TravellerTravellerStaff upgraded us on arrival which was a lovely treat. Very clean and well presented rooms in the townhouses. Lovely big pool central to the townhouses with palm trees and loungers. Lots of other pools and restaurants around the rest of the site. Negatives: Hotel is attached to a huge ‘shopping mall’ which is more like a giant evening entertainment centre with really loud music and flashing lights from loads of restaurants. Very difficult to get a peaceful and good quality dinner. Sound doesn’t travel to townhouses though. No staff speak English so communication can be tricky, recommend to download a translation app.

总体很满意，坐车方便吃饭方便，值得推荐，特别适合家庭出游如果酒店给我们所在区域加个wifi信号加强器，肯定要多住几天，大堂信号很好没问题，临近游泳池的几个联体时断时续不稳定，与隔壁几个客人交流，也是这样的情况。

I like the space and cleanenss of the room. And staffs were friendly even though they can't speak English well. The conditions of the hotel especially the room was old and rusty but overall it was acceptable and ok. Swimming pool and breakfast buffet were good.
