Name has changed to Canavan’s, (an Ireland icon in soccer) Staff was extremely helpful with local information. Room was big, It is a small, very rural community, and they were very much a part of that community. The food in the restaurant was great, Room was nice. Housekeeping was very helpful. Felt very much like a family. Very reasonably priced that included breakfast.

Canny place to stay

Easy to find in a rural location. Big car park. Rooms are motel style so you can park out front. Rooms are big, comfy and have everything you need but maybe a little dated. Shower was like a water canon but a curved shower curtain would have made it much better! Food good, staff great, nothing to fault.

The staff was friendly and helpful The bed was ok. But there sounded like there was a rodent in the ceiling all night and people in the hallway were noisy in the morning.

Kelly' a great place to go

We have visited kellys for a umber of years to have meals at the restaurant but this is the 1st time iwe have stayed as guests When we wanted somewher to stay this was the 1st place i though of as it is near family. I couldnt jave made a better choice, the staff go out of their way to do as much as they can to make your stay as good as it can possible be. I booked 2 rooms for my family which consists of myself my two sons and my daughter in law. Both rooms were very comfortablewith 2 single beds and a double bed so could easily have accomodated extra family members. There were tea/coffee making facilities, plently of toiletries and r easily availiable iron and board if it was needed. The rooms are very comfortable warm, welcoming and very clean. Unlike some places you stay it was easy to cool the room if it were too hot and the same if too cold as the heating is controlled in the rooms. Also we had plenty of towels which were changed daily. The staff are excellent and very helpful, i really enjoyed our stay and will definatly come back. I 100% would recommend trying here if you are looking for somewhere nice to stay

Can't say enough about Kelly's . A warm welcome . Lovely room plenty space nice bathroom with plenty of hot water. Dining you have a choice .Nice meal in pleasant surroundings or bar meal if you like .I had bar meals good food good company and good drink . Staff are great nothing a bother . Will stay there again .

Disappointing

Seven of us stayed here four adults, three children. We booked this location as we were in omagh for a Christmas family trip. Unfortunately a double payment was taken from my account which resulted in a number of calls to the hotel, hotels.com and my bank. The hotel were then able to refund one of the payments after we returned home but I felt like I was being treated as a pest for something that wasn't my mistake. During one of my phone calls a lady who works in the hotel raised her voice at me and told me that it would be 4 weeks before they knew if I had double paid even though I showed the manager my bank statement online. During the night (2am) we were all woke by noisy neighbours who were running up and down the hall and outside the external doors to the rooms. The next morning a family member knocked the door to our room and the neighbours who had woke us through the night opened their door and shouted expletives while our two toddlers were there. I spoke to the hotel manager the who said they thought they wouldn't be noisy neighbours and that was the end of the conversation. We met others staying in the hotel who had also complained about the noise and their children being woke. These two events and the way they were dealt with was disappointing because other wise we would have been happy enough with the inn. Breakfast was nice and it was great being able to park right outside our room. Really sad that the experience soured our trip. No apology was offered

great place to stay

We have stayed at the Inn several times and will return again. The food and service were excellent. The management and staff were friendly and helpful. My mother had a restful relaxing break recovering from a dislocated elbow.

Nice hotel but...

The hotel itself is nice but they need to do something to ensure that people are able to sleep. We where awakened by people shouting and running up the corridors (obviously drunk) in the middle of the night. I expect it was from a party on the premises and the hotel does not have control of other guests but maybe some signage to remind people to be considered of other guests.

Arrived in middle of storm Ophelia. Lots of people had cancelled and all staff left early. Not hotels fault. Nice place with goods breakfast.

I will defenitely stay there again.There is a certain comfy feeling to the whole place and the facilities are first class.

The staff were very helpful. The food on the dinner menu tasted delicious and was very good value for money. There was limited choice for vegetarian breakfast. I would recommend Kelly's Inn.

Will definitely be back

Wonderful stay at Kellys Inn. We booked one night and ended up staying for two. Room was spacious and very comfortable for 3 people. The management went out of their way to make our stay very enjoyable they gave us access to 2 rooms as two of the party needed an accessible bathroom we were able to use both rooms at no extra charge. Fabulous service. Great atmosphere.

Convenient Roadside Hotel

This hotel is not five star, but efforts have obviously been made to improve the accommodation, and the price is quite reasonable. But the range and quality of the food needs to be seriously examined if this establishment is to reach its potential.

The staff was the best

My husband and I were sleeping odd hours so when we showed up at the inn's restaurant before 7am on a Sunday morning there was only one employee there. She was preparing the restaurant for the coming day and stopped her work to make us coffee and toast and get us orange juice. She was so nice to us and a pleasure to chat with. I apologize if I spell her name wrong but I believe she said Roisin. Later the cook arrived and made us a delicious Irish breakfast! The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to be able to park the car very near the door of the room. The employees of Kelly's inn were all friendly and pleasant. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We were happy with our stay at Kelly's but found the room a little small for three people with lots of luggage.

Great value, pleasant stay.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The food was outstanding and the bar was a great place to get a pint. For a rural community it was a busy place. For me it was a convenient place to stay to visit the Ulster American folk park.

Really large bedrooms with your car parked outside

Stayed there for 2 nights in room 4 and it was delightful. What was amazing was that you could pull your car up to the outside door of your room without entering the hotel! Food excellent and you can have your breakfast up till noon. Not expensive either. Will stay next year for the Bluegrass festival in the Ulster Folk Park.

I was very surprised by Kellys Inn It was fresh clean and well maintained building. The staff were very relaxed and friendly, The food was of very good quality and well prepared. It was excellent value for money I would absolutely recommend this hotel.
