the hotel was great, although they forgot to pick me up at the airport the staff was very apologetic. room was a smoking, it was clean and bright. location was perfect. I will stay here again and recommend to my co-workers.

The hotel, the staff, and the service was amazing. I was brought to Bahrain for a family medical emergency. The staff's help and kindness made a positive impact on our stay.

not a good location for seeing Bahrain area

Very helpful staff. although not one meal was correctly prepared.... bit of a communication issue in the restaurant. Hotel is located away from the city, no taxi, no restaurants. Not good for seeing the area.

One of the most comfortable places to stay, especially for families. Our second stay, the suites are very spacious and finished to a high standard... all complemented by friendly, helpful staff who were extremely keen to ensure our stay was enjoyable.

Fantastic room(s) & attentive service

I got an upgrade to a duplex apt -- two bedrooms 3baths, full kitchen including a washing machine, dining area, and lounge with huge TVs. Marvelous breakfast buffet. Very attentive service. 4 stoplights from the airport -- so not downtown but a wonderful facility. Highly recommended.

Apartmentts are specious, clean and comfortable. Staff is welcoming and friendly. The restaurant has 24-hour room service and the meals are delicious.

Excellent Hotel

I stayed in this hotel in 3 bedrooms for two nights. They apply duplex design where the rooms in the upper level and the sitting, dining room, kitchen and housemaid room in the lower level. Each room has its own bathroom. Toilet to serve the dining room. The housemaid has her own room with bathroom. Location in Moharaq at the side to Manama just 5 minutes to city center, very quiet area. I highly recommend this hotel for a family even if they are 7 adults with 3 or 4 kids.

Amazing stay

It was a wonderful stay, it was more than what we expected. Me and my family enjoyed our stay at hotel. It is as a suite has a two floors ground floor which has the living room and kitchen with balcony; and the first floor that has two rooms, three path rooms. So amazing.

It was a very neat hotel, very helpful staff and the manager was so kind as he upgraded us to a suite. Warm swimming pool, a gym and sauna which are professionally maintained. Rooms contain everything and are exceptionally clean.. Its highly recommended.

Nice but noisy

The hotel staff are really friendly, and the room was very nice. The downsides were: 1. The view was bad. 2. It is difficult to sleep because of the noise coming from the road near the hotel. 3. The water pressure in the bathroom needs Improvement.

Family getaway

This was the first but not.The last time for us. There was a small issue with some leakage in the toilet. Other than that, a perfect getaway with family.

It was a good experience, friendly staff. Some items are not within the room at arrival such as ash trays, slippers. complimentary water. Hope these will be improved soon.

Something different.

This was a real surprise, more of an apartment than a hotel room. Sensational two level room, fabulously furnished...............Great comfort,excellent staff..........an absolute treat of a hotel for the traveler that wants more. Good well equipped gym...adequate restaurant. No alcohol available in room or restaurant but this is normal in much of the ME. Will become my normal stay in Bahrain.

Amazing stay

This hotel is excellent, I really enjoyed my stay there. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The room was spacious, clean comfortable and well equipped. The pool was irresistible specially at night. The only negative point was the smell of the room, there was a bad odor that requires to use air freshener every few hours, other than that everything was perfect. I'll definitely repeat my visit and I recommend this hotel for family or business.

Good place for families

I stayed in the classic suite. Very good place for families. I did not get a chance to try Thier breakfast. But the service was excellent. Away from traffic located in heart of muhraq. The only thing I didn't like in this hotel don't have valet service.

Peaceful, comfortable

The hotel was up to my expectations. Though my stay was short, it was a very good experience. However, I wonder if a taxi rank could be arranged outside the hotel for ease of transport. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Very Comfortable & Enjoyable Stay

Hotel staff were very helpful and courteous. We enjoyed our stay. Our apartment was nicely furnished, beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. Ample parking. Just one issue arose, we noticed a sour smell when we arrived and housekeeping promptly mopped the floor to eliminate it. Then, on our last day we returned to find the room with a very bad smell, which we think was due to dirty mopping water. Housekeeping should take note.

Easy check in and out, room spacious, nice and professional staff. Didn't try pool but it looked nice and others seemed to enjoy it.

Lovely Stay, Will Return!

We had a lovely 3D2N stay at this hotel. It was easy to find and just 10 minutes away from coastal roads. Checking in was very easy and with ample parking space. The staff were very polite and mindful of our privacy. We were able to use the sauna by ourselves. The room itself was excellent. We liked the loft style unit and its fully equipped kitchen. We like that the bedroom was sound proofed so you can't hear the TV in the living room. They had ample space for clothes with washer/dryer and iron with board readily available inside the suite. My wife ordered from room service and the food came within 10 minutes. We also tried the Continental breakfast at The Ginger Lounge, the spread was adequate for the size of the restaurant. We would definitely return and recommend to our friends!

Amazing Hotel

The hotel was absolutely amazing, everything about was great, the room, the view, the bed, the service, and my favorite, the food. i recommend to whoever is going to Bahrain to stay at this hotel

It was amazing experince, i enjoyed the balacony a lot, all workers are very kind and the hotel placed in very very quite and safe area. The food is fantastic they are having 24/7 room dining service with high qulity and tasty food.

Unless you want to be near the airport, don't stay

Got there to check in, asked the concierge where it was a good place in town to watch the sunset, he said he didn't know. I then asked him where it was west in the map and he said he didn't know. Room was serviced the next day only at 4 pm, so I spent the whole day with an unmade bed and had to call during the day for them to bring fresh towels. Ordered a taxi to the airport the day before exactly to not take the risk of not having a taxi to take me. Confirmed with the reception and everything. Next morning taxi never showed up. By then, I was really fed up with the hotel as they haven't a clue how to operate a proper business. Screamed at the staff (which I shouldn't have done, but I was on my limit) and only then they prompted me with a private car to the airport. I almost missed my flight My advice: skip this hotel. Stay in Manana instead of Muharraq.
