I've been here with my family for awhile. We are home hunting. On Feb 28th I was locked out of my room overnight because there is no night shift person available. I had to sleep in my car. Next morning, the two office people Guy and Lady met several people who were also stuck in the lobby for their lack of service, with no empathy and finger pointing. I was exhausted so I waited for the manager. She told me that no was Compensated and told me "give her a sec" and she never got back with me. I felt gaslighted and disregarded and lost my money for a comfortable night of sleep in my room. For safety reasons and comfort reasons that was unprofessional. Not to mention the roaches are outrageous. They should help pay for the stay it's so many of them. The staff is usually very kind and so is the manager but recently I had a horrible experience. So if you're the type to leave, lose your card, and may work at night, stay at your own risk because you may not get your money back and be met with no empathy in addition to your experience.

This property did not have the basic essentials while staying in an extended stay. Bathroom wasn’t equipped with a hair dryer. For an extended stay there wasn’t any dishes, cups, pots, etc. There wasn’t any ice machine at the facility. This place was such an inconvenience.

at the end of the day I was very disappointed

No internet the first day, I could walk 2 doors down to get internet on the other days. Had to use the hotspot on my cell do do any work. I used up all my data in one day. I ended up going to McDonalds to use there wifi. at the end of the day I was very disappointed I left a day early and went to LaQuinta

Do not book here, terrible front desk

Check in was a nightmare. The front desk girl had no idea what she was doing. Papers were all iver the floor in the entrance when I entered. And she just watched me pick them up for her. Took 45 mins just to try to check in. Just to be told because it’s “so late” I can’t check in anymore. But the policy states check in cut off time is 12am I arrived at 10:56pm….. then saying her registers were already down for the night. Then having me go back and fourth saying I can. Pay cash but then I have to pay $10 on a card. Everything about this place was horrible. All for me to waste almost an hour and still not even be able to check in. She has absolutely little to no knowledge about what she was doing.

The rude front desk attendant took my money because I didn’t arrive before midnight. The unprofessional attendant was visibly upset they were interrupted. Despite speaking customer service who informed me the room was confirmed, this front desk person placed my reservation as a “no show” and took my money.

Not Happy

The stay was ok...the front desk was not very inviting. I understand that check in is at 3p but i never been to hotel that will charge an extra fee for arriving 30m before check in...especially when your room is ready. Plus I'm a Marriott member.. i had to wait in the car for 30m. I will not stay here again.

It was fine. We stayed for 5 nights. The first night the big burner didnt work but the guy came up and fixed it as soon as we told they about it. Room was nice beds were good room was clean. What we needed for our business trip. We will stay again.

Needs better information

The staff were great. My problem is with the wrong information on hotels.com saying only $25 for your pets per stay, when it's actually $30 PER PET PER NIGHT. The whole reason I booked this hotel was the supposed pet policy. Also, there's no real breakfast. It's a grab and go with trash muffins. That's not a breakfast. No protein or anything.

Had to book a hotel for a week during power outage. Room was very clean and comfortable. A/C worked great and hot water plentiful. Laundry available. Overall, a nicer place than some other more expensive hotels. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpfuli. Would absolutely stay here again. Make sure you get the upgraded wi-fi for streaming since TV cable channels are limited.

We were checked into a room that had cockroaches. After speaking to the manager we were given a different room. Later on I requested to go back to the first room and see if I had left my water bottle there and was told that someone else was staying in there! I was shocked they put someone else in the room when I had told them there were roaches in there! The next evening the water was shut off for an emergency issue and we were not given a time frame for it to be fixed. The next morning I heard that there was someone on the way to fix it. Why did they wait until 9 am to have someone come fix it when they have hundreds of people as guests living without water?? Nothing was offered to us, I had to ask if they could give us some water bottle for at least drinking water! They could have set water bottles out where the coffee was supposed to be (no coffee was provided that morning assuming due to no water) not even a note apologizing for the inconvenience this has caused to everyone. At checkout I asked what they are doing to reimburse guests for the inconvenience this has caused to everyone and was told that it was like a natural disaster that can’t be planned for or reimbursed. But they could have planned to have a plumber there sooner to fix the water!! Highly disappointed with the stay, the rooms, and the lack of service!! Stay here if you want to run the risk of taking home some roaches that may find their way into your luggage.

Terrible smell

Saw 2 cockroaches in the room, the microwave was busted it worked but dropped small particles from top onto food, halls smelled of skunk, didn't have coffee makers, washer/dryer were out of order, included breakfast was "unavailable", very dissatisfied overall. If you can, stay somewhere else.

The plumbing in my bathroom was absolutely horrible! The toilet got stopped up and the sink drain was so slow. I feel like they need to clean the carpets in the rooms and hallways because there is a lingering odor that was bothersome. Also, the moisture in the room was high. We couldn't get "dry air" and the room just felt really humid and moist the entire time. The elevator is freaking scary and they need to get it looked at. We didn't see a luggage cart the entire stay, so we had to carry a ton of luggage. The manager and a couple staff members were nice, but the building overall is not clean or comfortable. They should consider renovations.

We had a kitchen, but they didn’t have any pots or pans for use, so that was pretty much worthless. We requested a toaster, but then one they gave us was broken, so we returned that. The Wi-Fi was so slow that most of our devices couldn’t even connect without paying extra fees, and the “breakfast” was only coffee and unflavored oatmeal packets. Pretty disappointing.

Not impressed.

First room assigned (313) had a terrible bed and smelled like pee. The next room (326) had a better bed but the kitchen floor was sticky and the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. Hotel is extremely outdated.

I didn't like the fact towels and soap are not in the bathroom. To my understanding, those are basics and should be ready in every room. While checking in, I do not remember the lady using the word PLEASE at any moment. That should be the base of any request when you asking a guest to check this, do that or give me that. The room smells funny, like sour mold. Not totally sold over here.

I don't like it because they sell drugs and my husband doesn't do drugs and he was forced by force, they took his cell phone from his hand by men who are there in the hotel renting and are selling drugs where they force you to buy it where there are no cameras to see what It happened because the hotel says they are damaged. The police arrived and did nothing. It is not safe to stay in that hotel. I do not recommend it.

Good but not Great

Overall stay wasn’t bad really good for the price if I’m being honest. Certain things just made it not great. The host at the front desk was sleeping in a chair when arrived making it known no one had came in for their shift and hers had been done so I understand her frustration. The elevators were broken so we had to take the stairs. The staircase smelled like the local YMCA kids shower room just overwhelming smell of piss and chlorine. Rooms were really nice and cold I did enjoy my stay despite certain issues none the less found 1 roach on the desk when we got there killed it didn’t see anymore after but like I said for the price and location I thought it was still a good stay.

Visiting a post chemo friend in St Louis at Extended Stay, then on to the Katy Freeway, City Center Extended stay for medical appointments ... and SO EASY being able to cook our meals, do laundry and feel "at home" in a NEW CITY!

We arrived and the first impression set the tone for our entire hour visit. The property isn't well maintained and there were people loitering the outside parking area and front area. This made it very uncomfortable for both my young daughter and myself. We waited in line and when it was finally our turn the man at the counter went on and on about why the wait was so long. Apparently the night shift didn't do their part and people were checking into dirty rooms and rooms that were still occupied. I provided him with my DL and he stated he didn't have a reservation in my name. I opened my email and provided him with my Expedia itinerary number which also yielded nothing. Instead of him calling Expedia to assist me as a customer he rushed me aside and told me to call and get it sorted bc I was holding up the line. He told me he wouldn't double check because he had already searched my name and itinerary number. He told me that I needed to get a confirmation number bc an itinerary number means nothing. I waited on hold forever for Expedia and the man who helped me was also unable to verify the reservation. The automated system did recognize the itinerary number so he was very puzzled. I waited on hold for a resolution and was hung up on twice. I called back and by this time I was driving to different hotels bc the Extend stay i was supposed to be at was now turning people away due to them being full. I was on the line and visited 3 hotels before a representative would come back

I wished the rooms had a microwave. That would make it even better. I liked how my daughter was able to change rooms because the other guests were too noisy. I like the view of trees around. The location was great. Close to anything you could need.

If you have options, dont choose this place

The desk worker was very friendly. However the first problem was that to get into the room, you had to spend 10 minutes trying to open the door because the card reader wasnt working. Once inside the room looked ok at first glance. I sat at the desk to eat and read before bed and it all seemed fine. Then when i went to get in the bed, two spiders came out from the bedding. Gross but i killed them and was going to overlook it. Then i pulled back the sheets and found the sheets were dirty. There was pubic hair in the bed and weird stains on the sheets. In the bathroom, long hairs on the clean towels, and bugs fell out of the ceiling on me. Id have left if i could have found a last minute opening elsewhere but had no energy trying to argue for a refund. To make matters worse, at 4 am someone was beating on the room door. Then around 5 am the smoke alarm began suddenly blaring in the room for no reason. Thank god i only stayed for one night. Never again

Lady that checked us in was nice. 1st room wasn’t clean. Was able to get another room pretty quick. Did see a few roaches in the room. My vehicle got the catalytic converter stolen off of it. When I spoke with the lady that checked me out she didn’t care as if happens regularly.

This hotel does not meet Extended Stay standards

No check in clerk was present at the front desk for 5 minutes after I arrived. The room had no clean glass for water or other basic amenities.

Not so pleasant

The hotel wasn’t the best but cheap. The the entire hotel smelling like weed and cigarette smoke. The elevators stopped working and I was on the third floor. Not so pleasant.

Saw unfavorable reviews here but I really think for what you pay the value is great. No issues with bugs during my two visit stay. Room was clean. The breakfast was mainly just oatmeal and granola bars. I was satisfied with my stay.
