Easy access to Las Vegas destinations

Nice ,Clean, friendly .

It was easy to get to and was close to the airport. Very clean. The customer service was excellent. Easy to get to the airport from there.

Long long wait.

I am disabled. Ican't stand for long periods of time. I called for the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They time is they'd be there at 3pm. I had called at 245. We waited. And waited some more. I called them back twice and was told they were on their way, just picking up other travelers. My legs were giving out and a police officer was telling us we couldn't wait where we were told to wait. Nearly an hour after we called for the shuttle we ended up taking an Uber back.

Had to change rooms the lights did not work in bathroom other then that is was nice

There was no cleaning & linen done throughout the 3 day stay.

It was clean, friendly and great but one of the desk people was oddly strict with the cookies

Pretty good

Hotel is very nice. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Only reason I didn’t give them five stars was that the airport shuttle did not show up as promised and after waiting nearly an hour late at night, we ended up taking a cab.

Would stay again

We stayed for just a night but the room was clean and spacious. The lobby and staff was welcoming. Made it easy to set up transport to the airport. Only downfall was only one elevator was working so it took a while in the evening to get on.

The beds here were really comfortable. The duvets were soft. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Broken elevator, heater in room falling apart, expensive, and no cookies that they profusely advertise.

Too close to freeway, pretty noisy

Convenient to airport. They have a shuttle to airport and to rental car areas. Have rooms that are hypoallergenic for those with allergies.

The staff of the hotel was exceptional. The property was undergoing renovation and we were one of the first to stay there. The rooms were great and the location was super convenient to the rental car return and the airport. Definitely will stay there again.

Beware of cancelations

It was canceled 2:49 minutes before I showed up. Despite the reservation being made over 60 days prior.

Gave away my hotel room

The rooms were good and so was breakfast spread. Front desk was very supportive.

The property caught on fire during my stay at 2am. We had to wait for hours to get our belongings after evacuating and no accommodations were made for other hotels. Zero chance I would ever stay at this property again.

First paying for parking at a hotel is ridiculous. The price of the room for a double queen at $230 should come with parking. Only one elevator worked and my confidence in it was quiet low due to the amount of screeching it did. This also resulted in long waits for the elevator as everytime it stopped at your floor it was full and you couldn't get on. I'm glad I'd spent the last 5 days camping in the desert and didn't mind the cold shower since there was zero hot water anyways. Then the website said there was a continental breakfast but failed to mention you'd be charged for that as well. The nickle and diming you with the parking and breakfast combined with the elevator issues and no hot water made me feel like they really couldn't care less about the comfort of thier guest. The front staff and cleaning staff were super nice and helpful but upper management should definitely consider taking better care of the people that stay there.

The staff are very efficient, helpful and welcoming! Serena and Lynette do a great job at the front desk. The airport shuttle service is a great amenity. The bathroom is very clean and well-stocked.

Great place for business trips

We stayed here for one night before our trip-on-the-strip started because it was expensive for the weekend, it is close to the airport, and we were getting in late. To start off, check in was easy, the hotel lobby was clean, and they had it decorated cute for Christmas. The workers chill. However, I could not shower in the hotel, it was absolutely disgusting in the bathroom. The shower head was covered in gunk and the drain looked like something was going to crawl up and kill me. I was afraid to touch anything, and the toilet was dodgy. The sheets were clean, the tabletops were not. Overall my expectations weren’t going to be great anyway, but for this one being the ‘better’ option of the hotels near the airport, I was shocked that it was able to lower my already low expectations of basic-level hotels. 👍

Service not good, heater so noisy, couldn’t sleep.

Frindly staff. Close to airport. Shuttle was quick to pickup, shuttle ride is less than 10 minutes to airport.

There is a weird smell of old building in the hotel and also the bathrooms had a used towel and the water was not draining fast enough. The beds were so old that they went deep in on both sides of the bed while the center is elevated. Add to this the hotel charges $10 for parking on the property when the rates are already ridiculous for this kind of a hotel. Very disappointed with the hotel, the price and the overall experience of staying in here.

It was clean and well taken care of.

Need to invest in updating most Doubletree properties. They feel and smell old.

The heater wasn’t working…and there were not extra blankets….loooong night :(

Charging For Wifi and Parking

I forgot this was a Hilton style hotel and they charge for parking (even though it’s out at the Aeroport, and wifi (or using you info, in exchange, still wrong).

We arrived late in the evening and had to wait 30 min because the person that manages the front desk was also the shuttle to airport driver - even though he tried to amend with good service makes no sense to be that under staff … the room was dated but clean - don’t think we will stay there again

Great Service

Airport pick up was quick and friendly. Check in was efficient. Stay was quick but just what we needed

The staff were awesome the made us feel comfortable. Our shuttle driver Sven, was so friendly and courteous. He picked us up from the airport when we arrived and greeted us with warm cookies. He also made sure that i made it to the airport on time to catch my flight back home! We'll definitely be staying there again soon.

Nice and clean.

We waited over an hour at the airport to be picked up. When my husband called to see what the hold up was the desk clerk was rude and not helpful. We had been traveling for over 15 hours and were tired and I was sick. We finally got to the hotel a little after midnight. They charged us 394.00!! I said for one night! When I booked the hotel they had sent me the cost in sterling or pounds so I had no idea it was going to be so expensive. No breakfast included- a Huge sign at the door 10.00 to park your car! 3 weeks ago we stayed at La Quinta not far from your establishment. Very clean-up to date-free breakfast- free parking and half the price. We will go back there- your warm cookie on arrival does not make up for everything you are lacking.

I book 2 rooms one for my family and the other one for my friend, I pay for both rooms at the time that I booked them, mind you, only one of my rooms was ready the other one took almost 2 hours for my friend and her kids to get her room and her with a 3 months old baby and on top of it, they told us that VIP customers had preferences Vs us , even though I had pay for the rooms 8 days prior to our arrival

Room smelled

Liked: Room and pool. Disliked: The hot water ran out in the evening and was not restored until the next morning. More importantly, dinner at the restaurant was absolutely vile. My wife ordered grilled salmon that was delivered like a well-down steak. The potatoes were salty beyond belief and the vegetable was almost frozen. The next night she ordered the same meal at Applebee's next door which was infinitely better and Applebee's is no one's idea of haute cuisine.

Air conditioning was very noisy. Thermostat in wall did not control the air conditioning. Water in shower temperature fluctuated from Normal to no pressure to scalding hot.

No hot water

There was no hot water in our room. We were told that they had been experiencing issues all week and that they didn’t know what the issue was. When we requested a credit or discount because of the inconvenience, they let me know that I needed to handle that through Hotels.com. hotels.com was unable to acquire any sort of credit from the hotel and I’m disappointed in both the hotel and hotels.com because of it.

Our room was not very clean. We found someone else’s medication in the room and a used medication patch. The hot water also didn’t work. Location was very convenient for the airport.

It was a nice stay. We used the pool. Great staff and great shuttle service.

Disgusted

We arrived at the hotel earlier than planned. We were told we would need to wait for three hours to check in. Other guests arrived and checked in! When we checked in we were offered a choice of three floors, yet we’re told earlier no rooms were available for us and if we did check in early we would need to pay an “early check-in fee”. Our room lacked a closet door and furniture was in bad shape. One elevator had tape over the “1” button on one side of the elevator.

The staff here is amazing- especially Evan. I appreciated all the service and flexibility, as well as service with a smile!

I really liked the location, close to the airport, and close enough to the strip, and many good places to eat! Also, even though it was close to the airport, the room was pretty quiet surprisingly. The only thing was that one elevator out two was not working, and the other one was really really slow. Other than that, I really liked overall staying.

Good, clean and convenient

I'm very disappointed in this stay. First off, as a guest, you get charged $10 a day for parking. They do not share that info when your booking, so it does feel shady. I paid for 2 days, to get a tag to keep on my car to prevent "towing". There was not one other car in the parkinglot that had that tag. So I do feel cheated with that. Second. The first night there, and when using the water in the shower and sink, the water stopped up and would not drain. I called front desk and asked for assistance, where I was informed that someone would be sent right away for help. About 10 minutes later, I heard a knock at the door, I rushed to open expecting maintenance or someone to be there to take a look at my bathroom. Imagine my shock and frustration when I open the door, and see a plunger at my feet.....I guess guests are expected to take care of problems. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again after that service. So disappointing. Treat your guests better than that. Their paying to stay there.

Convenient Airport property with shuttle. Applebee’s restaurant is right next door. You can also stay and leave your car parked for a fee.

The airport shuttle was timely and the driver was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and roomy.

One of the rooms assigned to my family was dirty, hair all over floor, toilet seat broken and crumbs behind TV. I left immediately. With my daughter being high risk for covid I did not want to jeopardize her health. I request that we be reimbursed for at least partial payment.

Front desk was very helpful

The hotel is nice. But we did the park and fly and when we got back our truck was either towed or stolen. So that was very disappointing.

Want to charge you $50 to check in prior to 3 pm sharp. They would rather have a lobby full.of.people waiting around than just to let.you check in even though the rooms are ready. Will never be back.

Average room for the price.

Used my free night for this hotel. Had late check in and there was no one at the front desk at night. The safe needed a new battery which was replaced quickly. Needed an extra night but had to check out and recheck in all electronically because there was no one at the service desk. Did use the fitness room and it was adequate.

Lady at the CheckIn was so rude; she was just not ready to listen; I am pretty disappointed with your services.

Staff was friendly and did a great job when system went down to check in. Bathtub had a rust stain that looked like blood. Shower and sink didn't drain properly so it puddled. Pool was clean except for leaves from nearby trees. Bed was comfortable (king)

Great staff, really close to the airport and restaurants around!

We used the hotel for 1 night. Hotel was clean, the airport shuttle service was good, driver was friendly and on time. The only issue is that the hotel has only one elevator working amd the stairs to 2nd floor were closed. So we need.to wait for the elevator eveytime.

My travel experience was fast the hotel was Great, great to rest. Relaxation Relaxation was the key t for a long day.

One elevator was broken, the other sounded like it was going to break at any time. Room was disgusting. Found hair in the bed and the bathroom was dirty. Used to stay here when I worked nearby and will likely never stay there again.

Good hotel for overnight stay prior to flying early. Checkin was easy and shuttle to the airport was so convenient. Rooms are comfortable but dated. They’re currently remodelling so should be better in the near future.

Short overnight stay. Room was nice. King bed super comfortable. A/C was very noisy.

Don’t book this hotel for the airport shuttle. We called once we had our bags and we’re told the shuttle would arrive in 12 minutes. After waiting over 20, we were called and told the shuttle broke down so we were on our own. They offered no compensation for the loss of a service they advertise, the staff acted like it was a joke that we asked to be reimbursed for the taxi fare we had to spend to get to the hotel.

I stay at thise property because they just to have , transportation to the STRIP. over a year ago they stop, no more reassons to stay here.

Extremely disappointed as a good member

Went to the bar ordered two drinks then go to my room. I go to check out and my charges were 180.00. Bartender tried to charge me way more than what I ordered. Ridiculous.

Toilet in roomb wasn't working, we were down to a single elevator. They charge guests for parking!!

Nice hotel. Perfect to stay in when you have a very early departure from Las Vegas - Harry Reid the next morning.

Facility needs help

The pillows were cheap. They held no firmness at all. There is no jacuzzi. The phone in the room didn't work and one of the front desk barely spoke enough English to assist guest checking into the hotel or assisting my daughter. Only one elevator was working

You get what you pay for.... it was our last night before our flight out. One of the elevators was broken, and the other one sounded rough. Our AC made weird sounds and was not cooling very well. (We did not mention this as we had to leave at 3:30 am and we needed a few hours of sleep.)

I liked the convenience of transportation to Airport, distance from strip, rates and friendly staff. The only thing we didn not like was 1 of our room pillows smelled and appeared to not have been washed recently.
