We arrived late, but check in was fast. Hallway and room was quick. Very clean and breakfast was pretty. Good. I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Everything was nice except one staff member and ice machine was broke
Fairly close to airport. Very good strong coffee. My guest enjoyed the rolling stools to put her luggage on, and the sliding bathroom door... Some guy underneath us or adjoining rooms were slamming doors at 5AM so hard, that it made the entire unit floor shook?

Hotel wasn’t bad but it wasn’t the best either.
The hotel is in a good location and was close by everything that we needed. We only stayed one night. Breakfast was good. Customer service was ok didn’t receive a good greeting when we were checking in m. There was a sign up and when the gentleman finally came out from the back I felt like I was disturbing him from doing something. But the overall trip was good.

The phone in the room didn’t work, tv didn’t work, cabinet coming off the wall. Received a message that their was a water problem and had no water to use the restroom or even brush my teeth until I want down to front desk to get a bottle of water to brush

Motorcycle Trip
My stay was great as usual. This has been my "go to" hotel for the last 3 years while staying in Houston. Still pleased with the atmosphere and amenities.
Due to the design of the bathroom door, it couldn’t be completely shut, and even if it was, the crack was large enough to leave it exposed. There was very little privacy.
Staff is great. The breakfast was good. Rooms definitely need some updating and our room didn’t have a microwave and I think it’s weird ours didn’t have one just because it has the two queen beds. I’ve never been to a hotel like that. We had to park our car out front because we were told by staff there’s been theft going on which had us holding our breath each time we walked out. Lol I typically only stay at Hampton and it seems like every Hampton I stay, housekeeping really needs some training. They really do not clean the way they are suppose to.
Good for a quick cheap airport stay.
The hotel is clean and the service is excellent however in our room, the majority of electrical outlets weren't working. Also, the USB chargers weren't functional. The Wi-Fi was too slow and it took some work arounds to connect. The refrigerator in our room was broken and had to be exchanged.
Curtain was dirty, I was afraid to open that how dirty it’s was. The view was terrible looking at trash. They needed to update everything in the room . Some of the outlets not working.
Never again unexpected for Hampton Inn
Reversed room had refrigerator that was broken a bed that was too uncomfortable to sleep on. After checking in with lots of bags, no one offered to help are even moved the cart for me. Then I move rooms. The front desk person wanted me to go all the way back downstairs with all my things and get the key. I told him I couldn't do that. So he brought the key up to me reluctantly. After moving rooms I found the coffee Maker was broken. She toilet wouldn't flush and the next day. I didn't have hot water for 3 hours out of the morning. Answer late, check out on hotels.com and in person, and over the phone there. Still wanna checking out no new about it. Even though it was set approved. And finally the room I was moved to had a broken phone. Didn't work not really sure what worked there at all. And it was raised apart as far as cleaning as carpet was very dirty
Close to the airport and convenient for my time in Houston.

Cold showers
Not so good. When we initially got checked in to our room. The whole right side of the wall didn’t work. (Tv, refrigerator, and laps) took about 10 mins for someone to answer the front desk. Moved us rooms. Very inconvenient and was informed the maintenance staff aaa unavailable. Cold showers water was not coining out hot. Also there are no such thing as locks on restroom doors in your room. They upgraded to farmhouse style where they slide. Horrible idea since I do like my privacy and not convenient at all if you have a toddler.
Our truck got stolen!!!
First, on google maps, it states that there is a shuttle from airport to hotel, not in service anymore. No dining around it beside Jack in the box. My bathroom counter was leaning forward hard, holding by caulk. Although, my AC unit was working great and staff is great. Overall: it needs an upgrade

Some stain on the carpet and floor was sticky. Bed and pillow were comfortable and the room was big
The breakfast was great! The front desk worker went above and beyond recommending places to eat around town, but the room had no microwave and there was an obvious water leak that damaged the drywall above one of the beds.The door to the bathroom was a sliding door that was very difficult to close and could not close completely for privacy.
The hotel was advertised to have an airport shuttle that did not exist resulting in $70 for taxi fares to the airport ... totally unacceptable!

Terrible, we arrive to the hotel, the room I reserved was a 2 double beds for 2 adults and 2 kids, they tell me that room is not available, they give me a room with 1 King bed with a sofa bed, the sofa bed TERRIBLE!!! I call and ask for 2 pillows, after 2 hours nothing, I came down to the front desk, and they said that they don’t have pillows, the front desk agent ask for time to check if pillows were available from other rooms. Terrible
Airport Shuttle not available from 12 noon to 4pm
Great hotel that is close to cascade station with lots of choices for food and shopping. Also, shuttle service was available to cascade and airport which I appreciate. We had a great trip!! Thanks Hyatt Place ;)
When this hotel has large loud events they should block out the rooms above it. I checked in and the music was so loud my bed walls and floor were vibrating. I immediately asked the front desk to change my room. I was told none were available. I asked for a refund soni could gonto a different hotel and my request was denied. If every room in the hotel was booked surely they could've considered my situation. Because of their greed and no concern to a loyal guest I had to suffer through pounding rap music when all i wanted was just to sleep. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again.

We came in to town expecting very little as recovery from the hurricane was still underway, this hotel exceeded expectations. It was beautiful, clean, and the bed was absolutely comfortable. Will recommend for any future trips.

WARNING!!!!!! Do not stay at this hotel, I arrived at 6pm and parked my truck in the front row, 10:43 my truck was stole, the night shift watched it happen and didn’t call the police, I didn’t find out till 6am the next morning when I walked out to go to work, Then Thursday night another Truck got stole from the same motel, THERE IS NO SECURITY!!!!!! They have very poor camera surveillance and the staff is told to stay out of these situations Very unhappy customer

Bad Encounter
Under normal circumstances, this hotel may have been a decent stay. However, there were a few huge deficiencies: The hallways and common areas were HOT. The elevator was OUT. There were many 'undesirable' individuals hanging around huddled up in groups outside near both side entry/exit doors smoking weed and whatever else they were doing. I was told by one person that I had a reservation and was told to come back in an hour (which I did) and he was gone (he was by far the ONLY person that seemed to be in tune with what was going on). Upon my return, I encountered a different person (this person was VERY confused). Shortly after getting in the room, a person using a hotel key card walked into my room. He apologized and told me that he had just been given the key by the front desk. VERY BAD SITUATION. I haved stayed in many hotels in many places but I have NEVER had that happen. My daughter was VERY frightened by this and my puppy went ballistic. I checked out at about 1000 on July 11th but I see in my bank account that I have been charged for THREE nights. I was told that I, after checking out, would ONLY be charged ONE NIGHT. I need my money back. The nightly rate was very high which was due to the power outage conditions that exist here in the Houston, TX area. I can and will forget about this encounter but I need my money back. I syayed ONE night, NOT THREE.

Charged even though hotel has no power
charged for a stay wherein the hotel has no power and it was listed on the site that there was no power. Hotels.com is saying they can’t reach Hampton Inn and now can’t process the refund.

We booked this hotel last minute due to Hurricane Beryl. When we arrived for check in, their systems were down, WiFi wasn’t working, phone and tv weren’t working, and I’m assuming they weren’t offering breakfast either since no one mentioned it. The computer systems and WiFi being down were understandable and out of their control due to the storm but I really wish they would have made it known that the elevators were also broken prior to running my card. I had plenty of bags with me along with a small child. When I realized the elevator wasn’t running, I asked them at the front desk and their response was “oh we probably should have mentioned that.” I would have loved to have known ahead of time so I could make an informed decision on whether to stay or not BEFORE they charged my card! For $250/night, I had to carry everything up four flights of stairs and have 0 amenities. When I mentioned a discount to the manager he suggested that I could give up my room to someone else. I know that a lot was going on beyond anyone’s control but the rate should have been HEAVILY discounted based on the lack of WiFi, phone/tv service and mostly the broken elevator. Very dissatisfied with the service. Who can I speak with about a partial refund??

They did not check me in. I’m trying to contact hotels.com. They said they were fully booked and no hotel was available. I had to take 2 expensive Ubers and fly out to Dallas just to get a place to stay
They didnt have no type of guidelines no elevator the handy cap people had to walk up stairs because they didnt want to see what was the problem with the elevator water on the floor
We had a reservation the night of the hurricane. They could not accept us due to power loss - which we understood so we tried looking elsewhere. When we passed by hours later, the lights were back on so we decided to check in only to find out the hotel cancelled all existing reservations - then rebooked the entire hotel with walk-ins and people looking for shelter while cancelling our existing reservation. We slept in our car.
Everything was great! Shower has low water pressure.
The property was clean, the staff said I don’t know more than I would have liked to hear. The pool was clean but there was no umbrellas to block that Texas sun while you chill. There isn’t anything close in walking distance but a gas station. I didn’t know that until I got there but the stay was great. The room and beds were clean and smelled amazing.

Weekend Getaway
Overall we had a good stay. Hotel is nice and clean. Called for washcloths and housekeeping never showed up with them. Thankfully when I called back to front desk they gentleman was nice enough to actually bring some to us.
Had to wait for shuttle for over an hour to be picked up. Than finally I checked in my room and was getting ready to slip o to bed and pulled cover off and found three short men’s hair on bed sheets and pillow.
Lacking water bottles in room. Also shuttle only runs in day 5-8pm I arrived at 12 and they did not allow me to cancel flight

Power went out during our stay as well as no water in that time but the staff was very nice and accommodating.
No one cleaned our room or brought fresh towels. The refrigerator didn’t work on one of our rooms. The laundry room was not in service. Just lots of minor inconveniences that made things not so great.
Aweful. Will not ever stay at Hampton again. Booked through Travelocity for 2 double beds on 4/28 for 5/18. Upon checkin, i was told there was no room with 2 double bed, but now have king with pullout sofa and ask if i want it or can just go elsewhere. I was told there is no room guaranty when booked through third party. There wasn't even an apology. Upon checking into the room, the room didn't smeel that good. I pulled the sofa bed out, I didn't see the sheet and my wife called and asked for sheet, sheet was delivered very quick but there was cigarette's burned hole on it. When my daughter bairly pull on the restroom door handle, the handle fell off. It was fallen off who knows when. I would never stay at Hampton Inn & Suite again.

When we ordered food, Uber could never find us. Also, hotel needs updated and carpet redone. Cleanliness was ok, but would be better with update.

The hotel staff we encountered were lovely, and helped us with a problem we had, which was very appreciated. However, there were enough little things that on their own would never be a cause for a problem, but altogether left me underwhelmed: the website was incorrect in advertising our room, so we were one bed short; a broken shelf in the bathroom; a medium sized bar on the tv not working; the carpet feeling sticky in places.

We were in for one night, hotel offered a shuttle - call to confirm pick up when you arrive, it was close to the airport, the room was really large, and the breakfast (included) had great selection.

Great stay. Convenient for my business
I booked a room with two double beds non-smoking. When I walked in the hotel room, there was carpet squares, coming up and cigarette burns in the carpet not the place for my children to be playing on the floor. Then they tell me no other rooms available
They had power conditioning unit immediately outside our room which had a very high pitched whine. A much quieter piece of equipment is available.

Woke up Monday morning to find someone had stolen our truck, and from what the police say it happens alot at this hotel,and the one across the hwy. Our truck was right in front of the hotel where we could see it from our room.
