All the personal is very attentive and helpful but we have to recognize the breakfast team members are above and beyond. The breakfast is the same every morning but they make a really enjoyable experience. Location is very convenient, only two blocks from Times Square and 2minutes away from the subway station. The rooms are normal size compared with other hotels in NYC

Hotel was perfectly located for all the big attractions and places to eat. Hotel itself wad lovely. Rooms are clean and tidy. Hotel is busy so the elevator was really busy. Continental breakfast had a great selection of breakfasts on the go. I'll definitely be booking again.

Overall staff was very nice and helpful. Answered phone right away when we called, provided early check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Just a little noisy from the street but other than that I recommend staying!

This Place is amazing. The staff is amazing, the location and overall appearance is amazing. Super Clean and well designed. We will definitely make this one of our permanent places to frequent.

Hotel was good and close to NYC Times Square. Major attractions...Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Empire State Building, theaters and restaurants...were all within easy walking distance. Free breakfast was not very good. Staff was friendly and efficient.

the hotel rooms need, at the very least, a side chair and a bathroom trashcan. room smelled like pot and cigarettes. AC/heat blew on the bed so had to cover the vents for 3 days which made us uncomfortable 24x7. wont stay there again.

Everyone was kind and helpful. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready but they offered us breakfast and stored our luggage for the day!!

We had a great stay at the Fairfield. The service from start to finish was fantastic everyone couldn’t have been more helpful! Our room was cleaned everyday which we didn’t expect. Will highly recommend to family and friends

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The facilty was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet had a large selection of hot and cold items and the staff did a wonderful job with keeping food items stocked and tables cleared and clean. I would highly recommend staying at this facility!

I didnt like the city view it could've been better or they could just not mention as you can only see the empire state from the corner of the window

Acceptable stay at this Fairfield. Clean enough. Not a great neighborhood and flooded with high school students -- but that's what you get for a cheap ($110/night) steal of a hotel.

This location was so convenient to things we wanted to do in the city. The check in was super easy, everyone was friendly, I felt safe there and the breakfast was free with so many options. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was helpful, friendly and professional however the elevators take too long (only 2) especially in peak season; some guests had to take the stairs. There was a line up of 20 mins sometimes just to get down to breakfast. Breakfast is ok but bland and same every day. Rooms could be updated; they are a bit old. Overall only convenient if in the city.

The room was very small. The beds were hard and super uncomfortable. It was super loud with doors slamming and elevator dinging. The staff was super nice and helpful. You have to pass by a weed dispensary in order to get to Times square. There is bagged up.and left all over the street.

My first tine staying at the hotel. It was well-located for my reason to visiting NY, within walking distance to everything we did. The hotel could upgrade its furnishings in the rooms, and it could have been a bit cleaner, but the staff was accommodating and the free breakfast bar was a nice option.

The 6 days stay was very pleasant. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice for the first two days, after which it was the same thing. Absolutely no change at all. Overall very nice 🤗👍

Great location! Breakfast was great. Room was what we expected for NY, small but clean. Only negative was we were told we had queen bed but I think it was a double and our rooms were not cleaned during they day, they wanted to clean them at 5pm when we were resting before going out for the evening. Never seen room service that late in the day… we never had our room cleaned during our 3 night stay.

This property was easy to get in and out of the city! It also was super convenient with being right by the subway/times square.

I contacted this property before I left and asked if they had a shuttle from the airport. I contacted them again and asked if there was a hairdryer. They never responded. They did however email me and asked if I wanted cleaning services during my stay and responded NO. They cleaned after the first night and then I had to contact the front desk!

Great place to stay

This was the perfect place for our stay in NYC. It was close to Time Square..walked there in about 5 minutes. We drove in from NC & they also offered either self park or valet park. Comfortable bed, standard hot breakfast, great front desk staff. Will definitely stay there again.

Close to a Subway Station(across the street), very professional front desk clerks, and walking distance to The Times Square. I was disappointed for the time consumed waiting for the elevators to take us down the main level during breakfast hours. We enjoyed New York City.

Close to Time Sqaure, Madison Square Garden, Port Authority bus station, and shopping.

The area is loaded with homeless and mental ill people that harass the costumers.

We only went to the hotel to sleep at night. The location was great! Right in the heart of manhattan with walkable distance to pretty much everything around time square. Totally will go back again.

It was a very nice, clean hotel with nice breakfast although crowded and busy the staff did well with getting everyone seated.

The employees at this location go above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating from the front desk, to the breakfast host, to the maid… The included breakfast was full of a variety of options in every breakfast category you could want. Will definitely stay here again.
