Amazing customer service super nice staff parking just outside hotel Need to pay 45 but worth it due to the convenience if you are travelling with family. Amazing views from superior room stayed on top floor.. will be back again
This hotel requires numerous improvements. The first one is related to your parking lot; despite paying $45 for parking, we never received a spot and I have to park in various locations. The purpose of having a parking log within the same hotel area is to ensure that we are close enough to both the car and the hotel, especially during these cold winters. Second, the door was jammed, and I had to wait 45 minutes to an hour for it to be fixed. Third, TV technology is out of date; there are no proper Internet channels for TV. There is no microwave or kettle, and the water bottles are not Marriott-branded. If you buy a pack of water, it will cost between $2 and $3 for 16-24 case packs. I am surprised Mariot does not provide their own water bottles in such a luxurious setting.
Really good view housekeeping never came the busses to and fro never came
Nos encanto el hotel fue una linda experiencia, muy limpio todo. Lo unico malo es que no incluye nisiquiera el parqueo hay que pagar por el, pero despues todo estaba perfecta. Y su piscina caliente increible
We stayed here for my daughter’s cheer competition and had a great time. Super friendly staff and room was clean. the only issue was while checking in. There was no parking or place to leave your car. The parking lot was full so we had to park across the street, which was annoying with your bags.
Best view of the falls!
it was all good very nice person at the front desk when l check in
Very cold
Unfortunately my husband and I didn’t sleep because our room (903) had a rattling noise in the window, perhaps due to high winds. But other than that the amentities were good
Very nice room service, expensive but very good.
Great staff and service esp check in. Property is getting older and tired and in need of Reno but that said it was very clean!
Very satisfied with our staying. The staffs were well trained and informative. They already were aware of my request on the room. Thank you.
excellent
The room was dirty, bathroom dirty
beautiful view to the Niagara Falls!
I enjoyed my stay
No snow plow in outside park! But you got parking fee. No snow flow yes parking fee? It’s your policy?
Good
While we arrived during one of the worst winter storms of 2025, our stay was excellent. The staff was accommodating and provided everything we needed.
There was no drinkable bottled water in the room and no slippers. The bed is uncomfortable and can't sleep well.
Good view of falls, can be noisy with large events
Great hotel.alwayd love it
Very disappoint!!! I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent hotel booking. I reserved a hotel room through your platform for a total of CA $286.81, but upon checkout, I was charged CA $297.23. No one could provide a reasonable explanation for this difference, and I was not notified of any potential charges or changes in the price at the time of booking. I feel this is an unfair practice and a lack of transparency, which is extremely frustrating. I request that you look into this matter and clarify why the charges were higher than expected, and issue a refund for the discrepancy.
Its in perfect location.
Easy check-in. We were able to check in early which was great. Staff were accomodating. Beautiful view of the waterfalls.
I was wonderful
Welcoming
We stayed overnight to watch the New Year's fireworks. Our stay was terrific. The room was clean, the staff was helpful, and the location was convenient. We also got a bottle of wine to ring in the new year.
Mayqueen was spectacular at check-in. Friendly, helpful and just lovely!
The hotel staff were great and the hotel its self was clean. Convenient walking to attractions. Parking fee a bit expensive nightly. Just don’t go when there’s a hockey tournament, that ruined my so called vacation.
Great Place!
Beautiful, large room over looking the falls. Jacuzzi was incredible.
Everything was top notch I just wish they put toothpaste in the rooms
There ac and heating didn’t work properly was very hot barley slept
Exceptional hotel and hotel staff. Allowed for a bit of a later check out which was convenient I would definitely stay again
The room was fantastic, apart from a slight difference in one of the pictures of the shower that was advertised when selecting the room, and what we got. The view of the falls was amazing, and the cleanliness was up to standard as well. The problem lied with, once again, the shower. After returning to the room from a walk sometime after midnight, I went to take a shower, and unfortunately was not able to get any hot water for the shower, even after waiting for what seemed like a substantial amount of time. Normally I would have called down to the service counter about this sort of issue, but due to the very early hours of the morning, I decided to put it off until the morning when I would check out and ( I assumed) I would be asked how my stay was. However, this is where the second issue occured. The employee at the service desk never inquired about my stay, nor if the accommodations were to my satisfaction. I realise this may seem rather petty of me, but not being invited to voice my issue or even opinion on my accommodations didn't sit right with me, and has made me question whether or not I will be returning to this Hotel.
Perfectly located where we hoped to be. Services were very good. Enjoyed hanging out in the lobby/ lounge area.Drinks and food were great. Views were stunning. Only point of discontent was the parking. Both nights, we had to use valet parking as there were no parking places available.
Best place for a family vacation
Ff
There was no lock in the bathroom and we requested for kettle to warm baby water for formula but it was very dirty
This is a cheaper option compared to the marriott that has a spa within it. I recommend spending the extra money for that instead. And please be prepared to pay for parking which is 45 CAD. But other than that Niagara falls was amazing and the marriott was not a bad choice.
Stayed in the superior suite for our honeymoon. View was amazing. Room was cozy, clean. Shower warmed up fast. Only issue was the toilet handle broke. Asked front desk on the way out and it was fixed before we got back. Milestones was incredibly good. The shrimp is amazing.
Convenient location
Sofa seat cover has been torn on the day we arrived(we let them know immediately but they didn't take any action). Wifi never worked, called the reception multiple times, they said try this and that but nothing worked and eventually, we used our mobile data. Not one bottle of water provided. Room service(cleaning room, changing towels etc.) was provided only one day out of 5 days(had to ask the reception multiple times). We were given coupons for breakfast buffet yet fully charged $80 taxes($18approx.) for one day. False advertisement, showed $134/day with all amenities but added multiple taxes (HST AMTY FEE=$2.07, HST 2018.1=$17.45, LF&2MAT, HST=$10.61 and other taxes=$20approx.). We are loyal Marriott hotel members and never staying in this hotel or any other Marriot hotels again.
The view from our room of the falls was spectacular. I would recommend this for anyone going to Niagara Fall. Parking is expensive
Very satisfy with the staff and the hotel is very clean.
The parking is way too far back, must walk across a road to park the car and walk back to the hotel. The lady staff was not too helpful.
They have a coupon for Milstone restaurant at the hotel and we had two lattes which would have cover by the coupon . The staff was so rude at the front desk and pretend she has no idea and charge us for that . When I said why she just look at me rudely and said I don’t know , she force me to go to restaurant and get a receipt. All experience was great till rude and careless staff end up a bad memory there
Property is dated, even though they say it's been renovated. The photos do not match the room I was given. I selected this property because of its seemingly good reputation, but was thoroughly disappointed. There was no water or tea or anything in the room. The view of the rooftop was unpleasant. The room was not at all up to today's standards of being equipped. For NYE, it was very pricey, which made the experience altogether even worst. I gave this feedback to the staff there and was told nothing much could be done about it. Very disappointed.
A little bit old
The parking services is too expensive! Not happy with it.
It’s not convenient for pedestrian tourists. Shuttle service can be provided.
Heating unit in the room is noisy when in operation
Great service
Parking
Beautiful view, excellent customer service
Location...location...location
Everything was great
All good
Wifi was limited with very slow speed. I wasn't able to access work using Citrix because of isp issues.
I loved the hotel room. It was really very clean and the ambiance was awesome.
I took a room with falls view which was more expensive than the one with city view but unfortunately the cleanliness and the quality are to be discussed, for that range of price the hotel should be modern and clean while it wasn’t the case, the windows aren’t well isolated I heard a whistle inside the room whenever there was wind outside, carpet/floor wasn’t clean at all, sofa in the bedroom wasn’t comfortable, the corridors to the rooms were not clean either, To park your car you would have to pay $45 per day and wait a very long time to find a space since there aren't enough of them. The only positive point would be the service of the reception agents taking care of the registrations! I would absolutely not come back again !
Thank you for the customer service, for bringing the bath chair. I felt welcomed by your staff a good morning contributes for a great day! For sure I will be returning.
Excellent view of the falls
Clean and quiet
Falls view
I found hair and yellow spots on some towels
Room914 toilet needs repair.
Toilet defect, not flushing.
Good connectivity with WEGO bus service. Front desk was very informative and considerate. Busy season but well maintained and clean entrance areas.
Very nice people!!
There’s was no water in the room
We stayed one night at the Marriott on the Falls in a Premier King Fallsview room on the 17th floor and were very pleased with our experience. The room offered an excellent view of the Canadian Falls, and the height allowed us to see the American Falls as well. It was a peaceful and picturesque setting, especially in the evening. The room was clean, nicely renovated, and well-appointed. We particularly liked the jacuzzi tub with the open wall design that faced the bedroom. It made the space feel more open and modern. The seating area, created by extending into what used to be a balcony, was a nice touch. It provided a comfortable spot for us to sit, enjoy the falls, and even have dinner or drinks while taking in the view. The bed was comfortable, and the overall setup of the room was well thought out. The atmosphere was calm, and we appreciated the effort to create a welcoming and relaxing environment. Overall, it was a great stay. The views are definitely the highlight, and the room had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We would recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet getaway with stunning scenery.
Very nice hotel
Loved the hotel
Nice accommodation and spectacular view from the falls
Great view of the falls!
very nice fall view
Great fall view
today i check in hotel as i excepted in good view but totally worst experience ever broken washroom door not close properly no proper lighting in it no drinking water in itno microwave.i never ever come back again
Fire alarm went off and we were stuck in the top floor. Got the kids woken up in a panic.
Amazing
We were very pleased with our stay. Excellent customer service. The room was very clean as well as the hotel. the only thing that came as a surprise was parking was $45.00 a night. I just missed that, but everything else was wonderful.
So far, was not bad, only the WIFI was not active, I had three cellphone (my wife and me) one tablet, non of them received the WIFI, after consulting the receptionist, neither she know the reason. Thank you
Was great for one night
It's a decently maintained Marriott. Room was mostly clean however there was lots of dust in the ceiling vent in the bathroom, along with lots of scum build up in parts of the sink. Biggest issue is the parking. They should NOT be charging guests to park their own cars in the lot. It should be free/included with the price of the room.
i dont like that the parking is too expensive. it should be included in our stay.
The best services ever love ot
We paid for a room with a big tub which did not work. The offered compensation was a free breakfast which, itself, was not far off of what you’d get for free at a La Quinta inn. Staff was not particularly interested in resolving the issue. I rarely write negative reviews but this one is appropriate. The bathroom itself could have done with renovating and a good scrub
Enjoy the stay
Nice stay
Great location, amenities, great view for one of the rooms. 2nd room had a huge rip in curtain. Took some value and look away. Upkeep okay. Nice stay otherwise. Great value for family. Breakfast was amazing.
Cleanliness Staff & service excellent
Very Nice and very clean
Awesome view of the falls. Convenient to walk around the area.
Nice falls view rooms
Front desk person was rude , mean and abrupt. Placed me in a very ugly room with a dirty old abandoned balcony for “ Room with View”. Total waste. Hated the place and was very unhappy with my stay.
The lack of complimentary parking is insane, and the expensive parking charge per day is an absolute robbery!
Our room was cold even though we put temp up to 25. Hall on our floor was cold as well. There were a couple of times that there was no one on the desk. I had to call out a few times, then when checking out I had to go into back office. No one helped with our luggage when we arrived. We had to get cart and take to our room. Beds were comfortable which is always a plus. The bathroom floor is a little weird, possibly water damage and now is cushiony is one area. Upon checkout, I showed the front desk person what I found in the bed when I pulled sheets down. The comped our valet parking which was nice. Great location but the place needs updating.
Very nice

Loved the view of Niagara Falls. Definitely worth the extra room charge!!
