great for family
The property was clean but looking tired. We found everything was a wait. One staff at each bar meant a line up every time. The restaurants are first come first serve, so we had an hour wait each evening for dinner. The buffet line for breakfast was ridiculous. Food and drinks were fine. Nothing overly memorable.
Room 902: This room had a great view! You do overlook an area of the resort that is no longer ised however. It could use some maintenance, nothing we couldn't handle. One of the jets kept coming out. The housekeeper kept putting it back in. The shower leaked onto the floor behind the door. Ultimately that could create a slip and fall hazard. It would be really nice if privacy tint was put on the glass on the balcony. The refrigerator did not keep things cold. I notified someone the first day and it wasn't resolved. The room did have a few cosmetic issues, but was wonderful overall. We never felt unsafe. I did request a specific pop be restocked in the refrigerator and not the other kinds. That request was said to be accommodated, however never was even after four conversations. All other issues (very minor) we had were quickly resolved. We ate in the buffet several times. The food was great! We did however sit approx seven times with absolutely no server, even helped ourselves to our own napkins and silverware. We were there ten days and never able to eat in the Italian restaurant due to long waits. We did try the other dining options and greatly enjoyed them. All requests (double shots and heavy pours lol) and a whole of my favorite pop were accommodated. There are not enough chairs at the beach or the pool to accommodate the size of the resort. The beach: kept very clean. Was wonderful to listen to the band the couple times they played in the evening!! I have more to say
Not worth the high price
For the price of this hotel I would choose another resort , the food was not very good , the drink are watered down . Only real nice thing about this resort is the location and nice beach
We really like this resort. It’s a great place for kids but only two pools on Front near the sea was available. Another pool for kids and splash area was closed at this time and was on the reconstruction. Some times we have difficulties with reservation and restaurants due to long waitlist, but the food was really fresh and great. And personal and all the staff was very friendly and professional.
FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! We booked this resort through travelocity with the expectation that what was advertised on the site would be what we would be getting when we arrived at our destination. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The amentities advertised when booking were we're hot tub, Swim up bar, adult area, Billiard room, 9 restraunts on site, lounge chair at the pool fitness and yoga classes onsite. Now what we got was no hot tub, no swim up bar, no adult area, no fitness and yoga classes and we did not have access to 9 restraunts. We did have a billiard room however, the pool table ONLY HAD 4 pool balls (not sure how you play pool without all the required game pieces of the game). Also, not one day was i able to have access to a lounge chair at the pool. They did not have nearly enough lounge chaors for the amount of ppl staying at this resort. I can tell you the food was a 5 out of 10 and the drinks were hands down the worst ive ever tasted in my life. We had to hunt down towels and wash clothes daily becaise nobody brought us clean ones. Also, thos can put the cleanliness in to prespective, someone vomitted in the staircase Wednesday (which we had to use because the elevators took forever and half of them were out of order) on Saturday when we left to come home the vomit was still in the staircase. Nobody cleans at the resort!!!! Disgustingly filthy! Also, this resort is very run down and dated! Lots of unsafe situations! HORRIBLE!
Very good all inclusive resort with a variety of dining options. There are 3 sections pool and beautiful beach that follows
This property is definitely catered to families and was great for the kids! The food was average and to pool area/beach area was hard to get a spot unless you got up early to reserve a spot by putting your belongings on a chair. We were trying to pick out a place where we didn’t have to leave the resort and this place had a water park the kids enjoyed daily. The staff made us feel welcomed by bringing us a cake for our anniversary. The facility needs some upgrades, our room wall was falling apart and the restrooms were a little outdated. Overall, the stay was a little above average due to the amenities.
Great property. It's very child oriented.
Great staff
Save you the headache and go somewhere else if you’re looking for all inclusive this isn’t it unless you’re an infinity member which it’s one of their timeshares club service at the hotel overall worst only good thing they got was the beach and the spa service. Very upset that Expedia doesn’t warned you about this hotel hidden fees and the hotel ask for payments cash and won’t give receipt after payment it’s a back and forth between Expedia and the hotel just pay the extra money and stay else where to enjoy your family vacations
Zero beach and pool chairs unless you get up at 5am to reserve. If you do get up to reserve other people steal the loungers and move your towels. Limited umbrellas at pool and zero at beach. Buffet food was luke warm. Fruit options were good. Took forever at restaurants to get food and missed most of the shows. House keeping two days out of 6, had to call or take off housekeeping spot for towels and toilet paper three times. Our make up room was hung on door every day. Fridge was not restocked. Most of the bartenders and servers were great. Kids enjoyed ice cream. Had higher hopes and we made best of it but we will not be going back or telling friends/family to go there. Javier was attentive and professional!
The staff was not welcoming.. During open hours the restaurant refuse to serve us because they were at "compacity" even thoigh there were plenty of tables... The bathrooms were old. The food was TERRIBLE
Seadust was amazing, lot of options for food round the clock. Very friendly staff.
Room we’re good size
I read some terrible reviews before we left & I was panicking thinking maybe I should cancel? Well I am so glad we did not cancel. We traveled with two little ones (2,4) & we had a blast. Pros: Very kid driven, always a wonderful show at night at 7 pm (early enough for my littles), they had ceramic painting by the pool a few days that was a small extra charge that my kids enjoyed, fun music by the main pool all day & entertainment, pool drink service was good. Our room was very clean and consistent each day. Restaurants were good (def go to the japanese & steak house). Everyone was very friendly & we felt safe at all times. Beach was beautiful. Cons: kids water park is run down & water was freezing, we went for about 15 minutes & never went back. Main pool water is on the colder side as well-I have two littles and often they were shivering even in 85 degree weather. There is no poolside food ordering like we are used to-You have to wait for lunch to open at the poolside buffet and wait in line and choices are limited. Our air conditioner in our room was so loud-we never complained about it, we just shut it off at night and put the fan on but it got warm. The building outside needs some love, chipped paint that could look nicer but not a big deal to us. You have to get pool chairs by 6:15 am the latest if you want shade-im not kidding. All in all we still had an amazing time especially for the value! I would recco if you are on a budget.
Facility had no running water for 2 days Was unable to take showers for 2days
Way too many people… Each time you want to eat you wait around 2 hours for your turn! No places to sit by the pool or the beach!! Very old hotel.. Go somewhere else.. El doctor..
We absolutely loved staying at the Seadust, this was our second visit and it could not have been better, everyone could not have been more accommodating to our needs, everyone from Abraham, our pool waiter to Oliver cooking Crepes and all the other staff deserve a huge shout out! This is a wonderful family oriented resort, so many choices for food entertainment, major shopping choices only a 5 min cab ride away, what more could you ask for? Warm ocean, 3 pools, excellent food and an outstanding staff! 10 out of 10
Good but it could be better
Food at the buffet is good, the Italian restaurant was just disappointment. Waiting an hour and half to get a seat. The beach is okay only thing is not too many beach chairs and I have to rent a cabana. Great service at the beach tho. Also the crowd is crazy, breakfast was a long line.
Great family resort with lots of activities for kids
Beautiful pool and beach area
Clean. Decent food. Great beach.
No water for 2 days in floors 3-12 Were not willing to move us to the 1st or 2nd floor. Front desk rude people had no answers kept saying a time and nothing. Gave us access to shower in first floor when there was a family in getting ready in same room. Sent us to another room that was dirty and water was not going thru.
After reading reviews of this place, we were skeptical at best but booked it anyways. SO GLAD WE DID. Every complaint we read about was really a non-issue for us. Never waited long for elevators, food was good, many restaurant options (never had anything bad) we had a 15f and 12m with us and they both had a blast. It’s not the fanciest place with boujee everything but it had everything we needed. Room “cards” are your bracelet which was great to not mess with keys. Rooms were clean, (maybe outdated but still just fine). Staff was always pleasant and helpful. Coffee bar in the morning, then a crepe station, ice cream stand.. there was always an ability to get something to eat or drink. The pool chairs were reserved very quickly (and often with no one utilizing them) but that is on the vacationers with poor manners versus it being the resorts fault (which has happened at every resort we’ve been to). The restaurants didn’t take reservations, which we really liked as we don’t typically plan our days, just wing it, their website has the busy times posted if you would rather avoid them. All the rooms have decent views. Best part was that our flight wasn’t until 5:30 pm (checkout is noon” so they swap your room key wrist band for a regular one so you can stay/eat/drink until you have to go to the airport. We definitely would consider staying here again!
Overall would rate this average.
Very family oriented and a lot for the kids to do but not much for teens better for children under 12. Restaurants have long waits and once you sit take very long to get your food. The Infinity group there hound you to try and get you to buy their travel group and it’s the only way you can get the premium liquor or stay in a suite which i think is unfair. But overall my kids had a great time
I don't believe that Seadust deserves the 3.5 star rating it has. That is far too low. What I saw were scores of people trying their very best to please hundreds of guests. The food was great and everything you needed to have a wonderful vacation with the kids is right on-site. I do recommend taking small portions of food. You won't like every dish so why waste it? Start small and if you like it go back for seconds. The beach looks small in videos but it is actually quite large. You don't have to be directly in front of the resort. There is room on both sides and even a protected area where iguana's roam free and even sometimes show up on the beach. It was a great 5 days and my one son's favorite vacation so far.
I'll share the positives and the negatives. I will say this is not a 4 star resort but we ended up having a good 5 days after a room upgrade. Javier at the front desk helped make this a nice stay for us. I also recommend doing the jungle tour with the speed boats and snorkel. That was our favorite part of the trip! I booked the resort for me and my two children ages 11 and 9. The pool was very nice, large, clean and they allowed floats which my kids enjoyed. They also like the waterpark, but much of it was suited for younger children. The beach was beautiful but the water was rough. Unfortunately, our first room was in terrible shape. Broken tile, dirty showers in need of repair, dirty sheets and floors. We moved to a second room that was cleaner but still not a 4 star experience. Finally, we got moved to the 12th floor! Request a room on the 12th floor, which is often reserved for members but brand new! The buffet was large and offered a decent range of food my kids enjoyed and had lots of fresh fruit. The cafe made quality sandwiches. The London restaurant was the best by far. The Italian restaurant was awful. The wait time there would be an hour some nights and it's not worth it. The Asian restaurant was average but did have good service. I never made it to the Mexican restaurant because it has strange hours and not always open for dinner. Foodies should go elsewhere. Overall the staff, beach and pool made this a nice trip and the weather was perfect in February!
This resort was great! The staff were very friendly and nice. Overall, the hotel was managed well. They had a lot of activities to do. Water activities with Benjamin was fun! He was very enthusiastic and loved doing the activities. Def recommend participating.
The design of hotel is beautiful. One thing I didn't like was the pool opening hours were very limited. Could not swim before 9am and after 7pm.
Wonderful place for a family
We booked our package through Expedia hoping for a great vacation but I assume Expedia only shows the good reviews. As of our stay there, The food was very bad , most the time it was either cold or salty. Also the stuff members were rude and not friendly at all specially at the buffet. I won’t never go back nor recommend it
This was the worst vacation I ever experienced. We were a true victim of a switch and bait. False advertising to a criminal level
Outdated. “Family” resort not as advertised. Cannot get a soda in the mornings unless you go to the buffet. Ice cream is almost nonexistent. 5 days here and our grandkids never did get ice cream-either “out of service” or only 1 flavor left-raspberry or lime or random flavors. Not like chocolate or vanilla. Bars don’t open inside until noon. Can’t even take a plastic cup of WATER to the kids area. Kids area complete opposite of the main pools. Mini golf not open til 5:00 AND they don’t have enough golf balls. Constantly had to wait for kids to finish so we could play. VERY CRAMPED area and so crowded. Restaurants SLOW! Took over an hour to get dinner and there was only 6 of us PLUS we were the 2nd table seat at 5:00 when they FIRST OPENED. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS RESORT FOR HOW MUCH IT COST US! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! STAY AWAY!!
False advertisement
Staff was ok, not very friendly, food was less than ok, the Italian restaurant is terrible, all equipment on the gym was broken, I don’t recommend this hotel
The hotel design is beautiful and is a great place for families. Seadust catered to both the kids and adults to give both groups a great vacation.
Javier was really nice and helpful
New management took over and closed off the 2nd floor to infinity club members only. The hotel staff kept harassing us to sign up for the infinity club. Everytime we ate at a restaurant we got horrible service. No refills on drinks. Activities were limited due to the infinity club members only. Ice machines were broken. Hot water
We had a very good experience with dining and personalized service with Chef Ernesto! My husband and son have celiac disease and had options at nearly every restaurant. The Japanese restaurant was our favorite and they had multiple options there! My husband gets sensitive and maybe experienced some cross contamination but he did not get sick! I wish that they had a cocktail menu so I could find inspiration for more variety outside of the usual. The service was great but I was disappointed in the amount of towels we seemed to get and it appeared that we had less supply in washcloths and hand towels and actual towels for our room. We had 5 people in our family and only got 2 washcloths the first day and then we ended up getting replenished with only 4 bath towels by our last day. I feel that the room was clean but could use some updates but we didn’t stay in the room for very long as there was a lot to do on the resort. The kids loved the Fun Bar and the splash park. Overall we had a wonderful stay and we were very sad to leave!
Clean and very comfortable hotel with a lot of family friendly amenities, the pool is specious and. Nicely set up, we enjoyed
This hotel was clean, with many amenities, decent food, and certainly strong drinks. Kid friendly amenities, though we traveled kid free this time. We enjoyed having many options/places for food and drinks. The snack bar outside though was too small and few options for food considering the number of people. I wish there had been labels on the food in the buffet areas, for food allergies. When asking the staff what a dish was and what allergens were present, I struggled to get clear answers, and unfortunately had three instances of accidental gluten ingestion, resulting in sickness. We were met by Javier with guest services to see how our stay was(we were identified by our color wristband, discussed later), who was amazing and so personable. There were not enough chairs outside for all the guests, which meant reserving chairs really early in the morning to ensure you had somewhere to sit-either poolside or beach front. The elevator service, required due to the massive size of this place, and being on the 11th floor, was extremely slow, and quite small. Due to booking through Expedia, we were restricted in certain perks, not disclosed to us until being chastised by staff. It would have been nice to know what booking third party would mean for us as guests.
Very noisy especially at night becuase of the open main area the noise travels easily, other then that great spot
I was apprehensive about this resort but i was pleasantly surprised. It was great for the kids and for the adults. Highly recommend. Walk to the museum and ruins! Also the cancun sign!
amazing resort!
Great place to stay and very lovely for kids. Totally recommend and a pleasant experience
Entertainment could be upgraded for adults. More shows night time Entertainment.
It was good place for the family with kids. We like the food and staff were very kind and hardworking.I was worried about the review left in google as we were traveling with 3 kids age 1- 10 years old. The oldest got stomach aches on the day we were leaving the hotel. But rest of all were fine so not sure what he ate or drank. We weren’t throwing up like other people who had left the review. Workers seems to be doing good job in cleaning.
It was pretty nice good food nice staff
My family and I had an amazing time. The room was big and clean. Staff was amazing and food was amazing. No required reservations unless other resorts. Which allowed us to experience all food choices. The only thing I would say is the photo for the gym isn’t what is advertised. Very small and limited equipment
Average
It is not really a 5 star hotel. It is Ok but worn out and some areas need renovation. It is expensive because it is close to states. For this sort of money you can get 2-3 better quality in Asia. The worst part was the „infinity club”. Huge men looking really doggy trying to convince you to get the membership. Don’t fall for it. That’s the main reason for „average” and a reason why we will not be back at this resort. Food was great!
high values
Friendly staff and good options for drink and food.
Love it
Room keys stopped working
Everything seems to be about Infinity. Although the staff and the food was excellent, the building is very blah, looks worn down and needs a full refresh. A couple elevators were out the whole time. Workers were hammering by hand to fix the Infinity pool for over 5 days, starting at 8 am. It's understandable that work needs to happen but seriously, 8 hours a day? With a jack hammer? The gift shop is ridiculously overpriced. Not planning on going back or referring.
The Good: it felt safe; the front line staff were lovely; the food was okay to very good depending on where you ate (the restaurants were very good and the buffet was fine); the location is beautiful; room was clean. The Okay: elevators took a long time and several were out; the property is quite dated, even by developing world standards; the room was musty. The Bad: multiple people in and around the lobby, interrupting guests trying to sell them a product or service/tour (not what you want when you pay that kind of $) if you ignore them they leave you alone but still. We were literally intercepted by someone trying to sell us tours between check-in and our room - 30 seconds into the stay! The LAST thing you want after a day of travel! Not sure if that's a standard practice in Cancun but it was very off-putting. The Terrible: when we were waiting for our transport back to the airport, paint started raining down on us and our personal belongings as a result of work in the lobby and wind! It got in our hair, on our bodies, on our clothing, accessories, phones and luggage. When I returned home I was able to get most of the paint out, but several of our bags and a pair of pants remained splattered with white paint. When I reached out to Seadust the day after, they first ignored me and then they re-routed me to Expedia - this happened in THEIR lobby to THEIR guests!? All I asked for was them to please contact me about replacing the few items I couldn't remove paint from.
There are several restaurants to try, the beach and waves were awesome! Pool wait staff were nice, especially Joaquin! However he was probably the only staff that provided great service. Restaurant wait staff could care less. Several food options, but often sat so it was cold. The pool snack area said it would open at 1130 and several days the cook would send you away saying it was not open yet, but the food it sitting there. Just rude in general. There was a large group of us and the general consensus was staff were poor and only caterers to luxury members.
Rooms were kept clean and the cleaning staff is great! Very friendly and helpful! The resort is not very handicapped accessible. Especially the pools. The Manhattan and Italian restaurants had great service. The Samurai restaurant had terrible service and didn’t bring some of the food we ordered. The buffet was generally good but food was cold most of the time. The service was not great just trying to get coffee in the morning. The view from our room was beautiful. Most places we have stayed at always had chips, cheese, and pico de gallo for bar snacks but nothing… basically burgers and fries. Over all the family had a great time and loved the waves
The place is a little run downed. However, we still enjoyed it! The spa and sport courts were closed so we had to find other things to do around the resort. All the staffs were amazing! Overall we would come back!
This property is in need of a major repair. Adult pool is drained and not useable. Hallways are filthy, and room service items are left in hall for 24 hours. Pool area does not have adequate lounge chairs (and our travel dates were not peak travel). Linens are not changed daily. Elevator ceiling lights are leaking water. Very disappointed.
Food and drinks are pathetic
The property needs a serious update including the rooms. The restaurants were a let down. The staff was friendly and worked really hard to keep up with the huge demand of guests.
There were nice restaurants, but there was always a wait! We were there celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. We were asked numerous times if we were celebrating anything, but yet we never even received a special dessert.
Rudeness of the staff member (male) at the time of leaving the hotel was disrespectful and rude to my husband, staff member said to my husband are you not listening ?? rooms are very dated, moldy smell. Please DONT spent your money staying in this “resort”.
Visiting Cancún for the first time and staying at Seadust was the best decision we took as a family. The food, the staff, the room, the view, the ambience, the daily activities every single thing was top-notch. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hotel management for caring so much for their guests and really exceeding our expectations in all sense.I am a happy client.
very good hotel for the kids
nice place to stay
Pro: Great access to the beach. Con: No fireworks for new year?
So much of the things to do were not open,
It is a kids' friendly resort which I liked the most.
The staff was amazing! Some areas of the resort were closed or inoperable (elevators). The food was WONDERFUL!
Pros: Entertainment and service staff are extremely hardworking and friendly. Beach and ocean front views are beautiful. Cons: 2/4 members of our family got food poisioning. Many facilities were closed. (Eg. Tennis and basketball courts, theatre) Elevators are too slow, and the stairwells are dirty. Lineups for the restauraunts were very long, and the food wasn't great. Many people trying to sell you additional excursions, even when picking up towels, which is very annoying. We didn't like how they pushed their infinity club membership. Resort is small (beach area is limited, small pools, small dining areas)
The octopus from the Food Gallery buffet was not fresh.
My room was near the club too noisy all the way too 2am, bathroom are outdated, outside my room it was water in hallways do to a leak, AC was no cooling down. Swimming pool close too early on New years, we told all inclusive but we have to pay for a table or bench on the beach. I will not return to Seadust hotel, unless they apdated the rooms. Food was good not too bad. Employees were very friendly with us.
The whole family got sick with stomach bug and cleanliness was sub-par. The buffet place was a disaster and a rich ground to catch flu. Food situation was very bad and restaurants were very hard to get a seating. Will never go back to this place.
The rooms and property were good. Service is good. The food is absolutely terrible. Like inedible - go to Harry’s or other Anderson restaurants down the street - all restaurants were actually terrible.
Bad food, limited beach excess
Nice
would visit again
Room view was good. AC had trouble keeping the room comfortable. Terrible hours for all amenities. Gym and courts were closed/broken. Theatre not being used. Everything advertised as amenities for recreation were not available. Room was not cleaned or stocked well, open cans of drinks in the mini fridge when we checked in. The pictures are all outdated, must have been taken when the place first opened. They hassle you to join the Infinity Club multiple times, or buy spa packages. The pools and beach were nice but zero chairs available, people were always putting their towels on early and leaving unattended, which there were signs they couldn’t do but it was not enforced. Dining reservations weren’t available at the restaurants so had to line up an hour before opening and still wait a long time for a spot. They did have beepers to call you back to the restaurant which was nice. The bars and bartenders were good, but had to be reminded not to put alcohol in the kids drinks! There is no ice cream parlor, they just serve ice cream from the Creperie with very limited hours and flavours. We mostly ate at the Food Gallery buffet which had plenty of options just not the best quality (ie overcooked sausages every day). The “healthy” grab and go rarely had anything out to take and was full of unhealthy pastries. They put on shows most nights at 7pm but just in the lobby with very limited seating. The entire place has way too many people for what is available.
Awesome hotel. Right on the beach with many facilities. Staff are friendly and helpful. The food and ambience was great! Highly recommend!
Disappointed
The hotel is dated, very crowded and not clean (beach area, pool area, etc.). I would not stay there again. They didn't even put enough towels and paper towel in my room, which to me is a basic and really important service.
Too much dairy
The resort constantly smells of greased foods. Our room was nice but with air conditioning running smells of musty and maybe mold. Humidity made bedding moist and food soft
Great place for family
The staff was the only good thing about this property. We arrived there in the pouring rain and the rooms smelled terrible to black mold. The mold was also visible. My daughter, who is highly allergic, ended up being sick the entire trip. We also had a shower door that would not close, and a shower drain that was clogged. We had to stand in our dirty water the entire time. I tried to get a full refund of both of our rooms that were booked, however, we were told we had to deal with Expedia. I called Expedia and the man I spoke to was extremely rude and told me that the only way he would cancel our reservation was if we paid a $2000 cancellation fee. I will never be going through Expedia again after dealing with that.
The food at all the restaurant was bad. Cold and no flavors. I found staff to be rude. My son fall and it was treated as no big deal. I would not recommend tjis hotel to anyone
Beautiful ocean view, Few activities are closed due to maintenance like tennis etc… not much vegetarian options for who don’t eat meat.
Great for families
We had an excellent time at the property. Courteous staff and lots of food options.
Pueden mejorar las facilidades.
4/8 of us got sick. Not sure if it was the hotels fault or if there was just a highly contagious flu going around. Didn’t really enjoy the food. Beach was beautiful
It was bad service. No towel in the pool is nobody smile, slow service, and bad food.
The staff were very helpful, always responding with a smile, and available 24 hours! The property was not new but it was very well-maintained! The beach was magical! One bad thing about our trip, almost everybody got diarrhea and threw up for at least 1 night which seems to be a common theme for people who visit that area for the first time. I suppose there should be a vaccine that you can get before your trip to avoid that 1or 2 nights of inconvenience. The hotel offered late check-out and free room service to help us with this condition. I highly recommend traveling there but I suggest you be prepared for this situation.
I was skeptical with all the prev bad reviews on staying here but we were honestly blown away by this resort. We have four kids but didn’t bring them on the trip, but I can say it’s a great place for kids with so many things to do. We went Nov 11-Nov 18. We had three days good waves and four of tough waves/high winds. The weather was beautiful and the resort wasn’t too hot. Yes, only your room is air conditioned but that was more than what I even expected. The resort does need repairs and they were working on them daily. One night they had to close the buffet for the dinner but it was to fix some leaks and there’s so many food options it was fine. The staff are all very friendly. The places to eat, especially the coffee shop and bars were very clean. They had staff walking around the buffet making sure everything was presentable and clean. We each gained 10 lbs of weight because of how much we ate! Food was great and they always have a kids buffet too. We are vegans and were able to enjoy lots !!! Overall I would go here again. Check in and check out was done in 5 minutes. The room was so romantic with clean big beds and a jacuzzi outside ! Loved it !!!
I got sick eating buffet there
room is too old~ There's a leak in the balcony door~

Needs more pool chairs and umbrellas. Bed sheets looked dirty! Amenities under construction. Good service slow!
