The stay was just perfect. We got the room with the private pool. (Junior swim up I think it was called) absolutely amazing! Perfect views. Staff are helpful polite and just great. Two members of staff really made our stay perfect. Tomas

A good, quiet and well-equiped hotel

The hotel and it's cleanliness and facilities were better than average and satisfactory. Service and staff were spot on although there was a few challenges with their English conversational skills. The main drawbacks were a very unstable internet connection and unavailability of spa services. The gym area also needs attention.

Super five star hotel

Hard working & friendly staff -no one walks past you without saying hello. Everything runs like clockwork. Good selection of food at breakfast and dinner. There are two pools-one for adults and one for children. There is access to the spa, tennis, golf etc and other restaurants.

A very chilled out and relaxing stay, staff are super friendly, the food is really tasty and the hydro therapy pool is the stuff of dreams !!!!

We travelled with our 17 month old daughter and stayed in a ground floor suite with a large terrace. The room was perfect for 3 of us and the terrace big enough for our daughter to run around which she loved. The pool and pool area are great and kept very clean. The terrace restaurant was great for lunch and breakfast and dinner in the buffet restaurant were both excellent. The beach at Sa Coma is lovely and sandy with sun beds for rent for the day. Sa Coma itself isn’t great (very touristy with a few average restaurants) but the hotel made it worth it. Would definitely recommend for a family.

Good resort but not 5-star service.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but we expected more from a 5-star resort. The front desk staff was very friendly, breakfast was very good, dinner was fair - one night was very good, the other nights the food was average. Service at dinner could have been better. For example, one night we ordered a bottle of wine and a bottle of water and the wine was delivered to the table but not opened. Once I found a waiter, I asked if he could open the bottle and he responded, "Just a minute" and he stood there entering something on his tablet. Eventually he sent someone over to open the wine which was unnecessary as i could see he was carrying an opener. We stayed in the 4th floor with the semi private pool and the first day there was a dead bird in there. We arrived on a Friday but the pool wasn't cleaned until Monday (the bird was removed immediately when we contacted the front desk). There were many bugs and a dead lizard in the overflow area. Not ideal. The mini fridge in the room took more than a day to cool items off because it was initially on the lowest setting. The room was spacious, the beds were awesome, and there was plenty of room. The furniture was uncomfortable though and we had small ants on the counter by the TV and the coffee maker. Very odd as there was no food up there. The hotel had free bikes which were nice and the spa area was nice. One day we received fresh fruit in our room which was a nice touch. Overall, good experience but room for improvement.

Incredible Hotel with amazing staff!

By far, the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Where to begin! The pools were both huge and very clean, with plenty of sun loungers and 4-poster sun beds available. The breakfast was incredible, such a huge variety of great quality and fresh food. The lunch available at the Terrace Restaurant was delicious and the swim-up bar offered very 'generous' servings. The cleanliness was incredible, with the cleaning staff doing a fantastic job to keep such a large hotel incredibly clean as well as the sun loungers being disinfected after each use. At night time, the piano bar had live music and plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the warm evenings. The location was fantastic! We travelled to around 10 beaches on the island, but our favourite was still the beach nearest to us, with large stretches of sandy beach, plenty of restaurants and very calm water. However, above everything else mentioned in this review, we would really love to thank the staff. Every morning we were greeted with a smile and chat from the friendly staff working at breakfast time. The breakfast area remained open despite my partner and I running late regularly. They even bought me coffee after the machines had been turned off and breakfast had technically ended! During lunch we would speak in Spanish and they would help us to learn the correct pronunciations and words. One of the hardest parts of leaving this hotel was leaving the staff who we befriended. Overall, a fantastic hotel with amazing and friendly staff.

Lovely holiday

The hotel service was excellent. The rooms were generous in size, cleaned daily and plenty of amenities available. The beds were large but the mattress might be too hard for some. Pool areas excellent - separate adults and children. Good food choices and a well stocked bar. Free bikes available and a sports centre as well.

The amenities and facilities were superb. The room was also a wonderful size with a reception area and could comfortably fit a small family. Do not forget to check out the spa facilities, we waited until the end of our trip and wish we had sooner, there are so many spa treatments and options that are available. Be sure to visit on your first day at the hotel.

The Overall stay was Amazing. The Breakfast and Dinner Buffet was Top Notch and worth every penny. The pool was great for my daughter. The Junior Suite was spacious and quiet despite being very close to the family pool. The Terrace Grill was Awful and the hotel should seriously fire anyone connected to the quality of food. It was poor at best. The toilet seat in the room was partially disconnected and the AC in front room didn't work well. The AC in the bedroom worked so well, we didn't notice until the 5th day. These issues actually weren't reported because they seem so minor because everything else was so great. The Staff were always very friendly and accommodating despite the check in error with Expedia. If they improve the quality of food in the Terrace Grill, this hotel will truly be a 5 Star Hotel.

Good family rooms

Lovely pool and big family rooms (we had a suite on the 3rd floor with 2 balconies). A bit of a mix up on check in we had to change rooms but otherwise it’s been a good experience. Breakfast is good with lots of choice, room service a bit underwhelming. Near a very nice beach

Doesn’t really compare to other 5* hotels. Pros - Good, but not exception food, that varied in quality. Main buffet was nice. Terrace bar was terrible. Nice, helpful staff. Variety of solid live music every night. Cons - Facilities and rooms are tired looking. Floor and shower in room was broken. Kids pool is very basic and boring. Kids club is one small hit with some painting materials, only open for a few hours in the morning and afternoon.

After a disastrous booking in another hotel we found protur biomar which was a nice hotel. We got a free upgrade on our room which was an added bonus. Me and my partner enjoyed our 6nights here.

Super family-friendly with great staff

The hotel has the nicest staff I‘ve ever encountered, everyone was just really great during our 7-day stay. It’s a very family-friendly hotel with lots of amenities for kids. The half board was really nice, with great breakfast and dinner buffets. The rooms are pretty and modern and the hotel has several very nice inside and outside pools. We very much enjoyed our stay. The only downside was the location of the hotel. Sa Coma and the surrounding villages are super touristy and not really authentic and also it’s pretty far away from everything else on the island.

We were really impressed with the facilities within the hotel, the cleanliness and the staff. Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. After a long journey and clearly being tired, we were offered a welcome drink in reception. The spa was a welcome treat. Unfortunately only the buffet was open whilst we were there so we didn’t get to sample the restaurants. It would have been helpful to have been told this beforehand. The evening buffet, which we used on the first night, was, we felt, overpriced and the food was average. We did, however, find the breakfast buffet very good.

Hidden Gem

This hotel was quite nice. My wife and I went and enjoyed the pool areas and the rooms were large and clean! The facilities had a myriad of activities. We had friends who stayed in a nearby villa and they all came over to hang out! My only criticism is the buffet dinner was average but the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Comfortable 5 star hotel with good amenities

This is our second stay at this hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and the cleanliness in the whole hotel is second to none. The staff are well trained and would never walk by without greeting you. Both times we’ve chosen half board - the buffet selection is excellent and you can opt to dine in one of their nearby affiliated restaurants (extra charge). Locally there isn’t a great choice of local restaurants for dinner (Burger King and some themed restaurants). The Protur group has quite a few hotels to suit most tastes in this resort- the Biomar Grand seems to be the most upmarket one with its five stars. Included in your stay is one spa circuit per day. There is an adults only pool and a family pool. Within the whole site are various sports activities (some are free) such as mini golf, golf driving range, a water park, a small safari park & tennis. The nearby beach is sandy with chairs and umbrellas to rent and has a pleasant promenade. Bike hire and boat trips are available.

Excellent hotel where the food is superb and the rooms spacious and well catered for. A couple of little details were missing compared to some 5* rated hotels though all in all a very good hotel

Would not recommend

The staff, from the reception to the dining area, were not friendly or accommodating. It seemed that no one was happy to work there. There were unexpected charges, the food was at best mediocre and there were insects in the room. Overall, way over-priced for what you received.

Nice hotel, great service, outstanding food

Nice hotel, great service. Excellent breakfast. The beach is nearby, but it's a bit dirty and loaded with kelp. Definitely not one of the best beaches on the island. Nice natural area for walks. Open horse range near the beach. Lots of Brits and Germans.

A relaxing disconnection worth every penny! A good food range to choose feom and we specially loved the pool bar and the hammocks! We'll be back!

One of the best Spa hotel I have ever stayed...

Me and my wife spent our honeymoon at this hotel and we enjoyed every minute here. Little bit unorganised because when we arrived and requested a booked room they told us unfortunately no double room available but they offered us immediately an available Junior Suit instead for the booked period which was nice. The hotel was spotlessly clean and can`t complaine at all. The staff were nice and they tried to help us in any problem we had. Unfortunately my wife fell sick right at the first day and I went to the recepcion to get a thermometer but they told us "I am very sorry but we lost it long time, but can you please go and ask the lifeguard if he has!?". Unprofessional to say something like this at a 5* hotel in my oppinion. No medicine at all in the hotel but they would have called doctor for us at any time if required. The Spa belongs to the neighbour hotel but used together! Underground the hotel you can get there in your rope and slipers. The buffet restaurant was great. The wide choice of cooked and fried food were fresh and delicious but the fruits were not the best and if you book half board then no drinks included in price at the dinner and you have to pay for them. The Piano saloon was great because every night were live music and the waiter offered free taste of their best coctail. By the way their coctalis were excelent as we tried some of them. The hotels also offers different programs car rental or free bicycle to use. All in all we enjoyed it and recommend it!

Amazing 5* star resort- Perfect getaway!

This hotel has everything you need for a perfect relaxing getaway! The staff are so nice and friendly. The food is of good quality with a variety of choice at breakfast and the buffet meal is also exceptionally good serving fresh selection of grilled meat and fish. The spa is wonderful especially the thermal pool. They also have plenty of outdoor activities to keep you busy. The area of Sa Coma, is quiet, nothing really to do, part from the beach and cycling around. However it is in my opinion one of the nicest beaches on the east coast and within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Overall an enjoyable experience and would definately go back again in the future.

We struggle to find a fault with this hotel. All we could come up with is that the pool bar would benefit from the installation of a C.D. player. The background music was not really that great, OK but not that great. A CD player would allow the staff to suit the music to the guests. However, as for everything else............................... 10 out of 10 with gold stars. PLEASE NOTE: VERY Wheelchair friendly

Lovely hotel in Sa Coma

Stayed 10 nights in a standard room. No complaints at all and will definitely be back. Staff very friendly and helpful. Pool area lovely with a swim up bar and Jacuzzi. Food lovely.

Perfect location

Arrived to be greeted by a welcoming member of staff and cold glass of Cava. The room was perfect and the pool was lovely with a built in jacuzzi.

Wonderful relax in a great hotel!

We usually stay in adult only hotels, but they can feel a bit 'old' sometimes. This had a good mix - wonderful adults only pool which was very chilled but still saw a mix of ages at breakfast and around the site. The pool area was gorgeousl. Lovely not to have to worry about getting beds - we always got them and mostly in lovely positions too. Others always became available during the day. Swim up bar is great - expensive, yes, but what would you expect. Sunbeds were some of the nest we've had - just the right amount of padding! No booming music - nice sound of water mainly, when the jacuzzi and showers started.

Nice hotel but not 5 stars...

Very nice adult only pool area, but difficult to find a lounger unless you threw a towel on it at breakfast to 'reserve'. The hotel adjoined another Protur hotel, so it felt like a sprawling complex rather than a 5 star oasis. The rooms were ok, very clean....but the building block itself was sparse and lacked any real character. Breakfast was very good. We opted for half-board buffet which provided a good range of options, but was fairly bland and suffered from that perennial problem associated with all buffets...barely warm food. The SPA area was good, but again a little bland. So all-in-all a good hotel but don't expect a true 5 star experience!

Perfect Weekend Destination

Great hotel & facilities, excellent service. Quiet and peaceful, very relaxing, so perfect for a weekend break. In a busy tourist neighbourhood, so stay onsite for maximum relaxation, or venture out for party-time!

Amazing hotel

Clean crisp modern and very cool. Total relaxation in beautiful grounds with flowers and birds. Staff faultless, food delicious. Reasonable drinks prices, great selection. Totally pampered after 4 days here - go!!

nice place, but......

This hotel was morre of an all inclusive hotel, great if you are using only their facilities, but not so great if you are interested in going to other restaurants or looking for something to do off of their property. No information was given about the surrounding area, and the staff was not overly helpful or friendly. Upon arrival we were told that men needed to wear long pants in the bars and restaurants on their property. It would have helped had they let us know before arrival. Not a five star property !

BUT STILL ENJOYED AS MUCH.NOT A FANTASTIC RESORT,BUT QUIET ESPECIALLY GOOD IF YOU WANT TO CHILL OUT.TWO GREAT POOLS ONE FOR ADULTS ONLY. MICHELIN STAR RESTAURANT 3 MINS WALK AWAY.OPTIONS AT HOTEL TO TRY THEIR 4 A LA CARTE RESTAURANTS AT A SMALL SURCHARGE. FAMILIES LIKE THIS HOTEL AS WELL, BUT THE HOTEL SEEMS TO BE ABLE TO CATER FOR COUPLES AND FAMILIES WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS.

Great hotel for lone travellers and families alike

Overall I had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Biomar Gran. The service was excellent, all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The junior suite accommodation was excellent and very quiet. The hotel was fully booked but it is so spacious that it never appeared busy. There were always sunbeds available and the dining rooms were never crowded. I was travelling alone and opted to have dinner and breakfast at times in my room. However, when I did go to the buffet service I was very impressed. The tables are well laid out and I didn't feel awkward dining alone. I had booked bed and breakfast but at check out I was told that because I had opted to take breakfast in my room most mornings I would be double charged for breakfast and also had to pay a room service charge. I knew about the room service charge but having to pay twice for the breakfast did come as a surprise. I also had charges on my bill that were not mine. However, the member of staff on reception agreed to cancel the second breakfast charge, he agreed it was not acceptable to pay twice for one meal and he removed the other charges made in error. It was all sorted very quickly and without quibble. If returning, and I am hoping to do so next year, I would be happy to dine at the buffet restaurant and would keep a closer eye on room charges, other than that I had a perfect break in a great hotel and look forward to visiting the Biomar again. ps the buffet food is better than the a la carte

Excellent hotel!

This hotel was amazing. Breakfast was spectacular, rooms are large and modern. Bathroom is clean and luxurious. You also get to use the SPA water circuit for free. Hotel staff is very helpful. I would love to stay here again.

Can't wait to go back.

Dejligt stort hotel med mange muligheder og mange restauranter. Roomservice fungerede næsten upåklageligt. Vi boede på værelse med Swim up pool. Man deler pool med 4 andre lejligheder (vi havde den dog for os). Kunne godt ønske mere privatliv ved egen pool, men der er en lav hæk ud til vejen, så fodgængere kan se ind og der var stor trafik med håndværkere lige foran poolen. Buffeten var virkelig lækker og det sødeste personale! Virkelig stor kagebuffet. Værelset var fint og stort. Sengen var dog MEGET hård og puderne var ikke særligt gode. Vi havde udfordringer med at få tømt badekaret. Ellers var alt rigtig fint. Hotels.com skriver man får gratis parkering, fordi man er guld medlem - men det fortalte de var gratis for alle.

Frukost och middag var verkligen utmärkt. Mycket att välja på och dessutom mycket bra. Poolområde och SPA helt ok. Dock var vi lite besvikna på rummet som inte levde upp till våra förväntningarna på ett 5-stjärnigt hotell och detta trots att vi blev uppgraderade till en juniorsvit.

Immer wieder ein Vergnügen. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und insbesondere die Suiten sind sehr geräumig. War sicherlich nicht der letzte erholsame Urlaubsaufenthalt dort.

Perfecta estancia. Habitación muy bonita, cómoda y limpia en la primera planta. Tuvimos que pedir almohadas extra y enseguida nos las facilitaron. La comida espectacular. Variedad y calidad realmente de 5 estrellas. Lo único mejorable posiblemente la animación.

A great place with excellent food and service.

A great place with excellent food. The only thing they need to improve is check in. We paid 90 EUR for airport transfer arranged by the hotel. The driver did not show up at the airport until we called the hotel. When we were dropped at the hotel we were just dropped with our bags and had to fend for ourselves. Also there was no luggage service at the hotel. Not a good first impression. After that our say got much better. The food was so good both the breakfast and the evening buffet. All the staff were so nice and helpful.

Séjour dans cette hôtel excellent, la suite que nous avons prise été propre , le restaurant au top. Séjour idéal pour une famille avec enfnats . Plein d activité sur place.

Hotellet är bra, fantastiska rum. Vi hade ett med Swim out vilket var trevligt. Mycket bra med en vuxenpool lugnt och skönt. Det som är mindre trevligt är att i resturangen (vi hade halvpension) maten är fantasiskt god och utbudet är bra MEN det vore trevligt att som vuxen någon gång kunna slippa när man äter - barn som ammas, barn som skriker,barn som gråter och barn "som kan själv" dvs tar mat tappar tallriken, springer i restaurangen och där föräldrar har ingen styrsel på dem. Vi var ett sällskap på 5 personer alla vuxna och vi var rätt trötta på att hela tiden hålla koll runt fötterna när man hämtade mat. Samt att vore trevligt att kunna sitta ner och prata i lugn och ro utan barn runt omkring. En separat vuxendel och barndel i restaurangen vore toppen. Men annars är det ett toppenställe.

Très bel hotel

Très bel hotel, plusieurs piscines exterieurs et interieurs; Piscine adulte only; miniclub pour enfants; minidisco chaque soir pour les enfants; Nourriture de très bonne qualité, grand buffet varié; Cela dit, à cause des restrictions covid, les autres restaurants etaient fermés et nous ne les avons donc pas testés. Superbes animations au bar chaque soir avec des groupes de musique et chanteurs. Pour un Hotel 5 étoiles, je m’attendais à un « welcome drink » à l’arrivé (surtout avec ces températures elevées en août); Ce qui était le cas en 2019 dans un autre hotel Protur 4* de Majorque, avec même en plus une bouteille de crément dans la chambre. Dommage. L’emplacement de l’hotel n’est, pour ma part, pas le plus bel endroit de Majorque. Dans l’ensemble, je suis satisfait mais je m’attendais à plus pour un 5 étoiles.

Excellent séjour, le 4ème étage avec ses piscines privatives est à découvrir absolument ! Personnel au top. Sa coma est un très bon endroit pour passer un séjour avec une multitudes de choses à découvrir, ses plages magnifiques, ses criques (Calo d'en Rafalino), Cala Millor à deux pas pour se promener et faire du shopping... tout le monde s'y retrouve :)

Det var inte så mycket folk på hotellet pga covid-19 men personalen var otroligt serviceminded. Kvällsbuffen var otroligt bra den kvällen vi åt och frukosten var väldigt bra också. Den privata poolen som ingick till det rum vi bokade var kanon med sol hela dagen. Sängarna var lite hårda för vår smak men i övrigt ett mycket fint hotell!

Stockholmspar

Kan verkligen rekommendera detta femstjärniga hotell som under dessa speciella förhållanden som nu råder gjorde allt för att hålla en fin service och göra det trevligt för gästerna Överallt bar personal mask och var mycket noggranna med hygienen i exempelvis matsal och övriga allmänna utrymmen. Vi trivdes jättebra och kommer att tillbaka, förhoppningsvis under coronafria tider.

Das Essen war immer sehr gut. Der Wellness Bereich ist total veraltet. Man muß im Pool Badekappen tragen. Das Zimmer war renovierungsbedürftig.

Super Essensauswahl und die Suiten sind sehr schön ausgestattet. Leider war die Zimmerreinigung nicht ganz nachvollziehbar. Bspw wurde der Boden täglich zweimal feucht gewischt, aber benutztes Geschirr und die Essensreste der Vornutzer blieben mir erhalten, bis ich sie selbst aufgeräumt habe.

Prachtig hotel en niet zo massaal als de omliggende hotels. Schoon en het personeel vriendelijk . We hadden een junior suite wat heerlijk ruim was. Ik zou wel adviseren om zonligging te vragen als je kleine kinderen hebt. Ik heb vaak smachtend naar zon op 1 vd balkons van de kamer gezeten. Ook heb ik duidelijk zichtbare kinderanimatie gemist. Maar het hotel is verder geweldig

Äkta 5-stjärningt hotell! Har bott på flera fina 5-stjärninga hotell. Detta hotell levde verkligen upp till sina fem stjärnor. Rummen, poolområdet, med en separat vuxenpool, SPA-anläggningen där vi en dag tog ett underbart ångbastubad. Maten genomgående toppklass. Frukostbuffen outstanding. Vänlig personal. Efter en dag på den som vi tycker underskattade Sa Coma stranden, som var en av de bästa stränderna vi varit på vid våra resor till Mallorca med fantastiskt kristallklart vatten och alltid lediga solstolar, var det alltid skönt att komma till hotellrummet och varva ner i ett rum som hade en AC som alltid fungerade som den skulle, under hela dygnet. Rekommenderar detta hotell till alla som vill ha en 5-stjärning upplevelse på alla plan. Vi längtar redan tillbaka.

Séjour en famille

Excellent séjour. Nous y avons séjourné l'an dernier et sommes retournés encore cette année. On le recommande fortement. Petit déjeuner et dîner copieux et variés. Personnel très aimable. Piscines plaisantes. Activités pour adultes et enfants très satisfaisants. Nous y retournerons très probablement.

Fantastic hotel for the family and couples allows time to be with your family and to be alone in quiet! Food is excellent and the facilities are wonderful. Some of the restaurant staff clear your things away too fast and are not so aware of things while serving you but it depended on the evening. We have stayed here twice once when we were a couple and now as a family and both allow you to enjoy and relax.

Dejligt hotel

Skønt hotel med meget opmærksomt og serviceminded personale. Buffet restauranten er rigtigt god - man kunne dog ønske, at hovedretterne var på samme niveau som forretterne og desserterne, der holder en meget høj standard. Morgenmaden er super! Gode faciliter omkring hotellet: lån af cykler, sportsområde etc. Til gengæld er den lokale by ikke specielt spændende og præget af masseturisme.

Absolut perfekt. Service, Ausstattung, Pools und Essen. Alles perfekt. Es gibt auch einen extra Familienpool, was uns sehr entgegenkam. Das Essen war absolut Spitzenklasse. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Nous avons tout apprécié !!! Cet hotel est plus qu'exceptionnel. l'état des chambres est irréprochable (Petit bémol tout de même, le mini bar était en panne mais le personnel à réagi de suite en le remplaçant en même pas 10 min). Le personnel était extraordinairement professionnel, l'agent d'accueil était au petit soin tout au long de notre séjour. Nous avons même pu discuter avec le directeur de l'établissement (Au passage merci à lui : Tony) qui était au courant de tout (homme très proche de sa clientèle). c'était notre première expérience de voyage, et nous en garderons d'excellents souvenirs. Hotel luxueux et restauration digne d'un 5 étoiles (des choix énormes et d'une qualité incomparable). Bravo au chef cuisinier. Proche de la plage (10min à pied seulement et 5 avec un vélo que l'hotel prête). Bref je le recommande sans problème, partez les yeux fermé, ils s'occupent de tout et par rapport aux services, le tarif est plus que justifié. Nous y retournerons, c'est sur !!!!

Zimmer war sehr sauber. Personal und Service war sehr gut. Alles Mitarbeitet überaus freundlich.

Sehr saubere und gut strukturierte Anlage, freundliches Personal, zwei Aussenpools, einen für Erwachsene mit Poolbar, einen für Familien mit Kindern und Einstiegsmöglichkeit für Rollstuhlfahrer. Wenn es was zu kritisieren gäbe dann vielleicht die Poolzeiten ( 10 - 18 Uhr ), da nur mit Lifeguards genutzt werden durfte. Insofern keine morgendliche Runde oder noch einmal nach dem Strandbesuch abkühlen drin. Hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht, die Auswahl war riesig und für jeden was dabei.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der ganzen Anlage. Darüber hinaus waren wir sehr begeistert von dem tollen Essen, was im Rahmen der Halbpension angeboten wurde. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht und hat versucht, jeden Wunsch schnell zu erfüllen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin reisen!

Es war einfach TOP und wir werden wieder dorthin fahren. Familienfreundliches wirkliches 5-Sterne-Hotel mit einer Vielzahl von Freizeitgestaltungsmöglichkeiten und einem atemberaubenden Essen/Verpflegung. Sehr schöner SPA-Bereich und wenig los im April/Mai, was uns sehr angenehm war. Top freundliches Personal.

Tolle Zimmer, freundliches Personal und sehr leckeres Essen.

Ich kann dieses Hotel sehr weiter empfehlen, wir können nichts negatives über dieses Hotel sagen. Das Personal bis zum Manager waren immer sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hervorragendes Angebot an Aktivitäten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Hervorragende Sauberkeit. Die Lage / Umgebung ist sehr touristisch, aber nicht wirklich schön.

ジャグジー付きの部屋にしたがプールと思うほど冷たくて全く入れなかったし誰も入っていなかった。たもっと暖かくしてほしい。掃除は行き届いていたがバスローブなど補充されていない時があったり掃除で使った洗剤スプレーをテーブルの上に忘れていっていてびっくりした。 帰り日の朝早かったのですぐ乗れるようタクシーを前日の夜にフロントに行って予約しておいたがチェックアウトでタクシーのことを聞く用意できていなかった。前日のスタッフと違ったので全く状況をわかっていなくて再度呼んでもらったが運転手と知り合いなのか話し込んでしまってなかなか走りださず飛行機のチェックインギリギリで焦った。フロントの対応は人によっては五つ星ホテルとは思えない感じ。朝食は素晴らしくてウエイターさんも対応が素晴らしかった。

Frühling auf Mallorca

Super Service und sehr freundliche Personal. Gepflegte Anlage mit sehr hochwertige Fazilitäten.

Bei Anreise war das WC in der gebuchten Swim Up Suite verschmutzt, die Toilettenbrille war mit *** verklebt. Aufgrund unserer späten Anreise habe ich es selbst gereinigt. Wirklich eklig. Der offerierte Meerblick fehlte. Daraufhin haben wir gegen Aufpreis upgegradet. Die Suite Nr. 409 im obersten Stock war eigentlich schön aber: AMEISEN!!! Unsere Reisetaschen waren morgens befallen, Schuhe usw. Sehr, sehr ärgerlich. Dafür dann noch bezahlen zu müssen empfinde ich tatsächlich als unverschämt. Insgesamt sind die Zimmer recht abgewohnt.

War sehr schön, erholsam vor allem das komplette Personal war äusserst aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Der Zustand der Fahrräder passte überhaupt nicht zum Hotelstandard. Äusserst schwach! Im Wellnessbereich ist einiges kaputt und sollte repariert werden. Das Angebot der Massagen ist top ebenso die Massagen und die Masseure selbst. Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel gerne weiter.

Zimmer zeigen Abnutzungserscheinungen. Duscharmatur nicht ausreichend befestigt- von 5 Sternen erwartet man mehr.

Tranquilidad

Tranquilidad, en estas fechas es lo que mejor define la estancia. Como sugerencia, las piscinas de la azotea para 4 habitaciones si están todas ocupadas me parecen demasiadas, para 2 habitaciones lo vería mas adecuado. La estancia muy agradable y el personal muy atento. Repetiríamos

Super Hotel ohne jegliche Beanstandung !

ein absolut tolles Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, sehr großer Spa Bereich mit Badelandschaft, sehr freundliches Personal und ein first class Essen ! Das ist unser zweiter Aufenthalt in einem Protur Hotel und es war wieder alles vom Besten !

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, ja geradezu familiär. Das mag vielleicht auch daran liegen, dass wir Ende Oktober eine der wenigen Gäste waren, bevor das Hotel für einige Wochen geschlossen hatte. Unsere Junior-Suite war sehr geräumig und wurde täglich aufgeräumt und gereinigt. Auch der Wellness-Bereich und die allgemeinen Anlagen machten einen guten Eindruck. Beim Essen haben uns die frisch zubereiteten Speisen (Grillstation mit Fleisch/Fisch/Gemüse) sowie die Salate, Vorspeisen und das Frühstück sehr gut geschmeckt. Von bereits vorbereiteten (warm gehaltenen Speisen) raten wir jedoch ab. Die Desserts waren gut, aber konnten mit anderen Hotels der Kategorie nicht ganz mithalten. Beim Grill haben wir ganze Fische (z.B. Dorade) vermisst, aber das ist nur eine ganz kleine Kritik, ansonsten war alles sehr abwechslungsreich und köstlich. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns am letzten Abend ein großes -Gänge-Dinner mit allen Gästen und dem Hoteldirektor (ist aber eher die Ausnahme und der besonderen Situation vor der kurzzeitigen Schließung geschuldet). Toll sind auch die unzähligen Freizeitangebote in der zur Hotelgruppe gehördenden Club-Anlage im Ort. Hier findet jeder ein gutes Angebot von Tennis, (Mini-)Golf über Leihfahrräder sowie die großen Schwimm- und Sauna-Anlagen. Und alles ist bereits im Preis inbegriffen. Fantastisch! Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Un 5* a la altura de lo que se espera de el

La experiencia en el hotel estupenda. Está a la altura de lo que se espera de un 5*. La habitación que tuvimos era una junior suite (con salón y 2 terrazas) además de jazuzzi en la propia habitación, amplísima. El hotel dispone de una piscina climatizada (está muy bien) pero ahora en verano resulta un poco "triste" más cuando dispones de 2 estupendas piscinas al aire libre. Una de las pisicinas es de uso exclusivo para adultos, por lo que las familias con niños, están en la otra piscina, y se guarda la tranquilidad y calma para aquellos que no quieren niños a su alrededor. Los jardines son estupendos muy bonitos. La oferta de media pensión (desayuno y cena) en buffet está muy bien, tanto en la calidad y variedad de alimentos, como en los horarios disponibles para ello (de 8:00 a 11:00 y de 19:00 a 22:00) El hotel dispone de bar snack en la propia piscina para adultos (cocteles, smoothies, sandwiches, pizza ensaladas) y otro restaurante grill con amplio horario en le que si quieres te preparan carne o pescado del día a la plancha. A parte el hotel dispone de 5 restaurantes temáticos. Como obsequio de bienvenida nos regalaron una cena en el restarurante que elijieramos. (para cenar en ellos es imprescindible reservar) Los servicios de bar, muy bien también. El hotel dispone de aparcamiento gratuito (al aire libre en la entrada del hotel) o cubierto debajo de uno de los edificios. El spa está a disposición gratuita todos los días con amplio horario de 10:00 a 21:00 horas.
