This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are beyond kind and patient especially at check-in and for the breakfast. The beds are super comfortable. The pool was very clean and the kids had a lot of fun. It was so convenient to everything that we went to especially Seaworld. Thank you element, we will be back!

The hotel itself was clean, good breakfast included and friendly staff. The outside noise was a significant issue - incredibly loud music from a nearby club until 4 in the morning is not something I would like to experience again

Lovely hotel, my go to when I’m in Orlando.

Great property.. the guy at the front desk wasn’t pleasant to deal with. The room has a continual air recirculation going which can not be turned off which is annoying when trying to sleep.

On my trip to Orlando I just used uber and Lyft all time no exception, the hotel charged me 30$ a day ($30 x 4 = 120$), I have contacted Expedia customer service that followed up with the management and only refund 1 day of parking instead of 4. There is very little water pressure in the shower, and cleaning is mediocre, my wife found a band aid with blood, and they didn’t vacuum the carpet while we were at universal.

There were issues with my room being available on time but they made up for it and treated us well.

They don’t care for customers. What ever requests you make, related to getting extra towels, cleaning room, refilling Shampoo, Conditioner etc., their answer is always No with some excuse. Never ever gonna stay in this hotel again. It has been real bad experience

It was a wonderful stay. The ladies in the front were super nice and friendly. I had a view of the icon at night and it was beautiful I was so happy that I was in the 6th floor had a view

With kids it's hard to go by with cleaning everyday and we requested but but only got partial cleaning

Staff was extremely polite and professional. Coffee was great! Easy access to Icon Park. The hotel is modern and clean. Will recommend to others for sure.

Wonderful service and location

Clean and friendly staff. Free infused water and coffee all day. Only thing I was surprised with was parking cost of $24 per night. Staying there a total of 6 nights added to my budget that I was not expecting.

I want to use swimming pool but there's no heated water.

We love the amenities that make the stay more accommodating, breakfast being included helps save money and the location to different parks and shopping options were easy to drive to.

Clean, quiet and a semi friendly staff. But those are my only pros. The staff weren’t very helpful at all and the parking situation is laughable. You either pay them 25/night to park or you pay some guy at a podium 10/night to park in the adjacent lot. Last time for me and my family.

Everything was good except for some receptionists who were on duty on 18th December 2024 just before midnight and also on 19th December 2024 in the morning around 11 am.

For the price paid it was not worth it. Just my recommendations if you have car then look for the hotel which offers FREE parking. Since it makes no sense to pay parking fees at hotel stay, as you will need to pay parking at all the parks (Universal /Disney) in case if you are visiting there. Also it was misleading when I Book the hotel I just checked parking availability and no where it is mentioned that it is charged per day of your stay. That was surprised to me. Otherwise this is Ok hotel, since breakfast is included which gives this hotel little more advantage. Just do research I fact call to hotel before you do booking to check if Free parking is available.

The best hotel in the area!!

They aced every area for us! We stayed here while in town for my daughter's Regional Cheer Competition. The hotel is clean, ALL the staff is great from front desk, to housekeeping, to breakfast personnel, to valet! Breakfast was included and there was a plethora of options from cereal, to bagels, to eggs and breakfast potatoes and parfaits! The location is optimal with the hotel being neighbors with ICON Park and in close (walking) proximity to several restaurants and other family fun attractions! We'll definitely be returning for another stay when we're back in the area.

The only problem no parking free

Everything was good expect for parking ! Do not pay valet parking unless you are staying in the night because after 11pm they do not offer valet service and the parking is literally less than 40 secs away from the hotel. Save your Five dollars!!!

Unfortunately spent more than 1k staying at this Hotel just to have a bed at the end of the day. Used to be so much better. For about a week my family and I barely took shower because the water was little to almost none. It was so cold we would stay in the shower for more than 5 minutes. Seems like the Hotel went broke because breakfast was horrible, not much to entertainment. But the price is ridiculous high for just a bed to sleep on. It is close to most of restaurants and some activities. I dont Think we will be back. Orlando is building better and new Hotels we will just pass on this one.

Everything was amazing

The location was accesible to everything. They did our room once in our 5 day-4 night stay, did not leave clean towels, paper toilet nor body wash. Breakfast was ok but before 9:30 A.M. no pancakes or other options left. Service overall wasn’t the best (with exception of a Hispanic woman with long black hair in the breakfast area that went above and beyond to give us excellent service) I expected at least the bare minimum by their reviews/price and left dissatisfied.

Horrible unsafe stay

I had to step out right after our check in, leaving my wife at the room. My wife saw someone opening the door and yelled at him running to push the door closed and get him out, the guy never even knocked on the door despite the do not disturb sign. I got very upset and went to the front desk. They didn’t figure that it was a hotel employee until later. I said that I would have defended my wife because if I had been there, and the housekeeping manager, I believe that here name is Jannette Rosado, starting ranting aggressively that I was threatening her employees, I decided to go back to the room, and when I got into the elevator she ran after me and took two employees out of it. I went to my room to find my wife still shaking and nervous so she had to take her blood pressure pill. I called the housekeeping manager to let her know that my wife had to take her medication due to the incident. She later called me saying in an aggressive tone that she was going to call 911 to which I asked not to do it as my wife was already nervous enough. Around 20 minutes after that a crew of around 6 men showed up at the door, she had an EKG in the bed still with her blood pressure at 160/70 after her medication. We were so afraid to leave the room that we never left out and had to cancel a dinner appointment with our son. The housekeeping manager was just recoding the 911 visit from the hallway and never even took a moment to apologize to my wife.

my family and i stayed for 5 days and never got room cleaning at all after 3 complaints all they did was give me towels, i had to take out my own trash and clean my own floors! absolutely annoying after coming from a long day from theme parks it would have been nice for a refresh!! however the area was nice next to icon park and plenty of restaurants

Valet and concierge services were very professional and pleasant. They made us feel very welcome! Love the size of our room and the upgrade for being a Marriott rewards member! We will definitely stay again when we travel to Orlando!

I’ll stay here again. Very quiet area despite it’s located in ICOn Park.

Did not have our reserved room available when we checked with no other options available so my family of 4 had to try to share one king bed. Room reaked of prior guests food. There were drops of fresh blood in the elevator. Breakfast was terrible and there was no butter or syrup available for toast or pancakes. The entire experience was a nightmare and no one at the front desk was helpful. They just kept saying that someone on the next shift would be able to help us. Absolutely do not recommend.

Possibly the best we’ve stayed in so far in Orlando! If you have young children, this is the best place to stay in because all the attractions such as the aquarium, Orlando eye, and Madame Tussaud’s are just a quick walk over. The complimentary breakfast is also fresh and has organic options. Highly recommend booking here!

Being so far from Disney World and reading prior that there was a Shuttle was a big reason for booking this hotel . Once we Arrived we were informed there was not a Shuttle as the website previously mentioned . This was a big upset but the scenery and convenience of having a Twenty Four Hour Walgreens and so many Restaurants and Cheap Souvenir Shops within walking distance to the Hotel quickly made up in money saved for that . We were able to bus to Universal Studios in under Half an Hour and Ubers / Lyfts to Disney were under Forty Dollars ( Canadian ) . The Breakfast included was great and also helped with saving on other costs . Staff was so friendly and the Hotel was clean and held our Luggage after Check Out so we could explore more before our Flight .

Hotel is good, staff is wonderful. I was just surprised with a $25.00 SELF parking fee that is stated as "optional" (which is NOT) in a very "hidden" part of the page. I think this should be stated NEXT to the fees, or "pay at the hotel" in BIG BOLD LETTERS. Also, keep in mind this is a dog friendly hotel. If barking bothers you, this is not the place for you.
