5 stars
The front desk staff was amazing. Friendly, attentive and made the check in process easy. The price point was great. We will be coming back soon.
We stayed here for the weekend , for the prize we paid I’ve stayed at way nicer hotels . The worst part was that the elevator was out of service all weekend, imagine going up 4 floors with two strollers and two sleeping kids after a long day at Disneyland . So frustrating that we didn’t have any other options . First and last time staying at La Quinta.
The breakfast was underwhelming. Did not have any protein options.
Bad beds
I booked for a suite style room with a separate couch/ living room area however despite the extra charge i was given a second bed. (Not ideal for the goal of the stay) I was in town for a concert and the living space was meant to be a pre event cocktail/lounge area but it didn't exactly work out that way. The king bed had a very thin poor quality quilt on it and i was in agony for the next week due to the horrible quality of the mattress and pillows. Honestly for nearly $200 i expected a more comfortable stay. Very disappointing but a good location
Great breakfast, nice rooms, short distance to disney
The renovations are subpar and the bathrooms in the room are old. Thankfully the hotel is conveniently located to dining options and Disneyland, so it made the stay worth it.
How tall was older that the rooms were nice the fridge didn’t get too cold and the other problem. The biggest problem I had was Internet. The Internet service stinks. We are phone kept disconnected from the Wi-Fi. We couldn’t use a laptop, etc..
No towels available for pool or room.
It was okay
The rooms were not as clean as i hoped, sliding door in family suite didnt shut all the way and is really dusty/dirty.
the elevator was broken all day which meant taking two strollers up 3 stories worth of stairs
I won’t book this hotel again last time I booked it everything was fine
Ehh
Elevator was out of order. Checking in felt like we were bothering them. Room was not cleaned. Beds weren’t made. Overall low price rooms but you get what you pay for.
mattresses need an upgrade
the two bedroom suite was roomy and had an extra bed with the pullout couch option. the mattress however were not the best and were uncomfortable to sleep on.
It was ok. Not super luxurious.
This was our 1st family vacation. Hotel seemed aged. Our room was clean. Pool picture in advertising is different than the real deal. We left a day early not because of the hotel and the nice lady helped me cancel our last day reservation she was super polite.
Very small space . No windows or anything very muggy . Pull out couch/bed super uncomfortable you can feel the springs, pluming was bad . Wifi very slow / it wasn’t too bad but wouldn’t recommend Or go there again
Disney with the grandkids
A Quinta was great with exception of front elevator out of service, making it inconvenient at times.
Old, understaffed, noisy, keys demagnetized daily, felt dirty.
Key card readers need replaced , easily hear noise from other rooms, elevators worked poorly, air conditioner did not cool off both sides of room, liked location , can walk to Disneyland, convention center and restaurants , breakfast was okay
Road Trip
Amazing stay close to Disneyland.. 15 min walk..
Easy Walk to All-things Disney
We had an easy check in, but quite surprised by the unexpected ~$20/night for parking. Must be more careful reading description when the property summary reads "Available Parking," which means there is a charge. Other than that unpleasant surprise, the room was clean, bed comfortable, breakfast offerings were very good, and check out way easy.
location is ideal
Disappointing stay
Unfortunately was not very pleased with my stay. Hotel was dirty and small and on the last morning here we woke up to no hot water due to their broilers being out with no eta with when they would turn on. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!
.
Need to update keycard scanner on elevator had me and my new born waiting outside in the cold. also one of the key card did not work
1st day no hot water.....
My issue is my first 24 hours at this Inn there was no hot water. Not was there any communication regarding the hot water was out. It should have been mentioned as soon as I checked in. Communication is lacking nor was there any compensation. I should have received at least ten percent off of my room for that day. But again I received nothing. The hot water was fixed at some point, but I had to test it to figure out if it was working properly. Other than that the place worked out fine.
Great
It was great for my purpose
I enjoy staying here when I go to Disney. Perfect distance and price. Plus it’s always clean and warm!!
Staff was not informative about the water heater been out of commission. Also the tv in the bedroom only had 4 channels.
Do not stay
We stayed for 3 nights, since day 1 notified front desk fridge in rooms was not working and water dint close all the way so dripping in the shower they never sent anyone to fix it. On day 2 no to water to shower. Was not notified by personnel of the issue. Called front desk and they didn’t know anything so had to shower in cold water. The Key kept on not working. Asked for manager never available.
In a great location. Th staff was friendly and the room was decent. I stayed in a family room with my husband and three children.
The stay was good
Just not what I expected it was definitely a catfish property. Dirty bed covers broken lock on the door room smelled and looked old and items in the room were dusty and dirty
Disappointed
The hotel is in significant disrepair. The elevators constantly smelled of weed, and the walls were paper thin. I would not stay here again.
Great hotel
Meh, never again.
The tub did not drain. The TVs did not work. The service was OK. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The breakfast was awful.
Great stay but we lost a sweatshirt by the pool. Never got it back
Air doesn’t work well at all. Pillows are as flat as can be. When room was missing pillows they won’t bring them to the room. You have to go get them and then they limit you on pillows for a room of 6.
Great price. Only issue we had was that one of the tvs didn’t work. Not too much of a problem since we were not there much
Great place to stay
Stay was OK, proximity to Disneyland was good
My family stayed here for three nights for our trip to Disneyland. The price was great and we chose the hotel because of the great price, but also because of the free breakfast. The breakfast turned out to be somewhat disappointing. The lines to make the waffles and pancakes was long so you should plan on giving yourself plenty of time before heading to the park. Plus, the breakfast didn’t open until seven and we wanted to be to the park gates for opening at 7:30. That obviously did not happen. But maybe that was my fault for not looking into the times. we were on the third floor and all night long. We heard the people above us stomping. Every single step was loud and clear. no hot water in the shower on the second day, but we were too busy and too much of a rush to get to the park too ask about it. obviously, our stay revolved around our Disneyland days, but we would’ve hoped for a little bit more of a comfortable stay when getting back to the room. There is no complementary coffee or tea outside of continental breakfast hours. that was somewhat disappointing as even super 8 motels have complementary coffee. Our Netflix also was not working on the TV and we had planned to watch a Christmas special one of the evenings after we got back to the park. I called about it twice and they told me it could not be fixed. They did offer to switch rooms, but we were traveling with three children and that would’ve just been too much of a hassle to move rooms once we had unpacked.
We did not have hot water the whole time we were there. Guest on the 3 rd floor super noisy!
Very clean
It was comfy, clean and spacious
My television didn't work also pillows had an order and mattress was uncomfortable.
Had issues with the room key everyday we were staying there. We also did not get our room stocked up with towels after it being cleaned.
Property is always a good choice for a Disney trip since you dont really spend much time in the room. We stayed an extra day to rest so we got to actually use the space. TV was glitchy, there were stains on the couch, drawers would open up by themselves, lighting wasnt great in the rooms. So as I said, a nice place to rest your head in between trips to the park but thats it. Morning and evening staff were very nice.
Huge room and great customer service and very clean
The folks above use were incredibly heavy walkers and woke us up at 5 am to what sounded like a herd of elephants other then that the room was clean. It was an easy walk to Disneyland and we enjoyed our stay.
close to disney park
Excellent location to Disneyland, needs an extra elevator, and upgrades, fair price
I would not stay here again. When we arrived we had to pay 210.00 to park three vehicles on site for 3 days. Im ok with the fees as long as they are upfront and honest. On the website it said covered parking available. It just said parking available on the Hotels.com app. This was not in our budget so it was a huge inconvenience. The rooms were very noisey on tbe 5th floor. Constant loud vibrations from A/C units I assume. Bed was completely worn out and sagged to one side. Bed would shake side to side quite a bit while trying to adjust and get comfortable. We did not sleep very much. On my way to breakfast I went to use the elevator and there was a cleaning guy with his cart. Another guy in the corner with his pants unzipped. They almost knocked the cart over when the door opened trying to cover up. Luckily no kids were with me. I walked down 5 floors to avoid them. Location and the covered parking were the only decent things about this place.
Good stay
Overall the stay was nice. The beds were a little hard/firm for my taste, and the water ran constantly. Not even the cleaning staff could stop the drip so that was annoying at night and the drip kept going. The breakfast was decent which was nice. But very convenient for the price. Would stay again.
Stay was comfortable, safe and clean. The only complaints are the pullout sleeper was UNCOMFORTABLE, we stayed 3 nights my brother instead chose to sleep on the sofa rather than pull out the sleeper. Also the pool we thought was indoor, it is not but is heated. The food was good, no hot protein options such as bacon or sausages but still good.
Dear Parents - this place has a pool and hot tub that’s covered 24/7 so if it’s raining and frigid in January or 110 degrees in July you’re able to enjoy. The free breakfast is solid. You’re a 15 min walk to the Disney security line ,and on the way a shopping center / mall. Across the street is a Marriott and the Fire Department so the neighborhood area is secure and well lit, like my cousin.
Great location
Hotel was clean and in a good area with a short walk to restaurants and disney. Bed seemed wore out but otherwise the room was nice
Liked that its close to disney shuttles
.
Excellent
I would let my friends stay there. Close to Disneyland
Great!
Great hotel for a great price close to Disney. Greatly improved from the last time I stayed there. Rooms were clean, the continental breakfast was awesome and we loved the pool and Jacuzzi. Would recommend a cost friendly hotel that's not too far of a walk from Disney. A plus is that it is not far from the toy story parking lot and you can walk there to take the shuttle to Disney 😄 would definitely stay again.
Quick check in and out clean rooms nice jacuzzi and indoor pool
Room was great, parking easy, quiet halls, breakfast had good variety, and pool/jacuzzi were a big hit with my family!
Great Customer Service. Was able to walk to the House of Blues and Disneyland. Clean room and good breakfast. Will stay again
Very good
I loved this hotel.! Is soon near Disney
Really convenient but is noisy in the morning with guest leaving there rooms .
Shopping close to Disney walking distance
Everything is close in walking distance
Very thankful...
The room is spacious. The hallways had stuff on the floors that needed to be cleaned. The staff was really friendly and helpful.
Clean and comfortable hotel.
It was nice to come back from a long day at Disneyland to a clean and quiet room. The breakfast was delicious. The walk to Disneyland is probably like 15 mins not bad . The Toy Story shuttle drops off close by so we would just ride it back .
Close to shopping..and eateries.Gym needs cleaning wipes towels and water.
Vacation
Great location close to both parks walking distance
Not the most updated property but breakfast was always fresh, and available and staff were super helpful. I would stay here again if I was going to Disney. As far as the area it’s within walking distance to the front gates and plenty of places to eat around the area.
Very clean and friendly staff
terrible experience/customer service
I had an incident where a mirror was broken on accident we had to pay a fee which was unreasonable and not a problem, except the fact they tried to charge me 800$ with no warning. after my bank detected a possibility of fraud and it declined, i got a phone call fro the hotel saying if i don’t provide payment we will be permanently kicked out of our hotel room with no access to our belongings. and no refund for the following days we were staying, but when it came to the customer service from britney at the front desk, she was unbelievably rude from the start. i was only trying to ask questions to clarity what i was paying such a large amount of money towards and my response from her was constantly “i don’t know” with an attitude. which is okay if she doesn’t know but your job being customer service i expected some effort to even remotely help me get answers. the interaction ended in my mom coming down to help me get some clarification and that resulted in an argument where britney continued to argue and even name calling. she was absolutely no help laughing at us and only responding with an insane amount of attitude. when we finally got access to our room there was still broken glass shards everywhere but they still only took the time to make the beds. when i asked for them to get someone to clean up the glass shards from now the day before.. it was only followed up by more attitude and terrible customer service. safe to say i will never be staying at this hotel ever again.
Rude front desk agent - Britany
The hotel was spacious and we had high hopes. However, the front desk agent, Britany, was extremely rude, unprofessional and engaged in altercations with me after I had enough of her giggling and lack of customer service. Any time we asked her a question, her response was “I don’t know”. But it never followed up with “let me get someone who can assist you.” It was I don’t know, then end of story. People like that should not work at the front desk. The hotel pillows are hard as a rock. So bring your own if you stay here! Otherwise, breakfast was decent and overall no other complaints.
Not a pleasant stay
The room was nice and spacious with a separate seating area. The noise from the air conditioner on the other hand was quiet noisey. You could hear the people above us walking around and people walking in the halls. The breakfast in the morning was meh. The waffle irons did not work, the beagles were old.
Its a nice place to stay
Good budget hotel close to Disney. Not new but in good condition. Ideals for families. Could be noisey
Friendly staff, clean, bedroom was presentable, convenient.
The property was pretty good, the WiFi? Not great. Some of the housekeepers were legit AMAZING. But we had one not refill our toilet paper and not give us enough towels. All in all, a good stay.
We always came here for years
My favorite so far. Stayed at many hotels in Anaheim.
Stayed one night for a Disney race. Easy walk to the start line. Quiet the night before. Air conditioning nice and cold.
Too many hiden fees
The room smelled like barn. It is a pet friendly hotel I'm guessing since I booked third party they gave me the undesirable room that has been used for dogs. Happens all the time.
The suite was perfect. 3 beds and a sofa bed was plenty for family of 8. Clean and located very close to parks.
I didn't like having to pay $20 per day staying at this hotel. Parking should be free to hotel guest.
I booked a 4 day/ 3-night stay for a family of 6. The price was very reasonable. The room had 2 queen beds, one trundle bed (2 beds in 1). The beds were not comfortable nor were the pillows. We all left super soar by the 4th day lol. I did like the separate room area w/ divided door for privacy. Both sides of the room had TV’s w/ remotes. Both sides had a dresser. There was a desk w/ chair & a kids size table w/ chair. There was a microwave & mini fridge. The microwave sounded like it was about to explode though. The A/C is very loud. The bathroom had no ventilation, which wasn’t fun for everyone else in the room lol. I did like that there were name brand toiletries. We did not receive a fair amount of towels for the amount of people in our room, each time I asked for extras, they ran out. Same for pillows. The room & hotel were clean and up to date. I did like that it was quiet, we felt safe there. There was plenty of parking options. But it does cost for each night. We did not get to swim as we were too busy at Disney all days. Breakfast was good. They had a waffle & pancake maker, apples & bananas, yogurt, oatmeal, plain cereal, boiled eggs, bread, bagels and donuts + condiments. Coffee, tea, breakfast juices. The breakfast room was big for all family types. We couldn’t take food out, but you could take your beverages. Lastly, In walking distance to Toy Story transit which takes you straight to Disneyland. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Sensitive information being emailed
The employee took a "digital copy" of my id and credit card front and back without my permission and emailed them allegedly to her manager. This is not ok, and illegal to do according to my bank who immediatly destroyed the card and issued me a new one.
Great location! This is my go to place when I go to Disneyland. Toy story parking is right across the street and there’s some food options next door at the Anaheim Gardens, which is very convenient. I’ve never had an issue here, staff are always friendly. Will be back in October!
Property was clean. Breakfast was great but little room to sit and enjoy. Pool is outside and you need key to enter and use elevator to get to the pool, where a key is also needed. Parking is tight
Nice place to stay. It’s quiet, the rooms are spacious. Pool is kinda weird, didn’t wanted to go in it, but it was clean. I’ll definitely book again…
Great stay. Great staff
We love it. Thank you
Comfortable and clean
Very nice and clean. Comfortable I really liked having a seperate space with a couch to relax. I will definitely be coming back.
Staff was very friendly any issues were delt with asap.

The room was spacious, and our whole family was able to stay together. However, the bathroom was outdated, and the hair dryer made a loud noise before stopping completely. The shower tub was leaking, and there was no hot water in the morning. Additionally, the elevator wasn’t working, and we could only use the pool elevator, which was inconvenient. On the positive side, the hotel was very convenient for walking to Disneyland, and there were many stores and restaurants nearby.
