Enjoy your stay!
Well kept hotel. Friendly desk help, super clean room and facilities.
InTown Suites is a quiet and nice place to stay. The Staff is friendly and the room is clean and cozy. This place is highly recommended.
Our reservation had to be changed due to a maintenance issue. So our party of 4 had to move to a single bed room. They did call ahead of time and let us know. The guy that checked us in was very nice and helpful with the room change. We checked in on Saturday and that was the last time we saw the office open. Only 1 roll of toilet paper and 2 sets of towels in the room. You better ask for extra at check-in. Office was closed but a staff member was present the next day. She told us we were unable to get any extra towels or tissue while the office was closed. Other than that it was a decent stay for a last minute trip.
Check in was messed up. Charged twice for a one night stay. Room was not clean. Looked like there had been an animal in the room prior to our stay and there were fur balls everywhere.
UPSET CUSTOMER
I had to cancel my reservation because i received information from my family in California, my mother got sick and i had to return to California. I wasn't given any assistance with the daily rate i was charged. I was charged $298. I felt it should have been lowered due to circumstances.
The room needs to remodel, and not patched up. I would never stay at that location.
clean, reasonable priced lodging for extended stays. You get pretty much exactly what they advertise.
It was ordinary. Pleasant environment. Outside was clean. Neighborhood was mainly other businesses.
This was more convenient than a hotel. Park at your door, two full rooms, full kitchen, full bath, room to move around, unlike a cramped hotel room. I'll use them again. Reasonable rates, too! Plus, they have a nice pool.
All was clean and good. The staff was so kind and helpful. The only thing i would mention is that it’s a little dated and i thought it odd that they don’t come in til 11am on Sunday. No one was there to check us out; we just put keys under the door.
The staff at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The cleaning staff could do a much better job, the rooms were filthy
Clean and within walking distance of several restaurants.
Gotta Move to a more comprable hotel....
Always an enjoyable experience. The only unsatisfactory Items are that I can't redeem my Hotel.com rewards at the In Town Suites, and the price seems to have gone up to the point where I can stay at a comparable hotel so much cheaper, that the price difference basically earns me 2 free nights for every 7 days I stay, booking outside of Hotels.com.....
i was given a room with a " beeping" fire alarm. They said to just take thw battery out, but it helped for just a while. Didnt sleep well and just got up early and left. Bummer trip and waste of money
The room doesn't smell clean. But still, fair for the price.
This hotel cancelled my reservation because I wasn’t there by 7 pm and then would not give me a room because they said they’re office was closed. Expedia should not offer this as a hotel option since they do not really operate like a hotel
Liked the location. Did not like parking situation, dirty rooms especially bathroom. Outside walkways had cigarette ashes and butts, empty beer cans . The only amenity was toilet tissue, thankfully. Not even soap.
I booked 2 rooms days in advance and the day of my reservation I received a call confirming that I actually wanted 2 rooms.. I said yes... a few hours later I received a call saying they were over booked and had been cancelled. I was left without anyplace to stay in town that night for me and my family due to their error.
They wouldn't check ne in after making a reservation.
Don't Stay Here. !!!!!!!
Awful. Room we reserved was not what we got. Reserved a king and a queen bed. Got stuck with 2 full beds in a room barely big enough for one bed. Stunk. Plastic bag over smoke dector. Just didn't feel clean. Couldn't stay there. We left. Tried to call all day on way down. Nobody would answer phone. I should have been called about our room change. Breech of contract. I should get my money back back.
Friendly staff, Manager has been helpful in every possible way, With laundry on-site for guest is perfect for an extended stay or someone just needing to help get back on track with a budget.
It was ok for what we needed. The lighten was a little shouty and they don't take out your trash daily or at all. The
Property a bit run down. Could use some fresh paint They do have new tvs and room furniture.
Decent place if you need to stay somewhere a while and don’t want to spend a ton of cash
Sloppily managed and dirty!
I have already posted a comment! The rooms are cleaned once a week, in my case, on Wednesday. The last week, the cleaners failed to clean my room, in spite of 4 or 5 requests. On Thursday, I asked the manager to, at least, provide me with clean towels and was told that my room cleaning was not on that day's schedule. I would certainly recommend a stay at In Town Suites Auburn to my most disliked contacts, but to nobody else. Take it off your list as it makes Hotels.com look bad to be associated with such a poorly-managed place.
Dirty in Auburn!
The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff is the worst. Cleaning is a once-a-week luxury ... new towels, bed sheets. Today, Wednesday, June 6, I had requested that my room be cleaned at 11 am. Around 2 pm, the cleaner was cleaning an empty room next to mine, was supposed to come but didn't. By 4 pm, I asked the office to send a cleaner, again at 4:45 pm. I walked and saw the cleaner and asked him to come ... "when I have time" was his reply. By 5:15 he was gone, having told the front desk people that I didn't want my room cleaned. The front desk assured me that someone would come ... 8 pm, nobody has! My advice to all, avoid this place at all costs! Not worth it, in the end!
Despite what they claim, this room was NOT accessible! The toilet reminded me of a child's toilet from an elementary school. The carpet was old and worn, but generally clean. Even though they are advertised as efficiency suites, there was no dished or utensils in the unit, only a couple of coffee mugs. On the positive side, the bed was quite good and the air conditioning system worked properly. This not the worst place I have ever stayed in, by far, but it's also not a great value for the price.
Wouldn’t recommend
The room appeared as it hasn’t been cleaned prior to me checking in. There were crumbs all over the sink and the bathtub was dirty. The counters in the kitchen appeared to have something spilled on it. There was also dust in different places as if it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Throughout the night the other guests were extremely loud
Overbooked
The hotel overbooked. Told me they had no room for us as someone already there decided to extend their stay. Isn't that the point of a reservation? you don't let them extend their stay if the room is already reserved! The young woman at the desk wasnt there when we got there, waited 25 minutes for her to return and then, although apologetic, was rude and did nothing to even try and correct the situation. Says she called me, but i had no messages or calls on my phone.
Disgusting rooms, avoid at all costs!
We reserved a non-smoking room and the room reeked of smoke, like someone had smoked years in the room. The room had a moldy small sample shampoo and there was old soap caked in the bathtub. The other inhabitants of this long-stay hotel were very intimidating and almost hostile. We feared our vehicles would be broken into. There was a car in the parking lot with the most foul language emblazoned across the rear windshield. Most spoke Spanish and no English. We cut our stay short and left after one night. We will avoid In-Town suites from here on out!
Staff was unbelievably friendly and courteous. However, the non-smoking room smelled heavily of smoke and the overall cleanliness was not great.
Location is great! But my reservation was for a king and queen bed and the room only had a king and twin size pullout coach. The carpet smelled and made the atmosphere a tad hard to deal with.
Nasty
no hot water due to water pump being replaced, cold water was also muddy, room smelled, floor dirty, bathroom nasty. .staff suggested to put us in a room where the remote for TV didn't work..we opt to get refund and leave but was told since they offered us another room..no refund.. needless to say after about 20 min of customer rampage. .we were told it takes 3-4 days for a credit..waiting for credit
Nice hotel off the beaten path.
The hotel is a little out of the way. The office staff was great. The staff went way beyond to fix an issue that came up. The room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.
Won’t be back.
Room was dirty and not a well maintained unit. Coffee maker and coffee but no cups. Only two towels and washcloths for a family of 4 as I indicated in my reservation.
Our stay was very good. The room was clean, the amenities were good, and the location was good. The only issue we had was the water. For some reason the water had an odd smell. It smelled a little sour. They probably just needed to replace some filters. I will definitely recommend this place to others and we will stay here again. Thank you.
Disappointed
Wanted a room close to the football game we were attending. Was happy to find the room. I understand it’s more of a longer stay hotel, but was very unhappy with the condition of the room. Supposed to be nonsmoking- could smell smoke when the air was turned on, and found a cigarette package wedged at the head of the bed. Walls of the bathroom and outside of tub were dingy; lots of dust on baseboards and cobwebs on ceiling. Box spring cover needed to be replaced -and mattress was not comfortable. Had to pay ahead of time or would have likely looked for another location.
The carpet in the bedrooms needed to be vacuumed (dirty around the bedrooms) I did not know until after I got there that there were no dishes or utensils. Closet hanging racks needed to be dusted. I could not call the front desk from the room phone.
Terrible
The hotel simply is disappointing. If you are looking for comfort, this is not the place. Highly frustrating.
Deferred maintenance for sure
Multiple surfaces in room and bathroom are in need of repairs
The room seemed dingy & not well appointed. No Kleenex, only 2 cups in the kitchen, sheets are VERY scratchy & the matress pad is lumpy. TV broke the second day. No TV guide to channels & the remote guide didn't work. Carpet dirty. For sure not worth the $200 per night. No way to make coffee or tea.
Served its purpose
We needed a room for the Auburn game and the room served its purpose. The beds were comfortable and the room mostly clean, with the exception of the floor. Had to wear flip flops. The main overhead light didn't work and the room had a musty smell, somewhat like smoke although it was a non smoking room. The pillows had a smoke smell also.
If you're actually looking to sleep avoid at all c
Upon arriving the staff was very pleasant and accommodating . Rooms where very clean, and spacious. However the noise level around us was absolutely disgusting! I am an asthmatic and so are my children. This includes my 4 month old. There where people smoking constantly outside of my doorway, and cats everywhere. Constant slamming of doors and beating on the wall made the place sound like a war zone. At times noise was loud enough to make you jump. My infant had a nearly impossible time sleeping. This was also followed with the downstairs occupant lighting up their grill directly in our stairway. If the smoke wasn't enough, the noise , loud music and belligerent drunks finished the job. In the 4 days we stayed , my total hours of sleep by far did not exceed 10. I contacted after hours more times than I can count , and received voicemail repeatedly. In my opinion I believe I deserve a refund.
Gameday weekend stay
Typical extended stay. Not enough towels, shampoo, or soap. No dishes. 2 cups. Air worked great. Staff was awesome.
Quiet but dirty!!
The only positive is the hotel was very quiet. We checked in earlier in day to didn't go into room until after midnight. Opened door and were greeted with the very strong smell of cigarettes. There were cigarette burns in the furniture and the curtains. There were stains on the carpets, and when I moved a nightstand to plug in my phone charger, there was trash behind it. There was a kitchenette but no dishes, plots, silverware, etc...we weren't cooking anything, just looked in cabinets. We did however find someone's dirty clothes in the bathroom cabinets.
I was disappointed with this hotel. The bathroom was dirty and the room smelled bad. We had ants in the room too!
Not as advertised
First we were put in wrong room(smaller than purchased) Blamed on info sent to them. This is Suite style residence hotel. Our suite had 2 coffee cups. Nothing else-no other cups, dishes or pans. Not even paper towels. Staff leaves at 7 pm on Saturday.
The staff were. Excellant, but the.walks were thin
Person nexy door snored terribly and kept me awake.
STAY AWAY!!
The place is now a dump! Stained sheets, stained and cigarette burned carpets, cigarette burned vanity tops, grease and filth still on the stove burners, metal buckets outside each door for cigarette butts. What used to be a suite with a bed and sitting area is now two beds crammed in. Stayed there many times 10 years ago and it was a very nice place. It is an absolute dive and should never be stayed in by anyone with any modicum of personal hygiene.
Will not choose hotel.com again
Did NOT put in notes that we wanted near my daughter's family. They were in another building.
Very nuce
Incredible space for what we paid
Horrible
Room was not clean. Smelled stale. Bed was uncomfortable.
Cancelled room a couple of.hours before check in. A room.that was reserved and paid for in January. This was very poor business. I will not be back and I will not recommend.
NOTHING BUT NASTY!!!
The only positive aspect was the nice guy at check in. I've stayed at this property several times, but not since it was bought by a different company. Previously, minimal plates, silverware, and dishwashing detergent, all of which was gone this time. The carpet was dirty, bathroom smelled like a sour dishrag, tub was dirty, dust in the corners. I checked in on a Tuesday for five nights and was told at check in that my cleaning day was Monday. Therefore the room was not cleaned the entire stay. It didn't seem to matter that I mentioned that at check in. Sheets were thin and worn,. Pillows lumpy and worn. After a hard rain, somehow tons of cigaret butts ended up all over the sidewalk on the sidewalk outside my door and even all over the door mat. They were still there when I left three days later. Obviously no care given to the outside, either. Could not wait to leave! I suppose it's true that you get what you pay for. And then you pay for what you get. There is no way I will go back.
Adequate
Staff was very nice and accommodating, but the room was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty, there was no dishware in the kitchen, with the exception of two coffee cups. The TV only showed one channel, and the floors creaked. I would not want to be on the lower floor.
It was dirty and "clean" isn't exactly what I would call it. The bed was hard as a rock. The room smelled like smoke even though no smoking. Mark who clearly works at the very least 12 hour shifts was nice enough and the maintenance man was kind to come over at almost midnight and fix the air that wasn't working. I went to the office to get help and there is a number on the door bc office is closed! What kind of hotel operates this way. When I finally said so what's the deal. It's late they replaced the unit which took 5 mins and that worked. Luckily I had read the night before and knew no one was in the office on sundays to check out with. Given the option I would not stay here again.
Cheap Accommodations
Greeted by stale smoke smell and room was on the warm side. A/C quit early evening due to condenser freezing with half inch of ice. Call for service was returned two hours later - by this time we had defrosted it ourselves using heater. It was fairly cool outside so second night was much cooler inside. I did not walk on the carpet barefoot! It's got a kitchen, but only comes with two coffee mugs - period. Ice maker didn't work. No iron. No maid service during stay. Property had several, "longer term", guests - and is best suited for those looking stay a week or more who need kitchen facilities and have pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc. On the positive side: the shower and toilet worked, hot water, Free WiFi, close to campus, clean towels, Free soap and shampoo provided too, and it was cheap.
Gross, absolutely awful experience
Problem 1: We had prepaid for the room with a credit card to ensure late check in. When we arrived at 9PM, the office was closed for the night and when we called the number on the door, we were told "too bad -- there's nothing we can do." There was another number on the door and it was for some guy who lives on the property who was able to come give me my room key. Problem 2: There was never maid service at all throughout our stay. Not once. Problem 3: There was a "kitchenette" but there were no dishes or pots or pans. There were literally two coffee cups and a handful of eating utensils. Problem 4: When we checked in there was about 1/2 a roll of toilet paper on the roll. When that ran out, there WERE NO BACK-UP ROLLS anywhere in the place! We had to go buy our own! Problem 5: The "second bed" we were promised was a crummy sofa bed that, when we unfolded it, had perhaps the grossest, stain-covered, nasty mattress I have ever seen. It was like a crack-house mattress. We covered it with layers and layers of bedspreads and blankets before laying on it. Problem 6: Young people seem to live in some of the units, including the one next door to us. They hung around outside smoking and making comments to us when we came and went all day, then played such loud heavy metal music late into the night that we called the police. We actually called the hotel office first, and THEY suggested that we turn off our lights, lock our doors, and call the police. An AWFUL experience!
no shower
We checked in early and went our event. the counter staff was wonderful. we got to our room no trash cans, coffee pot did not work the bed was a rock and the pillows were too soft. when we went to take a shower in the morning the shower did not work. we had to take baths and i had to wash my hair in the sink. we were late for our function that morning.
No one around if stuff don't work
Roaches dead on floor when we arrived. Toilet backed up when used first time. No one would come fix it. Had to sleep in a smelly room with bathroom light and fan going all night. Had to go to store in middle of night to use the toilet. The air conditioner sounded like there was gremlins in it crushing up aluminum foil.
Not clean
Floor in bath was dirty, slimy and had curly hair all over. Crumbs on the counter, beds are old and pillows were completely awful! The front desk man Cody was very nice and professional but this hotel is obviously and old apartment complex that still has residents. Will not stay here again
Our stay
Nice, safe area close to stores and restaurants.
Looks can be deceiving!
Outside buildings looked quaint and appealing. Once inside it was dirty, old and musty. Shower didn't work and the a/c was full of animal like pellets. Horrible place to stay!
Not at all as shown or advertised.
I booked this room based on ratings of 3.5/5 and it was awful. The room was filthy and appeared to not have been cleaned for a while. It was a room designed for one bed, they threw in another queen size bed. There was barely room to walk between the all of the furniture. No TV remote was to be found. I checked in late so had no opportunity to change rooms once I saw the condition. There is nobody on site to help with any problems. When you call their number after hours, you get an answering service. No staff shows up to the property till 11am. I would equate this with what I would expect from a Motel 6.
This was a very unkempt place. Roach in refrigerator, bathroom floor dirty, kitchen countertops dirty. Plastic Gatorade bottle and floor beside bed. We didn't feel comfortable sleeping here at all. We left at 7 AM in the morning and canceled the next night stay. We received a call at 5 PM asking us if we needed a late check in because there would be no one at the desk. When I ask what kind of place it is she'll let me know that some people live there permanently and that the front desk is closed at 7 PM in the evening until 11 AM the next day. I would not recommend this place however they were very nice to my husband when he canceled the second night.
Walked in and walked out. So gross.
Filthy place, couldn't stay there. Stained carpets, sticky floors, holes in walls, horrible smell. Still waiting on my refund!!
Not clean......
Not clean. The room itself is fine, but my minimum expectation is cleanliness. The room is not equipped with dishes. When requested, the staff will provide minimal goods. These, too, were not clean.
Clean room, did just fine. Thin walls, and the couple next door kept things interesting. (Good for them!)
Convenient location but dirty and noisy.
Pros: Price is low. Close to supermarkets and mall. About 15-20 minute away from Auburn University. Good supply of hot water. AC is working fine. Comes with kitchen (top and bottom cabinets, sink, microwave, stove and refrigerator). Cons: Facilities are old and rusty. Noisy fan in the bathroom. Smelly drawers!!! Noisy and dirty occupants who trow empty beer bottles and trash all around the rooms and the parking lot (the lady manager defended them saying that we need to learn to live with different cultures from Latin America). Cigarette buds are all over the place. As a result, you don't feel safe here.
Roach hotel.
There were roaches , and when it was time for check out I got to the front office 5 mins early. And still It ended up taking 15-20 mins to get a hold of anyone because apparently no one was in the office. I feel that I should have been briefed when I checked in ,on what to do with the key when no one is in the office.
I would never stay here again
The check in began with my family being assigned a room that was already occupied. Got another room that was apparently a smoking room with one bed and a fold out couch and not what I paid for(2 beds). The third and last room appeared ok so we left our things. When we returned to sleep is when some of the problems were noted. The room was in serious need of repairs. The towel rack was hanging off the wall and the toilet paper holder and paper towel holder would not hold the rolls. We discovered there were roaches, everywhere in the morning! My husband woke up with one crawling on his arm. I would not have stayed in this place at all had I seen signs of the bugs. Also, the office is only open 11-7. How does a hotel operate like that?
Worst place I've ever stayed
The room layout was okay, but the overall condition was bad. Paint falling off the ceiling in the bathroom, unbelievably horrible mattress, etc. We were only given 2 towels and 2 washcloths for a 2 day stay (one set each). There was no janitorial service whatsoever. No drop off of wash essentials nor garbage pickup at all. This makes a person question whether they clean the rooms at all. We will NOT stay there ever again. We will not suggest that anyone we know stay there either.
Really enjoyed my stay at home town suite n auburn, all.
Enjoy
Really appreciate staying here. Very comfortable and affordable
Smelly Hotel!
Walked into the front lobby and the clerk was not friendly and rude. We booked a suite, 1 queen non smoking bedroom And they did not have any queens available and stated all of the rooms were non smoking. They gave us a room with 2 full size beds and the rooms terribly smelled like cigarettes. There was only one towel in the bathroom, so we had to go to the front lobby to ask for more towels. Horrible stay, will not book again.
Never again.
This hotel has declined significantly over the last few years. Looks more like a poor appartment complex than a hotel.
Good value
Great spot at very reasonable prices. Full kitchen. Easy access to everything Auburn has to offer. Laid back. Not super fancy, but definitely a value for the price. We stay here almost every time we come to Auburn.
Hotel over-booked
When I arrived, I learned that the hotel was over-booked. There was not another hotel within an hour's drive. At the last minute (we were getting ready to dive 2 hours home and come back the next day), a room opened up. I pretty much go a 'sorry' but that does not give me the confidence to use this site again.
Great value.
Good value. Clean. Maintmeave guy went out of his way. Morning clean up routine from service lady could use some work. Towels on groind by hotel for a few hours. Mai desk person a bit rude but clean rooms and maintenance manager made up for all that!
Affordable and close to Mall.
Affordable and worked fine to move our daughter into Auburn for her freshman year.
Worst Travel Experience Ever
In over 35 years of extensive domestic and international travel this is the worst experience that I have ever encountered. I reserved two rooms for two consecutive nights at this property to move our daughter into her Auburn dormitory. Upon receipt of the booking confirmation we were advised that check in time ended at 9PM and that if we expected to be later, to contact the hotel as alternative arrangements could be made. I spoke with the hotel two nights prior to arrival, provided my confirmation number and explained that we were driving from Tampa and could possibly arrive up to 11PM. I was advised that this would not be a problem and that the keys would be left with a security person, whose phone number would be on the front door. We arrived early, at 7:30PM but found that the office had closed. We contacted the security person, who advised that our rooms had been rented to another party. Within five minutes of our arrival another family arrived and found themselves in an identical situation. We also spoke with one of the current tenants who advised that he had the same experience in an earlier stay. The hotel staff, support desk, and the Expedia customer center provided no resolution. As there was no hotel availability within a 50 mile radius we slept in our car. Needless to say we will never stay at a Hometown or InTown Suites again.
Clean ans cheap
Older facility with normal wear and tear, but room was clean and big.
Great place to stay, however........
Love this facility except they are having trouble with their booking service and you may not have a room when you arrive. I tried 3 times before actually getting a room there. Their office closes at 7pm and late arrivals have to call a courtesy officer to check in on arrival. I booked with the front desk, called to reconfirm 2 days before only to be called back on arrival date and told room cancelled by computer due to overbooking. If they can fix this problem it would be perfect.
The staff was excellent, however the building is starting to show its age! The pool was beautiful and kept up well!!! The only complaint was we had a funky smell in our room, we couldn't quite pinpoint it..... Smoke, musty or combo! Overall good stay :)
Nice hotel close to mall
I was with my girlfriend and we needed clean silent and place we can cook. Everyhing was there. Awesome..
It served my purpose for the most part.
We were in town for a football. The location was excellent if you wanted to be in town but was not close enough to the interstate for my purpose.
The staff was nice when we had to get them to come to help us turn on the shower. The room was dated and there was a noise like a faucet buzzing the entire time. We probably wouldn't stay there again if there was something else available.
Roaches
We killed several roaches and lots of other bugs. Stayed 3 night and room was never cleaned or re-stocked with paper products. Had to bring used towels to the front desk to obtain more. Would NEVER stay there again!!!!
Forgotten, but OK.
I stayed for 2 weeks. The day I got there the TV did not work, the stove did not work and the light in the kitchen did not work. They did move me to another room that same day. The A/C was very hard to regulate a good temperature. It was also very noisy. They were supposed to service my room once a week, however they never did. I even notified them after a week that my room had not been serviced, but they still never cleaned it. The pool was a nice getaway. They also served a meal on Tuesday nights, which was nice, but not that great (chicken fingers one night and pizza one night). All in all, I would go back again if business takes me there, but it is not a 5 star place. The price is certainly good!F
Clean, neat, affordable basics.
Stayed 2 nights in conjunction with volunteering at an AU sponsored event at National Center for Asphalt Technology. Excellent value.
Room was small
Overall, everything was fine. Room was just very small for the amount of furniture and appliances that were in it.
My hotel stay
Very nice room, very nice hotel staff.
Good facilities for the price.
We stayed here for one night during a baseball tournament. We were late checking in so the office was already closed. The check-in process was a breeze and we were pleasantly surprised. We found our room fairly easily although it would've been nice to have signs on the end of the buildings with room numbers on it. Parking lot was dimly lit and we were a little anxious walking to/from our car with our belongings. The room was simple but nicely furnished and clean. The only complaints we really had with it was 1) The bed mattress was VERY firm; 2) The chair was also VERY firm; 3) the shower didn't drain well and there wasn't a shower liner, only a curtain. The bathroom door also didn't latch completely shut. 4) THE WALLS BETWEEN ROOMS ARE LIKE CREPE PAPER! A man next door apparently has severe sleep apnea and snored/gasped for breath all night long. It felt like he was in the same room with us and we almost called 911 a couple of times to check on him! ;D Other than the three minor complaints and one huge one, the hotel was very good for the price we paid. I don't know if we would stay here again. However, if money was an issue, we probably would, but bring earplugs and many "white noise" apps on our devices for sure!
Meh
Non-smoking room that smelled like smoke... (perhaps from people habitually smoking outside? Not sure.) Dingy. The bathroom was clean and the bed seemed clean. We slept well. For that price I would probably stay there again. But ew.
Disappointed a bit !!!
It's A awesome place , but the last two times i stayed i requested a ground level and neither time did i get it. very Disappointed in this . Our mother came by to spend time with us and she had to sit out by the pool because they gave me 2nd floor and she is in a wheelchair and could not come to our room . she watched us swim because she could not visit us in the room and it was raining. but the staff and hotel is great. Thank You
random night
Great hospitality!
Perfect for an evening in Auburn
This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were cute and large and outfitted with kitchenettes, and the pool was nice. There's wear around the edges, but for this price, I have no complaints.
Overnighter
Just stayed for one night, but it was clean and comfortable. Had a small kitchen, so more suitable for an extended stay. No problems during my stay.
InTown Suites Extended Stay Auburn AL - Auburn University | Hotel in Auburn | Travala.com
Stayed for a week with a toddler, staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend asking to be put in an updated room. The place is quiet and close to food and stores. Most people seem to live or room often so it’s got a community of its own. I felt safe at night and at peace in the room. I would stay here again.
