I expected more from a Hilton
The air conditioner did not work properly and we were hot at night, closet doors did not latch and I tripped at night when trying to use the bathroom. There were no towels on the pool area and I booked a massage but went I got to the spa they were 25 minutes later to attend me and I could not get my massage done.
Only revisited the hotel becuase of the Bar Man "Rodman". All the bar staff were great including Pedro and Gabriel. The bellman upon arrival was excellent. Upon Check in it seemed nice becuase the room was ready early, put in Holton Honors number but it all went down hill each day from here in every way possible, a week stay. There were a few friendly staff but overall not worth it and dont anticipate revisiting.
Poor experience
We have stayed here before, and it was great. This time we informed by phone it was our 10th anniversary and nothing was offered. We ordered a pizza and it had a human hair on it, on the melted cheese. We called to have it removed from the bill. The shower was extremely hot and it would Not get colder. We informed the front desk at checkout but no discounts were offered for such a poor experience

Lots to do and eat within walking distance, never felt unsafe, lots of transportation options. The staff was amazing, so helpful and attentive.

Stayed here before and liked the location. Conditions in general are nice, staff are very kind, food options just enough, not great. Prior visits i had breakfast included, this time I found a bit expensive and it was hard to find a seat until I paid extra to have it at the lounge. Menu options was reduced but much nicer location.
I would never go back. Management was horrible. Front desk was not good, but there was other staff in the hotel that made it absolutely wonderful the bartender, the manager in the restaurant the servers in the restaurants all amazing people, but I would say management made it a miserable experience.
Nice hotel attached to a mall. Good room service, hotel staff speak English fluently. Flushing TP here didn't clog toilet (I wasn't aware Brazil has this problem elsewhere). If you haven't been to SP before keep in mind Starbucks and most of the mall close on weekends and for the most part food options consist of different types of meat. This took us by surprise. Thankfully room service had some good options. It wasn't clear whether tap water was drinkable so we had to order tons of water bottles to be on the safe side. This should be displayed somewhere.
Hotel rooms need a makeover they are old same as when I stayed there 20 years ago!

It was wonderful. Our room seemed a little outdated but other than that it was great! Service/ Concierge was helpful and were able to book restaurants for us as we don not speak Portuguese. Half mile walk to the train makes it super accessible to the rest of the city. I will always recommend Hilton Morumbi

Check in- out, long time
The hotel is very comfortable. The room is spacious and cozy. Breakfast has many options of fruits, breads, cakes, eggs and Brazilian food. Just not satisfied with check in and check out, always desk reception so busy and for simple questions you expended long time waiting for..

Pleasant and comfortable stay
Our stay at the Hilton Morumbi was pleasant and comfortable for the most part. We were served very well by the staff and they were friendly and accommodating. My only complaints were they had no water immediately available and the only bottles they had were small, but this was a minor thing. The room was comfortable as was the bed. As I am someone who sleeps in complete darkness at home, there was a night light in the bathroom that interrupted my sleep a bit and I had to arrange a towel over it. Again, not such a big deal but it would have been nice to have a way to just turn it off.
Its a nice hotel, with friendly and helpful staff!! The hotel room is a little bit dated, no robe inside the room, wine glasses or utensils, the shampoo and conditioner were very tiny which makes impossible for 2 people to use !!
Old, bad food no good service
Café da manhã já foi muito melhor. Tanto pela variedade quanto qualidade! Poucos funcionários e os pães estavam frios e envelhecidos.
Daily room cleaning optional
Everything went smooth sailing. Everything except the fact that I was offered to opt out of the daily cleaning, which I thought was pretty cool. Alas, the instructions were not following on the first day
Be aware that this Hilton will likely make you pay twice and then give you the run around. I booked through Expedia in February, when I arrived at the hotel they allegedly couldn’t find my reservation. I sent them the email from Expedia. Instead of dealing with Expedia they were borderline aggressive that they did not have any reservation. Expedia didn’t respond on social media and all Hilton did was give me points. I ended up getting charged $133 for one night at this hotel on top of the $$ I paid for my original reservation. Also the updated rooms are only some of the rooms, I ended up in a dated room. It was comfortable but was not the room I was expecting. Other than that the hotel is nice if you don’t have to pay double.

Previous stays in this hotel have been great. During pandemic I would pass as most of the amended are limited. Also room service and not having mini bar in room were disappointing.

Not worth the rating/price
For a 5 star hotel, there is a lot left to desire. There are not many choices in SP for hotels, maybe that is why the service is lacking. (Lack of competition?) Either way, this was my least enjoyable stay in a top rated hotel. From the begining of my stay, I was waiting for 5-7 minutes until one of the 3 employees checked me in. During the check-in, the process should have taken 5 minutes tops and it took double that. But what really got me is the "upgrades" they claim they gave me, when in truth I paid for it on my reservation beforehand. Due to COVID most of what they have advertised is limited, including the connection to the mall they should have but have blocked instead. So you have to walk around to shop. Lastly, the food, their onsite restaurant in charge of cooking you the breakfast makes eggs out of powder and burned bacon, but yet they proudly show the Michelin Star right next to the entrance. Seriously?

Pro: location good for business, good room on Executive floors Con: no ownership from staff, manager doesn’t seem to care. I was staying at an Executive room, ordered food and it never showed up. After an hour I called and no one knew about my order! I asked to talk to a manager and was told he/she would call me. Never did..

Awesome location in Sao Paulo, shopping and restaurants (daytime) right below the hotel. Morumbi mall is 10mins away - Uber to great restaurants under 20R one way. Take the Taxi from the hotel to the airport, they have use of a special lane. Bar and restaurants onsite are really lovely also.
My first time staying at this property. Very nice. The dining options were great, it’s location to my clients offices made it an easy walk. The room was well suited for businesses. A spacious desk with several outlets. Made it easy for my complex situation. The desk spoke very good English which was good because my trip was sudden and Portuguese was not something I could just “pick up”.

Tive uma excelente experiência no Hotel HILTON SÃO PAULO MORUMBI. Equipes (todas) muito eficientes, atenciosas e cordiais. Limpeza (quarto e espaços em comum), item para mim importantíssimo, nota DEZ! Opções de restaurante e bar com cardápio gourmet, além do café da manhã espetacular! Só tenho elogios! ah, elevador funciona através do nosso cartão do quarto, então, Segurança infalível.

Decepcionante... Hilton Hotel 3 estrelas ?
Decepcionante... 2 grandes acontecimentos me chamaram atenção: O primeiro, e mais grave, liguei para o Guest Services para solicitar 2 pratos e 2 jogos de talheres. Para minha total surpresa, a atendente me disse que fariam a entrega no quarto mediante uma cobrança de R$14,90, caso não desejasse pagar a taxa, ela me instruiu a descer pessoalmente no restaurante, solicitar os itens e carregá-los ao quarto. Eu viajo 2-3 vezes ao ano a trabalho para outros países e, com alguma frequência, me hospedo no Hilton, e JAMAIS recebi este tipo de tratamento. É um total descasamento com a proposta de valor da rede tal "sugestão", ora, acrescentem o valor fixo na diária, mas não causem esta situação desconfortável aos hospedes; francamente, encaro como um ato de mesquinhez - me fez pensar aos hotéis baratos que cobram pelos lençóis. Se isto é parte de algum reposicionamento da rede, para competir com hotéis de menor preço e valor agregado, falha minha em não estar ciente. Desta forma, faço questão de expor o fato para que outros "desavisados" como eu passem pela situação. Afinal, o Grand Hyatt, uma quadra ao lado, oferece uma experiência bastante superior por preço similar. Segundo acontecimento, absolutamente nenhum item de amenities no quarto. Tive que pedir um par de roupões para circular até a piscina.

Presenteei um casal amigo com a Noite de Núpcias eles amaram tudo. Inclusive um mimo com um cartão deixado pra eles no quarto. E tb deixaram fazer o check out tardio em cortesia.

Ótima experiência, ainda mais utilizando o Executive Lounge (recomendo fortemente). A única questão que vale a pena corrigir é que o blackout do quarto não veda totalmente a luz (às 05:30 já estava começando a clarear no quarto). De resto, tudo excelente!!!

Quarto super confortável, café da manhã ótimo. Jantamos a noite no restaurante do hotel que foi muito bom também. Piscina, academia e brinquedoteca grandes e super vem equipados. Ótimo para viagem com crianças também.
Atendimento excepcional. O colchão muito antigo
A recepção foi incrível Natália e Nathan foram de uma simpatia ímpar. No restaurante nosso café da manhã também foi incrível o Sr Marcos foi de uma delicadeza de oferecer chá de gengibre ‘fresco’. Extraordinário mas o pessoal da noite do dia 31 não sabia se o restaurante iria funcionar normalmente para o jantar pois não iríamos participar da festa do hotel. E com esse engano fomos para o quarto para pedirmos o jantar com pouco variedade do cardápio e uma coisa que não vi em lugar nenhum do mundo cobrar a entrega de R$ 35,00 dentro do hotel, sendo o restaurante do hotel e estávamos hospedados no hotel. O colchão muito antigo cheio de deformidades e o ar condicionado parou de funcionar no dia 31/12. Arrumação de quarto foi oferecida muito tardiamente , ou seja as 17 horas , momento a qual já estávamos novamente no quarto para banho e descanso

O check in foi feito por um funcionário chamado Henrique, que nos atendeu com agilidade, atentando para as nossas necessidades. Minha filha iria prestar vestibular no dia seguinte a nossa chegada, horário de início do café será 6:30, contudo a prova será 6:45, ele precisaria adiantar este horário e ele conseguiu nos ajudar. Nossos quartos eram amplos, limpos e banheiros com chuveiro muito bom. Café da manhã com várias opções e garçons prontos para ajudar

O hotel é bem localizado com bons quartos , possui um bom cafe da manha , uma piscina excelente com temperatura bem gostosa , um vestiário muito bem equipado tambem , elevados rapidos o que é bem conveniente. O estacionamento é um pouco caro para os hospedes , mas pela localização é compreensível
