My stay was great. My only issue was the room wasn’t wiped down. There were a few cup marks, hairs and floss in the bathroom.

Roomed smelled of mildew, remote for tv didn’t work, no channel guide, paid a fee to include breakfast when I booked but was still charged over $30 to get what little was out of the dried out breakfast buffet.

My stay was great relaxing, very clean. Hotel itself was amazing. Just didn't know that rooms weren't serviced when you stay until checkout. Overall it was great

Wonderful facility and I loved the shower and the location of the hotel! Your staff was really helpful and most importantly they weee welcoming and got myself checked in quickly!

There aren't many options for those with disabilities nor does the staff.

Staff was helpful with late check in. Only negatives were Thermostat in room would not adjust the temp to make it warmer. It would show requested temp and then default to 69. Sign in snack shop stating fresh coffee 24 hours a day. machine was blocked off at 3am and at 9am upon my departure.

Great stay, received early check in without a hassle. No ice was available on the 4th floor, but still a great stay. The carpet in the hallways needed vacuuming so it wasn’t a fresh smell like other Hilton’s Garden that I’ve stayed at like in Atlanta, GA. Again still a great stay.

The front desk was attentive and very personable and professional. The restaurant was interesting, I never saw it open but once for breakfast and it is very expensive. We chose to go out instead. I expected it to be more like a real restaurant. Housekeeping only works during the day and they do not bring clean towels unless you ask during the day. We only had clean towels once and the front desk assisted finding these towels for us. Overall my experience was good, I would stay again. I do think towels should be provided daily, also maybe some upgrades to the bathroom. Thank you

There was NO water either days of the stay!

I have been staying here every time i have been to visit my son. However, this time i explicitly asked for a walk in shower in the notes.. but when we got there, it was a tub. I went down and spoke to the desk clerk, and she first said she must have missed it. Then she said well if you had booked through Hilton, they would have given your request more consideration but since you went through a third party, they didn't. I said im not sure how my mom can bathe, but she didnt seemed to care and offered no recourse. walk mymyelelderly mom.

I was there for a Thanksgiving get away. The place was extremely clean. My room was clean and spacious. Staff was really nice as well. I didnt get a chance to to try rhe food or bar area because i was gone majority of the time but ill definitely book here again when im visiting family.

The hotel over booked the rooms. The manager said said because it was through a third party and not hotel there was nothing they could do. She did offer to find other available rooms for us.

No body soap in room. Had to request 4 times to get it.

Me and my girlfriend enjoyed our stay here, it was very clean, very quiet and convenient to tons of places!

Onsite restaurant for an easy dinner was wonderful. Bartender was helpful with recommendations and even brought our dinner to our room knowing we were exhausted from a long day of driving. Front desk staff was polite and helped us with our key (it was or error not the hotels). Would definitely stay again.

Neat and clean

Upon entry to my room it was 62 degrees while temps outside was in 60’s, there was trash from a previous customer on the night stand, I had 2 washcloths, 2 medium size hand towels, no large drying towels, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable, I requested for staff to refresh my room as their sign in the room indicated staff come every other day unless requested no one every came, and finally no airport shuttle is available as well. Every Hilton hotel stay I’ve had was a pleasant one this one I was unhappy. The appearance of the staff attire was very unprofessional and HR should do a better job with their expectations. The staff overall were extremely nice and courteous however, In the future I’ll never stay at this location again. Thank you!

Will stay again

It was a very smooth process. Check in was easy. The room was nice and clean. The only hiccup was when we needed more towels and washcloths and they didn’t have any. Other than that it was a great experience.

We have been traveling all week and this was the best hotel we stayed in! The bed was comfortable and it was very new and clean. The staff was friendly.

Only thing bad about this property is the poor water pressure out of the shower. Other than that property, room, staff was perfect.

Room was very clean with comfortable bed. Only problem was water pressure non existent. Would just trickle out. No place to hand more than one wet towel.

Staff at front desk was not friendly. One breakfast lady stood out as she was friendly and refilled the food. It was night and day from the first breakfast lady. Management needs to get a handle on some of the attitudes their employees exhibit as they appear lazy and fake.

Extremely clean. Staff very accommodating and eager to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

The blackout shade was broken and laying on the floor. I was told no other rooms were available. Three nights with street lights shining in and no sleep.

Everything was awesome! Our only complaint was the shower head pressure was way to weak and the pillows were to soft like uncomfortable soft. Other than that we look forward to our next stay!

Clean and calming

Everything was so clean from the moment we entered. The hotel was quiet which was very calming. The bed was firmer than I like but still comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Room was clean and staff was courteous.

Stayed for several days while visiting relatives. Unusual for them to accept dogs, but this one did and the amenities for the dog were great. Plenty of open are and doggy bags. Elevator was located close to the entrance. Staff was great.

Iron didn’t work. Shower flooded the bathroom floor.

Check-in Delay

We arrived around 3:20pm to check into our room. When we arrived the cleaned rooms had not been input into the system so I had to wait about 15-20 minutes for the maid service to check on what rooms were clean. Once the rooms were updated in the system I was able to check in. Went out to get our bags and came back in to go to the room to find the cleaning crew in our room still cleaning. Ended up having to wait another 15-20 mins in the hallway waiting on them to finish the room. Room appeared to be clean... However the conditioner in the shower was empty.

I stayed two nights and was very pleased with the facility. I felt safe once I was inside. The parking lot was a bit scary late at night. The room was very comfortable and clean, and quiet. Even had a fridge and microwave. My only criticism is the lack of water pressure. Made it difficult to wash my hair. I do recommend this property, and will stay here again.

Worst experience ever at a Hilton. Ordered dinner. At 40 minutes got one entry with wrong side. At an hour got one of two appetizers with slimy, rotting avocados on the street tacos. Never got the other entry or appetizer. I can't call him a cook or chef, but the guy making food in the kitchen should be fired.

Long wait to check in. Only one person there and there was a problem with client in from of us. Keys to room didn’t work. Total k check in time was probably 45 minutes. Couple of lights in room didn’t work. Bed was not nicely made. Not what I expected from a Hilton Garden

Such a great stay as usual. Each person I encountered at the front desk was very helpful with anything needed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet area, clean rooms, and plenty of space. No bad things to say at all.

Early check in was not available, friendly front desk staff, but the power went out during my stay and after I reported it, it was not repaired. I had to check out and go to a friend’s hotel to finish preparing for an event

This property canceled my Expedia reservation without notifying either me or Expedia. First, the representative (Tonie) told me I never had a reservation at this property. I reached Expedia, and it was confirmed and paid for a day prior. After I insisted on rechecking my reservation, she told me it was canceled. I asked to print a cancellation notice and specify who canceled it. She refused by stating that the printer was not working. The representative was unwelcoming, rude, and uncaring. It was almost 10 pm when I tried to check-in. My child and I were left in the rain without an apology. It is a shame for Hiltonto to hire a representative like that who destroys the company's good reputation. PS. This survey was sent to me assuming that I stayed at the hotel. The hotel also thought I checked in and wanted to know how my check-in process went.

Hilton has lowered its standards

I've seen drinking fountains with more water pressure than the shower had. Bed was exceptionally uncomfortable. Room door did not shut without extra effort. Pool was small and disappointing. Breakfast buffet was 3 chaffing dishes and some cold cereal.

Enjoyed my stay! Quiet and clean the entire time! Not too far from any of my destinations.

Ok but not super impressed

The toilet was wobbly and the doors on the shower didn’t keep the water IN the shower! Had to mop the floor after showering.

From the nice lady at check to the nice lady at the bar, the nice and clean rooms. My stay was absolutely amazing. Very quiet and the outdoor space away from the pool area is also nice. I would definitely stay again.

Room was not ready at 3pm, it took almost an hour to get checked in. We came back from dinner and the room key didn’t work, had to go back to the desk to get a new one. No extra pillows, even upon request. Will not stay here again.

Front desk staff were helpful and kind. Very close to the airport with good food options and surrounding stores.

Wonderful staff… however there were bugs in the bed… we immediately left the property and were given a refund the next day.

This place is the hotel equivalent of microtransactions. Want to have your dog with you cor the night? $75. Want to have decent internet? $5. Eant to have a continental breakfast? Great! That's free! Want to have anything warm from the continental breakfast? Well, that's $15.

Just all around Awesome!!

It's a new hotel and it's been open for 3 years. The front desk was friendly and helpful. She even took a picture with my mom. Also, Lizette Santos is the executive housekeeper and she was helpful and sweet with my mom. This was a wonderful cozy and warm place to stay. My family will rebook again when we visit.

The AC unit would not stay a constant temp except freezing.. set the thermostat to 72 and it was burning up then to 71 abs it was freezing. Didn’t get a full night of sleep
