Excepcional clean but noisy.
I love this hotel, always very clean and staff are friendly and courteous. The only thing didn’t like this time was children running and screaming in the corridor at night. Around 11 pm they were playing in the corridor.
Clean and friendly staff
The rooms were spacious and I love the continental breakfast. Lots of free parking
Good stay as always
The property is noce, rooms are spacious. Room has nice half kitchen, kitchenette and good size refrigerator.
All good. Easy location access.
I liked that it was in a safe location, clean and convenient to where I had to go for travel ball with my daughter.
It was a great stay as always i have stayed more than twice there, always clean and friendly.
Loved the property and staff! It was a great experience especially with us having to book a room at the last minute due to water issues at home!
room design and spacy. room needs a weight scale, and stove top furnace
Customer service lacks…we are all human
I went up to the counter as I arrived and the man that took care of me was great greeter, He knew his info and very polite. Asked for price…Hotel.com was less expensive. He said he could not match and book through hotel.com. It turns out where I booked the wrong day hence 12:15 am and for 2 nights. He said, I could not stay there till tomorrow. I booked that night through him for your price. Hmmm? He informed me on how I could receive a refund from hotels.com. I called y’all the next morning to cancel and your guy was great did exactly what the guy told me the night before. When I woke up that morning at 8 AM I go down to the front desk with you on the phone and she denies it and she said I would have to stay there tonight, I did not mean to press the wrong buttons. The guy last night told me it would be taken care of. You just have to say OK. Needless to say she was not for it. I believe she should’ve stood behind her employer. She should not have said he lied. I did end up leaving before the days end. Checked out at the desk-so she would know the room could be used. Paid for 2 nights through hotels.com. And I wasn’t there for either night. Here are a few examples of good customer service, I'm sorry you've had to deal with this." ... "Your feelings about this are completely valid." ... "I can hear how important this is to you." I arrived in an emotional state and I messed up booking. I admitted. No empathy. Humankind at its worse. stayed for one night, paid for 2
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Towels weren't so clean and the cups had stains. Breakfast wasn't ideal. Room is big and quiet.
The mattress need to be update.
Excellent!
The hotel was very nice and clean! The staff was super friendly, the room was nice with lots of room, and the breakfast was great!
Clean and good breakfast
Very clean check in and check out very smooth
Not an impressive facility. BF was limited, elevator not working. Not as clean or upgraded as Home2suites are. Staff was amazing though.
Our stay was outstanding and was convenient to the the activities I came to Houston to attend.
Nice stay and nice staff and nice gym equipment
Home2
Nice, clean hotel in good location and staff is great. No problems at all. Would stay again.
The room smelled like cat!
There are nicer options in this price range
I understand this is an animal friendly hotel, but there was a very loud aggressive sounding dog barking that I could hear very clearly in my room as weel as an incredibly distressed cat. This continued a good part of our stay.
Thbaks
Stayed here for a concert and it was very nice. Will definitely stay here again. Plenty of room for my big family
Great

Trip was good! Weather was humid and rainy!
Great stay
👌
Will stay again
We stay there for4 night and every day they have same breakfast menu nothing change. We didn’t like it at all. Not staying again in future only the hotel staff is good otherwise it an ok hotel not for family who stay for long days.
It is within 6mins of my workplace and shopping.
Staff is nice
They were very pet friendly. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room has large, quiet, clean and cool.
The customer service blew us away with how helpful and friendly they were!
Nice staff, big rooms, cleanliness
Towels
The only thing bad was the towels had a stain that looked dirty
It was ok not what expected.
Very Clean! The staff was very friendly… Breakfast was good… Pet friendly!
Nice decent place for a family of five.
Breakfast stops at 9 during the week. Comfortably fit five people, two adults three kids. Maid service gets started early,’our room got missed a few times because we still had our do not disturb sign on, and they never came back, so had to go to front desk for towels 4 out of our six nights. Had shampoo/conditioner and body wash bottles bolted into the shower. Would stay again.

This is a very modern and clean suite hotel in a great suburban location on I-10. Our handicapped accessible suite was on the first floor near the lobby and ice machine. The suite was attractive and kitchen well equipped. The bathroom was spacious with ample grab bars and the roll in shower was well designed. Handicapped parking was very convenient and free. The breakfast was free and good though the juices were somewhat watered down. Staff were very friendly and helpful. One of our best experiences while traveling.
My stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and the location is near a lot of dining options. I will definitely stay there again when visiting Houston.
I
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED
I booked a wheelchair accessible room because my husband is in a wheelchair. However when we got the room reservation had been changed by the sales manger to a regular room. There were no wheelchair rooms-this made our visit extremely difficult and disappointing. Who has the right to change our reservation?
Excellent place to stay
It was a good stay the customer service was great.
very quiet and convinient
Thumbs up
Great hotel
Loved the hotel, clean, modern and comfortable beds.
We stayed one night in a double queen room with pullout couch. Checkin was really easy, no wait at all. The decor was very colorful and inviting. The room was clean and cool upon entrance. The only downfall with the room were the towels, there was only enough for 3 people. That night we were delighted to actually see the security patrolling the area... it made us feel really safe due to having to smoke in our car. Breakfast was a normal continental breakfast. I would give 5 stars but like most hotel chains the breakfast was very bare for a person with dietary restrictions... vegan.
My stay was awesome, the room was clean, everyone was nice, breakfast was good! It was toddlers friendly. Great area!!!! Going to book again!
Great place to stay. Very accommodating
Amazing, pet friendly, it was cold when we visit, but the water in the pool was warm… had a amazing staycation
I stayed over new years eve with two young children. I can't say that I had a bad experience but was woken up by a fire alarm and many loud noises and residents on New Years Eve in the early morning. I'm not sure how much the hotel staff could have done about it, but it wasn't ideal.
Ok but!
We were there for a week. Slept very well. Spacious for 3 people. 2 queens and a pullout couch . Two problems! One thd water pressure needs to be stronger in order for me to wash my hair. I had to go to a salon before Thanksgiving so I would look ok for dinner. Two, the breakfast should have fresh baked goods. One morning the bagels were hard. Another morning the sliced wheat bread had green mold on it. Doesn’t anyone check for quality control? Someone or myself could of been really sick if we had eaten that.
2 of five stars
The happy hour and breakfast
Staff was so nice! Hotel was very clean and nice.
Nice area - felt safe with nice houses around the area Restaurants only 5 minute drive away (you will need a car) Good breakfast Room was spacious but lounge suite in the room is a bit tatty with the arms worn. Helpful front office staff Lots of free parking.
Great room
Very nice property - room was large, well lit and well appointed. Staff was very friendly.
Was a great stay! I'll be using Home2 in the future. Much better than our experiences with other Hilton hotels.
Amazing staff! And pet friendly!
The only thing I didn’t like was breakfast ended too early and the ran out of meat
The hotel exceeded my expectations. All staff are extremely nice with smiles on their face. Our water pressure wasn’t working in our room and the immediately moved us to a new room with no problems.
.
Overall the hotel was ok. Our room was a bit dirty daily. They say they serve hot breakfast but it’s not a complete breakfast so we ended up having to buy breakfast daily. They had waffles, no meat, microwaveable eggs, frozen sausage sandwiches. This was one of the main reasons we chose this particular hotel because we thought a complete breakfast was included.
I enjoyed the spacious room and the refreshing water in that lobby the most!
Stay was Okay
Room 518. It was good, however I was given a handicap room. It was a little odd. Also I the temperature was very cold and the termastate didn’t seem to work. Might need a battery. The bath water wasn’t very hot. Bath tub faucet ring loose. In need of repairs. Internet was going out constantly and every day I had to load internet again. I paid extra for the better internet. I was hoping for cooked breakfast not microwave eggs. Other than that just okay.
It was a stay at home! Great
Room trouble
Everything was great but one night the shower had problems and wouldn’t turn off and had to be moved at 11 pm at night which was hard and have two small children that late at. Night was a huge inconvenience Felt like we should of gotten a night comped or something for such bs
Loved the location and near the dance studio where we taught our 6 hour speciality dance classes at ---- > SOREAL DANCE STUDIO ⚘️ Loved this hotel :)
Excellent!
Everything was great. The staff was very eager to assist. Didn’t really have any unpleasant incidents during my stay. Everything was good.
Great customer service, clean property and room.
Locations was easy to find
The staff and amenities were fantastic
Wow, where to begin. Upon arrival and checking in Friday evening (for a two night reservation from Fri-Sun) we were greeted by a very friendly staff member who informed us that the machine that creates the key cards has been down (from the sounds of it, it’s been like this for a couple pf days). I had made the reservation for the weekend the day before and it would have been a good heads up— had I known that this was going to be an issue, I would have cancelled right away and made reservations elsewhere. Furthermore, they had mentioned they were hoping to get it fixed by the following day… again, had I known I would be keyless the entire weekend, I would have cancelled the reservation rather than checking in. The entire weekend, either my husband or I had to be in our room to let each other in, or we would have to have a staff member escort us to our room. This was a HUGE inconvenience because we felt self conscious about going in and out of our own rooms and if we had just left the room and we forgot we left something in the room, it would be too big of a hassle to grab someone to open the door so we would just go without. Furthermore, the entire building smelled damp and unpleasant for some reason. I know it rained all weekend but the halls smelled like when laundry is poorly dried… the rooms smelled a bit less but only because we kept the room very cold to distract from the smell. On Expedia, the rooms were advertised as having a “full kitchen,” but
Mr.
Frist three-days, I did not get my one King Bedroom, but the staff has explanted the situation. I got my one King Bedroom on the last day.
Great staff
The snack from 5-7 pm
Satisfied
The front desk was amazing. The cleaning staff was very friendly, but were not very good at getting the job done. The rooms could use some extra muscle power especially in the corners. The place definitely worked well for us, but I do wish it was just a bit cleaner.
Carpet in room was old and worn. Had a false fire alarm around 4:00am. No big deal but it happens. Overall, pleasant stay!
Best Hotel stay
Very comfortable, clean, great customer service from the very first day of my stay.
Terrible customer service
We booked our trip a month ahead. I called the 3 days before our arrival date to make sure they had our reservation because I was requesting connecting rooms. As I was traveling with my elderly mother and my 3 small children I wanted to keep an eye on everyone. The lady told me yes ma’am we have you down. Everything is good. We show up to check in and the lady at the desk tells us we don’t have any connecting room available right now. I can put you in two rooms close to each other. I said but I called 3 days ago and they told me they had it down and ready. The lady was not very friendly or helpful. Just basically said there was nothing she could do. Our stay was for 5 days. The second morning we went to ask the front desk if they could have housekeeping come take our trash and give us fresh towels and more coffee for our rooms. No housekeeping came to our rooms. We noticed on our floor every room was putting their trash outside their doors for it to be picked up. Just looks trashy to walk to your room and see trash bags by all the doors. We stayed there 4 nights and not once did room service come to clean our rooms or give us towels. On day 3 my husband walked by a housekeeper’s cart and just took some towels so we could at least have fresh towels! We have stayed here before and didn’t have any issues but this time was not a good experience for our fun spring break trip we had planned. We will not be staying here again. The pool was also so dirty with trash and leaves.
Sadly
Na
Nice place to stay, didn't have time to enjoy all amenities but just the room is OK for me to say this place is nice to stay.
It’s ok
Digital key never worked We chose this hotel because it was stated to have a kitchen, but there was no way to actually cook. When I complained, we were provided a countertop hot plate, which filled the room with smoke when we tried to use it. We wasted our money on this room which does NOT have a real kitchen as advertised.
It’s a new clean property. Reasonable price with responsible amenities. Breakfast options are poor though. Besides, possibly understaffed as house keeping couldn’t turn around beds/towels within the days we stayed. Over all good
clean room quite decent breakfast weakest coffee ever
Great friendly customer service with a smile. Room was clean and spacious.
Every single staff member that we encountered were very friendly and helpful and very accommodating.
It was a great hotel.
Very very good place

I liked the counter space in the rooms, the seating and the large refrigerator. The lobby was a little limited on seating for breakfast. The staff was friends for the most part.
