Our family had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Mississauga Meadowvale! From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The rooms were spotless, and the beds were super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The pool was a highlight—clean, well-maintained, and the kids absolutely loved the waterslide! It was a perfect way to keep them entertained. Breakfast was another standout—there was a great selection of hot and delicious options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel. We’ll definitely be returning for another stay!
This is a great spot to take the kids. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We will be back again!
We loved the pool. It was so handy to have that 25/7 shop opened.
It was good.
Clean and spacious
Front desk staff was great and friendly rooms are very bright and lobby well light so it's great for low level vision and is disability friendly
Great
We had some trouble with a parking ticket but the hotel staff were very quick to resolve the issue once we presented the staff with the wrongfully issued ticket.
Great stay close to Meadowvale for daily commuting to the office, Staff here are some of the friendliest I have encountered including Duncan the dog :) The restaurant food is outstanding. Rooms are generously spacious, quiet with comfortable beds for a good nights rest. Housekeeping do a great daily job. The bathrooms are slightly dated but I would absolutely stay in this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff that were so welcoming.
Great hotel nice staff will definitely stay again.
The room wasn't clean. I saw hair on the cushion when I first checked in the room. The property services were limited and staff were not of big help.
Awesome
Awesome hotel
Reception was welcoming and very accommodating
What a perfect spot for a March Break staycation with our grandchildren. It is easy to get to, and there are great restaurants nearby. We had a fabulous buffet for breakfast at the inhouse restaurant. The kiddies loved the giant waterslide and warm pool and the games room was a big hit!
Wonderful friendly service
Very convenient off the 401
Nice
The pool area is great for kids!
The pool was fun for my daughter, dinner and breakfast at the hotel was great :) Perfect staycation.
Staff was very friendly, pool needed some care, room was clean.
I felt like this location was misleading. The advertising didn’t tell you that the slide is only open on weekends. The check in was very slow and it seemed that other guests had many issues and complaints. Just overall the place was fine. I wouldn’t stay here again but it wasn’t the worst. Parking should be free as the lot was a mess.
Pool
Loved that there was a balcony. Staff was friendly and helpful. Digital Checkin did not work for me, I still had to check in at the desk. Surprised to see you can’t rent movies from the tv (other hiltons I’ve stayed at had that option) and it was a bit dusty in the room, but overall it was a decent place to stay. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast buffet - French toast, scrambled eggs, bacon, etc. Not just your DIY toast and cereal. Would go back.
Great hotel to stay at with children.
Everything is so clean
This hotel was a fantastic choice for a family getaway! My 10-year-old and I had a blast taking advantage of the amazing pool and the massive indoor slide – it was a definite highlight of our stay. Beyond the fun amenities, the hotel impressed me with its clean and comfortable rooms. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze, and the friendly front desk staff made everything smooth and easy. I felt the price was definitely worth the experience we had. The only minor downside was the $16 per night parking fee, but overall, it didn't detract from our positive experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to other families looking for a fun and convenient place to stay.

Room was very clean and nice, beautiful washroom. Restaurant was good, fairly long wait for food during dinner although breakfast was great, servers are very nice. Pool was unusable - filled with kids and parents all day but understandable since it is family hotel. The gym was fabulous.
Stayed here for one night for a sporting event. Overall the place was clean and convenient. It was challenging to find the front entrance since it does not look like a traditional hotel. Had to pay for parking, I travel a lot in Ontario and that is not something you see a lot.
Great beds very comfortable and clean nice pool. Check in took over 20min with only two people in line
The staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful and the noise was insane! Our room smelt like sewage and the staff “couldn’t do anything about it”. Absolutely worst hotel stay! Will not be staying here again or recommending
It was a great place to stop over when catching the Toronto Rock game. The pool was nice and warm and the slide was a great addition
Breakfast was good
The room was nice, clean. Beds were comfortable. I was disappointed that I made the reservation for 4 people and was only given 2 bottles of water, I was charged $2/bottle for extra water. There should be enough for the guests registered to the room. I was absolutely disappointed that I booked this specific hotel for the water slide and then was told on sundays it’s closed at 2pm. Then while the main pool was open, they have community swim lessons going on. The hot tub was very hot when entering and the Jets barely have any pressure to them. There is no amenities close by. Chop steakhouse shares the parking lot and the Quest restaurant in the hotel. The food was very good in the restaurant and I was happy to see vegan options for my husband. But if you want anything other then that you need to drive at least 10 minutes. I would not stay here again for the fact nothing is close and the disappointment with the pool. Otherwise, if that doesn’t matter to you, then I would say it was a good hotel
Beautiful hotel. Great front desk and breakfast team. Everything was very clean
It was a good hotel
Stay was good - hard to keep the room at an even temp.
Great stay
The room was spacious and clean. We had requested an early check-in given we were travelling for a funeral and ended up finally getting our room 2 hours later than requested so not much earlier than regular check-in time. Parking was not included so be aware there is an extra charge for that.
The staff was very nice and helpful. The room had a weird hum that I could not figure out and the TV streaming service was horrible.
Best thing about this hotel was the kind staff and fantastic concierge service!
Great room
Thank you
The extra he's over the holidays for the waterslide
Would highly recommend.
The stay at the Hilton was good. Kids loved the pool. Elevator and bottom of the pool needs a little upgrade. But aside from that everything else seemed good.
This hotel charges for early check-in or will try to upsell you on a more expensive room. Even if a room was ready and available they'd still charge extra $75. All other hotels I've stayed off have free early check-in (never guaranteed) but it makes the experience THAT much better when you're traveling for work.
Overall its Pretty good
It would have been good if there were plates and cutlaries in room.
Great hotel
Everything was great at usual. Love the pool
Miah and her manager went completely above and beyond our expectations! We will certainly be back for our next special night out! Thank you!
This is probably my favourite Hilton in Ontario ! Best staff, the Cheff is amazing ! The gym is amazing ! And over all the vibe of the hotel is nice.
Great stay! Amazing staff!
My family and I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and we love it. The kids love the pool and waterslide. Staff is so friendly and helpful.
Room could use a face-lift. Carpet worn and dirty looking. A ledge had some gooey substance.
Everything was wonderful! The staff were friendly and helpful!
The children love the water slide and swimming pool. It would be great if free parking is included.
Everything was good except the salad I bought from the store inside the hotel was very old and smelled bad.
Pool was very crowded and loud.
No free parking. $14 for each car WiFi not easy exercise
Comfy beds
Excellent customer service.
We had a great stay and the staff was amazing. Very helpful and gave us a complimentary better room. We will definitely be back. The kids love the water slide. The only one thing I noticed is that the heater is really noisy. A suggestion for future upgrades would be to install quieter heaters. Just a suggestion.
The indoor pool was great! My boys really had fun and I relaxed while they enjoyed the slide
Everything was perfect
Place is a little too pricey for the establishment and there were a few issues with assigning the room. Overall a nice place.
Very friendly check in. Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Pool and slide were amazing.
Hilton Meadowvale Review We recently stayed at Hilton Meadowvale for a week, and while the property is nice and our room was quiet at first, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag. After three days, we had to move rooms because the cold air return in our original room started rattling so loudly that it was impossible to ignore. While the staff was accommodating in relocating us, the process was very inconvenient. Since we were staying for a full week, we had a lot of belongings to move, which made the situation even more frustrating. I was disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer extra Hilton Honors points or some form of compensation for the trouble. Another downside is the parking situation. The hotel charges for parking, but the lot is not gated or secure. If you don’t pay, they’ll place a yellow boot on your car, which feels excessive and unwelcoming. It’s not a great first impression or farewell for guests. That said, the property itself is well-maintained, and the price was reasonable for a Hilton. With a few adjustments in customer service and parking policies, this could easily be a much better experience.
Receptionist was dishonest. She offered us to pay for late check out which we did only to be told the next day that no late checkout option was on our reservation. It was such bad experience that I would not wish to happen to anyone especial with family.
People gross
People go swimming in their street clothes and never went swimming or in the hot tub. Kids were playing in the hot tub with their clothes on. Did not appreciate the bathing suits not being used and in the swimming pool the same thing. The pool was very dirty and cloudy. Our faucet in the bathroom was in bad shape
Everything was good, and everyone looked professional
The pool area was dirty and packed. No towels for guests and the halways and elevators were wet!
Nice stay
Comfortable, modern. Staff was super friendly
Clean and big room. Stayed in a 2 queen beds, very spacious. I will book here again for our next stay.
Lovely
Lovely
Kids had fun on the water slide
Nice clean with great service
Check in and check out were easy. Room was nice, pool was nice. Services were prompt and efficient
Very happy
I had a wonderful stay. It could have not gone better. Great value for the money.
Clean rooms, accessible to restaurants, friendly staff.
The location was good. The room was dated and they bathroom had a towel bar right in front of the sink making it hard to use. The tub dropped. The closet door didn't close. Gross marks on headboard. Then.... The slide for the pool...hardly open. Elevators kept breaking down and no signs put out to reflect the issues. The gym could be nice but most equipment for cardio didn't work. Need a cart? Good luck finding one And no idea why they charge parking in a big lot. That's ridiculous. No microwave in the room either.
Short but terrific stay
Ok
The staff are very and the front dest desk manager gave the best service
Very happy about my updated and clean room.
Staff are amazing
Noisy room
Had the heat on during the night and it made way too much noise. Hard to sleep.
My kids always enjoy the Big Blue Slide. Really liked the virtual concierge feature. Very convenient.
Amazing place, great staff and great food!
Good
Good overall. Only real downside i can think of is the parking isn't free but the cost isn't too bad
Very nice locations
We had a very convenient stay, comfy beds, clean and fresh smelling bed linens and pillows, everything what we needed was here. I had to pay extra for early checkin though it was reasonable. I would stay here again. I am glad I cancelled my booking at the Sheraton closeby. Keep up the quality! Staffs on live chat were responsive and accommodating. Thanks to Kathreena specially for rushing our room for early checkin, appreciated much.
The only drawback to the whole experience was them trying to charge me $14 /night for parking. No where in my booking did it state there was a charge for parking and that may have affected whether I stayed there or not because then they were a lot more than other places. I was annoyed but they did waive the charge. I went to check out and again they tried to charge me for parking so if I had done express check out I likely would have been charged for it. Other than that it was good.
Pool and waterside were a great way to keep the kids entertained. Staff were kind and friendly.
Not all Hiltons are the same...
My wife and I stayed for two nights... unfortunately. We arrived and quickly learned that parking was $16/night... even when you paid for your hotel. That would have been good to know in advance. I would forewarn guests that parking can be very far from a door and shuttle bus worthy when there is an event taking place. Staff were not helpful and attempted to charge me the full value again, but I insisted they were wrong, and eventually they "figured it out" and blamed the third party. Great start. Needless to say, staff were less than friendly. The rooms were aged, water smelled like chlorine, poor shower water pressure, and water didn't drain in the shower..so after you were finished showering, you were standing in a foot of water (eventually drained). We had to try 3 ice machines before we found one that worked! Great for my steps...4 floors down every time we wanted ice. The hotel was not what we expected from a Hilton. Save your money and go elsewhere if you have options. My suggestion to the hotel...it needs some updating/cleaning (old stained brass for example) and please bake the parking costs into the room so there's no additional costs when your customers arrive!! When you ask if we have a car as your first question... of course we do...did we walk with all our suitcases? Alternatively, charge the surprise parking fee and offer valet parking. Never again...
ALARM
The fire alarm went off for over 15 minutes in the middle of the night causing me no sleep at all on a work trip. So frustrating.
I recently stayed at the Hilton for a business trip and had a remarkable experience. The staff was exceptionally courteous, and the bed was among the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The facility was clean and well-maintained. Given the high occupancy, I was pleasantly surprised by the tranquility of my room, and the entire hotel was meticulously maintained. The grounds were well-kept, and I found it convenient to access my intended destinations. This was my first trip and I will stay here any time I have business in the City.

I've always liked the Hilton Hotels the beds are comfortable and are normally rather clean the room we stayed in the patio door was covered in Little Children handprints they were down low and it was rather disgusting however the rest of the room was very clean and the check in stuff we're very friendly and helpful in questions we had we walked across the parking lot to a beautiful Steakhouse and there the food was delicious the food in the hotel restaurant is also very good
