Have stayed here many times love the pools and evening hours at the bar!
The pool area is great for spending the day. The staff was great.
Property has great potential however it was lacking in cleanliness. Customer service was great at all of the on site restaurants .
Always excellent!
The staff were professional, friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.
This is a excellent property!! Everything is 10-20 minutes away. The only problem was on check-in I was charged $100 for some reason? My understanding only had to pay estimated $43 upon arrival. This paid at checkout. Despite that, overall great quality resort.
Friendly fun place!
Handicap parking was so close to elevators and friendly people
Bad service
Only one person checking people in, after waiting for a while I was finally up, she took someone in another line. I left and went to the Hard Rock Hotel instead.
Great service at the bars
I will be staying again
Nice clean and comfortable only thing I was missing was a clock
Loved the casino! We weren’t in the room much, but the staff were friendly and vibe was good!
Very understaffed, needs updating.
Not bad
The sheets and blankets were dirty. It smelled so bad. We did not enjoy this stay at all
Love Harrahs
The king deluxe is just a king hotel room.
DON'T GO!!!
It WAS NOT amazing. We found out after a couple of days that you cannot even get clean sheets and you put them on the bed yourself. NO cleaning services the whole time you are there. They did not even replace the bathroom tissue during your stay. And then you get an extra resort charge added to your credit card even though there was nothing resort like about it. No buffet and we ate 1 time at Steak and Shake and for 2 people it was over $40. And no we didn't try to eat the whole menu. One milkshake was almost $9.00. Won't be back.
I love that there is a walkway to TBT bar/ restaurant. We missed the parade and the bar crawl due to weather, but it was still very inserting. Don't expect to pay off bills with winnings unless you are one in a billion.
Hot tub needs some repairs but size was nice
It was an amazing experience for us to have together in this beautiful city
Out dated and grounds are dirty
Has suites with hot tub. Good cigar smoking area.
Everything
No room se
Had a great time on the coast, great location
Didn’t care for open smoking, only had a small area for nonsmoking, but had to go through smoking sections to get to nonsmoking sections. But did win a small fortune
Everything was there that was needed
I liked that they offered smoking rooms. I didnt loke the arguing outside our room at 2 in the morning
Beautiful hotel with lots to do. Mrs. Raven was outstanding!
First time to Biloxi and it was a great, relaxing stay
The hotel staff were not friendly at all. There is no housekeeping during your stay, and getting clean towels is difficult. We were there for 5 days and they “expected” us to reuse our towels for our entire stay. We would have to text a number several times before we would get towels delivered. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean but it’s not convenient for a long stay.
No area or room information given.
Came to Biloxi to get away from the winter weather in Missouri. The hotel was a bit dated and they did not have a microwave in the room which was inconvenient, but they would send us one for $25 a night. We were there for 3 nights. It is a casino so there was a lot to do. The pool area was gorgeous, there was a pedestrian bridge over the road so you could safely cross the busy road to get to the beach. The parking garage was easy to use and free. There are, however, no area maps, advertisements of local attractions or even a hotel map so you can find your way around. If you've never been in this area before, you'll get very lost, very quick. We ended up exploring the hotel longer than we wanted to just to be able to get a feel for where everything was. They only put 2 towels in our room and said we could request more, but we were so uncomfortable not having any information on anything, we didn't request more just to keep things simple. I know their focus is on keeping people there to gamble, but basic area and hotel information would have been so helpful. We come to New Orleans on occassion and do want to add Biloxi to our vacation again, but will try somewhere else next time.
Everyone was personable
Staff not very friendly, poor to no in room service.
They charge a resort fee but don’t clean room daily. Ask for new towels and takes hours to get. Dirty towels are thrown in hallways.
We try to get a players twice! The line was to long, we went to the Golden Nugget , walked across the street.
we were there to celebrate our 25th anniversary and were disappointed that the dinning was closed. Also, the lounge was closed for renovations.
The rooms were extremely dirty. The bath towels didn’t even match. Very dusty, holes in the shower curtain and make up and hair in the walls and bathroom floor.
Everything Was Excellent 👍
Had 1 person checking people in with a line full of people.
Out dated
Carpet in room had large stained. Wanted to charge extra $25 to check in 15 min early. Wanted my IP addresses to connect my phone and laptop to internet (resort fee is supposed to cove), because IT said hotel didn't have me registered. Etc, etc, etc
Visited the spa and most of the restaurants. All were very good.
Easy checking and great location
Clean
Fun time.
Very dirty. Dust and hair all over. Plug and vent in bathroom didn’t work. Shower head very dirty. Dimly lit. Only 2 towels.
Biloxi Ms Rock
My stay was MAGNIFICENT the staff was very nice and courteous the Magnolia House restaurant served the best steaks our room was very clean we will be visiting again ......oh did I mention the slots were paying off what a GREAT VALENTINE DAY I had!!!!!!!
Like that the pool was available. And the hot tub was nice temperature. The restaurants options were a plus
Check in was supposed to be at 4:00 pm but our room wasn’t ready until 6 pm. The carpet was stained and dirty looking, the vanity in the bathroom was rusted and one of the hand towels had black tar looking stuff all over it. The furniture was in rough condition and definitely needs to be upgraded. Also the water pressure in the shower was horrible, it took me forever to rinse the shampoo out! For almost $400 with late check out fee and resort fee, I feel like it should have been nicer! The only good thing I can say is that the bed was comfortable. I definitely would not recommend this hotel and will never stay there again!
ATE AT THE BLIND TIGER RESTARAUNT ACROSS THE STREET FROM HARRAHS BILOXI. THEY ARE LOCATED ON THE WATER WITH A COVERED PIER ACCESS. I ORDERED THE OYSTERS ROCKEFELLA, IT WAS TERRIBLE. I BELEVE THE OYSTERS WERE SPOILED AND THE CHEF OVER SEASONED THEM AS AN ATTEMPT TO MASK. I ATE TWO OYSTERS BEFORE I INFORMED TH E WAITRESS I DIDNT WNAT THEM. I GOT REALLY SICK.
Slots are tight. They charge you an extra $100 on your card and they don't refund it till days later. The Steak N Shake in the casino is horrible. 45 Minutes for a Burger and Fries and the order was wrong and the fries were cold and hard as a rock. Terrible experience. Go stay somewhere else.
The front desk people are rude and refuse to accommodate you on anything, i asked if there was bottle water in the room and her response was yea it’s two, needed a non smoking room they said wasn’t available and the app had more than 6 listed available online …. Good luck finding out how to get to the entrance of the hotel and to the front desk it’s like a fun house maze , the cigarette smoke from the room property made me sick…. Worse experience in Biloxi .. then when i checked out early to go to another property with a accommodating non smoking room the front desk called the mgr on duty that night their exact words were as long as you check out by 11 and hotel.com contact us about the refund it then went into a he said she said from both parties and i was charged…. NEVER AGAIN
The hotel would have been a 10 in my book. But the lights didn't work on the headboard and they discontinued the room service. The restaurant are all delicious and great service. I went on vacation with my wife and we checked out all the hotels on the strip. The harrahs has the best casino hands down. The other hotels did have good restaurants in them. But there casinos didn't really look inviting so we only gambled at the harrahs and won big. Make sure you play the playboy slot and put in $100 its a guarantee win.
Liked dining inside facility
carpets really need a upgrade. elevator are in rough shape. staff is awesome
Starting from the check-in to the the checkout it wasn't a pleasant experience. At check-in I needed to provide a card for incidenals, not a problem. Then wilhile checking in my son's 9lb yorkie wasnwith me that he was picking up later that day and the host decided to at even take that in consideration and proceeded to tell me I needed to stay on"the dog floor". WOW just WOW! And down hill from there. The restaurant was less than expected Not clean. Not friendly at all.
When arrive at hotel at 4pm, room was not ready until 5:30pm.
Property was dirty and our floors were wet. Staff was not accommodative to guest and were rude.
Our room was dated. It had a musky odor. Shower curtain was torn. Restaurants close early, Caesar’s needs to give this property some love!!
Very friendly. Look forward to coming back.
Smelled like smoke woman at checking rude not friendly
Staff did an excellent job of taking care of stranded travelers
Staff went above and beyond to care for guests who were stranded because of the snowstorm.
Found it needs updated . Have stayed at many Harrahs This one was not up to their standards Fridge in room leaked carpet soaked cut stay short only stayed 1 night
We stayed here because it was center to everything around the area. The staff was nice but the hotel stay was quiet. The room was ok but the housekeeping was not complete, we had to contact them several times to get towels. The front desk people were extremely apologetic about it but didn’t get what we needed until the next day stay. But overall it was ok.
The bed mattress needs to be updated, it was not comfortable. And we requested a couple of extra blankets, they must have been 30 years old, brittle and very scratchy!
I was booked a king side bed room . I was checking in go to the room . That was a 2 queen bed , I call front desk . The attendance said that was out of king size rooms. I asked why you done mention to me in the moment of checking? She was rude and not very professional. The need to inform in the moment not let the guest find oyó by the self. And answer; That was with got ! In rude mode ! That was also a different of price too . I paid for a king side bedroom and receive a queen (2) bedroom that was less price why I paid in advance.
Booked a nonsmoking room. Room had burn marks on rug and it was very dirty. The staff booking us in were not friendly. The food was double the price if you ate off the property
Would definitely stay here again.
Staff place ok basic small Casino.
One night stay
Shower did not have hot water(853). Everything else was ok
Never again
Charge $20 extra service fee per day for things that was close no micowave in room if you request $25 per day , wifi bad.
Not for me.
the hotel was clean, but getting a little old. Room smelled old and plumbing was a bit sketchy.
Nothing
Lies and more lies
They told me that I was to be charge $100 for my dog for the whole stay.
Rooms and the view
Rude front desk staff
The girl Raven at the front desk on check out was nasty & rude....ZERO personality. Other than that the experience and the hotel were great. Raven needs to work in an area not dealing with customers
Loved the location and the view.
Everyone was nice. The spa treatment was excellent.
Property was a joy to stay at... Will return.
Fun trip.
Room and hotel run down and not clean.
Great customer service!
The overall they need to update the paint in each hallway and needs new carpets..the room was ok.but the towles keep showing up with blue stuff on them
The room was very clean and bed was comfortable but the bedside table outlet and USB charger ports didn't work!
The property was old and you could tell.
Not impressed
Got billed for room service I never received , talked to an employee named Sharon that never got back to me or refunded my money, also got hit with a rewards program I didn’t want
Won’t be back
Wasn’t impressed with the place and the staff was not friendly. The people in the restaurant were nice but not the front desk staff.
Comfortable rooms
Great stay for the costs and charming AF staff
Very clean and people were very helpful. Bad part is you have to walk through the smoking area first to eat, smoking should be in the back not front, but still that's just me.
Smells
Carpet was really dirty
A refresh would go a long way
Room could definitely use a refresh. Very worn and outdated. Staff was nice. Ac did not work well. Convenient location.
Nice
They charge for early check in, don’t clean your room or leave clean towels daily but don’t tell you that at check in, we paid extra for upgrade and the room was dirty and definitely not worth the upgrade, the floor had a bad smell and the room stunk, very disappointed, we will not stay at this property again!!!

Hotel was below standards of a Caesar property. No housekeeping for the entire stay. Hallways not serviced daily. Pool area had broken chairs. Out door walkways closed, will not be returning, other hotels in area appeared to have higher standards
