa for 2 nights with 3 beds. Staff nice and good fun playing volleyball.

This property was absolutely disgusting it was dirty had no toliet paper.it was danderous att the top of the stairs. Ripped sheets no toilet paper.2 towles for 4 people noisey all-night was so disgusting wouldnt let a stray dog stay there. Its soooo filtyhy
The staff although friendly were disorganised they allowed us to leave our hire car there for 2 nights while we toured the islands n organised pick up from a local hotel however we had planned to stay another night but upon getting our room the toilet had poo on the seat n lid the shower had no tap there was nothing to clean with that wasn't dirty n tea towels no cutlery the bed was broken so we didn't stay the second night...the early morning lift that was supposed to be organised didn't happen so left me little time to get back to the pick up point on foot all around poor experience

This hotel is tired and run down, in need of high level maintenance just to bring it up to code. The rooms are bare but serviceable. There does not appear to be any fire or smoke alarms, the light fitting was hanging out of the ceiling and only one power point worked in the room.The bathroom is a shock and really quite disgraceful. Mould and stains in the toilet and shower, broken tap fittings, no hot water ….. the list is endless. You get one towel and one bath mat and one toilet paper and one small soap. The rooms are not serviced and I stayed five nights. The hotel’s gardens are pretty and fairly well maintained. Most of the staff are truly delightful. However, I did come across one young lady who hardly looked up from her phone to grunt at me. She was not at all helpful. There is a restaurant and bar but I did not see them open. Breakfast is simple but all you need. The pool is refreshing. There is some noisy building work going on. I’m not sure what they are doing but the place needs a major uplift - I can’t imagine where you would begin. The runway is at the rear of the property. It was quite exciting to watch the planes during the day but very loud at night. The location is not very central and not very quiet with the busy road at front and busy runway to the rear. There is a mini mart and some nicer restaurants etc a quick walk along the road. Wi-fi anywhere is patchy at best.
The advertisement of the place was NOT TRUE. The place is about 2 km away from the beach, so one need a car but advertised as Beach Resort. All others were fine, you get what you pay.

Checking.in took long, it.is a run down hotel for sure Doors werent locking, screen on windows broken or ripped, fridges not working. We stayed two night's and the shower didnt work the next morning at ALL! Breakfast was 3 items

It's cheap. But you get what you pay for. It's conveniently located close to the airport. We just used it to overnight in. However the walls are paper thin. It's very noisy, because you can hear everything going on in the room next door, plus it is directly under the flight path and next door to the airport. Take earplugs. Room was large but floor was sticky. No hot water jug in the room. Included breakfast was only toast and porridge.

Good location. Close to Truemart, Wailoaloa Beach Club and the Wailoaloa Beach. There's a lovely restaurant right next to the accommodation Staff went above and beyond to problem solve and cater for our needs. Shout out to Mele for her excellent services. Bed was really comfortable and pool was great. Management probably needs to invest a bit in renovations esp services such as gym, wider range of breakfast menu, etc. Room smelt musty - prob needs better ventilation/cleaning products. Fridges are not standardised in each room. After changing rooms we got a better fridge.
What you see in Expedia pictures is not the actually place. It’s dirty , filthy.
Very limited sound proofing, can actually hear people in he next room, word for word, also in the middle of the night !!. ALSO ON ARRIVAL I DID NOT GET ROOM AS BOOKED SO FIRST NIGHT I HAD TO STAY WITH FRIENDS. as alternative accomodation provided by the resort was unsafe and not clean at all.

One of the filthy rooms was given. When inquired, Was told that was the standard room. Was charged $150 a day only a ceilings fan no other amenities. Had to upgrade and paid another $250 to change the room. Still filthy room

Be aware
With my business i travel approx 30 weeks per year and stay at numerous hotels and this hotel would be one if not the most disappointing stay, my booking was for 5 nights i checked out early after 4 nights, had not hot water the room was only made once and if you have dinner at the hotel take note you must pay for your meal in cash at the time of order , the maintenance crew worked on the roof drilling and hammering till 11.30 pm , While sitting on balcony could overhear another guest voicing their disappointment and also check out that same night
No transfers from airport as advised, given wrong room, and nothing we asked/paid for. No towels given, room service, no kitchen equipment so could not use. Beds were uncomfortable and not clean, tv connection was sparking when turned on, when fixed tv would tune outevery 30 seconds. No internet for 3 days too. First night we were keept up till 1am from loud noisey guests. Not a good selection of food. Dont recommend.
They were terrible , they don’t care about people’s comfort. There were 2 days of group parties all night until 8 am , the staff didn’t not do anything about it I had to go and look for them, no one in reception all closed. Shocking. Drunk people knocking my daughter’s room. No security at all. This place should be shut down.
We had to ask for a remote for the A/C, password for the wifi (it didn't work though) and a remote for the TV, which also didn't work. The breakfast was the bare minimum with nothing but instant coffee and powdered whitener. The pool and patio were nice and the room was adequate.
Not for tourists. So dirty, showers looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Locks didn’t work, air conditioning didn’t work. Beds were awful, stained, tatty. Definitely not a place for tourists 1 night stop over in Nadi.
My family and I had 3 bookings however the hotel only had 2 and it took the hotel 2.5 hours to find it and sort it out. The staff in general do not care, the food is bad no matter what you eat or what meal of the day it is. The aircon did not work, the tv did not work the wooden stairs were falling by apart, the place in general really needs a renovation and all the staff need to go! I would never stay here again and I would recommend that this place is a last resort only!
Insects Cockroach everywhere, even when you open tape in shower the cockroach will come from everywhere. Ants, smelly room bugs, centipedes in the room. Water licks from toilet and shower and floods washrooms . Bed bug’s biting in bed.

Front porch entrance key is lost, access via back door only. No burglar bars.Lightbulbs over kitchenette blown. Had to ask for appliances, TP, bin liners, coffee, tea, sugar. Fridge contained a dirty wet cloth & half eaten. coconut. Breakfast inedible. Bathroom linen threadbare/dingy white colour/stained.No security young people roaming around with boom boxes, other guests with loud voice screaming kids & no respect for neighbours., Steep steps & rough pathways throughout..
The people staff were nice, but cleanliness not so, unfortunately we had to ask for utensils, soap, towels, toilet paper, we requested a microwave in advance & it wasn’t there had to ask for it. The sliding door was broken & asked someone to fix it
I booked a family Villa but I ended up staying in a standard room with 4 beds…. Upon checking the reservation team never returns back the call to update Upon payments been carried out I was been told I don’t have a room booked. I was been transfers to another apartment which was worse.. Worst experience ever. Never ever recommend a stay at this place
Satisfied Family
We found the room to be huge, and it had 2 double beds and a single bed, with a kitchen and sitting area. There was a kettle and electric frying pan, but there were only a few utensils, and few dishes. We had breakfast included. The first morning was in the restaurant, which was fried eggs and toast, juice, and fruit the first day. The second day was toast and porridge delivered to our room. The third day was back in the restaurant, with scrambled eggs, toast, and coconut cake. The staff were helpful and friendly. Very close to the airport, so a lot of airplane noise. Pool was not deep, and quite warm. It was a good value for what we paid.
Disappointing Hotel Room
Really Pathetic Hotel, looks like a very old room. The neds was so bad that the springs was hitting the spine. Cleanliness is really into negative. There was no towels or kettle in the room. Rooms on either side separated by doors from inside and thus if a person talks in either of the room then it is heard in the middle room loud as it is. Staff was good and was trying to help their best. I have lived in few other hotels in NADI, this one was a bit better. Also every hour you have flights going just above you and will disturb your sleep
Rooms were huge. I booked a room with a pool view and I got a different room all the way in the back which was the last building. AC flooded the room and they were kind enough to relocate to a different room on the same building.
it was a nice room lots of space love the AC but the bathroom was dirty as if it wasn't cleaned and guest upstairs was too noisy. Arrived an hour early but was told to wait till check in at 2:30 didn't see any other guest there they could have made my room a priority i was traveling with 2 kids that was tired.
Stayed one night. The worst experience i ever had in resort. Couldn't lock the door with the key. Wouldn't go back there again

Worst experience I have ever had
This hotel was the hotel from hell. I rarely write a review, but I couldn't let anyone else endure what we did here. The minute we got into the room, the TV was not working. We asked this to be fixed several times and it was never attended to, always excuses. Two of the 3 single beds had bed bugs in them, the third one we couldn't see any. We had to share a single bed the whole night as the reception was closed. My friend had bed bug bites all over him from the first bed. The aircon was broken and stuck on 18C so the room was like an icebox and the shower had no shower head, just a hole in the wall that spits out the water. We did get moved the second day, but the other apartment was not much better. There were also roaches in the room, as the window was broke in the bathroom they seemed to be coming through there. The breakfast advertised was sausage and eggs but it was in fact watery oats and hot tuna sandwiches. If you are even contemplating staying here, do not. Run the other way, and keep running all the way to the airport. It completely ruined Fiji for us and we have travelled to a lot of countries. Never again. If I could give -5 stars I would.

Horrible. The walls and ceiling are not sound proof. Planes passing by every few minutes very disruptive. Sheets had stains and didnt look clean, everything looked dirty. We ordered dinner and asked for room service, one hour later we came to see if our food prepared and the staff said they were still making it but they havent started cooking. So we canceled it and bought food from the restaurant next to the resort.
Poor customer service, uneven bed mattress couldn’t sleep at all, A/C had a mind of its own and regardless of the temperature it would either get very hot or freezing cold.
While the reception staff were super friendly our check was late as room was still mot ready. When we entered the room floowers were wet and muddy. There were no bathroom mats and handtowels. TV wasnt working and we saw bed bugs the following morning. Even after 5 escalations and requests no one came to clean the room and give us towels or fix the TV. However Breakfast was good and kitchen staff super friendly
First, the staff is wonderful, but hotel room had a cockroach, a lizard and ants in the bathroom and the air con did not get fixed in the 2 nights we were there. We had a ceiling fan, but there were a few moments we wished the air con worked as it got stuffy since the windows were closed to prevent any furthers cockroaches or lizards from coming inside room
We arrived on the Day , and we got given a wrong room .Took several hours for the staff to sort it out.The staff are bit slow and friendliness is probably not in their diary. Accomodation was average for cleanliness.

Let’s start with the name, this is a motel not a “resort”, and the “beach” is nowhere near this place. This is fine as this place is more of a stopover for a night or two as it’s near the airport. Oh by near I mean as close to the runway as legally posible so be warned. The noise is not the hotel’s fault but be aware that it’s directly by the airport . The rooms are arranged around either a swimming pool (which was quite nice) or a parking lot, with the ground-level rooms having no privacy curtains on either the patio side nor on the window facing the other side. The walls are paper thin and you can literally hear people sneeze in the next room . We laughed all this off until a staff member asked us to move rooms as our room was “booked” . We asked how that was possible as we spent one night in it and had another night to go. We were told that our room had been booked and we needed to move to the “family room”. I was confused as I thought we were already in a “family room”because that’s what I booked and paid for , but it turns out we were in s smaller room with 4 beds crammed into it. The staff are nice enough here and the pool area is relaxing but honestly skip this place if you want a good nights rest .
staff is great, but the room was bad.
The staff was very helpful, but the room we stayed at had paper-thin walls and we could hear absolutely every movement in the adjacent rooms and every step in the room above. Sadly for us, we had noisy neighbors next door who stayed up talking and giggling until 2am and we couldn't sleep. We enjoyed the swimming pool after coming back from our day trips.
Wailoaloa Beach Resort met our expectations and we enjoyed our stay. The staff where great and we appreciated the complimentary breakfast. It is nice and handy to the Wailoaloa Beach restaurants and the airport. Due to the age of the resort, it is probably time for a refurbish but it is perfectly adequate. The very reasonable rates reflect this. Great place for backpackers.
The last place you need to stay
It was a dump, there are no other words. The noise at night was awful and sometimes went on 'All night'. The place seemed to attract youngsters who had no concern for anybody. The staff, although always nice and polite, had no interest in keeping any order from guests. The breakfast was, less than basic. The room was dirty, and the sheets were never changed for a week, although there were a couple of offers of room service.

We did not get the room that we booked on expedia. The room that we got did not have towels, blankets and not enough beds for everyone. Bedding was dirty. We had no hot water and couldn't take showers. We asked to get moved and the room was smaller and no hot water. It was above a convention room which was so noises. Every day we asked the front desk to for help with no success. We couldn't sleep for the entire stay. We tried to cancel but couldn't get a hold of expedia. This ruined our trip. We asked for a refund after the first night and finally the last night someone from expedia finally contacted me and said it is too late. The front desk told us that we can get a refund even if we stay there but at the end we were told something different. I never had an experience like this. No one wants to wake up with a headache everyday. The nights ruined the days. There was a large group of men drinking until late in the night. We kept waiting for maintenance to fix the hot water but no one came. We asked for extra beds and they never came. The second last day when beds might have came I saw a truck with dirty, filthy mattress. So I told them no thanks. My parents couldn't stay with us and had to make other arrangements. The Place is very dated but thats ok people can deal with that. But the pictures on expedia don't show the current condition of the resort. We heard many groups complain. Save yourself a headache spend a bit more elsewhere.
Large room. Bed was comfortable but it’s noisy outside and hard to sleep. I used earplugs and an eye mask and slept great! They only provide hand soap and towels upon request, so bring your own shampoo and body wash. It’s a backpacking hotel, a place to sleep, that’s about it. Staff is friendly.
little insects all around the ground and room floor, bathroom lights, and room lights are very poor, not bright enough can not get dressed or put makeup on, no tables or chairs in the room disturbing walls you could hear next room fighting, breakfast not good at all poor service advertise breakfast serve at 7:30 am but when we get there nothing ready till 8:15 am, selection of breakfast was only bread, slice sausage, oatmeal that's all not going to this hotel again

I liked the bangelo style area
Communication was difficult, with an agreed airport pick up just not eventuating and the staff not really caring about that, and a general diffidence in checking in. Because of late arrival (no airport pick up) I had no local cash and expected that I could get a meal at the ‘resort’ but had to cajole to have a meal and a drink added to the room tab rather purchase each item individually (with a $12 fee for each card transaction). One very lovely staff member came and had a chat but otherwise it was not a particularly friendly place. It is right next to the airport runway (really right next to) and planes regularly landing and taking off were pretty overwhelming when trying to sleep. It was advertised as quiet and peaceful. Clean and basic and the meal was simple but tasty and all would have been ok really (even the planes landing 50 metres away could have been funny) if the reception was a little warmer.
Noisy bedding no hot water not clean
Thank God we booked just one night. The photos are far from the reality, the hotel needs a lots of maintenance. “Beachfront” with a huge grass area that separates you from the beach. Stains in the sheets, dirty shower, A/C with not remote working, the hands towel in our room was definitely there from previous guests.
Really noisy, hosting rugby team but forgot there are other paying customers staying there too. The whole area become a training camp. Plus players come into your “private terrace” to eat, blasting the music early in the morning etc. Unfurnished kitchen, not even a kettle. If want cooking equipments need to pay additional fee. Really old amenities, specially in the bathroom. Mild on the ceiling, shower door holding only by one nail (really unsafe), shower leaking so water spreading on the bathroom floor, shower needs to be re done as really dirty
Not so good Breakfast was the worst. Only 1 staff working and ran out of food. Room was fine Bathroom too small but had hot water. No kettle and tea stuff but you can ask for them. Dirty dining place and tables. 6/10.
Good staff
Service excellent both shuttle and checkin ( once they found our reservation which took a call to hotel.com to sort out .) Simple accommodation but in need of repair , septic backing up through floor vents .decking falling apart , etc.. This is a 40.00 a night accommodation not a 100 cdn . We only stayed one night .

i didn't like hearing the people above us stomping on the floor, didn't like hearing next door snore, didn't like that there were no cups or glasses supplied, didn't like the fact that you could lock the main exit door from the outside, didn't like taking a $20 bond in cash with no receipt and not having it returned, didn't like the fact that there was an opportunist who came into the room between 6am ( our exit) and 6:30 am ( return) to find an ipad stolen that was left behind, the opportunist kindly screwed up but left my notice of dissatisfaction and return of bond, i assume the staff read received and read it. I don't like the fact that I can't send an email to this place outlining the opportunist thief (sits in the out box) not sent. good thing about this place? the pool

Booked a room with cooking amenities so don’t need to dine out but no cooking equipments provided unless pay an excess which is not what’s advertised
Firstly my room was given to someone else, and still they gave me same room to stay where someone else was already inside the room, secondly the other room was not ready no towels and kitchen appliances had to call numerous time, thirdly there were bed bugs in the room, and then we came as a family but had to stay separately plus tv not working also dead roaches in the room.
Booking could not be found upon check in. They still have manual booking book so online bookings need to be put in book. Food service took 1.5hrs to receive meals. No one else waiting. Mozzies are rampant and we got eaten alive. Pool was dirty.
The room was clean, but it was more like a Motel 6. The air conditioner was on full blast when we entered the room and found it quite cold. The remote did not work. Maintenance was called, but they could not find a remote that worked. The manual on/off switch was high, next to the ceiling. Finally, the maintenance man went and got a pool stick to turn it off for us. We had paid for two nights, but left after one night. The staff was nice. We did not explain why we were leaving or ask for a reimbursement, We did have to wait for about 20 minutes to get our $20 refund on the key deposit. The place is okay if you just need a place to sleep and swim and maybe need a little something to eat.

Probably the worst resort we have ever stayed at. We understand you pay for what you get when staying here, however the service and quality was appalling. First cab of the ranks, it’s the stained sheets and hair through the bed. The windowless doors, noisy neighbours. No front doors lock, with front doors missing glass panels. Do not leave any valuables in your room. Upon checkout the resort also stated that they “haven’t been broken into in a while” and said we can leave our valuables with them in the office… Alongside these terribly maintained rooms, the service was almost non existent. Having to ask multiple times for something as simple as toilet paper, keys, and an aircon remote. Not to mention the cleanliness of the rooms were terrible with a few bars of soap thrown in and some dirty towels. Long story short, do not stay here if you are staying in Nadi and want to feel safe and secure. We had a local driver who also told us that we weren’t the first customers getting in his car complaining about how bad the resort is and has told us to not stay there again. We will be seeking therapy to forget our stay at this resort. Avoid this resort at all costs.
Breakfast was great, different style everyday. We stayed 6 nights, so it was pleasing. Facility such as pool and dining, good all rounder. Room is good, spacious, basic and adequate. Cleanliness and rooms conditions can be improved. It provides tours arrangement / services ,which was great. Minimise the hassle of organising such. Staffs are great. They make the stay unforgettable and fun. They are asset of the company and we hope this tradition continues.

Everyone was so lovely But one thing is that there wasn’t a jug and teas in the room you had to pay for a deposit for it even though the website said fully furnished and for the buffet breakfast it wasn’t a buffet there was only scramble eggs baked beans and toast and fruit that’s it but everything else was really good
Friendly but very lazy staff. We had three guests. They supplied 2 towels for the room we asked for another towel on a few occasions & didn’t receive until the next day when we had to ask again. The staff were playing very loud music waking the whole place up at 6:00am Sunday morning. Empty beer bottles all over the place. This is something I will never understand as the staff would walk past multiple times a day.No wifi Won’t be back

Expected it to be loud because near to airport but full of kids running around in the rooms which are not sound proofed at all. Child running round in room next door from 1am - 3am and then crying until 5am. So none of us got a good nights sleep. Reception are very slow, takes ages to check in and get shown to your room. Breakfast is very basic - run out of milk, hot water, cutlery, butter and took 15 mins to sort. DIY breakfast. Sheets were dirty, booked a room for 4 people and only got 3 towels. One of beds was not fit to sleep on as felt like it was going to collapse and floor board underneath it was all broken. Ok - but JUST OK

If you want an affordable place to stay with kitchenette this is it.It is a local place with very few tourists! You can walk to the beach and the new Grace garden supermarket. A bus passes the property into Nadi town. It is quite noisy in the weekend when the l9cals stay.Otherwise quiet e xcept it is next to the airport and planes fly overhead but none @ night.

Great if you enjoy the sound of planes and trucks by your bed. The motel is outdated and dirty, it is very loud and has very limited amenities The rooms smelt musty and the bathrooms needed to be scrubbed with a strong bleech to clear the grime and smell of urine Although beach is in the name you will need to walk down to block to the beach front resorts for any ocean views This motel is located on a busy road with the runway just behind it.
Not a nice place to stay. No sheets and towels provided. Nothing to make tea coffee, poor breakfast, very unclean, no phone in the room. Noisy ceiling fan and the list goes on. Not worth the money

To start off this resort is mentioned as Beach Resort and Hotel, this resort is not at a beach but 5-8 minutes drive to nearby beach. Front day agent didnt acknowledge me upon checking in but was on the phone during checking in and out, I had to tell her t that i was running late and she needed to check me out. The room condition itself was absolutely nasty, outdated and dirty from bedding to shower to kitchen and more. This resort is just there to make money without the consequences consider for customers or health for paying customers. I also show a report on the front desk that a local vendor came out to spray for bed bugs “what” you kidding me so now I may have been in contact with bedbugs and carrying it around with me. This is unacceptable. Consider bedbugs I’ll never go to this resort but rather pay more money and go elsewhere. Note to owner of this resort, consider remodeling your resort and updating rooms and train your team in service, I don’t blame how the service was conducted but this is how they were train which is lack of training and acknowledged customers. In conclusion, you won’t need my name as I won’t be coming back here, however consider the statement above.
