I wasn’t a fan of customer service. I found the staff to be rude and very delayed in service. The rooms not having amenities in the room was an inconvenience. The bathroom in the room was not cleaned very well
Sadly, my experience during my stay was not so pleasant. The restroom was not cleaned. There was hair in the bathtub, which looked like pubic hair. The tub was clogged with the hair in the drain. Not even a minute of taking a shower and the water filled the tub with hair particles floating around. The toilet was dirty when we got there. There was tissue in the bowl and pee drops on the toilet seat. The staff were very friendly and helpful tho. My concern is the security of guests however. There was a point that our key card stopped working. My other half went down to grab something out of our car and when he got into the elevator, the card key was not working. He ended up going to the front desk and they swapped out his key without verifying who he was, or verifying his ID to determine if he was even a hotel guest. Kudos to them for helping him out, but that is concerning that they didn’t even check who he was. What if a random person found a key card and entered our room. This was the first time having this type of experience, however, these issues are very concerning.

The Hilton Guam property is nested in a beautiful location in Tumon village. I've stayed here many times as a local resident and the entire staff has been excellent; however, the property is starting to look run down. My Premiere Suite windows were dirty and the entire bathroom glass area was stained with hard water deposits. A lot of the building exterior is moldy and the main entry doors next to the big ballroom are stained. The property also had posted "No Smoking Signs" but I observed several employees smoking and tossing their cigarettes butts on the grass. After three days, the butts grew in number. This is the wall area that borders Ypao Beach. The parking lot is also very dirty with all sorts of cans and bottles in nearly every parking space green area. The ice machine on the 4th floor was never cleaned during my 3 day stay. The stainless steel was very dusty and someone left their trash inside the ice machine room. The dirty parking lot and the dirty ice machine room is not Hilton's fault, it is the fault of people who don't have respect for themselves or private property. Shame on them. I really like staying at the Hilton Guam for a lot of reasons. I hope the bad things I mentioned will be corrected. I look forward to my next stay!

Comfortable and Friendly staff
We were provided with an excellent room with an ocean view, two clean beds, a wonderful view of the sunrise. The staff could not have been more accommodating. The restaurant where we ordered take-out was very nice. Breakfast was delicious and a chef prepared eggs how we wanted them. All staff were friendly. The pool area and access to the ocean were great.
Check in was easy and quick. Upgrade was nice, but ended up looking at a roof and side of a building from the 5th floor. I would prefer a regular room with a beach view rather than an upgrade overlooking a rooftop and parking lot.

The connect room was so loud that the first day was difficult because I couldn't sleep at all. However, I moved to a quiet room the next day and spent the rest of my schedule comfortably. I'd like to come again next time

The Tasi Suites had nice amenities. The staff at the Tasi Check In desk were very professional and polite. The room was nice and had a great view.
Booked a double bed. Got to the room to find just one bed. Went back to the front to get the correct room but was told they just sold out of the last double and they had upgraded me. I asked if they expected someone to sleep on the floor and that taking a bed away from me was not an upgrade regardless of how nice the room was. The response was confusion and “but sir you got an upgrade.” They finally told me that they would be “more than happy to bring me a small folding bed and don’t worry because they will waive the fee for that.” The room and hotel were clean, no issues there. Just a lack of awareness and possibly incompetence at the front desk.
Service was excellent in all areas of hotel. The building itself needs some love, peeling paint, public restrooms where doors do not lock, trash on grounds.

Price point was very good for Hilton. Check in was smooth and service was exceptional with staff aleays offering to assist in whatever our needs were.
Upon checking in, I was given a key that didn't work, got assigned a room that was already occupied once I got a working key, and after three trips up and down, I was able to get to my assigned hotel room. For the inconvenience, we got a light meal voucher. This was my honeymoon trip and first time to Guam. Next time, I might try to look for other options, but for the price and the friendly staff, I would say it's worth it!
Room was very nice but there was some very visible white dirt on the gray tile in the bathroom. There was also dark gray mold in the white grout inside the shower. Staff was very nice to us.
The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Absolutely beautiful ocean view. The bathroom seemed a bit aged, shower head and sink faucet needed some cleaning and declogging. Overall good experience but debatable if I'll book again at the hotel due to difficulty finding convenient parking.

Nice Hotel At the End of the Strip
Was told over the phone that The Spa was “fully booked” but when I stopped by after 11AM, it was CLOSED, tho published hours are 10AM-10PM. If you manage to get an appt the day before, you can’t cancel/reschedule w/o paying 100% since 24-hr advance notice is required. Bring your own water bottle, shampoo and hair conditioner to gym. I closed my bill the evening before my 6AM flight. Front desk & operator would not answer phone 3-3:15AM when I called for a bellhop to help with some heavy luggage (I’m over 60) and for the valet to bring up my rental car, which I still had to gas up and park before checking in. After almost 10 mins, I noticed a “service hotline” button on the phone, after futilely redialing from my stateside cell. Got to airport late, so checked in before parking the rental, and got a parking ticket. Later, HILTON emailed a bill for an unexplained $3. Cafe Cino had spam croissant. Roy’s was a let down. NO ROOM SERVICE. Swimming in the infinity pools involves you having to walk a ways to return your towel or you will be charged (so I passed on the towel bc my room was closer than the used towel bins). Most of the staff were otherwise friendly and very kind. Clean hotel. Great lobby. Tasi Ocean room is small w/little storage. No pen and pad nor phone by the beds. Bathroom amenities bound to walls industrial style aka “eco friendly”, toilet with gizmos for warmth and washing.

Great time. We stayed in the warm Hilton over 50 years ago and it was brand new. It was a pleasure to stay there again.

We arrived at 4 am. Had emailed hotel to find out if they do 1/2 day but no response. Also emailed about shuttle and never got response. A bit worried, but from the moment we arrived we were impressed with the friendliness of staff. Bed and pillows were super comfortable. Ocean views lovely. Really I’m was clean but paint peeling in shower. Clearly post Covid there are some areas that need refreshing. Breakfast was wonderful. French toast was so good!!! Omelettes huge. One issue was lack of seating by ocean and pool. We didn’t take advantage but pool exercises looked fun and saw yoga class as well. Happy hour drinks were good price. Loved that breakfast coupon could be used for buffet or cafe. We left at 3 am and were able to get food and coffee from go. Wound definitely stay again. Location was great. Info on website about shuttle would be helpful. Also note that dice ship no longer there and beach activities not open daily.
The Hilton staff were fantastic. Easily the best part of the experience. The facilities aren’t new but they’re well-maintained. Parking is easy and it’s close enough to the Tamuning strip to make things accessible but not crowded with other tourists.

I've been traveling for business for the past 21-days. I actually loved the Evelyn & Crabtree products provided. Loved, loved, loved the body lotion and bath gel.
The staff was very friendly and inviting. Our room was kept cleaned nicely daily. We had beautiful views out our decks. The hotel was in a good location. The only issue we had was it is an older building and could use some updates. Our shower was a problem where it could not be adjusted. It had lots of pressure that sprayed straight in your face. No matter what you did it could not be adjusted.
Staff was very friendly, but In the morning, I could hear cleaning staff talking, laughing from the hallway in my hotel room.
Needs some serious TLC
The hotel is very dated and in need of updating. The Shower leaked heavily in two rooms, the included breakfast is tired, and the television would reboot randomly. The plus side is that the staff is very attentive and helpful.

Where is the coffee?
Overall it was very good from the water pressure, friendly helpful staff, and Toto toilet. The only disappointment was the lack of a small coffee maker, which most hotels have. Instant coffee was not a great thing to wake up to.

The Hilton which is celebrating its 50th Anniversary on Guam is still one of the best hotels on island. The staff are so friendly and helpful, rooms have been renovated with great amenities, and its location is so convenient….close to the airport, shopping, and tourist spots while being just in the right area to avoid most of the traffic. My family and I prefer the Hilton when we visit Guam.
Reservation captured wrong date should have been check in on June 10 and checkout on June 11 - Guam time. Spoke to an agent to assist in fixing this dating issue. was unclear of how it would be handled. Experience comment when booking the reservation!

This Hilton has been on Guam for over 49 years and despite the age of the hotel, the grounds and general shared areas are well maintained. However the rooms need to be upgraded since the TV in the room was small and grainy in comparison to the size of the room and there also needs to be some desk or working station in the room. There’s a lack of outlet/charging stations in the room. I’m comparison to other Hilton stays this location is deficient but the location and views are bar none better than most.

First time at the Hilton Guam. Great front desk service and room was very clean and well amenitized. All was good, until the occupants next door checked in at 3am. We could hear everything, and likely because we had one of the rooms that connected to the room next to it. We heard the slightest sounds. Recommend the front desk reserve these rooms only to families who need adjoining rooms.
Planning a return stay
Comfortable room and nice view that captured part of the ocean which was unexpected. The ocean is convenient and away from other hotels. However, I deduct a full point for terrible WiFi. Also, I'd expect better in-room coffee than the packets of instant available, though I suspect they want you to patronize their cafe downstairs, which is actually pretty good. Still I would plan a return visit to the Guam Hilton. Very good value overall. Staff are very pleasant and accommodating, too.
Didn’t arrive in time with hotel car to pick up my wife. Fortunately she was able to get a taxi. The flight arrived early, but I told them it would.

Great swimming opportunities
Given that Guam is still mostly closed to tourists due to the pandemic, I spent my time walking around and in the pool. It rained a lot, so my walking around (along the length of the Tumon Bay hotel strip and the other direction into town) got rather damp by the end. The hotel pool and the reef were amazing. My only regret is booking through Hotels.com and not directly through the hotel, since booking directly through the hotel website would have gotten me free wifi in the room; as it was, I had to go into the lobby to access wifi.

We like what was opened in the hotel but due to covid a lot of what they had to offer was closed. We like the location and the staff was all so great! We would stay there again.
Weather was great and we had a beautiful view from our hotel room. Parking was a little challenging because of events going on at the hotel. Friendly customer service. Wish they would extend pool hours. Only open from 8am-6pm right now and people staying 1 night only get to swim for an hour or two once settled in.
We love snorkeling in that area.

The premises was clean and decorated. Unfortunately, despite the Clean Room (COVID-19) assurance, the room had the previous customers’ items left behind. This made me apprehensive to use the amenities. The toilet and shower were dated. The toilet kept hissing, and the shower faucet leaked all over the place. The tv was old and the remote was too slow to respond. The view was spectacular!
Advertised as 72 hour minimum that rooms are left unoccupied after previous guest as an added sanitation measure to combat spread of COVID but issued our room then called back after checking in to ask us to wait a while because the room was still occupied and needed to be cleaned. Offered free drinks and snacks as a comp only to be told there would be no service charge for snacks. Never again.
We had a wonderful time on our staycation at The Hilton. The massage therapists at the spa were wonderful and the pool was amazing. The only complaint I have is that our room never got cooler than about 75 degrees, even with the A/C turned down as low as it could go. It made it difficult to sleep, but if you prefer to sleep in a warm room, then you may not mind it. All in all wonderful hotel at a fraction of the cost of others in the area.

This was my second visit, and I enjoyed it just as much as the first time. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the location is excellent - close enough to the airport without being too close to be exposed to too much noise. But the hotel deserves the most praise for the way they handled things during the COVID-19 outbreak. The staff was calm, guests entering the hotel had their body temperature measured (taking less than 5 seconds), and hand sanitizing stations were everywhere.
The hotel is situated on Tumon Bay with lovely views. The staff were polite and helpful. My room had a very comfortable bed and well-maintained, but there was one aspect that needs attention. While the fixtures in the shower were functional, they are obviously older and need updating. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would gladly return.
