Dirty disposable glove on the sofa. Heater does not work, very cold at night.
Very clean hotel has all amenities and very close walk to Disney. Enjoyed staying at this hotel.
Love this hotel , high prices small portions in restaurant, not great . Need a cafe on the lobby again ! Missed that .
Great updates to this hotel, really enjoyed the patio areas. Very clean and kept up well.
SO, SO
The water in the shower was either too hot or too cold. The room is small. There wasn't an extra blanket in the room and guest services didn't answer when I called for an extra blanket.
Our Favorite D-land Hotel
This is our go-to “good neighbor” choice when we come to Disneyland. In fact, this is our 3rd year in a row…and we’ll likely be be booking again for later this year. It seems we’re going to have another trip here. As the saying goes, “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”The Sheraton simply meets all our needs. Such a beautiful, comfortable place to come back to after a long day in the parks. And the restaurant (Savor) is great too; sometimes we may have a dinner here, sometimes breakfast. Highly recommend this Sheraton.
Love this hotel. The only issue "I" have was how chilly the room was. I tried to change the thermostat to get heat...two hours later still none. Front desk said the outside temp had to be between 59 and 55 before it would come on. It's now 54 and still now heat. BUT, they did deliver two lg blankets, one I have on the bed and the other wrapped around me. Very thoughtful, THANK YOU 😊
Definitely there is better hotels in the area for the same price
Clean, quiet, and close to Disneyland. Comfortable rooms.
Quick walk from Disney
Weekend trip to Disneyland, short walk to the park. Very nice and updated hotel.
Disappointing Stay Due to Unprofessional Front Des
We had a very positive experience with the Sheraton Hotel and this was our second visit for our Disneyland trip. However, we were extremely disappointed with the front desk staff this time, as they were microaggressive and completely unprofessional during check-in. They did not respond to our questions or offer any help at all. We will never stay here again—it was a waste of money
Why do they charge $10 per day for wifi? I was surprised when i tried to connect to their wifi. The toilet is old slow flows which easly clogged.
Great stay with two kids! Beautiful hotel and pool area, walking distance to Disney.
Everything was perfect, the only thing is that they charge for parking.
I can’t say enough good things about this place.
The rooms are great! The staff was super accommodating to all our travel needs. This is one of my favorite places to stay when visiting Anaheim!
The property and rooms are nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The AC in the rooms though is a terrible design/policy. You cannot control the AC or even the fan, they do not allow you to do that. The temp is based on the temp outside so if you run hot or cold, you’re SOL. My room faced the pool (west). It was a sunny winter day, highs in the 70’s. My room was very warm when I arrived because the heat of the sun blasted it all day. I kept trying to turn the AC on but it was set to idle or I could turn it off, not on. I called the front desk and they said I can’t adjust it. I was told if it’s too warm, all I can do is turn the system off, open my slider door to the balcony and request occilating fans to be brought up. My balcony can be accessed by the rooms on either side of me, not a safe idea. Also, I don’t want to hear traffic and people below when sleeping. The slider doesn’t even have a screen. If it was spring, summer or fall, getting bit by insects would be another issue. If they allowed guests to control their own room temperature comfort, I would stay here again. But as is, I couldn’t get comfortable enough to stay asleep.
Unfortunately, did not have the best experience with customer service. Waiting over 2 hours for the most simple and fast response and they actually never arrived. We checked out and they still never arrived. So disappointing I was really enjoying my stay until this happened.
This was a good place to stay for one night. I didn’t experience the amenities. I didn’t have issues with elevators.
Great hotel - staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. Will definitely stay here again!
Great location for visiting Disney. Savor Dining has great pizzas. Clean room. However, the patio furniture was dusty. Downside: The staff vacuumed the hallway carpets around 6:30am every morning, it was way too early, and so loud. It was even 5:20am on the last day of our stay, and the staff were chatting and laughing so loudly.
Parking issue
Check the parking charges. I was charged double for 2 nights. $150.00!
The additional charges for wifi is overkill
Enjoyed the customer service, amenities, and proximity to Disneyland. Close enough to walk and easy shuttle access is an option because the shuttle comes onto the property.
good experience
Amazing Hotel. Very close to Disneyland
Great clean hotel with all amenities that you ciuld want. Beds were comfy
Very clean and nice staff
o
It was an awesome stay, beautiful and super comfy, clean room! Staff was excellent, location is great! Our only downside was there was one elevator that was very busy and slow so you’d have to allow 10-15 mins to get downstairs. And pool was super cold, had to go inside to the lobby bar for any service.
We will for sure be back to the Sheraton! It was our first trip to Disney with our kids. Quick walk to Disney downtown. Safe to walk. The staff at the Sheraton were so easy to work with. When asked if we could extend our trip 1 more night they accommodated. They exceeded my expectations in cleanliness of rooms.
We stay here every couple of years and it never disappoints. It has vowed need and is close to the parks and restaurants. Really great staff.
very good
Such a great experience, the staff is nice and its super clean. The only thing I would complain about is there's only 1 elevator.
Cant review it, i didnt even stay there, and its horrible because expedia wont give me a refund!!
Clean rooms. Nice to have connecting rooms as we are a family of 5z the staff is very friendly and helpful. Had a great view of the fireworks from our room. It was about a 10 min walk to the park.
Good location, good value and nice room.
For Disneyland visitors, it meets most requirements. Daytime staff and housekeeping were very friendly and attentive. Evening staff had less to offer. Don't expect vending machines or reliable elevators. Buy your sodas at the corner CVS if you want beverages after business hours. I've stayed at the Anaheim Resort area for the last 25 years at most big brand hotels from Holiday Inn Express to Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa. This Sheraton is a solid six out of ten. Rooms were clean and modern. Toilet needed maintenance as the water ran nonstop (SoCal drought?). Several tower elevators were out of operation leading to delays and inconvenience. The concierge desk crew were very accommodating but clearly understaffed. It could have been eight of ten with some maintenance and amenities. Okay value for the money but plenty of nearby alternatives that offer a more complete experience.
Favorite stay during Disneyland trip
It was a pleasure stay. The whole family slept comfortably on the beds, parking and access during our trip to Disney was very convenient, restaurants and attractions were waking distance. Encountered no issues. Highly recommended for those those traveling as couples or families for a Disney trip.
Excelente servicio del personal de limpieza y staff escritorio
Had a nice stay at this hotel over Christmas as we spent two days at Disneyland. It is a nice 10 minute stroll to the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful, check in was seamless and the room was modern and clean, pillows were nice and comfy. The pool and gym are better than many hotels I have stayed at. The only considerations were the water pressure for the shower could have been better and it always took a while to get an elevator. Besides that, I thoroughly recommend this hotel; from a seasoned traveller.
Best hotel I’ve stayed while visiting Disney. Only down side was 1 of the elevators didn’t work during our stay. But overall I would stay at this hotel again.
Nice
Clean, updated rooms, comfortable beds, dining on property and close by. Great for traveling with kids, very close to Disneyland. Check in staff was courteous, detailed oriented and took time to explain hotel policies, directions and dining options. We really enjoyed our stay here, and would return in the future.
We stayed at the Sheraton while visiting Disney land and enjoyed everything about it. We will definitely stay here again and refer our friends.
Super friendly and helpful staff! Rooms were very nice as well.
The staff were very nice and helpful. The property was clean and very close to Disneyland.
👍
The bed !!
The staff are not friendly.
The property was beautiful and reminded us of a resort in the Caribbean. The property was modern and well maintained by staff and was very convenient to Disneyland.
The person checking us in did not provide any receipt or tell us what was charged when he asked to provide a credit card. Otherwise a pleasant property to stay at.
Hotel felt very secure. Security doors after hours need a key to get into hotel was very nice. security is a big thing for me on trips and this hotel made me feel safe I would book again if I take another trip to disney
10/10 experience. The internet is free you just have to sign up. Also its easy walking distance from Disneyland
This is our second stay here in 12 months staff are amazing rooms are a good size they are clean and walking distance to Disneyland for me about 20 minutes walk will definitely stay here again and will recommend to others
Lovely stay but few things ruined it
Overall was a good stay but a few annoying things we had a room near the back of the car park so you can hear the noise I would have thought they had sound proof. One early morning I woke up to a car alarm. The room temperature is auto set so you can’t switch the heater on I was always so cold I kept complaining but there was nothing they can do. I just offered to give me a blanket however I think they should at least have some spare heaters portable ones that they should be able to bring to the room that ruined my whole day because I felt the temperature was always cold. Starbucks downstairs is a joke long queue have to wait 25 minutes to get a coffee. Staff at check in are lovely & helpful.
Review
Checked in at the front desk when I went up to my room it wasn’t ready. Housecleaning was still cleaning, I waited about an hour more for room to be ready. Also my deposit given during booking on hotels.com was never applied for my stay, I was charged full price.
Room temperature.
Everything is awesome except the room temperature unable to control from thermostat.
great
Loved how quiet the hotel was. And how close it was to everything.
GOOD FOR DISNEYLAND VISITORS! First and foremost, the highlight of this hotel is its very spacious and recently renovated rooms, making it an excellent choice for families traveling together. The space and comfort provided were definitely a plus, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting with family. However, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The breakfast, while available at the hotel, was quite expensive and, in our experience, not worth the price. We tried it on the first day but opted for more affordable options like IHOP or fresh fruits from CVS for the remainder of our stay. Additionally, while the hotel is relatively close to Disneyland, it’s not within comfortable walking distance—especially after a long day at the park. At night, with the chilly weather and fatigue setting in, the distance felt a bit far. Unfortunately, the lack of a shuttle service from the Sheraton made it less convenient. Overall, this hotel offers great accommodations for families, but keep the breakfast and transportation factors in mind when planning your stay.
Great service ! Loved it
Great hotel, will definitely stay here again
Great location for Disney!
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and the restaurants were available during good hours day and night.
We stayed the week before Nov 5-7 and we had something go missing from our room. They are still trying to find it… The staff have been helpful to try and find it.
Nice
Short walk to Disney. Heated pool and hot tub.
Enjoyed our stay, people on staff were very courteous and the room was large and the bed comfortable! I would definitely stay again.
Clean and comfortable
It was clean and comfortable walking distance to Disney land so that was a plus
Do not pay for Disneyland Parking. This Hotel ia very close to Pixar Parking, you can walk and take the Bus to Disney parks.
We really enjoyed our stay here.
This is our second time staying here for our trip to Disneyland and California adventure. It’s a quick walk to the park and you pass by CVS and a small market in case you need anything. There is a Starbucks and store with snacks and food on property, a restaurant and a lobbby bar with a big screen in case you want to catch a game. This is our go to property for Disneyland visits.
It’s nice, clean and an easy walk to the parks. Staff is friendly. I hate the price of self parking!!
I will book here again everything was perfect.
Great stay!
Great stay!
This was the perfect hotel for our visit to Anaheim. The location was great - walkable to restaurants and entertainment, and a short drive to things we wanted to do outside of Anaheim. The staff were friendly, and the pool area was very relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel!
Hotel was great! Definitely one of the nicer property’s by Disneyland. Me and my Gf were able to walk to Disney.
The hotel was great and easy walk to Disney. It was disappointing to see the drug addicts and homeless population right outside the hotel.
Would definitely recommend
The Sheraton was very clean and the service was excellent. My room was so comfortable and it was definitely nicer than a lot of places I’ve stayed in Anaheim. I would stay there again. The only negative was the Charge for incidentals was a little high at $100 a night Compared to most places which is about $50 a night
Overall property was nice. Good area to watch sporting events. Close to dining and shopping. Unfortunately came across a very rude bell man. Other staff were nice and accommodating.
Very close to Disney Resort Toy Story parking lot. Lots of places to dine, as well.
Fantastic staff!!!
Our room waa not ready when we got there but our Daughters was. They were very helpful and bumped up our room and our Daughter's as well to club rooms and gave us a room credit to use in bar or restaurant Very friendly and helpful staff. Waa a great stay!!!!
Room was small. The bathroom had limited toiletries-no shower caps, bars of soap. At registration, staff person was not knowledgeable and forthcoming about parking and the expense. He also lacked guidance in telling us how to get to our room.
I like that it’s walking distance from the park. However there are better hotels that can shuttle you and you won’t have to pay $35 a night to dark. The hotel it self was clean but we had a poor stay experience that was frustrating. Especially after staying at Disney all day.
First time staying - we will definitely be back!
This was our first time staying at the Sheraton for a very quick trip to Disneyland and we would definitely recommend it to anyone planning a similar trip! The staff were helpful and friendly and the room had clearly been recently renovated, with a very modern if slightly small bathroom, very comfortable beds and large flat screen TVs. The room had a balcony which we could see the Disney fireworks from and the back of some of the rides, which shows just how close the hotel is to the resort. I would estimate a 5-10 minute walk maximum to the entrance depending on your speed. We loved the on-site shop/Starbucks which was equipped with everything you could need from cold drinks and fresh bakery snacks to hats, Disney merchandise and medicine if you forgot to pack anything. Overall a great stay!
Clean hotel walking distance to Disney Parks with parking at 32usd per night. Good bathroom, good shower. Lived up to Sheraton standard.
Clean
This is the second time we have stayed at The Sheraton Park Anaheim. The workers are kind. The restaurant food at “Savor restaurant” is very good. The pool on site is very nice. The rooms are modern and clean. The property is quiet, even with many children. The property is close to restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory and Cali Kitchen. Close to CVS & Walgreens for any quick needs. The property is approx 10-15 walk to the Disney. We will definitely return :) Recommended
great customer service, clean room, proximity to all attractions and restaurants. we really enjoyed our stay here.
Safe, clean, and exactly what we needed.
Conveniently located close to the convention centre. Large rooms with everything you need. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful.
It was great. One suggestion for kids on the spectrum, maybe remove the lamp on table between beds. Some kids (my grandsons) get a thrill from throwing things and the lamps are dangerous as they are not locked down. Other than that thank you for all you gave us for him to use while staying w you . Appreciated much
Seems like a resort until you get to the rooms. Thats where special treatment ended for us. The room was clean and updated which we appreciated. A little noisy. We left for our morning at Disneyland and came back to the room which hadn’t been touched by housekeeping. I doubled checked that the “Do not disturb” sign was not up. After our early afternoon rest I called the front desk and mentioned that housekeeping had not come to our room and could they come while we were gone for the afternoon and evening. Was told “Yes, we will send them up”. Came back to the room at 11:30 pm and housekeeping had never come, dirty towels and garbage was never picked up. No note or message for us on a reason was left for us. Called the front desk and was told that they don’t have many housekeeping staff in the afternoons… no “We are so sorry”. Had to call three times for towels. All I wanted was an apology and know that they made some effort to honor their promise. This was not a cheap place to stay so felt like once they are paid, they didn’t care. We will not go back there.
Rooms were very clean. Walking distance to Disneyland. Friendly staff.
It’s noisy apparently they cut the grass or trees in the early morning. And the guest service put the stickers on my luggage which I can’t even peel it off.
Was my fourth stay at Sheraton while visiting Disneyland. I have stayed at other hotels including sister location but just enjoy the vibe at the Sheraton. They met my requests of full balcony and pool side. Nothing better after a long day than relaxing on the balcony with a beverage. And the pool area is as close to a resort while being walking distance to Disneyland. The beds were great and room as comfortable. It’s really hard to stay anywhere else
We paid over $900/night to stay at this hotel in a standard style 2 queen room. (Mostly because of a large convention in which I booked only weeks in advance.) However for that price you would assume you would get some peace and quiet. Seriously, you have to vacuum the hallway at 6:15 in the morning? This was the worst $900/night stay I've ever experienced.
The staff were awesome and friendly Rooms clean

We enjoyed our stay, the property was beautiful and the stag was very helpful
