Excellent location, rooms need some renovations. A/C was super loud. Best in this hotel was the location and the customer service!

Loved that is close to a lot of fun areas.

Well from the first day I arrived the room was a horrible experience, the curtains in the room were falling down, the bathroom had mold all around the tub and shower, but the worst thing was that the mattresses had fleas. But that was not the end of it, they changed my room anyway, nothing worked, everything was old because the a/c was damaged. During the carnivals they damaged it because I had to take antibiotics for 3 days to get rid of the hives and the worst thing yet, they did not want to recognize the reimbursement by the Gastons for my treatment of the infection which was due to negligence and their failures in the room with the mattress.

Worst experience ever. Hotel was smelly, room was really small and dirty. I requested another room and all 3 rooms were dirty, mold in the ceiling, shower was dirty, bed was hard. I will never stay in that hotel. I booked the hotel for 3 night and I only lasted 6 hrs before I booked another hotel.

The hotel is nice. The room was a little small, but comfortable. But we couldn’t sleep almost all night long. The music across the street and drunk people singing, screaming, even fighting until 6 am. It was a nightmare. Breakfast was good.

Hotel is alright, just need some updating and be sure to ask for a room away from the street or you won’t sleep. Many bars and traffic nearby.

The Hotel is an old hotel, I specifically asked for hot water and this happened maybe twice we stayed for five nights. I called everyday at 9 PM to ask for the hot water. The person at the front desk told me she will call me back and never did, so cold water is what they had. The service at the restaurant was excellent. The person in the morning breakfast is awesome., The person in at the front door is excellent. Also Jean helped us out several times. I think they can do a better job at the front desk. The customer service lacks professionalism. Wanting to sell you a more expensive room when you get there, not returning calls of guests, also a little bit of attitude if you call twice.

I've stayed here many times, that should say something... I like it, good security, the price is fair, breakfast is good, location is good for my needs, no complaints. some in the front desk do seem to get an attitude when you have a visitor, that should not happen. hotel is starting to look a little worn and there are signs of need of upkeep but overall, I would recommend.

First the room was different in the picture they say I have to choose between the deluxe room from interior or exterior but in the page only apear one the exterior and they give me the interior because I do make the chose.the WiFi never worked in the tv and the cable not all the time has signal .the hot water is cool .the floor in the room to bad condition.

DO NOT BOOK. Stains, hair, particles, and dirt on sheets. Dirty floors, poor lighting, dirty shower curtains, towels ripped at the seam. Hallway tiles cracked, and lifted. It's dusty, the restaurant dirty, broken window, dirty vents. I was in Rm 419, the first night I asked for clean sheets to change them myself, then I was moved to Queen Mary Suite, sheets had pen marks and better bathroom, I was there the next day all morning, asked for an iron and never received it, then I left. At 6pm they called me to change rooms. Had to cancel my plans. The hotel mgmnt moved me back to rm 419 after a "deep cleaning." The only improvement was the shower curtain, and towels. I removed the covers in front of them and there was hair and debri. By that time I had brought my own sheets. I paid $150USD per night for this dirty old place. Don't do it for the breakfast, the best part of the breafast was the service from Jose. To top it off, the last two days of Carnival there were parades viewable from the balcony. I asked for the key many times, they couldn't find then, ended up breaking the door open, I literally got to see the last 2 min of the last parade. I left that night, i was done with them. The best part, Karina - hskpr and Rafael - bellhop, the deserve 7 stars. I stayed at a 5 star hotel nearby, only paid $37USD per night!!! Not worth it.

The rooms are really old and the bathrooms needed an upgrade. We request to change our room and they did. However when we change rooms there were some of our stuff missing and they did not respond for them. The laundry is another down. I send my linen pajamas to be dry cleand and the laundry them. My wife request a shirt to be ironed and they returned in a bag. The breakfast, that is not included, is poor and tasteless. The rooms are noisy and the sites around are dirty. In other words I don't recommend this hotel

The hotel is old. My room didn't have safe, dryer ... also I had to call the recepcionist because the blanquet was DIRTY! Gross! The cold water in the shower doesn't work, the light in the bathroom needed to be fix. I called the concierce and the fix everything right away, but I won't stay in this hotel never again.

Book this place after a terrible one night stay in a different hotel. I do not regret it at all. This hotel has everything excellent, comfortable love the place, will definitely stay again. besoin de communiquer en français car je parle tres peu anglais et je comprends pas votre message j'ai fais 2 reservations la premiere itineraire 72745760172874 pour du 27 janv au 29 janvier et apres decidé d'allonger mon sejour avec ma deuxieme reservation itineraire 72745768454633 pour du 29 au 31 janvier dans même hotel windsor barranquilla vous m'avez envoyé message que l'hotel ne pouvait pas accepter la deuxieme reservation du 29 au 31 janvier 2024 mais j'etais déja dans hotel même chambre numero 320 et j'ai passé les 4 nuits du 27 au 31 sauf que hotel windsor affirme ne pas avoir reçu de confirmation de votre part mais il constatait que j'avais copie de mes 2 reservations donc on accepté ma deuxieme reservations en attendant de recevoir votre confirmation pour du 29 au 31 janvier qui n'est jamais arrivé avant mon départ juste reçu votre message ci desssous disant que hotel windsor ne pouvait accepter ma reservation ce qui est faux car j'etais déja dans ma premiere reservation du 27 au 29 chambre 320 et continuer dans même chambre pour du 29 au 31 janvier N.B des mon arrivé j'ai enregistrer mes 2 reservations donc pas eu de probleme de relocalisation seulement beaucoup de stress car je parle pas espagnol ni anglais mais a mon checkout j'ai du payer une deuxieme fois la deuxieme reservation du 29 au 31 janvier car il n'avait pas reçu de payment par hotel.com comme je vous es payer c'est une situation tres penible et tres desagreable pour des vacances et j'ai même perdu mo

Bad services

The staff at the restaurant where the breakfast is served was fantastic! For breakfast was great but for dinner…. Amazing. Don’t know his name but he was darker skinned, bald, glasses, a little bit older…beyond amazing! I also ate at the pizzeria, service there was terrible. Pizza was good though. I grabbed my food, put it in a to-go container and decided to eat upstairs instead. The guards for day shift and Night Shift they stand at the door, also amazing! So kind and helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything necessary. Girls at the check in counter seemed nice. Food at the restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner was also delicious. Perfectly cooked, flavorful and plated perfectly. My bathroom was clogged the first day and it was fixed while I was out in town. 2 days later bathroom clogged again and the cleaning lady fixed it right away while I was in my room. The next day it clogged again (this was the 3rd time) and they moved my room without me asking which was great. Problem was I was moved to a room that didn’t have the blackout curtain that my previous room had but I didn’t mind too much. Neither of the rooms had hot water, or warm water. Water in both rooms was room temperature, which was odd. I didn’t complain because it wasnt too big a deal as long as the water isn’t cold but I’m sure if I would have complained, the problem would have been fixed. Soap in the bathroom smelled great and had those exfoliating beads which was nice.Decent overall

Staff was friendly very attentive. I had a guest on the list and i noticed this seemed to present an issue. The young lady at the front desk seemed to have issue with me having a guest visit and she wasnt very nice towards me and my guest. A little embarrassing for me and the guest. And this didnt seem to be a problem with the clerk the prior day so not sure if everyone is communicsting with each other. If I am paying for a room then we as a paying customer should be able to bring in visitors. This is something i have not experienced here in the states. There was a feeling that all of the guests were being micro managed. Other than this issue swrvice was great and everyone was very friendly and accomodating. Very quick to help.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I must say, the experience was truly enjoyable from start to finish. The staff's helpfulness and efficiency were simply outstanding, making my stay even more memorable. From the moment I checked in, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They were incredibly fast to address any questions or concerns I had about the room. Whether it was adjusting the room temperature, providing extra pillows, helping understand the safe box in the closet and helping me get transportation from the lobby like a taxi; they were always ready to assist with a warm and friendly smile. Furthermore, the housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping the room spotless throughout my stay. They made sure the room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided without fail. Coming back to a tidy room after a busy day of exploring the city was a delightful experience. However, I would like to share a small caveat for fellow travelers. Some hallways in the hotel have 5-10 steps, in addition to the elevators for accessing each floor. While this might not be an issue for most, it's essential to be cautious, especially if you have mobility concerns or heavy luggage.I encountered this on the 4th floor. and the layout could be the same for the rest of floors. Moreover, the hotel's location on one of the busiest streets in the city has its pros and cons. It makes for a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere.

Windsor is always a great place to stay centrally located with great amenities for a hotel that cost $50 a night even if it cost 200 and night I would give it a four-star

The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the hotel needs many renovations. The sink in the bathroom did not supply hot water and was in poor condition. The shower was difficult to get into and out of because it is causal a bathtub with high lips. It took me a while to discover how to get hit water from the shower. There were soft spots in the ceiling. The air conditioner was made unusual squeaking noises. It is a nice hotel with a good restaurant and pizzaria. The view at the top of the hotel is peaceful and there is a nice place to sit and relax. I would give this hotel almost 3 out of 5 stars.

This hotel is so dirty inside. The bathroom was full of mold in the shower. The shower drain was clogged. The carpet in the hallway was dirty, filthy, full of stains and literally smelled like a dog. The room was old, walls dirty including the doors. The hotel appears cute from the outside but the inside was horrible. I booked 3 nights and only stayed 1 night and I wanted to go to a better hotel. They offered to upgrade, but there is no way I was going to stay there one more night. Do your self a favor and find a nicer place for the same price. Este hotel está muy sucio por dentro. El baño estaba lleno de moho en la ducha. El desagüe de la ducha estaba atascado. La alfombra del pasillo estaba sucia, asquerosa, llena de manchas y literalmente olía a perro. La habitación era vieja, las paredes estaban sucias, incluidas las puertas. El hotel parece lindo desde el exterior, pero el interior era horrible. Reservé 3 noches y solo me quedé 1 noche y quería ir a un hotel mejor. Si ofrecieron otro cuarto mejor, pero de ninguna manera me iba a quedar allí una noche más. Hazte un favor y encuentra un lugar mejor por el mismo precio.

Everyone was very nice, attentive and very accommodating to our needs

AC in room wasn’t working. Had to call service desk twice. Maintenance was very polite and was able to fix. Following day at check out was being charged for 2- snacks which were not consumed. Had them go back to the room and they still charged me for 1-snack that was no consumed. Was told by service desk I had to pay for it. Very annoying and upsetting, no customer service values.
