Cons- the wind would make the door vibrate very loudly. The TVs didn’t work and they couldn’t fix it. Pros- safe, quiet, lots of food options within a short walk to MGM. Close to airport and monorail. Valet was quick and helpful. It was dated but overall worth it.
Took the penthouse to enable the marketed valet parking then to be told I would have to park 1km away and walk … TERRIBLE! Doing that 3 times in one day is a joke. No compensation or even a care.
Nothing Luxury about it
Although we have stayed at the signature several times and love it, this room was through a third party rental of a privately owned suite. To say it was dirty and run down is an understatement. The room looked like it had not had more than just a sink, counter and bath cleaning in a long time. The floors were cheap laminate and very dirty with drink stains everywhere. Dirty hair accessories and dust were by the bed and behind doors. Fake eyelashes stuck to the lampshade. Needless to say the room looked very different from the pictures they advertise. When we tried calling the numbers displayed for the company we went straight to what sounded like a private voicemail. Again, we love the signature but will never be using jet luxury suites to book here again.
I enjoyed my time at the signatures and would stay there again.

Great room
Amazing view and the jetted tub was awesome. The room came with kitchen and two bathrooms. There was an issue with the tv remote and the shower door but other than that everything was great. There is a different number you need to call instead of the front desk. It is displayed on the wall.

Rooms and hotel were gorgeous. My husband and i travel monthly and this is the first time in 10 years of that i arrive early to a hotel they tell me they can't offer me early check in period. But told us they'll hold our bags and we can use the "other facilities" till check in which is at 3pm mind you. All pools are drained and not in use including the lazy rivers. Yet they couldn't say well there's not much to enjoy here that doesn't mean gambling or expensive buffets we had no interest in at that time. Basically forcing us to go walk around and spend money to pass time. Our room had several damages but it's an old building so we get it. It had a gorgeous view of the mountains and part of the strip. The bed was very comfortable and there were 2 restrooms with 2 showers and 1 two person hot tub. The only problem was the eyesore of all the drained pools right below us making the ambience feel like we were in an abandoned hotel. Of the 8 employees we interacted with only 2 left a good impression and would be representative of what hospitality should be especially if your price is high and half your amenities are out of commission why would you not allow early check in? Or want to give a better experience claiming to be an upscale hotel. I normally don't pay attention to reviews and will form my own opinion by experience. Unfortunately in this case believe the reviews.
I requested to clean our roonm but no one did it.
The TV was pretty poor. There were only five English channel and there were no satellite or cable channels. The condo was pretty dated and the carpet was stained in numerous places. Complementary valet was included, however when we returned on Saturday at 6 p.m. we were told at the gate that valet was full we would have to park in MGM's self parking lot over 1/2 a mile from the MGM Signature site. Fortunately, when we pulled up to the condo tower Valet parked the car and did not make us go to the MGM self parking lot.
Not what I was expecting.
Stay was okay. The sink and the shower in the bathroom was not draining properly causing water to pool when in use. The jet tub had duct tape on part of it so ended up not using it and that was the reason we booked this place. I may have misheard the valet person but it seemed like he wanted us to tip them to get better service. The couch that turns into a bed was so uncomfortable and seems like it needs new cushions. The pictures make it look more spacious. Not what I was expecting.
The room needs some TLC. Missing remote control. Knobs on cupboards missing. But it has excellent views and is very roomy. It’s clean but getting outdated.
No Happy!!
The room was very dirty. We had to wait 2 hours because they were cleaning and when we got upstairs to the 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, and open balcony l, there was tooth picks, trash under the couches, no trash bags, no hair dryer, couches dirty, chipped paint all over and marks on walls and furniture.
Short Vegas Trip

The stay overall was very nice. Room was just what we needed. I stayed here a while back. I was a little disappointed that the tables & lamps were a little worn. Simple things make the difference.

The property is completely connected to the mgm grand via air conditioned hallways. Check in was smooth. The room was very nice. Would definitely book here again.
The issues i had were not because of the signature suites themselves, but because of the fact that Jet Luxury ran my room. Ive stayed at these towers many times before but have booked directly through MGM and any issue gets taken care of easily and quickly. My tv was not working, i had no housekeeping, and after asking Jet to fix, i was ignored. Never will i book through expedia again

Rooms are very nice, modern with the amenities for cooking if you choose.
No blankets for sleeper extra supplies for coffee as described and property description when I called housekeeping I was advised that my rental was through a third party there was a sign in the suite with housekeeping instructions & number to text with my request I text a few times never received a response from third party therefore I was was forced to spend money on blankets and extra coffee supplies. I was completely ignored by both Hotel housekeeping and third party owner. Do yourself a favor and do not reserve from third party go directly to hotel to make your reservations.
Penthouse glory July 4th
Friendly staff. Fast check in and out. Room was awesome! Complete appliances needed: refrigerator, electric stove, toaster, microwave and smoothie maker. Also had adequate cooking utensils, pots and pans, silverware as well as plates and bowls. Happy with comfortable soft bed and linen. Pull out sofa bed for 2 was perfect for kids. Glass window from floor to ceiling made it grand.
Convenient. Pools great. Staff friendly and helpful. Just remember if you book through 3rd party vendor you need to contact them for room service, extra linens, coffee etc.
I loved the view. Loved the private/valet parking. I appreciated the need for a valid room keycard to access the floors. Was not pleased by the front desk staff regarding questions. The appeared to be imposed upon when asked a simple question.
Parking was bad we had to valet our car each time we went back to the hotel. So tipping became an issue.

Most of the good amenities are provided by MGM. I only went to this hotel for the lazy river at MGM and it was closed.

The room was okay, but definitely starting to show its age. The couch had a stain and the furniture is scuffed. We stayed for the access to the MGM pool and the valet parking, both were great.
They refuse to provide coffee and tea bags and the reason was our room has been reserved by third party (Orbitz)

The room needs updates and was mostly clean, except we found a pair of dirty under garments by the window. I tried to call house cleaning and then the customer service line after my stay with no response. The MGM staff at the front desk were very nice and as helpful as they could be, but be informed and aware that because this is a 3rd party hosting these suites, MGM staff can not do much.

Dead/alive bugs (tons of big moths), broken handles, no hot water one day, no clean towels, heater would not turn on, gum on wall, and no one to take trash out. MGM told me I had to contact Hotels.com but MGM couldn’t help me. MGM shouldn’t let a room be like that since it represents them to. The person I was told to text was not helpful and ignored things in my text to help the situation

The outside property is beautiful. The inside has a great workout room and pools. Our room was spacious but in need of updates. The carpet and furniture were stained and it needed a deep cleaning.
It was a nice unit & nice towers. Overall it was a nice place to stay. Our room had some dirty tissues on the back end of the couch, a dirty rag on the bathroom stool & dead rose petals by the curtains/door in the master bedroom. Parking can fill up & then you have to park at the main MGM parking structure & walk all the way down to the towers. This part I was not happy about! We were here over New Year's Eve weekend. We were in Tower 1. On Dec 31, 2023, we got woken up at 9am over the loud speakers, saying we had to shelter in place & no one was allowed to leave their rooms! I look at my phone & friends have been messaging me for 3 hours, asking if we are ok. There was a shooter in Tower 2!! It took a while, but they got him & thankfully no one was injured! I'm grateful for the PA system in all of the rooms, hallways & in all 3 towers, alerting guests as to what was going on & when it was safe to leave!
Started off meh as we were upset that the room was listed as a suite when in actuality it's two separate rooms that share a bigger outer door. In addition, despite there being two rooms we only get one parking pass. This was the biggest issue was the MGM parking lot where we were forced to park the second car was far and there was no shuttle back to the Signature. Unfortunately, there were also other guests at the hotel who thought it would be funny to throw things from their balcony and one of our party got hit by said object. We told security, but unclear if anything was done. Aside from that though, the rooms were nice and good enough for what we needed.
The stay was well. At time i was there it was a wind storm and the noise from the balcony drove me insane. The door wasn’t properly sealed so the air made a whistle noise 2 Days. The bedroom tv was going out also so i couldn’t watch tv because the tv had lines in it and channel would not change even after buying batteries
The description said it’s a 2 Bedroom penthouse and connected from inside. Description was very deceiving as this is no penthouse and not connected. Also this is just name sake signature suits - you get no service from signature staff as this is a privately owned unit within signature building. No cleaning, no housekeeping, no moisturizer etc restocking. Pathetic service by the management company and the host. Be careful and don’t book this.

We were aaked to park our car at another facility. Did not like that. We had to walk far to get back to our condo. If we are stayong there we would like our vehicle to be at the property to use at our convenience.

Was very happy that the suite was Strip facing and on the highest floor (other than the penthouse suites). Excellent Las Vegas views!!! Loved that the suite had a balcony for even better sights and sounds!!! The suite was more than we expected. Check in was great! Valets were all super friendly and helpful!!! Will definitely be a top pick on our next Las Vegas excursion!!!
Location was not too far from the Strip, large room and view of strip was worth the price. What I didn't like was that I could not self-park, didn't know it was full service. Also didn't like how the valet parking was full and had to drive to MGM parking after midnight making it a long walk to the towers. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
Perfect for my trip.
Comfy spacious suite, in a good location. No house keeping as it is apparently a private apartment and not booked through MGM. Not a problem for my trip but it was a surprise when I questioned why the room hadn’t been serviced and the coffee replaced. They were able to supply more coffee, but made it clear they don’t maintain the room.
Nice big clean room, reasonably comfortable beds, nice bath tub. Coffee maker broken, garbage disposal didn’t work. Very disappointed that only one of the pools was open. The entire reason we picked the place was the 5 pools and the fact that they are completely closed this month should have been explained on the description. Not pleased.
Filthy. Bugs in lights, unknown substance on walls, trash on floors. Safe was inoperable, staff gave us coupon to appease us, but the place the coupon was for was closed indefinitely. Moved to another room and was disgustingly dirty as well. Had housekeeping clean again because most of unknown substance on walls, carpet was not vacuumed, hair in bathroom sink and shower. Went and bought our own bleach cleaner to clean room. Last time this property was great, but will never go back after this experience. Was also told they would credit our first night, but no credit ever happened. Very disappointed. Will never stay again with Jet Luxury.
Great condo-style option on Vegas Strip
As price is always relevant to a review, I chose the Jet Luxury at The Signature at about $120 a night after all taxes and fees. I'm very happy with my choice as it offered great value at this price point as a larger room with a full kitchenette and jetted bathtub. The room was in good condition and very spacious. There are tunnels between the 3 towers and to the MGM Grand for easy access. Note, there was no housekeeping during my stay even if I keyed the button indicating it. I did not call to request it, though that might have been an option. This was not a big issue for me but thought it was relevant. To conclude, I would absolutely recommend this to a single person or a couple looking for a more spacious room with great in-room amenities, particularly if staying for a week or longer.
Replace the mattress
We love the place. However, the room we had this time had the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. There are huge lumps/dips in the mattress, No way to sleep comfortably. Also, the carpet is visibly dirty. There were a couple other minor maintenance things that just needs to be tightened up.
Everything was great carpet had a little bit of stains but was good, The pull out bed was messed up old and worn out spring and bolts were missing. Other than that it was a good view and stay.
I liked bit having to deal with a casino and the smoking. The Valet parking was quick and free.

Room was great, starting to show its age, carpet should be cleaned soon. Staff was helpful, check in could have been digital like other properties. MGM has been working on the property, much improved from a year ago. Vegas was in great shape, had a great time at the sphere- a must visit!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay to the Signature MGM. We stayed in a one bedroom suite which provided plenty of room for the two of us. Our room consisted of a large living area with sofa, chair, dining table, balcony and full kitchen. The kitchen was equipped with the basics including full refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, as well as pots, pans, utensils and plates. It was great to have a full refrigerator for drinks, and we actually cooked breakfast in the mornings. The suite has two full bathrooms which was nice. The facilities including the pool were great. The three pool areas are much quieter than the large pools at the MGM. You have access to the large pools, but we decided to just use our pool. We used the gym and it was updated and well equipped. The facility was busy, but not even close to being overcrowded. Every staff member from front desk, pool attendants, bartenders, valet and bell men were excellent. We have stayed at the Signature about a dozen times and will definite return. Staying in a suite is much more comfortable than a basic hotel room.

The room was big that was a good thing but the bed was terrible the carpet was really dirty I killed two roaches in the bathroom . I’m just surprised of the room we had stayed there before it never had a problem.
Room wasn’t ready after 5pm
Checked in after 5pm and room wasn’t really booked. When the signature gave us a room on the 36th floor of tower 1, it wasn’t made yet. Had to wait until after 6pm for the room to be ready. We were told the pools closed at 6pm but they actually closed at 5:50pm. Also, out of the 5 pools at the signature, only 1 allows children under 18. Not sure if those staying at the signature can use the pools at mgm. No one mentioned this.

Week in Vegas
Hotel was good. Nicer size rooms than most. It seemed clean except that the shower drain would back up. We booked here partly because you get a fridge, and it did, but the door had all its shelves broken out. Overall it was good, a bit of walk to the strip but it was all inside and through the MGM Grand. Would consider this place again
I booked this room the day before but did not know the MGM Grand was in the midst of a ransomware attack. I got so much confusing information about where to check in, park, luggage handling, it literally took almost 2 hours to get checked in, and get my luggage. the line was a mile long and since everything was being done by hand, it literally took 20 minutes per guest to check-in. I was so looking forward to getting in the pool, but that closed at 6pm (yeah, you can't check in until 3pm). AND they gouge you for $94.50 for a "property fee". The phone in the room didn't work, and I had to go to each tower to find out where my luggage was taken. And during this, everyone kept saying I'm sorry, our systems are down, I'm unable to help you. Last, I think it was unconscionable that this property was taking sensitive personal information, such as credit card information, while they were clearly in the midst of a major hacking event. I get it, they were losing money hand over fist with the gaming machines down, but wow, the willingness to put their guests at such risk was most appalling.
It was high into the Vegas night, and tall enough to see the mountains in the early morning. I just enjoyed the views. I was too tired to do much else.
Great rooms for the price and MGM access
I was a little disappointed after checking in; I booked a "2 bedroom, 3 bath suite with kitchen, penthouse suite" and it ended up being 2 separate rooms. One with 1 king bed, sofa sleeper and ensuite kitchen bar and another totally separate room with 1 king bedroom, separate living room and full kitchen. It worked out ok, but just not what I had expected. We have previously stayed here a number of times in the one-bedroom suite, so I guess I had high expectations.

Had a girls trip and we stayed on one of the pent house suites! Absolutely amazing balcony view, so much room and space for us girls. From Valet to the front desk and house keeping everyone was so nice and friendly. We did have room key issues, but other than that everything went smoothly. Will definitely book here again!

Had a good stay. Staff was very professional and friendly. The water pressure in the showers needed some maintenance but other than that, it was a solid choice for the weekend.

Nice room with a view.
Lovely room. Jeta on big beautiful tub didnt work but otherwise Condo was amazing. View was spectacular. Had an issue with parking one night as they were fully booked. We had to park over at MGM parking and walk 1 mile to our room. After spending all day walking and partying that sucked. They did covered cover cost. Made us get back early the rest of our stay. Luckily room was really nice.
