Good location, nearby to airport No interaction with staff as access via codes sent to phone. Plenty of parking Clean and spacious room

External light shone through into the room most of the night and Venetians inadequate to block it out. Difficult to sleep, also hair dryer was broken. difficult to contact anyone other than a computer

I had booked a room with disability access, but when I got there my room was on the second floor with no lift and no staff on hand to help get me to my awkwardly, situated second floor room from the underground parking area. I was unable to get another room as the property was fully booked.

Just ok for overnight stay

The room equipped with very basic facilities, clean. The room conditions is a bit old. Room is located on 2nd level and there’s no lift, difficult for seniors and carrying big luggage. There was delay & error on receiving access code, spent time to resolve the issue.

2nd time staying here. Staff friendly and the convenience of self check in is perfect. Rokm clean although a little dated. Good area and nearby shops.

The "automated" check in system is a disaster as well as the automated marketing system, never had so many irritating emails and sms messages from a motel. They should dump the whole system and put people on the desk again

Clean and close to the airport. The staff were friendly and the chef made me a good dinner. I will always come back to this hotel.

My wife attended to my booking . It would have been nice to know that I was on the second floor . Having said that I would stay there again

Wonderful surprise of the size of the rooms and the several pools on the property. I enjoyed having a bath

The check in was very stressful given that SMS/phone was required and I'm travelling from our of the country... I had to turn on roaming and waited while locked out of the building for someone to get back to me about the room code. Once I was finally able to reach someone (phone call wasn't going through but randomly it worked after half a dozen attempts) the service was great but I don't recommend this hotel for our of country travellers without an Australian phone number.

It was the closest accommodation to a great little Restaurant, Kent Rd Bistro.

Problems with access

Eventually had a great stay. Extremely difficult property to access., but a lovely appointment once you gain access.

It was an easy system to.operate getting in to the complex and the room. Bed was comfy..unit was nice and clean. All amenities that I needed..well maintained and a great location

The room was so smelly of Cloths washing powder, it was a stuffy room, could not get any fresh air to reduce the acrid smell, the TV screen was totally shattered. For $179 per night it is unlikely I will ever return. I just wanted a comfortable place to stay o/n to catch a flight the next morning 0630. I was happy to leave. Also Hotel.com Australia did not supply me with the after hours access code and room code, it was just luck that the lady saw me struggling to find how to get access and she opened the front desk, advised me that 3rd party app such as Hotels.com does not supply the hotel the customers email address, therefore the hotel cannot send a pass code. ( you also need to address this as many others were stuck outside calling there 3rd party app call centre to obtain access codes.) ordinary expensive experience.

Great property, nice easy drive to airport.

This property had no lift and we had to take our suitcases up the stairs. This was our biggest issue as we had back problems. The bed was hard and very uncomfortable. Undercover parking was good, room was good. Won’t return due to no lift.

Quiet and quite spacious

Good location. Comfortable beds. Vending machines for snacks were a great addition. Pool and spa awesome. Keyless entry was good. Parking available as well. Definitely recommend.

The room was clean but smelt strongly of air freshener, like it was covering something up. Toilet seat was incorrect size. The whole facility needs a makeover. Food took well over an hour to arrive but the cook was lovely, she was working alone including room service. It was reasonable quiet for being next to a busy road which was good

Loved the ability to remote check in with access to the property via codes for the carpark, the main doors, keyed rooms instead of a key, allowing you to check in and out at whatever time suits being close to the airport. Comfortable, rooms equipped well

Average but okay!

Room was in between the city and the airport the location was great, the breakfast packs were unavailable, there was graffitti in the shower. Other than that the room was clean. Unfortunatley there was no toaster or a microwave, and the fridge froze everything that was in it.

We stayed here to sleep after getting in after midnight on an international flight. Was a very convenient and easy spot to drive to from the airport. Large family room. The room we stayed in needs some maintenance quite badly.

We enjoyed the stay apart from the exhaust fan didnt suck enough wen cooking pork chops so fire alarm went of and the dryer caused condensation on the kitchen roof was dripping as well as the little cupboard it was located there was black all above the dryer and we couldn't get the spa to work but other than them few things it was perfect for our short stay and if we was to come back we would definitely stay again thank

The room was neat but it was filthy, mould all through the sink & shower looks like it’s never cleaned properly. Just a flat sheet over the mattress which too was so disgusting. The floors left our feet black. No microwave in room, kettle was not very cleanly, fridge froze our supplies and there was half a jug of water which had floaties of some kind… i bought disinfectant wipes after arrival. Shared facilities were also very poorly kept pool was not heated and after the state of the room I wasn’t willing to try the pools, “spa” also not heater or the restaurant..

Comfortable stay .....easy distance from eat street

Overpowering smell of cleaning products or insecticides. Cockroaches coming out from the air conditioner. The floor into the bathroom was elevated which was a tripping hazard and the rippled torn carpet in the hallway was also a tripping hazard. No lift to get luggage to room and no one one site to render assistance. Very noisy both from air conditioning and people arriving late at night.

Secure underground parking exit door wouldn’t open early morning… needed to get to connecting holiday transport- very stressful. Had other motel guests unable to open door too- had to exit via very steep and difficult entrance. Very stressful and rang reception who told me that would have to wait for door technician!!!!

Rooms are very dated and no onsite staff. Online check-in was okay. No disabled access available. Close to airport so was handy for a short overnight stay before flying out.

Management would be wise to consider customer service as a priority. When I arrived it was raining and almost dark. No clear indication of garaging process or how to actually get into your room. A big thank you to Kelly (cook/chef). I was located in the area of the restaurant and she kindly assisted me. Wonderful to be able to get a meal inhouse as it rained for 3 days straight. The room was comfortable however customer service was non existent. Being sent emails and texts to facilitate my check in/out did not impress. My time being taken up completing management’s work.

Well the first thing the toilet wasn’t flushing properly reported it nothing was done about it and secondly they said leave your towels in the bath if you wanted them changed well that didn’t happen it and the thing is you can’t talk to anyone in person you have to ring them if there is a problem well I am sorry I don’t call that good customer service

The venue was okay but our room was up a flight of stairs with no lift available, not ideal for carting heavy cases and my husband has a back injury.

You need to indicate that there are no elevators and that the entrance for drop-off & pick-up is not on Nudgee, but on a side street. Uber driver had a hard time finding the entrance.

Property was ok for 1 night clean and tidy .

It was a self check in but they send you a code to get into the car park and your room. I was on crutches and there were people there who were all willing to help. Room was basic and clean. Not a bad shower my only complaint would be that it was a little too low considering I’m 5’10

Automated check-in was annoying.

Nice stay, staff are excellent. Only thing is there was no bowls or plates in the room to feed the kid’s breakfast in the morning. But I would definitely come again.

I booked this accommodation to save me 1.5hrs in the morning with driving to the airport. I booked this premise because it had 24hr check-in listed and was close to the airport. The check-in process is flawed - it requires you to keep a watch out for a link to lodge your ID online. It had not specified this when I booked that afternoon. As soon as I arrived I saw reception was closed I looked on my phone and found this email and did as requested, however, no code to access the premise was forthcoming. I then called a number on the front door and waited on hold for about 20mins as they were too busy. When I finally got through they explained they felt my photo had been blurry (it wasn't). I re-sent it and then eventually after a 30min delay I was in my room. This process is terribly inconvenient and misleading from the term 24-hr check-in. I don't think properties offering a service where they can get overloaded on the phones should be allowed on a Wotif service without specifying that will be the 24hr check-in process. I spoke to other guests and they agreed their check-in experience had been awful and delayed also. Also, my iron was not working so I had to request another from that same phone line, and it took 30mins for a replacement to arrive at the room. Honestly, next time I'll just stay at home and do the commute to the airport.

The room tired , dirty and in need of maintenance. With CC out a doubt the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in as the springs had gone - horrible smell in the room .

There was no reception office on site. Difficult digital entry to room & carpark. Despite being on phone for 30 minutes to try to enter carpark I did not and had to park on street. Poor communication via text. Too many online forms. Don't bother staying here.

This place is cheap. There are no staff and organising check-in via email I'm advance took 7 emails just to arrive an hour early. The motel hasn't been updated in 30 years. The carpet is torn and stained. The beds are clean so if you need a place to sleep it is fine. If you want anything else the. Look elsewhere

Easy location with restaurants close by. The river cat was accessible too.

Room 5 Had really bad foot odour which stunk the room out and the pools were not cleaned and the sauna did not work

Great spot in Hamilton close to the Brisbane Airport for early flights out. Slightly complicated check in due to no reception was the only downside. Great place to stay. Thanks, Steve.

My next guest room noisy and scary they broke the alcohol glass on the floor and made noise

Motel was comfortable but body wash in shower wouldn’t dispense liquid and hair dryer has had its day, only two normal teabags. Okay for one night.
