Staff are really friendly and helpful,
Property is good and convenient but the upkeep is just getting worst. Needs to be modernized Dosen't live up to the name brand standards
Room was clean, large, exactly as pictured & featured the listed/expected amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. It's a no frills property but perfectly acceptable, reasonably priced and walkable to area offerings. I would certainly book again without hesitation.
Staffs were very good. Room was so so, no outlet near the beds (i found only one near the small table) and the beds were hard. Shower had those half glass walls so the floor always got wet. Sometimes hot water was lukewarm. But the area is nice and close to many dining establishments.
Drapes and bedsheets had stains. Limied complimemtray toiletries. Parking was limited and tight.
Friendly staff
It's a decent hotel for the price. The beds are comfortable. The rooms have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Sufficient for short stsy
Was not the worst stay, but also was not the best. Shower seemed dirty, room itself was okay. Staff barely spoke a word when checking in. Stay here if you just need somewhere to lay your head.
Good overall
The location is good. Close to the airport. Less than 10 minutes walk to Donki is nice for who doesn’t rent a car. I even walked to the Outlet (25 walk). There’s sketchers outlet nearby the hotel also. Unfortunately it was noisy throughout the night from the road by the hotel. Also there’re tiny bugs on water area. Didn’t like that part most.
What i like is the place is quiet & i feel safe and the staff have great customer service..
Staff are friendly and helpful!
The bed was the main reason for low rating. It truly was hard as a rock. Not the night's sleep you want before flying for 17 hours.
Look around for something more comfortable
Poor shape , loud , uncomfortable bed
-Bad location, no restaurant or shops nearby. Only a pizza place that closed early -Cockroach in the shower, black mold above the air vent, dead fly on the ground, smell of mildew -Hallway outside room was being used to store dirty towels (I assume) as it reaked of mildew, and inexplicably, garbage -Ice machine broken -Wifi so bad that I couldn't even play YouTube on my phone without interruption -In the middle of check-in, the host answered a phone call and prioritized that rather than finishing my transaction
Improvements!
I have stayed at Days Inn many times over the years, and my biggest attraction to the hotel is its very close and quite accessible parking and access to the lobby and to the rooms. At my prior to the last day, I had some problems and I thought I'd never return. On my most recent stay, I noticed that there is a new owner and I was able to get a car rental almost immediately, come changes for the better have been made, and I'm definitely returning to see what improvements there will be. Thank you!
Floor tiles popping off, TV does not work, night lights did not work, shower spilling outside to shower area, car was blocked by another car in the parking lot
Do not provide washcloths and handtowels.
At check-in, the front desk girl was great. When I got to my room, the AC didn’t work so she gave me another room. In that room, The TV didn’t work, but thankfully she called a maintenance guy who educated us on how to make that happen. The bed was comfortable but very, very old and worn down in the middle. When I went to take a shower there was no wash rags or hand towels. I went to the front desk to ask for some, they said they do not provide them, only bath towels. I Find it unacceptable that a hotel chain like the Days Inn, with chains globally, cannot afford to have washrags and hand towels in their hotel rooms for their guests, at a $100 a night. Additionally, when booking the room, this was not conveyed so I did not know to bring my own. How are your overnight guests/customers supposed to bathe in your hotels while traveling overseas without washcloths and hand towels? It is very hot in Guam. I am from North America. I was grossly sweaty my whole stay. I was not there on vacation. I was there for work. One night only. PLEASE PROVIDE WASHCLOTHES AND HANDTOWELS FOR YOUR GUESTS. Then, in the morning when I went to check out, I asked the front desk to call me a cab to The airport. She said we have a shuttle van that will take you for $25. I said OK. I didn’t realize the airport was 1 mile away. So I paid $25 to go 1 mile. the staff are super friendly and none of this is their fault. This is the responsibility of the owners, management and Days Inn chain.
Excellent experience from start to finish! I will definitely be using Expedia for my future and present travel plans!
Uncomfortable
Good location but A/C system is very bad!! Personal is friendly, rooms very hot!!
Limited (narrow) Parking spaces
The shower area needs to be clean too much mildew
Place is quiet staffs are nice and friendly .. only the bed in the room is really hard and not comfortable to lay on . Not hot water but place is safe and quiet. I enjoy it !
Poor hotel
First day as soon as we arrive, the elevator is not working. We have to use the stairs with our heavy luggage, luckily only up to second floor. The restroom, no floor towels, no hand towels, we have to request. No telephone lines to call the front desk. No remote control for the TV, we have to request and have to go down to request. So bad.
Staffs were very friendly. Place was very clean. The property is located in very close proximity with everything, especially the airport.
Ants were scattered everywhere, broken toilet after one use, mold in shower, broken appliances and they gave me no bedding besides an extra sheet. The only upside is the air conditioner. Otherwise I had a terrible experience at this place. Don't bring your kids or family here. So gross.
Friendly and responsive staff. Good internet. The overall condition of the hotel and rooms could use some work.
The bed was the hardest bed I've ever slept on, akin to a carpeted floor. The wifi was terrible, don't even try to stream or download anything. Shower water pressure was so low, I was surprised the water made it out of the showerhead. Ants in the sink. No shower door. Staff told me I would have to change rooms for the second night of my stay, though considering all of the above, I cancelled my second night. The view of the sunset wasn't bad, but that wasn't the hotel's doing.
The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and you're near lots of restaurants and places to go.
The staff at this property are excellent. Check in and check out was smooth and friendly. The property itself is a bit tired, though, and could really use a facelift. In general, this hotel is pretty consistent overall and a decent place for a short transit stay. But it's not really close to any attractions, including restaurants, so definitely you'd need a car to get around.
Friendly, helpful staff
The Days Inn is located near the airport (that's a plus) but there is NO airport shuttle so your options are to walk or take a taxi (we did both). The taxi services here seem to be all in cash and our ride from the airport was $20 (including a fee for luggage). Going back the next day was a different taxi service and he was just a flat $20 (no meter, just a quote). Some pluses of the hotel is that there is a convenience-type store right across the street but other than that the food options were limited to a Papa John's, McDonald's and Denny's within walking distance. There is a microwave in the room and a small coffee maker with instant coffee. The internet was reliable and fast. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Check out time is noon and because we were flying standby we left for the airport at 5am. We ended up missing our flight and they held our room for us so we were able to return and go back to our room until noon. Some negatives are that the heat seemed to overpower the air conditioner so even on full at the lowest setting we never got cold. To compensate for they only had an extra sheet on the bed instead of a blanket (which did work fine). Overall the room was fine for our overnight stay.
We got there the room smelled like mold. Air conditioning was not working properly. Bathroom still had poop stain on it. Shower looked like it had never been cleaned. Floor was dirty. Cups for coffee had stain on it. We would’ve moved hotels but we were only there for 5 hours plus we had a bunch of luggage and two kiddos in tow. We sucked it up we didn’t even use the bathroom until we got to the airport. And they do not have airport shuttle available even for a surcharge which was falsely advertised! If I can rate this place a 0-10 it will be a big 0.
My physical body stayed 1 night but somehow I ended up paying for 4 nights. I am still trying to understand.
Good enough for quick stop over. Would be very competitive if rooms are updated. Really a simple upgrade would go a long way. Beds need upgrade...just outdated so it feels dirty but so much potential to be the "Go to" hotel.
There was a hole in the wall, sliders, no blanket, no hot shower, no hand towel, bugs everywhere, Wi-Fi was not consistent
Descent location
Never will stay there again. All the amenities and services were not available. Employees very rude not helpful. You need to update your information and have Days Inn evaluate this facility. I’ve stayed at the Days Inn on the mainland USA and it was never like this. Very disappointing for my last foreign stay on this trip.
Nice and Quiet. Limited Dining and transportation.
The hotel needs to be renovated. There are too many bandaid fixes which looks bad. Elevator was out of service and I had to carry all my luggage to the 3rd floor. Tv did not work. Room was mercilessly hot at check in.
One night stay to lay my head for a few hours before the flight. The front desk was unattended with a sign that says "return shortly". I don't know if that meant 2 minutes or 20 minutes. I probably waited about 15 min. It was hot in the lobby and literally anybody coudl've walked in and went behind the counter (unlocked) and stold anything. I called the phone and it rang behind the desk. You would think they would forward it.
Beds and shuttle disappointed.
Beds were squeaky. Airport shuttle service was not provided. Otherwise it was ok.
The area is accessible and conveniently close to all major tourist areas. The property is clean and staff are friendly.
I like the parking garage and the distance from it to the lobby. I like the fare price to stay. I didn't like that the room wasn't ready by the time we checked in.
Floors were slippery so be careful. Otherwise, for the price, good place to lay your head.
Has Everything You need
They waved an early show fee for me. The rooms are extra clean, with germ ventilation machines too. Quiet, friendly staff. Walking distance to the beach and airport.
It very close to the airport. Nice big rooms very clean
Elevator was down. Had to carry luggage up 3 floors.
Staff was AWESOME.. but the room was nasty. no door on the shower, mold in the shower. no fitted sheet so as you move the sheet goes with you. No blanket. just two sheets.
I was having a terrible day when I checked in and was very frazzled by last minute changes to my flight itinerary, necessitating my unexpected stay at the hotel. The woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind when I was una fragile emotional state and she went above and beyond to really improve my mood in this situation.
This hotel is really nice i stay in this hotel for a week couple days or 2 weeks i forgot my first day front test girl shes very sweet and helpful i didnt get a chance to ask or see her name i check in around 2 so around 4 to 5 pm there is a guy take over her look asian i always rate by customer service how u treat ur customers.. When i check in my room its look like its not really set up that its ready for next customer this no bath mat, wash cloths, hand towels, and missing one bath towel so i have to call front desk and wait for 2 hrs.. I also call for the toilet its not flush...then they told me to change rooms.. So i change room same thing in the second room those towel missing and one used towel still in the bathroom couple mins they bring the towels..i used to work in hotel before too..so i feel like those ladys front desk they are really nice..they greeting their customer, smile, helpful..im very disappointed with the housekeepers..i know some hotels are diffrents how things work...so i have to call if i need room service..for my understanding i think even though the other rooms are not check out i think u guys still needs to go to each of those rooms that are not checking out if the DD sign(do not disturb) is not on the door i think u should go and knock on the door if theyre there in there room ask if they need anything..if they dont get in and get trash, look what needs to be stock in the restroom and stock it, make beds remember customer service is important
NYE retreat
It was okay…place seems a bit run down and parking was very limited. Found tiny little bugs crawling throughout the room. Check in and checkout was an easy process
For a 10 hour stay between planes ok
Relatively clean. Old property, bathroom was in need of attention, caulking, mildew. Sheets were not fitted, came loose as soon as i got in bed. Pillows awful, bring your own. Front desk at check-in was very friendly and helpful. Arranged early morning cab to airport for me. When got to my room tried to call front desk twice. No one ever answered.
Stay was decent and good when I booked I called to just double check if my online went through and it was accurate.
It was a fine place to stay for the night while waiting for my next flight.
Accomidated me and my service dog.
The bed was extremely comfortable & the staff arranged my taxi to the airport at 2:30 AM which was very helpful
Highly recommend this property to other travelers
Nice and clean
Love the human relations skills we received from front desk and management. They literally hold their hotel with honest integrity in ensuring items left behind is returned and that your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you Days Inn
Days Inn Guam
Everything was great, no issues at all
SHUT THE PLACE DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hotel is real DATED there are large cracks in the room entrée door. There are ants all over the floors, the bath room was dirty and the showers was very dirty. I will not be returning to this hotel and I will not recommend this DUMP to any of my traveling co workers. This place was a total DISAPOINTMENT if it wasn't for other personals with me I would of left the minute when I enter that DUMP room.....This place need to be inspected and maybe shut down for renovation. TOTALLLY A DUMP PLACE.
My stay at this hotel was excellent. I spent almost 4 months with the need to extend on several occasions. The management was flexible allowing me to remain in the same room for the duration of my stay. Also, the COVID rules was enforced ensuring guests safety.
The first room assigned to me was not clean. The floor was dirty, the table was dirty so I stopped looking for other areas and went immediately to the front desk to ask for another room which i did received. The other room was better but the light in the restroom keeps shutting off and had to play with the switch but to no avail! There was also trash on the balcony.
Staff is very friendly and courteous. Rooms are nice and clean and location is great.
Been staying here for some time now, friendly staff attend my needs when asking questions and all. Nice hotel have papa johns close by
I really like the convenience of their location as it is central to most shopping and dining in Guam. The staff is very helpful and friendly.
The beds seem new and very comfortable, the room was very clean and the comforter is comparable to a much higher rate hotel. The coffee pot was broken and we had to use micro-wave to heat the water - other than that inconvenience, we really enjoyed our stay and will return for future trips to Guam.
I enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and comfortable and clean, and the parking was great.
Ilike the location and the rooms. Most especially the bed was very comfortable. The lack of parking.
Satisfactory, Odd Shuttle hours
Very close to the airport. Not near the tourist district. Price is reasonable and staff super friendly and helpful. Circle K Gas nearby. Subway and Papa Johns across the street, but no other restaurants close although we were told KFC delivers. We spent 2 nights there - one week apart. First room was old and needed updating. The second room was updated and much nicer. Rooms are larger than normal size. It can be loud as the hotel is designed around an open garage. There is a shuttle to the airport but is NOT free. Only the shuttle to the shopping malls is free. Shuttle runs on the hour but ONLY the following hours - 10a.m. and 11a.m. 1p.m. 2p.m. 4p.m. 5p.m. and 7p.m. with last shuttle of the day at 8p.m. The cost is $12/person or a flat rate of $20/ for 2 or more. Comfortable enough for a quick overnight stay.
Accessibility But no restaurant on site. With shuttle transit to airport at specified hours.
I’ve stayed here a few times. My biggest issue happened during this stay where my room had mildew everywhere, especially the lamp shades. They said I couldn’t get a new room and I needed a room for the weekend. They did replace the lamp shaded and the headboard of the bed. However, I now am sick and I’m hoping it’s not due to inhaling whatever was floating through the Ari.
good value for travelers not needing the extras of a resort
Great!!!
Great Location! Best Prices! Friendly staff! What more would you want? See you again next trip to Guam!!!
The parking is inside middle of the hotel and it’s convenient for both side access to the room.
Construction on going even holiday weekend........
First Guam Vacation
Location is awesome! Very close to the airport, to shopping, to the Chamorro Village, and many of Guam's tourist sites. Hotel employees are friendly and helpful. Room size was adequate for our needs. It's not the most up to date hotel, but for the price, friendly service, and location, it more than met our expectations.
I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations so there is currently no laundry, restaurant, and a few loud noises throughout the day. They offered for us to use their sister hotel's laundry but that just added an extra inconvenience during the trip. Due to the time difference, I booked less nights than needed so I asked the front desk staff for assistance with adding nights. I was told it's easier to just do everything online and she couldn't help me. I was interested in just extending our current stay if possible so I wouldn't have to move everything. Dorina said she didn't know the hotel costs and I should just look it up online and then she'll switch the keys. My understanding was that our current room was already reserved but if I book the available room she would just let us move our stuff at check out time/whenever the room was available. Mind you, this conversation took over 5 minutes of her just trying to hurry me away. There are only hotels nearby with the desired necessities for LESS but not having to have all our stuff in the car during a day of adventuring was worth the extra fees. So I check out and I'm ready to check back in and NOW Dorina says "Nope, standard check in time is 3:00pm". This is the same staff member who told me she'd just swap the keys! I ask if the room is available and she says yes... I ask if we can enter the room now. "Sure, it's an extra $50.00 fee." I'm 7 months pregnant and it just wasn't worth the
Basic hotel. Not far from the airport. Parking is free. Looks more like motel.
I like the friendly staff, availability of parking, and cleanliness of the rooms. The room is comfy for a few nights stay. However, it doesn't have much of a view.
This may be the best "budget" hotel on Guam. Large airy room, two large, comfortable double beds, clean shower that actually has water coming from the shower head, not mist; convenient elevator and you don't have to walk 3 miles to get to your room. I have tried them all and this is the best so far.
I prefer the location. Not in the middle of busy tumon
I loved the rooms. They were very clean and comfortable. The bathroom, however, were a bit run down and could be improved.
Conveniently close to airport. Ability to accommodate personal request. Quick service for malfunctioning key entry.
It is good location close to GPO and other restaurants. However the parking was full not enough parking space, we didn't have anyone to help with luggage. But overall it is great place to stay very friendly service and clean.
Nothing unique about it overall stay was okay. Not sure if I can recommend tho.
Although there was a coffee maker in the room there was no coffee or tea. No ice available. FAILED to provide requested 5 am wake up call so I could make my flight. Fortunately I had set my phone alarm.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little dated so I was having some issues such as I was having some problems with the key card reader would not read the cards so I had to go down to the reception area to have them fix the problem, and this happened quite a few times, not just once. Also, on the last two nights before we checked out, the bathroom light kept flickering and so I had to ask the front desk to please have them fix it. And then lastly the telephone in the room wouldn't was not working so I had to go downstairs every time I needed to communicate with the front desk. So thanks to the great staff and their wonderful prompt assistance that made our overall stay a "pleasing" stay at the Days Inn Guam, Tamuning.
Everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. My only complaint was that house keeping threw or probably took my friends expensive Nike slides. We told front desk about it and they said they would ask house keeping but they never got back to us about it.
It was clean, can’t complain about the room. However, the sink was a bit messed up as it was clogged. The shower head holder was broken so taking showers was awkward.
The dead cockroach on the floor as I entered the room.
Front desk service did not wake me up before my returning flight. I missed my flight back to Cebu. I had to purchased another one way flight ticket. The shuttle Airport Bus never pick me up upon my arrival. I had to walked to this Hotel at 3:00 am. Technically, the airport shuttle I reserved I never get a service. Thank you!
Bed was comfy. Alot to watch on tv. Room a/c was good.
Gave me what I wanted.
It gave me what I wanted. A good price and location near the airport. It does not have a restaurant. Short walk to Mcdonalds.
Construction work throughout the night. Too loud. Mini refrigerator didn't work and giving out bad odor.
(+) Location, wifi, friendly staff (-) Had to transfer to 2 different rooms. A/c was not in proper working condition. Very inconvenient
Good location and clean hotel Very quiet and comfort size room
Super comfortable and spacious bed. Blackout curtains. Central location, near food options & a convince store, but away from the overcrowded tourist area. Don't know if it was a "seasonal special" (or always)- but members of their corporate rewards program have (had) the option for late (1500) checkout. Very helpful & friendly staff. The location of the toilet paper holder seems oddly located- essentially behind you; had to do a sitting (on the toilet) twist. The rooms are off a central (un-air conditioned) space, so until you get to your room- it is still warm.

Advertised hotel shuttle but turns out that was a taxi we had to pay for. Dirty floors and noisy area.
