I have stayed at this Hampton Inn numerous times and have always had a very pleasant experience. The breakfast has always been a delight, and everything works well.

Dated, the included breakfast was pretty limited and crowded. AC unit on its way out making a ton of noise. Bought a granolla bar for 12.00 from vending machine before i knew what it cost. Wouldnt go back.

Wonderful people at the check in area,on night shift.the lady was wonderful and help us a lot,even on New Year Eve,they offer us a champagne 🍾 only the lady at breakfast area,Martha was very rude,always with bad attitude.she need to be moved to another area,where she can't have any contact with customer.overall,is a great place to stay.

This is a small hotel/Inn, no restaurant or room service here. Staff were nice and polite, rooms were clean and done every day, comfortable and clean beds. Excellent selections for breakfast. Nobody is watching you in the breakfast section, they are there to refill the empty trays of foods and fresh fruits. I have no complaints.

The Hampton Inn was ok. The room was a good size and air conditioning was effective. The breakfast was basic but ok however what let it down was the staff who stared at you at breakfast, didn’t smile or make conversation and made you feel really uncomfortable. For 200 dollars a night I expected better! The cleaner was lovely though. Walkable to Cocowalk and a couple of decent restaurants close by. Would not stay again. Tell your staff to smile!

I needed a place that was close to the train so I could easily get to UM. I chose here because the proximity to the train and free breakfast. It didn’t disappoint. The fitness facility isn’t great, so instead I’d walk down to the harbor. If I stay again, I’d request to not face RT 1 as the motorcycles are loud. Overall, I’d recommend!

This place was nice for what we needed. They allowed us an early check in at 11am, and had a decent free breakfast every morning. Walkable to coconut grove downtown area, which is a really cool area. We stayed here for the Eras Tour and it wasn’t too bad to and from the stadium.

Did not like the price of parking at the hotel.

Hotel was very busy during my visit. The parking area was also half closed for construction with no signage and congested so leaving the car to check in was difficult. The front desk is also extremely busy so if you call the front desk from your room you will get hung up on with the promise for a call back that never comes.

Typical style Hampton Inn convenient to University of Miami. Just off US 1 and 3-5 minutes from downtown Coconut Grove area.

This is my second time staying here, it was enjoyable and comfortable, clean, good free coffee, hot chocolate, tea available all day and night. Beds are very comfortable as well the room.

This property aside from being super clean, it offers a great breakfast too. Definitely would stay here again

It was a one night stay before leaving for our cruise, but very clean and breakfast was good with lots of food variety.

Easy parking, close to hotel entrance. Not much to do walking distance, but Miracle Mile was only a 10 minute drive to many restaurants and shopping.

Rooms were clean and spacious but outside the room was a mess when we arrived, elevator smells like urine.

Our stay was amazing. The breakfast was great and there are shops nearby that you can walk to.

Nice room, comfy beds, good breakfast, close to where my appointment was. The staff were all very nice and helpful, from check-in to checkout. The parts I didn't like were a loud AC with a filter that had a noticeable layer of old dust caked on, lots of street noise, and a $22 per day parking charge.

I usually like staying here as my son is a UM student and it’s close to the metro rail. Unfortunately my younger son and I got stuck in the elevator on the 6th floor. They did nothing to ensure no one else got on that elevator even after talking to the front desk twice. The stairs are a concern as well since they lead outside and are not interior.

Was ok with don't like we needed to pay for parking because I am handicapped. $25.00 is too much for Senior Citizens.

This was a typical Hampton inn property and everything is as you’d expect from a hotel of this level. Nothing special but not bad either. Only thing to note is parking was $22 a night, but this seems to be the norm in Miami.

I’ve never write a review, but honestly they did amazing!! My flight got cancelled till next day and I didn’t had anywhere to stay, almost all check in starts at 4pm but I called them And they definitely find a room for me and my daughter, and the breakfast included was amazing! So I highly recommend, staff, cleanliness, breakfast.

Very convenient to Little Havana and the Marlins baseball stadium. Also, Coconut Grove has a fabulous restaurant area only 4 minutes away by car. Great location.

Staff was great. I stayed the night before cruise and night after. On return I could drop my bags and was then surprised to get an early check in when the first cleaned room became available! Perfect for folks cruising.

I was expected Hampton Inn Standards but it is ok . For a night to sleep is great . We went to si some paperwork in an embassy and it was ok but it doesn’t have nothing to do inside. Breakfast is ok people is nice .
