We had a great time staying at Dreams. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. There were about 7 restaurants within the property but we only got to try the 5 of them. If you are not getting the Preferred Club, you have a very slight chance of dining at Prime Vista and Blue Water. We stayed in the property for 4 nights and we never got to try them. If there’s a wedding in one of these restaurants, they close this down for private event so you won’t be able to dine in at all. And reservations are hard to get. The only bad thing in staying in this resort is how the staff will push you to attend their “1-hour” meeting so you get can coupons and discounts for excursions and spa. But what it is is they will try to sell you a vacation membership or some type of timeshare. And it is not a 1-hour, it’s pretty much almost half of your day and it’ll be a waste of your day as they do a whole presentation, chat with a sales person and do a tour of the property. That’s just me who wanted to enjoy my vacation and not participate in any of this. It was uncomfortable walking into the lobby without a staff asking if we attended a session already. We had to avoid walking into the lobby cause of this. But other than that, our meals are amazing. The bartenders like Eder and Oscar took good care of us. They made us very special drinks and made sure that the tequila shots were always coming! I’ve stayed at other resorts and Dreams Vista has the food! Also, their security is tight & safe.
I didn’t like how you had to upgrade to be a vip and get access to for the amenities. The sales tactics with the time shares, spas is exhausting. If you are going to give coupons for hotel credits jacking up the prices to make up for it isn’t that way to do it. $200 usd rooms credits should have been at cash value. I felt that was a scam right away then going to the time share sales. Just like at dreams sands we were not impressed the same sales tactics were going on.
We booked through Expedia and paid in advance. During check in we were told we only booked the room for 1 person and owed an additional $950 to stay. We picked 1 room, 2 guests when we were searching through Expedia. No apologies or acknowledgement of the issue through Dreams or Expedia. VIP coupons did not apply to anything unless we wanted to pay the difference for what the coupon applied for (massage, wine, etc.) and we could only use one coupon at a time. The beach is very small and you can only sit in a certain area unless you are a "preferred guest" which is an additional $150 per day and this also applied to the rooftop pool and a few restaurants. Very nice place, clean, food was good at most places, at the buffet World Cafe the food was not always warm. They also try to get you to sit through an hour and a half presentation every single person there pushes it, even when you have been traveling all day and are trying to get checked in, makes for a longer process and it gets old saying no to all of the people that push for the meeting etc. many guests that were there when we were said that they attended and when they said no the person presenting got mad and just left them at the table. We also booked a few excursions and the person who we booked them with in the hotel did not always give the best info- as to what we should bring/not bring, timeframes of the excursions, etc.
Overall, the experience in Dreams Vista was good, tasting food(except the Japanese restaurant-not authentic), nice staffs(especially pilates' coaches), various activities (fire show, magic show, silent night...), beautiful beach and services (although the private beach was a bit small).
I liked the property and the staff. Jose on rooftop bar was the best. I also liked the Prime steak house and Himi Asian restaurant. Overall great experience and 1st time in Cancun.
Very nice property
Everything is pretty good, only the beach is not what I expected.
pool and building
Decent resort, had some issues with extremely loud neighbour however not the resorts fault. Had the preferred club package which gave us better food and beverage options. Without the upgrade the food options were meh and inconsistent.
Terrible service from the staff. Was promised early check in as we arrived at 9AM for them to say it’s not available. Food was terrible and room service was horrendous.
Highly recommend this resort! The service was phenomenal and staff were very friendly. Oscar, Alexi, Victor and Alvin are fantastic and made our experience ten times better!
Beautiful resort. Amazing staff. Great food. It has a really good vibe. The beach was small and quaint, but not a dream Caribbean beach. The pool and resort more than make up for it. The resort is well laid out, it was easy and enjoyable to walk around the resort. The staff were all friendly and always willing help. They genuinely make you feel welcome. We’d go back.
Lived the dining and staff was exceptional
Did not like the beach - too small
Disorganized
Had a wonderful time, Alvin our beach concierge was great and very helpful each day! Pastor kept our room clean and stocked,
First the good. Clean, nice shower, beautiful pool however freezing cold. Nice views. Great staff, most of them minus the ones that try to sell you timeshares! Now the bad… we upgraded to preferred and not worth it! The rooftop pool was great however so packed no where to sit! Unreal!! The prime vista restaurant has the worst food ever! The fact that I am preferred and have to log onto my phone to make a reservation is insane! Took me 5 days before I was able to get reservations!! The other restaurants no reservations you wait!! Worst system ever! The beach is so small and worst resort beach in Cancun! Plus you have to walk down a flight of stairs to get to the horrible beach. Rocks! Stay on the Hotel zone!! Food…The food is horrible! The buffet is small. I’ve stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this is by far the worst.
The food was the worst part, and staff come in your room if you don’t come to the door fast enough. The overall experience was good, but the staff came into my room over 10 times. I think they should give you time to open the door. And the walls are NOT soundproof I heard screaming and breaking glass all night I couldn’t sleep at all. The AC also don’t work
It’s very good
We had an amazing family vacation! The grounds, food and activities were amazing. Most importantly, the staff was incredible which made our stay truly a 5 star experience!
The food in the buffet was not very tasty and there was a limited number of options to choose from. Other than that, everything was great. The staff was very welcoming and caring.
It is a family friendly place, but if you are like my wife and I who are empty nesters, get the upgrade to the preferred club. The rooftop pool is quiet, warm and relaxing. Worth the upgrade. Drinks are good, the staff is excellent. Oh, preferred gives you breakfast and lunch at the rooftop restaurant. Also excellent. Quiet, sit down, menu, waited on.
Basically everything about our stay here was wonderful. We were truly treated like royalty the moment we arrived. It was our fist all inclusive, and being offered champagne while we checked in really set the mood for the rest of our time. The rooms are very nice. The AC works great (I did have to change the temperature from 28 to a sane temperature every day, but I never bothered asking if there was a way to keep it at one temperature at all times) The shower is ridiculous, you could easily fit 8 people in it. It's also a nice touch to have the toilet in it's own room in the washroom. The pool is beautiful. It's a long kind of narrow design, instead of just a big circle or square, which helps spread people out and keep ambient noise down. The beach is also beautiful, the sand is indeed white, and the staff are on top of the seaweed multiple times a day. The dock and hammocks are a great touch. The restaurants are great too. The dress codes help keep crowding down, so you don't need a reservation for any of them. I honestly wouldn't waste my time with any of the buffets next time though. We had a buffet the first night, and were a little disappointed, but when we had food from the actual restaurants, it was like night and day. Easy 9/10 food at Portofino and Himitzu. The other food spots are more casual, order at a bar and walk away with it, food truck esque. Still very good food. The staff was lovely. They were all very friendly, and communited well in English too.
Very good experience
The staff here was very nice and helpful, it was a very peaceful place to stay.
Very wind property
Little buffet for all the people. Thé restaurants à la card were often closed or you had to want because there was no réservation Hal did the restaurant was for the prefer guests wich was expensive and not explain on the web site. Somedays the buffet was outside with a lot of wind no option to eat inside
Restaurants were ok, food wasn’t great, but ok for an all-inclusive.
Great all inclusive stay at this property. Food cleaning, shows, drinks are all good and most of the staff are great except their preferred club reception and support. They act like you don’t exist and will not call you back even when requested. Leave this group out and I will have no hesitation recommending this hotel. One peice of advise. Do not book Honeymoon suite if you want a good view. ( 11th floor). View is blocked with bars covering your balcony
It was an amazing trip! Gorgeous weather, clean rooms, room service, endless drinks very refreshing. The entertainment team Erik, Rubi, and Max were always grabbing us to play beach volleyball, water aerobics, and generally chat with us about our vacation. The amenities were delightful, the spa was so worth it and felt like paradise, the massage was perfect. We could not have asked for a better time. We felt safe too.
Really nice resort. Rooms were perfect, food was great. Only downside was pool side entertainment, only had music 2 hours a day.
Best hotel I ever been.
I loved the rooms, the restaurants are great, the pool side waiters are amazing. Kendor was our waiter for most of the week by the pool excellent service. The check in was easy and painless. The resort is not to big so you can get around easily and we had an amazing time
The service was generally very good apart from a few staff. The drinks were great, but the food was a bit inconsistent. Some of the restaurants were good, but others, like the buffet and the one by the beach were not great. Food is not hot and often too salty to eat. The pool is lovely and the beach, while a bit small, is very nice. Very well maintained, and always chairs and umbrellas available. In the preferred section, Albin and Brian were fantastic. Very attentive and helpful. The rooms are nice. A good size and a comfy bed. They are cleaned well and properly stocked. Great views from the rooms, too. The resort is pretty quiet overall, which is nice. It is not the place to be if looking for a party. The a la carte restaurants are generally decent, though one or two are not open each night. That makes it a bit tricky to keep the food varied. We usually ate on the rooftop at the restaurant there. It was pretty good and consistent. Again, the buffet was diverse but not great. I also do not care to eat at buffets usually due to other people's handling of items. Check in was very easy. Check out too. Easy to get around the resort, as it is one long, skinny building. A good trip overall.
The service was fantastic, everyone was truly happy and welcoming each and everyday. The margaritas were perfect! However, the food was very disappointing. The options were odd everyday. Like pork chops and short ribs for bfast… if anything did look appetizing, it was very bland, not tasteful at all. Not one time did I leave any of the 3 restaurants or hotel buffet feeling full or satisfied. Lastly, the hotel membership sales was very aggressive and very pushy to buy into it. We had to go thru 5 FIVE! Different people coming to us with a “better deal” or “ I’m the only one who can offer this” it went from 199k$ to 5k… what a scam. It also completely wasted 2.5 or more hours of our day, on vacation, being haggled into essentially a scam. For those reasons our vacation could have been better.
My husband and I stayed for a week with 2 other couples. Staff were friendly and polite. Rooms were clean and updated. Food at the buffet is what you would expect. Couldn’t get bookings for our group of 6 into the Teppanyaki tables. All other restaurants were good. In my opinion the Italian one was the best!! Front desk was a bit annoying calling us every day and wanting us to come down to claim our “resort coupons“. Kept telling them we were not interested but they would not leave us alone about it and also kept sliding reminders for the coupons under our door. Beach is good, go down early if you want a covered spot under the grass huts. Lots of seating around the pool area. Super relaxing. Would stay here again.
This resort was very relaxing and not overcrowded. The staff were very attentive. Rooms were very clean and updated. Food at the buffet met expectation. Restaurants were very good. There was one restaurant teppanyaki - were unable to get into as you had to book using the app and it was booked within minutes. The “night life” was very limited but not an issue for us. I would stay here again for a relaxing vacation.
Amazing property! It was my first time at a Dreams resort, and won't be the last. The rooms were spotless, the staff was radiating positive energy, the food was amazing, and the views can't be beat. Special shoutout to Albin and Brian by the VIP beach area. They went above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable. Often times offering things we didn't even know we needed.
Location is great. All rooms facing sea and golf course, view is great.
Clean place, friendly staff Booking restaurants is hard and sometimes the event schedule is not correct. But overall good experience!
Loved the room size and beach
Staff friendly and made you feel very happy
Loved the staff. Everyone was so friendly and made the experience amazing. Also Food was amazing. Literally the best all inclusive food I ever had
This is our second time here at this property. I love how quiet this place is. The ambiance is one of my favorite things along with the smell of the resort. It’s clean, the staff is always friendly and greets you, I love the different food options, and the spa is my favorite of all. The highlight of this trip is Kandor (at the pool server). He went above and beyond with this service and kindness. He even took the time on his own to get myself and my friends futball jerseys so we didn’t have to go off resort. He kept the drinks coming, dishes cleared and always brought things for us to try. While the rest of the staff were great, he definitely made the stay exceptional all 4 days.
The hotel, staff , service and food options were incredible. Also the Explorers club is great for kids. The beach area however is pretty small and weeds wash up to the beach continuously, the cleaning staff clean it frequently.
The property is fine. In rough shape for something 4-5 years old. ALL the pools are cold, the water slides are in a shaded wind tunnel and kids aren’t allowed in the hot tub. All the kids in our party were freezing and miserable much of the time. No sense getting preferred packages since no kids allowed in most places. Very meh.
the property was very good, the beach is small but nice. pool is very long and nice but the water was quite dirty sometimes specially in hot tub, the customer service was excellent. Great dining options
We were very happy with our choice of Dreams Vista. Great food, amazing staff and excellent amenities. Our group traveled with children and we loved what the resort had to offer for the little ones. For following staff went above and beyond: Coco Cafe: Teo, Isabel, Iris, Perla Cleaning: Heidi The pizza maker at Portofino (apologies for forgetting your name! You were amazing with the kids)
Loved everything! If this is your first time in Mexico this is a great place to start!!
Beautiful property. Convenient. Great time for families
Liked everything about the Dreams Vista.
Albin who provided services on the beach was outstanding
I liked how beautiful the hotel was. The food was really good. I did not like that the property was very small and had limited walking areas. There was no ramp to the beach to take my wagon and stroller down with the kids. We had to carry everything down big stairs. The shower in the room was not kid friendly. My 14 month old daughter had no tub to bath in the the floor is slippery in the shower. I recommend you use water shoes in the shower for little ones. It was very windy most nights during our stay, and you could hear the wind moving the glass balcony door or you could hear the wind moving the entrance door. It was very loud and hard to fall asleep. I stayed on the 16th floor and every night and every morning I could hear people above us moving things around. It was very annoying. I think maybe there was restaurant above us for the preferred guests. The service at this resort was amazing. And the rooms were very clean !
Beautiful property! staff was nice.. good food and amenities. Definitely will be back :)
Everything was good and nice
Birthday trip
FANTASTIC!!! This was one of the best vacations. The staff went all out as it was my birthday. Champagne, cake. I loved the food and drinks. The ocean and pool view was amazing. I will be back! The spa was also wonderful. I fully enjoyed my 80 minute massage.
I didnt like that i did not get an upgrade. Also the childrens ameneties were not available but a limied time per day. The resort put restrictions on where i can use the resort credit, only allowing me to use very small amounts
This resort truly deserves its 5-star luxury rating! Everything from the staff and services to the food, drinks, and consistently clean environment was amazing. However, I wouldn’t recommend this resort for families with younger kids due to the setup of the kids’ pool area. While the kids’ pool has a fun water park, it’s located on the shaded side of the building and isn’t heated. During our stay, the weather was consistently around 22-23°C with rain and strong winds, which is typical for Cancun from January to early March. This made all the pools feel freezing in the morning and evening. The water in the kids’ pool was especially cold, and we didn’t see a single child using it during our entire stay. If the resort could improve by making the kids’ pool heated, it would make the stay much more enjoyable for families and give kids a fun activity to look forward to. The main pool, on the other hand, is located in a sunny area and warms up a bit by around 1 p.m., which is better for swimming. Our little one did enjoy the kids’ club, but unfortunately, there weren’t many outdoor activities, so he didn’t get much sunlight. Overall, I would highly recommend this resort for adults or families with older kids. We upgraded to the Preferred Club and loved the added luxury, especially the upgraded drink options. While we absolutely enjoyed our stay and would return, we wouldn’t bring our 6-year-old back unless there are changes to make more accommodate for kids.
Overall, it was a great stay! The entertainment, restaurant, and bar staff were all excellent. They have a theme where they call everyone family, and you can tell they want to make everyone feel welcome. Shoutout to Albin (beach) and Jorge (poolside drinks)! Noe and Ivan were also super friendly and helpful! #HotelStay #Vacation #Staff #Service #Family #Beach #Pool #Drinks
I had a wonderful time here. I loved that all the rooms have ocean view. I really enjoyed the property. It was much smaller compared to the bigger chains I've stayed before but I liked it. Because it felt more personalized. I saw the same workers throughout the week and they knew what I wanted. It was great. The food was good, staff was amazing and overall it was a great experience. Highly recommend it! The kids loved it too. We went during Christmas and they went above and beyond for us guests. We didn't know but they had Santa Claus arrive on a boat and give the guest (kids) little gifts. It was so awesome. My kids were so excited. It was a very amazing time.
I was somewhat worried about food quality and complaints about hard to reach staffs after going through many many reviews. However I totally wasted my time reading those reviews. Food qualities were awesome. Me and my 7 other family members age ranges were from toddler to 60s,no complaints about food quality. We stayed for 5 days and it was spectacular! Only odd thing was, resort had fewer restaurants onsite than other resorts in cancun. Everywhere was Super clean, staffs were always cleaning. Beach was clean, never ran out of pool towels. Small beach but large enough to enjoy, i dont understand why people complain about resort having small beach. Pool was nice. Resort has nicest view. Spa was fantastic, had deep tissue massage and relaxing massage. So many staffs everywhere, easy to ask for help. Throughout my trip my experience was great!!!!! I would definitely go back! Lunch hibachi at world cafe was my favorite! Thank you senor Miguel!!!
The hotel was nice but they advertised certain restaurants and activities that were closed or didn’t happen on a daily basis. The rooftop pool wasn’t cleaned for our entire stay I don’t thing the pool had a film on the top and trash floating(straws papers) the pool loungers were stained green from algae and the glass panels always had hand prints or greasy smudges on them day to day in the same spots. Even some of the glass panels were missing how they were secured and were replaced with two pieces of wood screwed together.
The property is nice but the service in the Restaurants is terrible. Very long waiting time to get a table even at the buffet.
Beautiful Friendly staff Very helpful
Our multigenerational family (ages 7 months to 73 years) had a wonderful stay here. The kids loved the water park, pool and beach, the adults enjoyed the preferred club adults-only pool on the roof, and we all liked the variety and quality of the food. Special thanks to Alfredo and Victor for their help!
Did not have many vegetarian options. Restaurants too crowded, reservation was not available, waiting was long. Beach is small.
Excellent service
Very nice. Met Expectations
I visited this Dreams Vista Cancun all-inclusive resort in December 2024 and, overall, found it not worth the price primarily due to the poor dining experience. Dining is a key part of an all-inclusive stay, but it was the resort’s weakest point. The food quality across most restaurants was below average. At the Italian restaurant, my pasta dish—advertised with beef ragu, tomato sauce, and parmesan—arrived with just tomato sauce. Staff apologized but didn’t offer to remake the dish. Similarly, after waiting over 45 minutes for tiramisu, we were told it wasn’t available. This should have been communicated earlier. Buffet options for breakfast and lunch were limited and unremarkable. Only the “Preferred Club” restaurant delivered quality food and excellent service, making our upgrade worthwhile. Entertainment was limited, with nightly live shows and bands that fell short compared to other all-inclusive resorts in Cancun. On the positive side, the beach and pool were highlights. Staff kept the beach clean from seaweed daily, and the setting was beautiful. The rooms were clean and modern with partial ocean views, though one room had a sewer smell in the bathroom. While the beach and pool were enjoyable, the poor food quality, service issues, and limited entertainment make this resort hard to recommend.
We had great time during out stay there. Pastor helped us to keep the room clean all the time. Adam prepared Tiramisu live which came out to be good. Can certainly go again.
Everything was perfect except the property was vary noisy (like wind pushing the door room , the cleaning was at 4 morning, from around property was a lot of noise,at 7 morning some music from outside)
We really enjoyed the staff and waiters were above our expectations. Housekeeping was very much appreciated. I didn’t however appreciate your company pushing and coercion about the hard sale on your units you offered to me. Seriously do yo think people are expected to pay that amount of dollars ? The food was hit and miss. For the price we paid we were expecting so much more from a Dreams Vista Resort and Spa. Wouldn’t you???
Just got back home. Beautiful and clean property. Food was excellent. I highly recommend the privilege room and area. Worth the extra expense. Every single person at the hotel was very nice!
Very nice hotel
Stayed in November 2024 The hotel is overall well-designed, offering a modern and stylish ambiance. The food variety was decent, a solid 3 for Mexico. However, the beach was a letdown – very narrow, with limited shade and not enough lounge chairs to accommodate guests comfortably. One major issue was that the hotel is non-smoking, a policy only disclosed upon check-in, which could be inconvenient for some travelers. We booked a privileged ocean view room and were later sent an email offering an upgrade to a "better room" for an additional charge. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a disappointing decision. While the room was larger, it faced the city and a swamp, accompanied by mechanical noise from below. The ocean view was barely visible, reduced to a small strip on the horizon. Since our stay was only for three nights, we decided against wasting time arguing about it. On the positive side, the Privileged Club amenities made a difference. Access to the infinity pool and rooftop bar was enjoyable and somewhat compensated for other shortcomings. Overall, I wouldn’t return to this hotel due to the numerous restrictions and limitations. The deceptive room upgrade offer was the final straw in forming my decision.
N/a
Property cleanness and room service was good. They come to clean rooms 3-4 times a day
Enjoyed everything about this property but will not return because of food quality and limited restaurants open.
Spa experience was amazing.
This place was amazing, amenities the staff everything was fantastic. We truly enjoy our stay
Staff at the resort is very friendly.
Loved the location and most of what was offered at the resort. Staff was very friendly. I did not like not having continental buffet during dinner. We were limited to a specific cuisine during thanksgiving night. The wait on other restaurants was too long. They need to start reservation options so that one can plan ahead since there is no buffet. The pools were not temperature controlled which became very difficult, especially the kids side which did not get much sunlight throughout the day.
The property is very nice. Located about 30 minutes drive from the airport. Clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. One of the biggest recommendations I have is to improve food taste. The food is okay. The steak restaurant on the 16th floor was awful - easily the worst tasteless food I have had. Otherwise everything else was good.
Will not come back or stay in any Dreams hotels moving forward. The restrictions are ridiculous. Non smoking policy must be highlighted when people buy the vacation, not exiled when they come to the only place they can have a smoke - the parking corner with a shaky bench. Bathroom by the pool smelled like it has not been cleaned for weeks, sleeveless top for men are not allowed at the buffet at breakfast. We come with no luggage, so don’t pack much. Who is bothered by men’s shoulders?? For over 20 years we come to Cancun a couple times a year and never we were told we can’t swim at night. We were advised not to, but it is our decision - we are 40 year old adults (surprise!). The rooms, infinity pool and the view are very nice, unfortunately they don’t make up for the restrictions that hotel imposes. You don’t want smokers - fine. Tell us before we book because we don’t want to bring money to your hotel either.
This property has too many restrictions for guests. My husband is a smoker, we felt absolutely unwelcome in this hotel because it has strict non-smoking policy so you have to exit hotel grounds for a smoke. If we knew we would not go there. Policy about no entry to breakfast with sleeveless shirt is another stupid rule. People come there for sunny vacation, how are men’s shoulders bothering anyone at breakfast at the buffet?? We also like to take a dip in the ocean at night. This is a Tradition and a big part of why we go. We were not allowed to do that here. And staff were actually “policing” the beach for people not to go for a swim. We are coming to mexico a couple times a year and never had such disappointing experience where hotel chain thinks that we are children that came to a daycare center. Reminder to the hotel: people come there to relax and have a good time, if it does not bother other guests (and we did not), maybe it would be a good idea to let them have a vacation that they would actually like? I am thinking of changing my upcoming vacation in Dreams resorts (different resort) due to this experience. I would like my review escalated to the management as I have a few other aspects to discuss including an “upgrade” to our friends room where they got an “upgraded” room for extra money that was no linger ocean-view, was facing the mangrove, was above some tanks and smelled horrible. Scam in it’s fullest.
Great family resort. The staff is really great, very hard working and polite and friendly. They made our experience great. Some recommendations would be to have more than one restaurant open per night (we get the the prima Vista is open but it's an hour long wait time). More staff can be hired as service at some night time restaurants can be slow. Please allow kids to come in the hot pool, they absolutely love it because it's warmer than the big pool which tends to be quite cold for kids. Overall great stay, great restaurants, taco place, rooms, pool, and amenities. The place grew on us and we enjoyed our 7 days here.
Food and service were horrible! They were continually out of items on their menu and food was cold! I will not stay here again!
The property was lovely as was the staff. The food and dinning exceeded our expectations. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 5 night stay. We will be back again.
Very backwards thinking on dining facilities. Needs to have a text service as the waits for some restaurants were 45 minutes plus. Very understaffed for food options. Breakfast buffet is a disaster with wait times and slow table seating. Almost ZERO night life options once the one amateur show is finished. Would probably never go back
The resort was a lot of fun and everyone was very friendly
Everything was excellent!
Did not get any benefits for VIP access and gold member status. Gold status did not help either. Dissappointed.
Great
Na
My wife and I loved Dream’s Vista Cancun!
The rooms need a real deep cleaning it wasn’t bad but I could tell they didn’t really clean
I stayed with my wife and two young girls. The property was clean, the people were very friendly, food was good, and the entertainment was great. The only negative I would say is the beach, which is small compared to other resorts.
Nice and quite.
Food option is limited. They do not offer Al a cart lunch and no buffet at night. Food service is slow in all the restaurants and especially in the buffet restaurant. Room service food was cold at night. Coffee maker got broken but it was never replaced despite our request. Food quality was OK, Blue water cafe provided excellent meals day and night. Himitsu was the least restaurant that I recommend. Overall, it was OK facility but I will never go back for the price I paid.
