Great service
Are stay was delightful.
Did not like that you could hear people right next to us and plus a door to the next room. Ruins the privacy. Shower head didn’t work great either. I don’t know if I would go to this one again. They charge a fee of 25 just because which made no sense to me at all. I didn’t get water when I arrived and to have to pay $36 a person to eat breakfast is ridiculous. For the cost of the room this should be included. Not really what I expected.
Visited last Spring Break. First Time in San Antonio. Would definitely stay here again!
Right on river walk
Very quiet, clean, close to everything and the food and drinks were good!
This was the worst stay we have ever had at a Hyatt hotel. Our first night the sheets had not been changed and had blood on them. There was no housekeeping on duty so all that could be done was to send a set of new sheets. When new sheets were sent, we had to change them and the housekeeper who brought the sheet, but could not change them, did not bring pillow cases. We then asked for pillow cases and only 3 were brought with 4 pillows on the bed. The housekeeper also got upset that we put the bloody sheets out in the hallway by our door. On the 2nd day our AC went out. After maintenance "fixed" it, it would not work at all if you changed the thermostat in anyway. Both issues were not handled well at all by the front desk. Very unfortunate stay.
Wonder time
I love this hotel. I have been staying here since I was a kid, and it's always a great place to stay, whether you're doing something on the Riverwalk, or anywhere near downtown. Plenty of food options just out the door to the Riverwalk and near shopping and dining options outside of the Riverwalk.
River walk
Disappointed
Our room never was serviced on our last full day. No clean towels no coffee pods and bed not made.
Beautiful property
.
Very clean and well kept
Great location, disappointed that spa was not available
Beautiful hotel. We were there just one night, but everything was wonderful. Look forward to coming back.
We only stayed overnight but had excellent service. Easy access to Riverwalk
Some areas under extended maintenance.
centrally located on the river walk. Rooms were nice and clean. only complaint would be the over charge for parking.
Great hotel! Had the best time ever!
One our beds in our room was broken. Every time toilet above us flushed, we could hear it very loudly over our heads in our bed. Great location to everything. Just not one of our favorite hotels to stay at. No closet for Clothes. Probably will not stay again. Valet was almost $100.00 a night.
The only drawback was the restaurant, we were in town briefly and chose the restaurant out of convenience for breakfast, the food wasn’t up to par with the rest of the facility. However not a deal breaker.
Loved walking out to the river walk.
The service is good, and receptions so helpful especially the Mark
A great upscale affordable stay. Right at the river walk - Great restaurants - atmosphere was on point.
Very nice
Nice place
Historic and friendly. Very walkable
Had to move rooms and the1am heat did not work
First time staying on the Riverwalk, very convenient! Our room (as well as the entire hotel) was very clean and the staff was so helpful and welcoming!
The property was ideally located for our needs. We were disappointed that the lobby and restaurant was extremely cold and trying to get room service was an issue. Room phone did not work and number published in elevator was not helpful.
Everything was great the only thing that I didn’t like was the long wait elevators
Great
It was great! We loved it!
Stunning hotel. Superb location
Terrible
Great location on River Walk with direct access. Very clean with comfortable beds.
Location on the Riverwalk was very convenient. Beautiful hotel. Accommodating staff.
The hotel was at max capacity so grabbing an elevator was not easy. BUT--that was to be expected. We enjoyed our stay!!
Hyatt riverwalk
Bed was not comfortable, even after putting a sheet of plywood underneath. Very old and very dirty hotel. Terrible communication amongst staff to guests. had no idea of where to go on the property and what it offered because when we checked in zero information was given to us. Had to always find out important things by asking, things that should haven been included in check in. When we did find a concierge, he was helpful but included a sales pitch for a timeshare on a totally different property. Couldn’t communicate with cleaning people because couldn’t find one that spoke English. They did a good job cleaning though
The hotel did not have any extra plan for new year event. They charged me $200 for parking only for 2 nights. They did not let me to use lobby for resting . And i asked for party for new year ,they said $300 for each person.I do not come back to this Hotel next time and i do not recommend this hotel for any body.
Added one already
Centrally located on riverwalk easy assess to riverwalk. Staff in dining room for breakfast outstanding Server Leesa and Hostess Natalie both young ladies outstanding serve and professionalism.
Good the only thing that was wrong with my room the heating didn't work
Accommodation was overlooking the Riverwalk in San Antonio. New Years Eve. Fibulas.
I liked everything about it. Except for needs more elevators. Not cool waiting in line to get to your rooms during busy time.
.
Great hotel
Staff was very welcoming and polite. Food (breakfast) was delicious. A bit noisy as the Colorado Buffaloes and their fans and families were staying at the hotel for the Alamo Bowl. Overall I would recommend the hotel.
This is an amazing Hotel. Never seen anything like it. Lower level walks directly out to the River Walk. Everyone should experience the River Walk in SanAntonio at Christmas time. It has to be one of the top atteactions in the country. We will be back again!
Great location
The room was comfortable, clean, and convenient.
valet parking fees are unbelievable
Beautiful lobby area. Friendly staff and wonderful location.
Close to River walk and the Alamo.
Love the location and the hotel is absolutely beautiful!!
Beautiful accommodations and beautiful view of the river and Christmas lights.
WEEKEND STAY
It was Great . The ice machine on my floor needed upgrading. The container was full of water not draining properly . The ice scoop was under the water , very unsanitary. Need ice machines that dispense ice overhead. Also did not receive my free breakfast and the only shop tp purchase soft drinks was very limited. Breakfast Buffet Pricey, but the Rest including the staff was Excellent!
Valet parking was really bad. Had to wait more than an hour to get our vehicle
Really nice atmosphere
Great location in the River Walk! Very pretty hotel hotel especially during holiday season. Only issues were the valet parking is $40-$50 per day and is a nightmare dropping off or requesting your vehicle. Other issue was the rooms with so called queen sized beds seem much smaller more like double sized not queen.. overall however the service was very good, rooms nicely appointed but lack storage and are a bit small, we had 4 in one room and it was overwhelming.
Love the neatness and beautiful hotel
Valet stole 9mm from glove box and went through vehicle looking for other items of value to steale. Cameras shoud show what emlpoy took items. All we got was I am sorry from staff.
This property is top notch on the San Antonio River Walk
Loved it
Very nice hotel. Great location. Clean, good reastarants, nice rooms, bedding.
SATISFIED Customer
From check in to check out we received excellent friendly service. The staff were GREAT!! Terrific location. Couldn’t ask for more. Will definitely be returning.
there was a daily $25 “destination fee” included in the hotel fee which did not make any sense to me…
We loved how nice this hotel was. The only thing that we would change is having a coffee station somewhere. If you don't want coffee in your room, you have to go to the restaurant and in my life I have never had slower service to get a cup of coffee. Then we have to go find the waiter to pay because he never came back.
Great, centrallly located hotel.
Kids loved it
Great location
Ac unit wasn't working properly but other than that
Family Vacation
Just perfect in everyhing aspect, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Car parking was a little much, but either than that was wonderful.
There is bo free breakfast even if the booking say
Stay was fine. There was confusion regarding free breakfast. Its not really free but more like have a max limit of 20 usd per person. So that should have been mentioned. In the end paid 60 usd per day for breakfast although booked with free breakfast. That left a bitter taste. Hyatt blamed Hotel.com for the confusion. Looks like a recurring problem.
Limited dining. Really not worth the money. Average experience.
Air conditioner was not working when we checked in, and it took quite awhile to get fixed and room to cool off. At check out we were charged a $25 destination fee per day, when asked what this was far, we were told it was for discounts for our trip that we should have been offered at check in, we had to pay the fee and had not been offered the discounts at check in.
Close to where I needed to be.
Great hotel in the heart of the Riverwalk. Nothing not to like!!!!
Location is perfect access to the riverwalk. Valet was phenomenal.
Perfect
We had a wonderful time. The customer service and location was perfect.
Very clean, family friendly and in an amazing location on the rivewalk!
Be aware that the rate quoted does not include taxes and service charges which added $50+ per night.
Great location and staff. Made sure my family and I got what we needed when asked. Amazing location to the Alamo and great spot on the river walk.
Great location, friendly staff, beautiful and convenient area.
Excellent location on the Riverwalk. Was able to park our car and safely walk everywhere we wanted to go. Room was clean. Staff very friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you!
Loved everything about our stay. Great staff
Fabulous hotel great customer service great hospitality from the valet to the front desk
Very nice facilities, modern furnishings and nice lobby.
Unfortunately, one of the main elevators to the Riverwalk is down
My daughter and I stayed there for a three day weekend, and aside from the crowded elevators (and the time spent waiting on them), we found it to be exemplary! We will definitely stay there again.
Lovely hotel, good location staff professional and friendly. Was so happy this is where we chose to stay.
Very helpful staff.
The hotel was nice, pretty clean and beds were comfortable. It was within walking distance of most things we wanted to see. Lots of dining options around. Breakfast was great. The pool is not great, very small.
Was very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay.
Right on the best spot on the riverwalk.
The location is right in the middle of all the action on the Riverwalk.

The only comments is that the bathroom was small and that the rooms were not cleaned until late in the day. Several times when we went back to the room to rest after being out most of the day housekeeping would show up late in the afternoon and we would have to leave the room.
