Place has tons of areas and options to hang out. Many pools for kids and adults. My kids loved the Kids Club, staff was very nice and kept the kids very well entertained. Gave us parents a break to spend time together. 👍

The property was beautiful and well-maintained. There were plenty of dining options, nightly entertainment, and daytime activities. Every dining facility asked if you had food allergies before they seated you, and had plenty of gluten-free and vegan options.

This vacation could have been wonderful if not for the disappointing experience we had at one restaurant. The staff at La Flama collectively ruined our night, with Jose being the most problematic. He was rude, inattentive, and dismissive throughout our visit. At one point, he even mocked my pregnant friend for ordering both her meal and one for her child by loudly asking, “All this food for you?”—despite the small portion sizes and the fact she was clearly ordering for two. To make matters worse, none of the appetizers or entrées we ordered ever arrived. After two frustrating hours, we gave up and left. Jose that worked there on 5/7/25. Thankfully, the incredible team at Vela helped turn our night around with their exceptional service
Food was mediocre. Not a lot of restaurants to choose. Lunch buffet was pretty much the same everyday that I got tired of. Over all the staff were good except one staff our group encountered at one of the restaurants, he was the rudest server.
Everything about our stay was perfect. Some special people we want to shout out that made it extra perfect- the entertainment team (Christian, Tony, Santos, Dani, Leon) the lobby bar staff, Alex in the buffet, and our favorite pool waiters David and Diego. David and Diego were amazing by the pool and knew who we were the whole week and took such good care of us. The bartender Irving was also the best one. Overall, we loved it and we will be returning
Good service by staff
The property and staff excellent, except a minor set back with customer service issue. that was later fixed after 20 hrs.
This was our second trip to Cancun. First time we were staying at Gaza Blanca where we had an excellent time service. Hilton Service Starting from check-in was the worst. We upgraded the room to a suit but the suit main bathroom didn't have hot water and they fixed it after two days. Pool side service was the worst we never saw a server going around and taking orders or checking on us. We had to get out of the pool walk to the hear by dinning area bring food to kids. We will never stay in this place again. To make it worse I am a hilton-honors member. I can only imagine the treatment that non hilton honors members receive.
Fun and Entertaining Stay, but Some Service Shortcomings Overall, we had a good time on our all-inclusive vacation. The entertainment staff was excellent—friendly, energetic, and truly went above and beyond to make sure guests were having fun. The nightly shows were great, and there was a solid variety of dinner options, plus plenty of pools and daytime activities to enjoy. That said, there were a few disappointments. The beach wasn’t ideal—the waves were too rough, and we only managed to go in the ocean three times during our 7-day stay. Service at the restaurants was also slow when it came to alcoholic drinks. The waiters were doing their best, but the hotel seemed to be short on bartenders, possibly by design. Attention to small details was also lacking—just to list one example ---out of seven mornings, I only received a teaspoon once. Most days, I had to stir my coffee, creamer, and sugar with a knife. If you’re looking for fun, entertainment, and variety by the pool, this resort does well. Just don’t go in expecting flawless service or a calm beach experience.
First, we’ll start with the good. The staff were very nice and friendly, especially the servers and cooks. I booked a deluxe room, which is bigger room with an ocean view. I got an obstructed partial ocean view, which is not what I paid for. Our room was very far to walk from and to the main lobby, which was inconvenient. I called the concierge, and was told they would try to get me another room, but never did. Food was ok and there was a limited selection at the restaurants. We had better food and a true ocean view at our previous all inclusive hotel. The sheets were dirty. Last but not least… do not stay here if you don’t wanna be around dozens of kids everywhere. Kids aren’t bad, but not good on vacation, especially when everything is left messy from the careless parents.

Property rooms hotel service very good. We were looking for more time to spend on the beach but the waves and rip current made that impossible with kids even for adults it was not easy.

Everyone was extremely friendly! This was a very relaxing vacation with amazing views of the ocean. Shoutout to Oscar who always made sure we had a drink in our hand and took great care of us!

Excellent property
Resort is beautiful, clean, beautiful view, lots of seating options at pool and beach, bed was very comfortable, food options were great, staff was amazing. Entertainment was great during the day and night. Only 2 things I would recommend is more alcohol in the drinks, drank several and never felt anything or a taste or alcohol, every drink was like that and way too many birds flying attacking the food at the restaurant or near the buffet outside. One resort we stayed in Cancun has a hawk that helps keep the birds away. Otherwise has an amazing stay and highly recommend.

It was a great experience staying at this all-inclusive resort. The food and drinks were great. There was plenty of options to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful all the time.
3rd stay at Hilton All Inclusive in my experience. Its an old property and it’s evident, but Hilton did well with renewing it. Having Honors club or just making your case about being loyal to Hilton brand properties doesent really get you anything. Ive tried a couple of times to request for an upgrade within reasonable change in price but its still puts you in Rixos/Ritz Carlton price range. Was disappointed with that aspect of my trip. I did not need Enclave for free but still, putting me in Building E (see below) with a toddler. Food as always top notch. Staff super friendly. Anywhere you sit down they check in on you and take your order for drinks etc. Vela staff lacks efficiency though, in how much time they take to seat the people arriving during peak hours Beach is as great as Zona Hotelera beach should be. Avoid being booked in building E. Thats where the AC units are, and their noise is 24/7 as well as on the 6th floor where the laundry is done at for the entire resort, staff is wheeling carts with towels and other stuff and its all day long. Sound proofing for the front door to your room is non existing. Rooms were checked on by the cleaning staff on the daily, beds made and towels tidied up or replaced. Im not much for activities during my stays, so just one in particular I really liked, Kax was walking around the beach doing trivia questions and giving out prizes, that was pretty nice, something new for a change.
This resort was beautiful- our second time there! The staff in all areas were very helpful and kind. Alberto in reception was super helpful.
Amazing place with great food and long clean beach
Dont go by less number of reviews on Google Hokton jist took over the property year and a half ago and it has excellent customer service, buffet is really nice and wide spread and lots of fun activities for kods of each group .our toddler enjoyed the water ppol and other kids activities. Perfect for family with kids.

I stayed with my husband for a total of 3 nights ! Good all-inclusive resort! Food option was great alot to pick from ! Drinks are amazing ! Friendly staff, rooms well kept ! I would definitely re visit again and bring my kids !

We had a great family vacation time. My 5 year daughter really loved kids club and a pool. The ocean-view room was beautiful. Their service was great. We had so much fun.

This place is just average. They really don't do anything out of the ordinary, It could be way cleaner, and I feel like most of the staff could care less if you are there or not.
I would never come back here worst place that I stayed in Cancun. Staff are good but there is nothing to do. Upgraded room was very small balcony with no chairs.
Before arriving at the Cancun airport get your transportation from the airport to the hotel lined up. Uber is not allowed to pick up at the airport. Uber can drop off. Taxies are expensive ($25 / person). Buses are inconvenient (not direct and require a transfer).
The All Inclusive Hilton Resort was awe inspiring! The food…the ocean view of my Enclave room…the beach…I couldn’t have ask for more.
We stayed here last year and this year was even better...highly recommend, staff were all great and food was delicious
Beautiful beach rooms and staff
Unfriendly Staff this is the experience we have in our head about Hilton Mar Caribe All Inclusive in Cancun. Gael door guy and Julio at La Luce restaurant they were the only one happy to be there offering great and friendly service. We chose Enclave-we did not received Hammock, JC guy in the infinity pool area needs better training to work with people especially people with kids. Poor front desk service, Steak restaurant good food but HORRIBLE service, same as Asian Restaurant we were at the pool and there were not at all of service personnel
Excellent experience
It’s not bad at all, but it’s not amazing. The servers by the pool don’t always bring your drinks. You end up having to walk to the bar to get them, and they aren’t served very strong. The restaurants are beautiful, however even though it’s all inclusive you have to make reservations and it’s super hard to find reservations.
A solid choice in the destination with good restaurant options, public areas, etc. enjoyed my room.

We really enjoyed the resort. The food was great, and our beachfront enclave room offered one of the best views we’ve ever had. My only suggestion for improvement, as adults traveling with two teenagers, is that age requirements should be better enforced. Our kids didn’t want to hang out in the teenage area because it was overrun with younger children (and sometimes their parents). Similarly, when my wife and I tried to relax in adult-only areas, such as the pool or the swim-up bar, we found them occupied by young kids as well. I’m not sure whether the nighttime dance party was meant to be adults only, but it felt more like a family wedding, with lots of young kids running around while some older guests danced. Anyway, we really loved the resort, and if you want a family-friendly place, this would definitely be a great choice.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Hilton. I had anticipated a memorable experience, given the hotel's esteemed reputation; regrettably, my experience fell far short of expectations. The buffet area lacked vegetarian options, offering only plain white rice and salad for lunch and dinner, which was quite disappointing. I was also dismayed by the unhelpful response when I asked a server to prepare pasta for my son. His reply, indicating a lack of alternatives and unwillingness to assist, was disheartening. Furthermore, housekeeping neglected to clean my room or replenish the shower gel, despite my repeated requests for soap. The pool service was similarly inadequate; a request for water took an hour to fulfill, ultimately requiring me to retrieve it myself. I would like to commend the manager and servers at Noriku and La Luce, who went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs with specially prepared vegetarian dishes. Their exceptional service was a stark contrast to the overall experience. In light of these issues, I must express that this was the worst hotel experience of my life. Consequently, I do not plan to return. I will continue to stay at Dreams Sapphire, which has consistently provided an outstanding experience.

The property itself was amazing beach access great kids area and even better entertainment staff. Are over all is experience was great but the food was just okay.
Not a huge ferry
This hotel offers great amenities, and service from some of the people is just awesome. Drinks wouldn’t stop coming. Rooms are ok, the best part are the restrooms. Be ready to make reservations for restaurants because it can be hard to find availability, but if you get space, the experience will be great!

It’s a beautiful family friendly resort.
I was impressed with the facilities. Loved our room and the views were spectacular. The pools were awesome. The activities for my 16 year old kept him busy and content. The activities at night were just right and the event coordinators and personnel were energetic and friendly without being pushy. I wanted to go back there with friends for my 60th birthday HOWEVER, the service at the buffet dining were basically nonexistent. We went there a total of 8 times. My son and I would go through a whole meal without water and in the mornings I would have to get up and ask for coffee. I did witness the waiters attend to people who came in after us, maybe it was because it was only two of us, I don’t know? At one point I considered asking one of the guests to ask for a beverage for us since we were not getting any service or attention. The last morning we were there, we had great service, unfortunately I did not get the waiters name, but I did leave him a generous tip for giving us attention. I must say, Wilfredo (I think that’s his name) was one of the servers who actually offered service to us. I must give a huge thanks to Magdalena for helping us with transportation, she was patient and kind. I do think they need a better place for the coffee cafe and ice cream counter. They seemed to always run out of ice cream and the pastries seemed leftover and stale. Maybe provide smoothies or fruit Parfait bowls.

Overall staff is very friendly, hotel is in a great location beach wise. However, cleanliness can be improved at the buffet and hotel facilities and buffet experience can be improved by being more organized.

My daughter wanted to go on a family vacation and Mexico is her favorite place... (She's only 5). We loved the property, everyone was friendly and attentive. She loves the kids pool area and even more the kids activity space. We traveled during the week off, which we never do to avoid crowds but even when the space was full they she couldn't attend, they managed to figure out a way to include her in activities. Which she loved. That's all that mattered to me!! Food was great. There are amazing options. Personally, if I had the choice I would have skipped out on the steak house and just gone to the Brazilian Steak house that needed no reservation. The food was much MUCH BETTER.

We loved this property and everyone that worked here. The people were so joyful and friendly. No bad vibes and the property was wonderful. Only thing missing is jacuzzi’s. Other than that perfect.

I was unable to get a upgrade that I was more than willing to pay for. Somebody from the hotel even dared to tell me it might have had something to do with having booked my reservation through Expedia I'm very unhappy about that. At one point one receptionist told me it was possible and had the room ready, then management came out and blocked us from getting the beacfront suite in Enclave after we had agreed on price and everything. Ruined my vacation at that point.

Everything about this place was beautiful! The staff welcomed us with cold wash cloths for our face! We had quite a large group and the check-in process was fairly easy! The buffet was much better than the last place we stayed at! The dinner buffet, especially exceeded our expectations with them bringing around me constantly And that wonderful pineapple! Top for me was the entertainment! I tried to partake and everything I could! The salsa dance instructor was amazing, Kax! The dance parties were the best I’ve been to! Steakhouse and Japanese restaurant or tops! Having the beach at our back door was very cool, but unfortunately it closed early and I like a late walk on the beach! I would’ve liked karaoke as part of the entertainment! Playing blackjack in the pool was especially fun and my grandson got to play next to me which was exciting! I would definitely stay at this place again and would recommend a friends
The room wasn’t clean enough and old. The food was bad quality, the service was good. No enough space for kids, limited space. All dining restaurants wanted to sell something with extra money. Don’t buy anything at the hotel store. The price was too high,3-4 times higher. Ah Make sure to get some 1$ bills because your next drink will come tomorrow without tips.
This hotel was great! Their staff were excellent. They definitely gave us royalty treatment. The restaurants were very nice. The Enclave option met all of our expectations. The room was very clean, I am very picky person when it comes to hotel restrooms and the restroom was in perfect condition, clean and very modern to my liking. We will definitely come back.

VERY family friendly. All staff spoke excellent English. Dinners were excellent, but breakfast and lunch buffet options were slim and all food was cold-even if suppised to be warm.
