Close to shopping & restaurants

Room was very outdated compared to advertising pictures. Booked a queen bed and mattress was a double. Noise was not managed by staff.

Stayed a couple times,most times very good.

No hot water all morning. Tired rooms. Awful “rain” shower that can’t be turned on until you’re inside it, and you have to be a small child to squeeze between the door and the wall. Awful frosted glass sliding doors between the bathroom and bedroom, along with 4” gap between the slider and the wall so everyone can see in, so very little privacy. Bar/restaurant was okay. A third of the menu items were crossed off and unavailable. Would not stay here again.

When we checked in the bed skirts had blood stains on it and no phone connection in the room. Front desk agent shifted us to another room where the cupboard was broken and the tv didn't work properly. Their pool and hottub was great.

I really like the place! Good for the tourists or for stayers! The staff is really good, supportive. Overall a good environment.

It was nice not top of the line but nice. Service was very nice. It would be nice if they had extra toiletries.

I was not happy with the room they gave me re my dog came with me. The garbage truck was so early making all kinds of banging right outside my room. The bathroom was for handicap person and under the bathroom sink dirty, webs, stains on wall

The washroom needs a bigger mirror

Have stayed here twice and really enjoy it. The beds are very comfortable, it’s clean, the staff are friendly. Was surprised to lean this was only a 3 star hotel.

Loved staying here

Everything was ok, until we found a bedbug in our room and had to switch room. Staff service was good but I would definitely recommend that they do proper inspection and fumigation. Although the staff was professional I would not go back because of the bedbug that completely shadow my experience.

Just Disappointed

When we arrived all was good. We were upgraded to the King Executive. This sounded great, but upon entering the room, we could see the ceiling must have had a leak at some point. The fix looked awful, like someone took some plaster and a cloth and gobbed it on. The bathroom had a mess of caulking all around the base of the shower, Tiles were broken and cracked. Rather than replacing them, again, I’m guessing the same handyman probably completed that quick fix as well 🙄 in probably the same manner… gobbing it on. The room was cold and only thin blankets were on the bed. I had never stayed here before. I can only imagine what the original booked room looked like, since this was the upgrade. For the cost of hotels these days, I have stayed elsewhere that was much better accommodations, and not more expensive. Won’t be returning here. On a positive note, the lady at the front desk checking us in was very pleasant.

Nice hotel. Good location. Stayed in a suite with fireplace. Didn’t try it. Hot water takes forever to get hot. Bed sort of sinks in the middle. Very accommodating de-feathering the room for my allergies. Great sized tub. Decent shower.

Easy access from major road and several dining options in area.

We stayed for the opening night of Taylor Swift. The staff accommodated an early check in for us so we could get ready for the show. The location is great for the Meadowvale GO Train/Bus access. The building was very clean inside and out. Awesome restaurant and with weekday happy hour.

Good amenities but the staff all have a bit of an attitude problem and seem like they don’t want to be asked for anything or interacted with much. A lady with a walkie talkie could be heard loudly outside some of the rooms at times disturbing the peace. The moment I walked in my room I found pubic hairs on my toilet seat not from myself and my room soaps and body wash weren’t full enough , I needed to request - not a big deal but minor inconvenience. The gym water machine was not working or maintained and gym bench and other amenities on site broken or just for display purposes really. The parking lot has random public walking through property it all hours of the day and night.

All together it was a good stay, I’m not picky about what I get. My only complaint is the shower I had. The water pressure was minimal, felt like I was being rained on. And after 5 mins it made a horrible noise that I’m sure everyone around me heard at 6am. It came from the pipes and shower head. I had to rush my shower so I don’t make anyone angry.

They seriously need to upgrade there TV in room 1414 south tower

this is in a good location, if i have to paid for 4 nights, i am expecting clean tower and clean sheets for the duration of the time i am spending in there. i am very disappointed i had to ask for clean tower every day.

Overall everything was great. The staff was welcoming.

A lot of noise midnight in lobby

The stay was good but I encountered issues at check in. For some reason, my credit card was not working with their machine and neither did it for the person checking in beside me. I was told there are no other options for the damage deposit hold, my booking would be cancelled and I would have to reach out to Expedia for the refund. Luckily, I was able to contact my friend in the area to try their credit card and I was able to keep the booking. I called my credit card company and they reported no issues on their end. I tried the credit card in the hotel bar and it worked fine. Staff could have been more understanding and helpful with the situation.

Stay was great. They did not have enough staff to help with luggage .They said they don’t have Bellboy services . Seniors like us needed help.We always give generous tip. For the room rate , breakfast should have been included . Overall I would stay there again

Hot tub was out of order The rest no complaint

It's an old hotel, and it shows. It would be nice if the price reflected this fact, but it does not. Staff were nice, so no issues there. Bathroom could be cleaner. Odd smell of chemicals in the room. Hot tub by the pool was out of order (pool/hot tub amenity should be removed from the property when they are not available... I booked here BECAUSE it had a pool/hot tub). Free parking was nice.

Touted as a hotel that accepts pets, $100 for a night for a pet fee is outrageous. Just don’t take pets, as we had to find a local sitter for a third of the price. That was frustrating

Just needed a place to stay to catch an early flight. Affordable and clean and just 15 minutes off the airport.

I was kept waiting by the receptionist for 3 hours as my credit card was from Middle East and I had totally paid for the room online but for security deposit my card was declined 15 times and receptionist asked me to go out and I will not be allowed to enter the room .I offered cash,debit card but he denied and kept demanding only for credit card .I was very tired until 3 am when a nice guy agreed to use his card for my security deposit.

Always a great place to go

I chose that hotel because there was a swimming pool. when I got there they told me the pool was closed for maintenance. I was quite disappointed.

The hotel was nice for the price however, we did notice some cleanliness issues. A pizza crust and some other debris were left behind from previous guests. That the only complain there was really.

This was a great hotel for our 3 night stay.

Room could have been better. Microwave had burning smell when used. Shower head had to be replaced due to water squirting everywhere. Overall the stay could have been better.
