The location was top notch. The facilities however, were not. Our room in particular. Our shower leaked which caused all the wood work near the shower to be rotted and moldy. The toilet basin was cracked as was the bathroom counter and the bath tub surround. I asked room service for extra towels to deal with all the water on the floor and they never sent any. Food was good but we both found hair in our food. The service was very slow everywhere. We consistently had to wait to be seated, to get drinks, to be served. Not sure if this is just Mexico in general, as this was our first trip. Also, a big bummer was the hot tub was broken and no one told us. Some positives- the food was pretty good, staff was fairly friendly, the views/location were on point and there was always entertainment. (That being said, most days there was a DJ at the pool from 9-6 and it was always loud and bumping- which wasn’t always relaxing.) We did ann excursion through Seek and Go and it was awesome! We saw Chichén Itzá, a cenote and a local town. The excursion was the highlight of the trip. Overall we enjoyed our trip, but will not be returning to stay at Sandos.
Really enjoyed the property and entertainment staff. The staff was really friendly. Great view over the pool and looking at the beach. Very limited seatings by pool and beach. Have to wake up early to hold a spot. Besides that we really enjoyed our selves
very nice
I didn’t like the food and the service
If you want to come to a beautiful beach and just relax this is a great resort. Staff was friendly and attentive. My only areas I would improve- hard to get dinner reservations! upon arrival had to take a 10pm dinner rsvp for the hibachi restaurant. Second the times for the bar are too late- 11am is 2 hours late to get a drink by the pool when the sun rises at 6 and you've been at the pool for 2 hours
The buffet food wasnt never hot . I paid extra for a king bed and got 2 singles. On a honeymoon that didnt go over so well with me . The hotel gave me a down graded room for a king size , but had to talk to a manager about the situation. Probably will never go to another Sandos hotel over the experience i had there
Supposed to get a room upgrade with VIP and we had the 2nd worst room at the property. We only know it was second worst because management said there was ONE room worse than ours when we asked to change. Eye level with roof equipment and full eye level view of event space. VERY loud and ZERO privacy. Handled poorly by management.
Problems. Problems. Second year in a row they tried to put us in a lesser room than we paid for. Said it wasn’t available (we booked months in advance). Has to stay in lesser room, got kicked out in morning and waited until 3pm to get into our booked room. This wasted a day of our vacation. When we finally got in, the room was fantastic. Food: buffet was always good. Italian restaurant had smaller menu than last year and was only so-so. Seasons restaurant service was so slow we left. St Trop was ok, typical beach food. Entertainment: too loud at pool. We prefer to relax. Had to get up early to get chairs.
Staff was very helpful. Nice beach area, walkable , good entertainment
My boyfriend and I had a wonderful time at Sandos. The staff and service was amazing, and they tend to any needs. This is a smaller resort, but the different restaurant options were all great. Reservations are limited, but the as long as you book them in advance when you get there, there will be availability. There was a bit of a sewage smell in the bathroom, but nothing to ruin our trip. It can be difficult to secure a spot at the pool but that is to be expected at a smaller resort. Breakfast at St. Trop was awesome every morning and we looked forward to it. While there was some fun and entertaining pool parties and a couple of events at night, I would recommend this resort to those looking for a quieter, relaxing vacation, less partying. Would definitely come back!
All in all, Sandos Cancun is a very nice place, however, our room , it was evident that renovation is in order. Our room showed this by the damaged door, placement of bathroom tiles, broken curtain. We weren't as happy this year with our accommodations as we were last year. The saving grace for this hotel is the staff. They were very accommodating to our needs.
Run of the mill hotel by the beach. Only issue I had was entertainments dying down after 5 anywhere outside.
Will not be visiting again. Entertainment staff is awesome and was so lovely. But that’s about it. The food was fine. Out of every resort I’ve been to in my life, this has been the worst. Buffet had limited options. These “exclusive” dinners had great option but every option tasted horrible… and I’m not picky at all… and that’s saying something. You will never be able to get a beach or pool chair unless you come down at 6am and grab one (no joke). Rooms were dated but beds were very big. But the zinger and worst thing was at checkout. They tried to overcharge us by hundreds of dollars saying it was their “conversion”. (Which was not the truth). After threatening the law (which makes me sound like a Karen lol, and going off on everyone possible, they finally admitted to messing up and fixing our total…) which made me question, what if I never called them out on their mistake?? This also happened to this couple infront of us and beside us, so beware and don’t go. We never got our $25 spa credit because they said they don’t honor that. This whole establishment is a scam. So sad because I loved some of staff and became friends with them but I did not have a good experience besides that and will certainly not be suggesting this place to anyone.
The beach is beautiful and you just can’t beat the color of the water. The water is difficult to swim in, but sitting next to it and watching, listening to the waves is healing. The staff offered couples massages while we were in the pool. When we declined, he offered us a better price and we agreed, knowing we still had the spa credit advertised by Expedia to bring the price to an agreeable amount. Upon checkout, they refused to give us the $60 spa credit, so the spa credit is basically worthless. I can’t help but wonder if they’ll still recoup the spa credit, even though we didn’t receive the benefit. In the end, we felt scammed.
My friends and I (four women) went on a long weekend and stayed at Sando’s last weekend February 28th. I had done my due diligence and checked to make sure this was a five star hotel, and the ratings were good on Google. Upon arriving, we waited about 20 minutes in line to check in and we were third in line, then another 20 minutes to actually get checked in. The check in process took an extremely long time for something other resorts can do quickly. Upon going to our room, I encounter a man, coming out of the shower in our room. It turns out they double booked the room. We then had to go back to the front desk where I spoke with a manager who was more worried about other people hearing my complaint. From there, we found bathroom door locks, broken throughout the resort, including our bedroom. When using the bathroom and common areas soap was often lacking for hand washing paper towel dispenser is broken as well. The facilities had worn walls and ceilings that needed repair. Our shower head couldn’t be adjusted so when you went into the shower, the water came out into the bathroom floor. The property did have a great beach and pool area, but everything else was pretty low quality and not up to five star rating, including the food. I will not be staying at this property or any line of Sandos in the future.
Decent place. Some restaurants like Gaijin stand out. Takes around 5minutes to nearest bus stop. Be careful regarding resort fees.
We had the most lovely time at this resort. We were met with friendly and welcoming staff, such as Erick, who brought us in, completed check in and ensured we and our luggage made it to our room. The room itself was lovely, spacious and comfortable. It included all the amenities we needed. Housekeeping came by daily to clean up and re-stock our bottled water and mini bar. However, our balcony door did not open and close consistently and some of the door trim was falling off. The bathroom was lovely, but we had a few issues with plumbing and drainage. The bars had excellent hours and bartenders, especially Bar One, during both the day and night. They were easily accessible from anywhere in the resort. The entertainment staff were beyond amazing, especially Dennis, Daniel, Alex and Karla. The events were fun, and well-spaced throughout the day, with something for anyone. The pool area was very well-maintained and lovely. The pool staff, such as Eddie, were friendly and attentive. It was also nice to have servers, like Casanova, frequently circulating the pool and beach areas. There was a lot of food variety between all of the restaurants, and service was outstanding there as well. We especially appreciated Lorenzo and Chef Saul, who made our dining experience at Seasons and Frattini's the best we had. From start to finish of our 8-night stay, we kept saying that we would easily stay again. Thank you Sandos Cancún, p.s. please upgrade us to Royal Elite next stay.
Older property
We had a good stay with another couple, celebrating anniversary. Some staff were friendly. Our room was standard but nosey due to the generator. I asked to be move but no other room alleviable per front desk personnel.
Food and entertainment was average.
It’s definitely not a 5 star.. in fact there is no legitimate 5 stars in all of Mexico. I would say it’s a 3.5 star at best. The hotel is very dated, the pool areas are limited, not even close to enough space for all the guests they have. Food was mediocre at best. Sandos has a lot of upgrading to do to compete with other resorts in Cancun. I won’t be visiting Sandos again.
The rating of this property was a lie. Our bedsheet were dirty and stained. Bathroom was filthy! Only highlight was the entertainment team!
I loved the walk out beach. Perfect location in the middle of the island strip with excellenr ocean views.
This was an amazing place. Honestly the staff was super friendly, kind, and hardworking. The staff will make sure things go smoothly from the Front Desk, to Bell Boy, to concierge you guys are great. Keep up the good work, and Thankyou for having such a Positive Attitude even during adversity. I did not like however that huge statue near the pool but after that great place. God Bless
The hot pool was broken. The drinks were completely water down. The bed sheets were stain. The transportation to the hotel package made me wait over 2hrs thus I had to pay additional to get into a cab.
I had a fantastic stay at Sandos Cancun! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. My room was spotless, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. The amenities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to return!
Breakfast and lunch were great but supper could use some improvement on food options.
Beautiful and modern hotel
If you like a small resort with decent amenities and wonderful staff, this resort ia perfect.
Staff were extremely nice and professional, did not have a single issue with any staff member. The hotel even covered all expenses for an unexpected hospital visit which was greatly appreciated. Food options were excellent, it was some of the best resort food I've had. Plenty of options for all types of diets and different types of flavours/themed buffet days. The resort is feeling its age as it was built in the 90s and could use some touch ups/upgrades, but not a dealbreaker and still very clean throughout. There is also no swim up bar, but the bar near the pools is not too far of a walk and pool staff bring you drinks anyways. Entertainment was alright, nothing spectacular. I would recommend this resort for couples/groups who are looking for a more relaxed vacation with good food and drinks
Food choices in the buffet was limited. Generally food was below par
Excellent facility. Was a bit smaller than other all inclusive resorts but we were fine with this. View from any of the outdoor areas is amazing. Staff was very attentive and extremely nice. Casanova at Trop was amazing. Started raining and the cafe had a rush of people and he handled it like a champ. He was our pool waiter on the last day and kept the cocktails flowing! Entertainment team was very interactive but no overbearing. The absolute best part of this resort is the food. It was GREAT, even the buffet. Highly recommend any soup they have. They were all delicious. Rooms are a bit dated but very, very clean. There isn't really any outdoor bar area to hang out in the evening so if you are looking for that you won't find it here. Overall a really nice resort with a great staff and an amazing view of the Gulf. Would definitely return.
The beach was gorgeous! The nightly activities were great, room service Food was awesome, but the buffet food was the same every day. Guacamole was not served on the buffet, which I feel it should have been. Beds were so so so comfortable and maids did a great job cleaning every day. There was swim up bar as indicated in the brochure and the hot tub was lukewarm. That was a disappointment. Staff was friendly Especially Freddy in the buffet area.
Property was very nice but only real down fall was some of the staff could use a class of being ALOT more friendly and not acting like they hate their jobs
Well located, varieties food option, Italian and Season restaurants with great food, staff are nice, many activities, Spa was wonderful. We had a great stay, some improvements needed but I give 5-stars overt
The food wasn’t very good, pretty disappointing
Nice hotel
The resort is very nice. The pools and ocean are beautiful, and there’s great lounging options. The restaurants are good, but the drinks are not great. Some of the staff are amazing and some are not too friendly. Overall, for the price and just wanting a fun vacation, the resort was very nice for us.
Great resort, food, drinks everything was good.
It didn’t seem like they were taking me and my partner serious. We payed for a king size bed room and they gave us a room with two double beds. We were told we would have a king size bed room the second day and then they still couldn’t accommodate us. After they gave us the option to move our two beds together to make a “super king bed”… they never came.
Beach is one of the best I’ve ever stayed at. Food is limited (small resort). Great staff.
Service was mediocre From the minute we checked in, the initial clerk that greeted us asked for our passports then disappeared into the back, came out, never acknowledged us walked away from the front desk, returned, still no acknowledgement that we were waiting...we finally moved to another clerk who checked us in in a very dismissive manner. As though we were bothering her. Did not start the weekend off on a good note.

Had a very good experience at this resort. The service from the staff is excellent. This resort is definitely good for couples. Would not be fun for a group of friend as there is not much to do if you like to party, and the guests are older. 24hr complementary room service for food was great, and my room’s minibar was stocked daily for free with beer, soda, and water. The food was very good and the beach is beautiful and clean. This isn’t a 5 star resort like they claim to be. It’s showing its age. I would give the resort 3 stars for its condition but 5 stars for the experience and service.
I went on a girls trip for Sandos because rating was good on Trip Advisor. Rating is a scam - they force people to give 5 star. So don’t believe it. Buffet: Not much food options and NO live stations. Loved the brick oven pizza by the pool. The bar in the lobby had the best bar tenders and drinks. Note that the staff was very Snobbish and not much help at all. Restaurant: The Japanese was hard to reserve. Even though you see empty seats- they deny entry- although promised. The Italian was just horrid to say the least. Service was bad as usual. Rooms: The shower is outdated. The Tub doesn’t work. It looks ok - but not operational. Room Service: non existent. We called several times for coffee - but did not receive any service. Once some random person tried to enter - which was creepy. Thank god we were awake . Parties: there was just the pool party that was fun. The events are sporadic and A OK Beach : beach was fabulous and clean. Real blue waters. Spa: we booked our appointment at 9 and reported there on time. Our service did not start until 10. Hospitality: our flight was delayed and we asked to extend our room . They did not help at all - instead sent 3 ppl to harass us out of our rooms.
I booked this hotel a year in advance and i requested a king bed, nice view and a balcony. My spouse and i arrived and they gave us a room with 2 small beds, a view of the roof and no balcony. When i asked the front desk about this they said there was nothing they could do. Sleeping in separate small beds was not what we envisioned for our romantic vacation. Not only that but the furniture in the room was old and the bathroom door was falling apart. We checked out the next day and stayed somewhere else for the rest of the trip.
We had good time
This property is very clean and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The beach is beautiful and having cabanas that are first come first serve is really nice for both comfort and shade. The pools are nice too with lots of chairs with umbrellas and cabanas. There is a good mix of relaxation and a party atmosphere. The only thing missing is a hot tub. The wind made the pool a little cool, but a hot tub would be nice. The staff is great and the drinks are definitely not watered down. The food options are good, even for those with food allergies / intolerances like me. I would stay again.
The food at the individual dining rooms was ok but not out of ordinary. Meat was tough. The buffet was the best.
Service is top notch! Shout outs to Jacob in Bar 1. Order Jacob's Rum punch. Lorenzo, Fausto, Cassanova all ger top grades.
This property is great for couples looking for a chill vacation, minimal parties here, a few things to note: 1. The hot tub is broken/ non existent 2. The seasons steak house is horrible, avoid at all costs 3.The Italian restaurant was amazing. 4. The building facade is literally crumbling, likely due for a major envelope upgrade or tear down. 5. The daytime activities are great, if the resort guests are into them, but most of the people here are not very active to do the activities. 6. No swim up bar, 7. Most evening activities end around 10-11pm. Otherwise this was a great resort and terrific value.
Second time at this property. Well maintained. Excellent staff. Comfortable beds, quiet on north side of hotel south side was very noisy with exhaust fans so luckily was able to move. Only thing I didn’t like was push to join their elite club especially when I just got there and wanted to see the beach.
Sandos Cancún exceeded all our expectations with its stunning location, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities, making for a truly unforgettable stay.
.
It didn’t have a swim up bar and it was a lot of fun in the pool. I didn’t like the property at all.
The staff was amazing and we loved our pool guy Gabriel!
Beautiful resort
Well first of, i want to star by saying that the alcohol beverages at this hotel sucked every single cocktail we order was water down and tasted terrible, we also order different ones just to see and they were just as bad, the 3 restaurants on this hotel which are a Japanese,Italian and a internacional are mediocre the decor was nice the staff were attentive and friendly but the food was not the best, the Buffet is not that big not a lot of selections to choose and the food is alredy cook and put on the table for you to pick tou cannot they dont have an area where you can ask the to cook you something on the spot so basically you eat what they have, last but not least this Hotel.doesnt have a medical facility or any fist aid personnel on site sonif God forbit you need medical attention you are really screwed, my friend needed medical assistance she went down to the main front desk to ask for help she told them she wasnt feeling well she has a hearth condition she even went downstairs with her high blood pressure machine attach to her arm and asked for an ambulance and the first thing the gentlemen at the front desk told her was if she had money, didnt even help her didnt even call for the ambulance basically denied her any assistance didnt even care if something happened to her she stood in the lobby area waiting for assistance and not them nor any medical staff showed up all this place care about is money unbelievably i wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.
Not a lot of food options
I enjoyed the location. The facility staff were very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The open bar times were not very good on the outside. Need to open earlier in the morning.
Location to the beach is very close but the hotel needs to be updated..
Buffet food was horrible! We couldn’t get into any of the restaurants. Pool chairs are taken by 8am so we could never get a chair.
Was small and intimate
Resort was nice, Like the service. Location was ok. Only thing I did not like. My Sandos suite 807 middle of building on the north side You would think over looking the pool and a partial view of the sea and lagoon sounds great, but, some of the pictures of the sweet was misleading. Bathroom picture ok, size of suite ok, but the patio picture, I felt misleading, room 807 Sandos suite patio show a glass wall with great view and some what large, but the patio was small approximately 4 ft wide and 12 ft long with a view opening of 10 by 10 ft with solid concrete wall on both sides. The patio was next to the extended wall with vents, I am assuming the vents was Sandos air conditioning and you could hear the secrets of the vine next door air conditioning units. It was a lot of noise outside and inside light humming noise all day. So the patio was used mainly to dry clothes and occasionally look at the view and check the weather. It would have been great to set and enjoy the view, but if so wear ear plugs. I ask three times to change room to the south side. Was told the resort was full. Resort if an opening came up would contact me. That did not happen. So, nice resort, good food, good service. Book through Expedia and ask for my upgrade. That did not happen either.
Great place with decent Vegan options
We loved the bar; the safe was amazing. However, there was nothing unique about the hotel. We did not like the restaurant, as the app kept crashing. Additionally, the shower was not maintained, and the air conditioning needed cleaning. Some of the services they advertised were also unavailable due to staffing and it was included for what we paid for.
Came here for 4 nights with my girlfriend and ended up being super disappointing stay. To start off dining options here were so limited . Be prepared to look around the area for food , buffet food would be your only option for this resort . Food was horrible , drinks where bland , non Corbin aged drinks .Staff was really inattentive , literally seemed like they were bothered to even be there . Rooms are super outdated and old , room service through the app doesn’t work . Our room phone had no signal . Overrall horrible experiences we will not be coming back . This resort is not for younger people
Tourist trap, insane prices, worst in the world. 35USD for sun screen, 100USD for a taxi from airport to hotel. Hotel charged additional unexpected fees at checkin. Never returning. Expedia support for finding shuttle info useless.
Very friendly staff, beautiful beach
Good value for the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, they all made the experience much better. Rooms very dated and some issues with shower/tub... needs renovation. Main public areas were well maintained. Only issue was the lack of outdoor space to enjoy some quiet time in the sun - techno music, all day, everyday was just too much!!
We’ve stayed in Cancun and Playa del Carmen numerous times. While this was the smallest resort we’ve stayed at, they do the best at keeping you busy. I highly recommend doing each and every activity at night at the minimum.
Very beautiful
Very beautiful
Food was not good at all service was very slow they couldn’t handle all the guest. Staff Needs training
The resort was amazing!
I was double charged for my stay. I tried desperately to get Expedia and Sandos to fix it, but they both pretended to help me while saying that they other party was responsible for any refund. They worked together and stole my money, charging me for two people when only one stayed. That is theft.
The food was really good and the service was great. Everyone was really friendly. The restaurants were accommodating at subbing ingredients to meet my dietary restrictions. The pool was nice but a little chilly. I was hoping the hot tub would help but the hot tub sits inside one of the pools so all the water is the same temp. There isn’t a lot of seating at the pool- you can either wake up early and save a cabana or there is no where else for you to sit. The beach however seemed to have plenty of seating- cabanas and chairs. Michelle was fun and engaging with water aerobics, beach volleyball and other activities. The live entertainment in the evenings at the lobby bar were simple and good. The rooms were outdated which is really the only negative about the place. That and the air conditioning units outside that were incredibly loud. We had an ocean view room on the 4th floor and we could not hang out on our balcony or keep our doors open for natural breeze or ocean sound. They were LOUD! Our safe wasn’t working when we arrived but they sent someone to fix it immediately. We had friends with a day pass to attend a wedding. Once the wedding was over the hotel kicked them out. They were not flexible at all, not even to pack up their stuff in the suite. They sent security and it was a bit dramatic. Overall the hotel was just ok.
I really enjoyed the location and proximity to the ocean. The Japanese restaurant, Gaijin, was very good and so was St. Trop. I did not like that there was loud music playing every afternoon because I love hearing the ocean; every other day would have been appreciated.
Liked the all-inclusive and friendliness of staff.
The property is very dated, no entertainment and hard to get a dinner reservation. They cancel your reservations without telling you and reschedule you for 9:30pm at a different restaurant so they can accommodate bigger parties. Who eats at 9:30 pm?? When we asked Bruno the manager of Sandos he was rude, said “not his problem” and walked away from us! How professional Sandos, our stay was ridiculous. We’ve stayed lots on places in Cancun and surrounding areas and will never return to this place it’s definitely bottom of the barrel. Also we received special VIP bands for Expedia and they meant absolutely nothing! We received no better benefits than the regular non Expedia guest. Disappointed with Sandos Cancun. If looking at this resort definitely choose somewhere else.
Not a 4 star this is gross
Highly recommended
Unique experience at Sandos in the best way possible. They cater to their guests and you feel at home. Would highly recommend!
The buffet very hit or miss
Not quite as expected
Overall great resort! Great shows and entertainment , nice facilities and friendly staff! They only need to work on food options at buffet as many of the foods which are offered daily are similar each day with no modifications or addition of new items in daily buffet instead.
The stay was very nice but there were some concerns, every morning on the beach there are people who will try to sell you things and won’t leave you alone. They push hard on sales…. We had a wedding here and I notice they were also reusing the plastic cups because there was lipstick on the cup…. Room service barely worked I could only use it 1-2 times during the week stay. I had “vip access” which gave me a free bottle of wine each day, $25 in spa credit. I only got one bottle of wine the whole time, and the spa credit is nothing, if you want a message it is crazy over priced. At least $30-50 more than back home for a regular massage so I passed on that offer. The place is very beautiful don’t get me wrong, but those were the parts that was pretty bad in my opinion The resort was very nice, everything was all inclusive all the food, and drinks. They also had restaurants you could do a reservation for which I recommend going very early in the day because it does book up fast. They also make sure your drink never stays empty! I’m not big on drinking alcohol I drank once during the trip, but it’s did get mocktails which was really good ! They made so many cool tasty ones !! I got a really great deal on here so I would recommend it. There’s for sure pros and cons
The front men were very rude, the room a jointed to mind had construction start at 6:30ish am the whole floor smelled like paint thinner. Asked the front men for towels shrugged me off and said I’ll send some over. Never did. Just a bunch of small details that make me not want to recommend anyone else stay here.
Decent experience overall
We had a great time at Sandos and I recommend it highly with one or two complaints. First the music they play around the pool area all day is mostly a loud thumping bass sound with occasional traces of a song laid over it. Not my taste ( I am a 66 year old man) and so loud! The other complaint is that there is no hot tub. there appears to be one that doesn't work. That was disappointing. The food , service and staff were very good!
The beach and the sea were beautiful. Amenities not so much. Shades were damaged and ineffective. Restaurants had same limited menus all the time and cooking was not at the best. The buffet though was better. Too expensive for the offerings.
One of the included restaurants was impossible to go to. Bathrooms were not very clean. Most of the food was not good. Staff were friendly.
Wonderful time
I enjoyed my stay here the weather was lovely and so were the Margaritas. The pools were nice and although not heated they became my friend in the heat of the day. My room was large and the bed very comfortable. The housekeeper came later in the day when I would like to have had a shower and relax before the evening. The used face clothes would be removed but not replaced. The staff was mostly friendly and accommodating. The room outlets were loose and you had to wiggle the plugs to get them to connect My biggest peeve was they have an online directory so u can book the restaurants, look at the menus, see what entertainment was available, also a map of sorts. However the menus were outdated, the room service section didn’t work, the maintenance section didn’t work. After trying to use the room service section on the directory I discovered it didn’t work. So calling the front desk (no room service button on the phone) no one answered or if they did they answer they transferred the call and the phone wasn’t answered by room service or dropped them had to call back to the front desk. This was very frustrating and annoying. I think this resort needs some updating
Great spot.
Shower head was not good, only one lamp worked, and the ice machine didn’t work on our floor. Requested a robe and dental kit on the first day and never got them. Room service was not available 24/7 as advertised. Got overcharged by $145 USD for spa treatments upon checkout (calling today to find out why this happened) pedicure from spa was not worth the price. Staff was nice enough and overall the stay was ok, but by far not a resort I’ll be bragging about or highly recommending.
Property grounds were ok. Food was NOT good and there wasn’t many activities to do around the resort. The beachfront is very small and the pools don’t get much sun throughout the day.
Dining was a 2 at best. Room was very noisy due proximity to hotels mechanical room. Was like having a room in the middle of a busy helipad. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We had a great time. The staff are fantastic. The beachfront and outdoor pool areas were definitely the highlight. The hotel itself needs some updating as we had to get maintenance in to fix our shower door and toilet.
