Awesome hotel and staff

Poor service but a pleasant stay for the holidays

We stayed 3 nights and they didn't refresh the room after the 2nd night. Not a big deal for us but might be for others. The microwave didn't work and they didn't fix after we reported it. Also the spare blanket for the sofa bed was dirty and again, not addressed after we requested a new one. It was the holidays so they were probably short-staffed. However, the breakfast was excellent!

Great Amenities however they did not have the room available that we reserved online. we booked a suite, and the only room available was two queen room. We paid for a suite, i don’t even think they credited me the difference. our room still had take out food in the microwave from the guests before, so it makes me wonder how much they actually clean in between stays. the drain of our shower still had hair in it. the laundry machine is still coin operated, however the front desk was accommodating and could exchange bills for quarters. just make sure you bring cash if you plan on doing any laundry. we requested late checkout, and spoke to the front desk. i still had a gentleman come and knock on the door with his clipboard telling me i needed to let the front desk know i was checking out later or i would be charged. overall it wasn’t a terrible stay, however they seem a bit disorganized, and not sure about the cleaning standards.

Great hotel! Super clean!

I reserved 2 rooms for 12-23/12-28. In these days that I stayed here I had no housekeeping for these 2 rooms. The fridge didn't work, and the beds were hard and full of hair. The shower threw little drops of water so I could not wash my hair. I wish I would 've looked into more reviews. Would not recommend.

The hotel was okay but the front desk staff could’ve been more accommodating to my early arrival. Also, the room that was issued to me had a broken bathroom door. There are restaurants nearby and it’s a rather short drive to the airport but I’m not a fan of 1604 and it’s traffic / congestions.

Big problem with lots of animals around and people walking around all night in room above. Hard to sleep. Food manager was excellent!

Have officially become a Hilton fan. Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious and great price! Breakfast was delicious. I am afraid of showing up to dirty hotels with my children and this was one was perfect. I loved it

The rooms are very nice with refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

The room was very clean and had many amenities. It was also quiet and felt safe. The complementary breakfast though was basic with far less options than many other properties and definately a disappointment at this price point.

Great Place To Stay

This place is really great! Every employee was really nice and was willing to help with anything we needed. We will stay at this location again when we are in Texas.

Great Facility with not so great Comfort

Service was great. Facility was clean. Beds were not comfortable. Tenants above us were very noise.

Gave a key to my husband with no questions asked or ID checked. Yikes!

Had bugs in microwave and around the bathroom

Nice and clean room for our family of 4. The couch area gave us bonus room. The front staff were friendly and helpful during or 3-night stay. The breakfast was stocked and had a few more food options than other hotels. Starbucks is also right across the street. Nice pool and gym. Overall a really good stay.

Stay somewhere else

the circuit breaks kept tripping in the room, so the refrigerator, stove and garage disposal was not working. the point of a home suites was to have these things. my food all got spoiled and melted because while i was out the frig would kick off. Temp kept going up in room too. When reported they knew about these issues... To top it off someone's car got broken into while we were staying there too

The elevator going up from the Lobby wasn’t working during all our stay, someone from the hotel had to call the elevator down, but sometimes we had to use the stairs.

This is now our favorite hotel chain to stay at. The rooms were spacious and clean and the breakfast was very good- lots of options.

Super friendly and helpful staff! They were always cheerful to accommodate us. The rooms were clean roomy and comfortable. My daughter and mom went to visit my son and stayed 5 nights. We love our beds and pillows at home, usually when we travel sleeping is ok, we slept great every night.

Horrible experience! They broke into a car one night and we thought it was our car since the broken glass was next to ours. It was an inconvenience that I had to use the restroom in the lobby due to our toilet in the room being clogged.

Second time staying at this hotel and had same excellent experience as the first. Safe place to stay, rooms were clean, all areas also. Pool is kept clean. Good staff. Won't doubt staying here again next time.

Shopping and stores were in close proximity, a little tricky in how to drive in from the hwy but in a great location. Rooms have small kitchen with ability to use a hot plate provided by the hotel which makes long stays convenient. Grocery stores are in close proximity to hotel.

Pros and cons

PROS: Room was large enough for my 3 children, my husband and I. Breakfast was great- staff was friendly, Parking was good and the location was perfect. Cons: Carpets were dirty and stained. The bathroom has no fan and a barn door that doesn’t lock. Besides that- all was well and we didn’t have any issues.

Great place for me and my family

This was my first experience with a Hilton Home2 property. Staff were all friendly and professional. Really great rooms and the breakfast was great. Many options to choose from, with a self serve buffet. 24 hour coffee in the lobby and close to many attractions and business centers.

Enjoyed our stay

The the room was nit cleaned properly, when I checked in I see some pieces of muffin on the sofa. They didn’t cleaned room properly and the floor and carpet were sticky. I am not happy and I informed the front desk. I would not recommend.

Our room wasn't very clean!!! Splatters on a couple of walls - mold in the bathroom - a wet spot on the couch - blood stain on the cover of one ofcthe beds!

Fair price, comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was kind and helpful! We were right next door to a shopping center as well as a Walmart down the street. It’s about 20-25 minutes from Seaworld. Breakfast was decent and a plus! They have two grills by the pool for your convenience, and the kitchenette was helpful. Pete the housekeeping manager was amazing and help us get our room squared away.

I loved everything

Worth the Money!

They stay was great. We are a family of 7. We stayed in the 2 bed suite with pull out sofa and it worked great. The fridge, microwave, and dishwasher was very convenient. The front desk workers were so nice and helpful. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but hey we made do. The pool was great, especially if you have little kids, the shallow end was only 6” and then the deep end went to 5’. We were about a 20/30 mi tre drive from the riverwalk. Overall will definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved our 4 days stay here. We picked this hotel and it was idea location for all the activities we did. Staff was super friendly, hotel was clean. They also had security every night even though it was a super nice area. Just a overall great experience and pet friendly!

It was a lovely stay...spacious clean rooms and a great bar restaurant across the street.

Our stay was was overall excellent, the only thing that messed e up is, if you miss your exit to this hotel get ready for a scenic route.

I liked this property the minute I walked through the door and was greeted by James. Everything just felt right. The room was perfect: everything was in excellent condition. I couldn't have asked for anything more. It was truly a great stay.

Arrived at 12 to check in after purchased online reservation, after driving 6 hrs 5 of us room not ready so they take my number told me they would call me when room was ready never got a call drove around until 7pm before returning to check in again ,so i have to recheck in wow thought i did that this morning/during reservations 3 days go overall wont make this mistake again Hilton 😀 lol my mistake thought this was a real Hilton 😀

Went to check in and there were 5 or 6 parking spots with evidence of vehicle break-ins. Entire windows worth of broken glass. I attempted to cancel with the hotel but it was past the check-in time. That whole area is like that. I drove to the Drury and there was vehicle window glass in that parking lot too.

My room WAS NOT clean, seem like staff didn’t care this brought my 5 stars to a 3

Mold in frezzer, refrigerator off when we arrived, privacy curtain missing, holes in the roof, over all cleaning lacking alot. No complete bedding for sofa bed.

Found half ate cookie in the dresser. No lock on the bathroom door and it would often roll open. Breakfast offered but very limited in options. Bed not super comfy.

I called and was loss and the Crystal at the Front desk; was very helpful and patient with me, on the phone guiding me to the hotel. When I checked in I seen how busy it was and she was so Calm and patient. Then there is James who check us in and went over everything and greeted us coming and going. All the staff was so friendly from Breakfast, maintenance and the clean assistant. Property was so great and clean. Great place for family and pets. We'll be back.

Housekeeping

Had a hard time getting housekeeping to clean my room.

Very clean

The hotel staff was friendly enough. Although, the full breakfast was very disappointing. The "hot" options are pre-packaged portions that are warmed up. All very bland and in my opinion inedible. None of my 4 family members wanted to eat there again, forcing us to spend money elsewhere for breakfast each day. The hotel seems nee, but pooly built in the sense that you can hear everything within the hotel. People walking and talking in the hallway, im sure they can hear you as well. If you have someone in a room above you, prepare for it to sound like a wrestling match is going on above you. You can also hear yourself walking around no matter how soft you try to walk so I'm sure the people underneath you can hear you moving around. My door lock stopped working mid-stay casuing me to go down multiple times for a new key. The front desk said sometimes the lock resets itself and needs to be reprogrammed.. These are not exaggerated comments, I dislike when people make things seem worse than they actually were. I am not doing that here. I will not be staying at Home 2 Suites again, and i am very surprised Hilton put their name on this chain.

Noise cancellation was terrible. Pillows are not even decent. We had 4 pillows with 4 different thickness to it, and none was decent looking. I've always enjoyed staying in this chain, but this one surprisingly pissed me off.

I love the setup of the room.

Wonderful customer service!

The front desk was amazing! James went above and beyond to meet our accommodations. My mother had an injury and needed to change rooms and he did everything in his power to make her stay more enjoyable. Our room was clean and very spacious. I will be staying there again.

Great room great price

Electrical HAzzArd?

This is the second time we have booked this hotel only to be disappointed. On our first booking, we paid for a 1-bedroom suite (for my birthday) because we have 2 adults and 2 large dogs (advertised as a very pet-friendly hotel) and received a standard room with a curtain. We made it work. When booking the second time, we did receive a 1-bedroom suite (2 nights). We obviously have two large dogs, so we thought, How nice! We have the space needed, only to figure out there was some sort of electrical problem in the room! When trying to use the microwave, the breaker would trip, and we were unable to use the microwave at all! It is advertised as having a full kitchen, but it doesn't have a full kitchen. No stove! When I inquired at the front desk, I was told they have an induction cooktop!! With one pan, it takes a full kitchen to cook a meal! Upon departing and cleaning up, I tried running the dishwasher; it ran 1/2 a cycle and tripped the breaker!!! AGAIN!! So no microwave, no dishwasher—everything tripped the breaker. As we take one more look around, a floor lamp is plugged in and turned on—turned off by itself! This could have been a major catastrophe had an electrical fire occurred. Something to note as pet owners. No trash bags, soap, etc. Worst Stay Ever! Also since "we booked through a 3rd party " we were treated as beneath other guests "they couldnt really help since" we didnt book w/them directly.

Excellent place, low price

We had our dog and it was vert well set up for pets. It was everything I was expecting it to be.

Staff was very nice and the property is fantastic

Upon arrival we saw a lot of broken glass in the parking lot. We found out there were six car break ins. Apparenlty, there are no cameras and security guards on site. Additionally, breakfast was very limited the staff would stop serving 10 minutes before closing time.

Convenient and clean place to stay

The hotel was situated in a good area. It was very clean and spacious. Had a full fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave which was helpful with kids. Only $25 incidental fee. Much less than other hotels. We never made it to breakfast so have no comments there. Staff is friendly and attentive. Do recommend!

The cleaning ladies did a sloppy job cleaning my room. The left used q-tips on the floor and dirty dishes in the sink. They also never vacuumed and I was there for a week. Also, the asked one cleaning lady for a roll of toilet paper because she only left one in my bathroom and I needed to blow my nose more frequently due to the weather and she didn’t give me another roll. I had to ask the front desk and was then given an extra roll.

Only Concern when comparing with brand value is breakfast options. Limited breakfast space and options though vast seating space for dining.
