This place is lovely. The location is more industrial, but that didn’t bother us. We enjoyed watching track work from our room. Access to the main freeway wasn’t great, but the hotel and facilities certainly made this place a great choice for us.

Awesome stay. Staff was amazing, breakfast was great, room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, brilliant and happy stay experience.

Safety

I like the hotel and the staff were friendly enough. What I didn't like was the booking was done throgh expedia but the hotel claimed to have no record of the included breakfast and to compound the issue I had to go through the whole issue the 2nd morning for breakfast.

Everything is kept well conditioned and I love aesthetics they have around the place which is very well thought out

It was a really nice stay at William Inglis. Everything was clean and we loved all the small final touches in the room. The restaurant down stairs was quite good as well! A very relaxing few nights spent after our wedding. Absolutely no complaints!! Thank you!

Rooms not properly cleaned, no bathroom door.

Good value

Second time staying here and would never return. Staff are inept and rude. I was charged for an upgrade but didnt get one. They didnt even know what room I was in. When I asked for a refund, the staff told me they didn't know how to do that. Days later and still nothing. Guests partying until 3.30am and hotel staff did nothing, felt sorry for the guests who had to confront the patron's and ask them to quieten down. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else in Liverpool or Parramatta.

My experience staying at the William Inglis was outstanding. The staff were super helpful and I felt like they were always a step ahead of me, they always greeted me when I walked in,they were friendly and all round amazing. We also had dinner and the food was lovely. And the cafe was an added bonus. I would highly recommend staying there and I hope to return someday soon.

Beautiful Hotel Wonderful Staff

A truly world-class hotel. The staff are extraordinary. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the horse racing theme is elegant and interesting. A wonderful restaurant and bar. I travel worldwide and this is one of my favorite hotels. The view over the stables is beautiful. Waking up to a view watching horses train on the track at sunrise is beautiful.

We had a summit meeting at the Hotel. So was easy to stay there

Amazing hotel with minor hiccup.

The hotel itself is fantastic and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The view from the hotel is great and the amenities are lovely. I only have one negative critique and that is check-in. I booked through Hotels.com and have never had issues in the nearly 100+ hotel bookings I have had over the last 10+ years. This is the first time at check-in the concierge didn't recognise one of my rooms and made check-in very difficult. I was travelling in a group of 4 and had to essentially share a 2 person room for a night before they were able to correct this issue, which they blamed on 'third-party' booking sites. Other than this, the hotel is amazing.

Good hotel, comfortable

Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Staff were welcoming. Breakfast was nice but on the expensive side. Only issue was there is no door separating the bathroom and toilet so not only was the bathroom cold but there was no privacy.

Awesome service and amazing rooms/facilities.

The decor was great and loved the view seeing the horses training early in the morning. Rooftop area was great to chill out in the afternoon sun with a good book

No door on the bathroom!

The hotel is very good, breakfast was buffet and really good. The service at reception was exceptional (Liam) . We had a deluxe room it was big and the bed was comfy. The bathroom though omg, had no door- that’s right no door. It had Smokey glass doors on the shower and toilet cubicle . The toilet cubicle was very small and claustrophobic. For such a young hotel I was very surprised by this last of foresight . If you were travelling with a friend you would surely want a door on the bathroom.

Was fortunate to stay here, from arrival to departure, I was welcomed. We were able to do pretty much anything, a long as we didn't encroach on others, my own personal opinion, because we sat out and enjoyed our own company over a few beverages, we'd supplied ourselves. We were pretty impressed. Thanks to one and all.

The staff at the restaurant and bar are amazing the manager and the bar guy praj were amazing it was our anniversary and we got upgraded to a suite which made our stay..i would definitely love to come back soon and stay

Beautiful hotel property

Great view of the racecourse. Location was easy to get to and the food was great. The only thing I didn't like is the open plan ensuite which provides no privacy even though the glass is frosted on the shower and toilet cubicles.

It is very convenient for us as parents of young kids to have a night out but still be close from home (18 min) in case of emergency. It is very quiet & beautiful. Staff are wonderful. Rooms are very great too. Only thing is our smelled like someone smoked in there. Loved that it had spa & restaurant & cafe & bar & pool. Couldn’t ask for more. A great place to be where everything is inside

Unfortunately the restaurant staff gave the incorrect ingredients to a dinner dish resulting in an allergic reaction. They have been unable to give the correct ingredients on three separate occasions including in-person, by email and on the phone. Please be wary if you have allergies.

This is a nice hotel and the staffs are superb. it is clean and quiet, the pool area need a bit of TLC. Would be coming back when we are in Sydney

We had an amazing stay at the hotel and the whole process from check in to check out was a breeze. The hotel has an amazing location and has beautifully furnished rooms as well as premises.

Nice hotel close to Warwick Farm Race Course and the Inglis Stables. Room was well appointed and in good condition. Resturant dining was expensive for what was available for both Dinner & Breakfast. Room was excessively hot and the Air Conditioning did not appear to be affective at all

Downgrade services, should be rated 3 stars

Every morning around 10 o’clock, it’s really annoyed when housekeeping wakes us up asking for cleaning room. One day We left our room at 11am but they didn’t clean the room. Also at the point of check in and check out , no one there helps us to bring our luggages up and down to the room. Almost every night, we have to call front desk asking for bottles of water, tea and coffee, as the housekeeping didn’t refill it.

The cleanliness of our suite left a lot to be desired. Dirty inside window, sticky bedroom bench top, disposed razor cap & Bobby pin behind bathroom door, TV & phone in bedroom not working. If you are paying $480 for a room to expect it be be bloody clean!

Brilliant stay. Staff were excellent and friendly. Beautiful scenery and comfortable bed. We would definitely recommend to other people to stay there.

I did not like that the property had not cleaned thoroughly after the the guest before us. there was hair on the toilet from the previous guest and the Nespresso caps were already used and placed back in the draw. but the tv has Foxtel which we watch the rugby league game on.

Loved that it was right next door to the racecourse. The pics on the website didn't tell the story of the place. Extremely comfortable

Luxury rooms at reasonable price with great service. Would stay again for sure.

My stay was fairly good. But I believe for such a high end hotel they could do a lot more. Firstly ensuring the laundry room and washing and dryer machines are cleaned regularly. I ended up spending my whole Monday cleaning the washing machines as drainage was blocked and I removed more than 2kgs of dried up laundry powder. If down on a regular basis as mentioned to housekeeping staff whom seen me cleaning them it’s takes a maximum of 5-10 mins rather than leaving it pile up like it did. Secondly upgrading the Tv Systems so customers can chrome cast / Stream directly to the TV’s from devices would be wonderful. Thirdly some housekeeping staff need retraining on how to actually wipe down dust and clean around everything. I even moved the furniture forward and they still didn’t even vacuum around the sides of the tables in room provided. Fourthly need better and more variety of in room dining options. Communication methods between staff need updating as one staff member will say something yet I’ll have to repeat myself and ask again as the message wasn’t passed on. Sixth. Perhaps some shade sails over the carpark area from Sun and rain. Will be an added bonus.

Warm welcoming staff. Beautiful spacious room. Large bright Bathroom with great shower. Room service meals delivered hot and tasting delicious.

1st time staying here really enjoyed it so came back the 2nd time and unfortunately left disappointed. checking in was smooth, ordered room service for some simple wedges, took 45mins, when it arrived it was luke warm, when i placed an order for specific sauce they forgot, when i called to ask for it, they said they would send but never saw it. asked for the room to be made up, that didnt happen either. no replenishes of daily water bottles, ordered room service again and feels like quality of food has gone down. maybe chef has changed..

The property was nice and clean, plenty of parking

I did not like the bathroom and especially toilet being so close to the bedroom without having any sort of dividing privacy door available. It was really disappointing.
