Very nice, well maintained property with excellent staff.

Set in the backdrop of calm and serene nature it's worth while to spend day or so in it. It is one of the best properties I have seen. The food is great The most awful part is that the staff at the reception is immature, unprofessional, poor communication skills , unplanned and poorly equipped in handling the guests and seemingly always confused . The same is true in the restaurants where the staff is truly unprofessional. They are good and polite but don't know their job. They need lot of training so as to serve with grace and smile

We stayed at the Evershine resort for two nights! The property.is exvellent and wvey nook and cranny of the place is tended to with love and care! The room we had was excellent with all the expected amenities.. including a smart televisob and universal sockets. The amenities were wonderful! We the pool table, table twnnis and carrom. Although we didnt have time on this ocassion, we are certainly looking forward to exploring their spa the next time! We did tour it and it looked inviting with the treatments offered. We enjoyed a cool night on yhe lawn outside for dinner with live music! The breakfast buffet has options for everyone and the high tea was a nice touch! The staff is very helpful,knowledgable and courteous! We would definitely like to visit this property again and would highly recommend it to other fellow travellers! The hotel ambience is pretty good. There are many outdoor activities. Indoor games are available too. Rooms are renovated with balcony attached. Breakfast spread is pretty awesome, taste and quantity upto the mark. Very well organized. We enjoyed our stay. Surely, visit again.

Terrible state of the the property

Booking experience through the hotel was bad no one answers the hotel phoneline at the first go, have to call 5-10 times then the phone is answered. We booked our stay through hotels.com , from 2nd,mar 2022- 5th Mar, 2022, the room we were allocated was in a bad condition(room no.240), the ac didn't function properly, the sliding doors with the mosquito net was almost about to come of the channel, the bedsheets were with the lints on then would pinch the skin. Then we moved to another room( room no.244) at midnight and the wifi didn't work. The service of staff/waiters at the mad smokehouse and adjoining outdoor seating restaurant was very bad as there only one waiter given the duty of both the areas.. Very disappointing service makes you feel neglected as guests staying at the property. Though the in-room dining service was good and food orderes came quickly.

House keeping not upto the mark.

The food at the resort is not great and also overpriced. The staff is great at hospitality, special mention of Mr. Tarif who really took care of our choices abd comfort

Non functioning of AC

Staycations are all about comfort and if during summer time, your room AC isn’t working.. everything becomes pretty terrible and extremely uncomfortable..

This was my third Stay at the property. This has become a fixture for family visits to Mahabaleshwar. This property tops even Le Meridian when it comes to amenities and facilities for Kids entertainment. Only flaw if I may point out is Food variety on the premise where Mad House Grill can have bit more options with reasonable rates. One thing which is constant with this Property is well trained Staff and Everytime we find new staff members providing high quality of service. This time it was Me Paritosh and Mr Sourav who were very considerate and made us feel at ease.

expedia should update the status of booking.

There is miscommunication between Hotel and Expedia. about rate of stay, should be resolved with communication. customer should not suffer for that. Regards Jadhav Pradeep

One of the best hotels in Mahabaleshwar

Good food, helpful staff, plenty of activities. Had a very pleasant stay overall.

Nice place, a few improvements needed.

The bedding needs to be improved. You can literally feel the coil springs while sleeping. Also, the staff doesn't seem to be courteous enough. We arrive there after a long drive and wanted to take a nap after checking in. The housekeeping staff continuously kept slamming other room doors and talking loudly in the corridor. The food could've done with some more spices as it was bland really bland. Other than that, the stay, location etc was good.

lights kept going. also the receptions guys are quite curt, not rude, but really not friendly. didn't really go out of their way at all to make out stay memorable. seemed like just yet another average hotel, certainly not a 4 star experience, no sign of any real "hospitality". quite disappointing with the room view, and no chance to change the room.

I had a very good stay with my family, it was very good and comfortable, a good relaxed stay I should say, but I really feel the non-veg counter could have better more verities for the buffet in breakfast and dinner, and the Alacart had literally nothing to serve. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Food for below par. Lot of options but didn't taste half as good as some of the other 5 star facilities. Beer served to me was NOT CHILLED & the tea served on the room was COLD. Staff was not courteous at all. They didn't make us feel welcome. Lot of opportunities here.

Room was good and cozy but on the wrong side so I could not use Balcony as it was just adjacent to parking. Otherwise i would have loved to have cup of tea in balcony on cold sunday morning

Warm and welcoming new Mahabaleshwar resort hotel.

Some of the friendliest, most helpful hotel staff I have seen. Always willing to go out of the way to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Some members of our group had special dietary considerations that the buffet was not able to meet so a waiter got the kitchen to rustle up a couple of dishes a la carte which did.

Nice hotel , but no heated pool in cold place

Welcomed by very Rude staff , first impression itself was disgusting ,asked for extra amounts which were not mentioned anywhere . Later when I fighted back , they change the stand No heated pool for Surprise,cold places like Mahabaleshwar without heated pool ? Charge is near to 4Star property.My kids and me started developing rashes in pool , stayed away after couple of attempts , very bad. Other wise hotel has good amenities, everything went well , Excellent stay . Stayed 4 nights enjoyed

Cheated!

I had booked a room for three adults and per your quote had to pay 7400 Rupees. But the hotel charged me extra Rupees 2000 for an additional adult. This is totally unfair and the person Vrishendra came out as a rude person not able to justify the extra Rs. 2000. Will never buy from Hotels.com unless I get my money back. Bad and poor service.

OK but value added does not match the price

Check-in was a okay. However we had to ask three times for the extra bed and additional towel until it was made ready. Pool and breakfast was okay, but not special for a 5 star and this price. At check out we were asked again for the same travel documents we had shown during check-in. Hotel seems to have an organisation issue. Pool service guy Santosh was great, very attendive and friendly.

Misty Mountains

When you lead an hectic and scheduled life vacations always bring a welcome change. Ever Shine Keys Resort is located in the upper reaches of Mahabaleshwar which adds to its aura. Right from the time of check in to check out the experience was surreal thanks to the staff who go extra mile and off course the magical monsoon season which made everything misty and green.

Great stay

Hotel amenities and food was excellent. The property does not have anything else other than swimming pool to roam around. U have to step out of hotel to enjoy nature or any views. The restaurant needs outdoor seating which is not available.

Rooms are ordinary, bathrooms are poor. Bathrooms are small and badly furbished. Though food is good. The price they charge is very high and not commensurate with the quality of the accommodation.

Overall a pleasant experience

This is an excellent property with good, spacious rooms and facilities. Location is also very convenient and easy to approach. Staff is very courteous. The only area for improvement is that the food menu is very limited, but I must mention that the food available is well cooked and very tasty. I was there with my family and we had booked three rooms and we all had a very good time over here. Will highly recommend to everyone.
