The staff was super friendly, our room was very clean and the location is excellent! I was in a large sprinter van and parking was easy!

Small resort, well maintained, friendly staff. Bed a little soft, large tub in middle of an efficiency. One sink doubled for kitchen and bathroom. Took a long time for hot water to arrive. Delightful spa.

Clean and well maintained

We booked a 3 bedroom condo because we were traveling as a family with adult children and we wanted enough room for privacy. We found Cypress Pointe to be well maintained and clean. They were very attentive to our needs, stopping by mid week to see if we needed cleaning services. They replenished dish soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags when requested and there were plenty of paper products to last the week already in the room. The living room furniture was a bit dated and uncomfortable but we didn't spend much time in the room anyway. It looked like they were in the process of updating and making improvements. I would visit there again.

The staff is the friendliest ever. We arrived really early and asked if we could leave our luggage with them. They checked and our unit was ready and let us check in. I would return.

The first room that we were offer, was TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE . The bathroom was practically in the bed area , with no privacy and toilet area was a small closet and claustrophobic. We had to last minute upgrade to a 2/2 and incur in additional funds for our stay to be acceptable.

Its a good place to stay, staff is very accomodating and helpful.

This was a great resort option, especially for the price. The room was big and very clean. The service is ok. I didn’t like that I wouldn’t listen to their time share pitch. Also, the quiet hours are printed everywhere, but not enforced. Not a huge dealbreaker. The parking is a little iffy, but I will give them credit because they did try to help! In all, I liked this place. Big clean rooms at a good price!

Our room had some areas where I think housekeeping may have forgotten to clean. Otherwise, the room and property were clean. The room was spacious and not far from the pool which was nice. I would stay here again.

This hotel was clean but rooms are dated. When we checked in, the door in the first room we got did not shut properly. The deadbolt was broken and the extra latch was barely hanging on the door frame. After waiting over a half hour, we finally got into a different room. Pool area was big and very clean. Close to Disney and Disney springs without paying the disney price tag.

Woken up by pounding on door 1130 at night to see if there was a toilet leak but then came to fix at 9 am the next day! Shower door broken and very strange room set up! Pools and grounds are nice!

Great stay!

We rented a 3BR unit which was very spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent. We used the hot tub, ppol and the cafe. All great! Location is excellent. The only thing that was negative is that the hot water was not reliable and we all took some cold showers.

We stayed in a Suite. It was perfect for the 2 of us and included everything that a regular room has in it!

Do not select the studio

I would not recommend the studio unless you like hearing strangers conversations to wake you up in the morning. After 2 interrupted nights of sleep hearing the neighbors through the adjoining door packing to leave, we paid to upgrade to the 2 bedroom to finally get sleep for our final 3 nights there. The whole point of renting a room is to get sleep, so the fact it was disturbed the first 2 nights I do not think there should have been an upgrade charge, or the charge should have been less for the inconvenience and inadequate sleep for the first half of our stay!

The resort had a nice large pool and hottub for the kids. The living area was a bit small in our 2 bedroom unit, but it worked for the two nights we stayed. Maintenace had to come twice to fix the door so it would lick and the dryer so it would open. They responded within 10 minutes each time. No complaints for what we paid. It was clean and comfortable.

Time Share Property!

This is a time share property so expect to be asked to tour for possible purchase with incentives like a Visa card.

The only issue I had was the parking I had a handicap person with me and I forgot my handicap sticker for them because we had a Rental Car and I had to drop them off and park around at another building instead of in front of the building that I rented for the night, it happened both nights that I was there. For the money I was spending each night I should at least have been able to have one parking spot in front of the building to park. other than that, I really enjoyed it, but the parking is an issue.

Great resort close to Disney parks

My family of four had a great stay at this resort! I had requested an upper floor room when making the reservation. They were able to accommodate, but the resort does not have elevators. I was fine with that as I'd rather walk a few stairs than hear people walking above at night. The room was fabulous for the price we paid. Over 1,000 square feet, separate beds for our kids and a king suite for my wife and I. We all had our own space without being on top of each other. The resort has some age to it, but has been kept up nicely. Our only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was really bad. That could have been since we were on the 3rd floor? Not sure. The resort is just minutes from Walt Disney World. We are passholders and travel to Florida 3-5 times a year. We have stayed at many resorts on site and off site. This will be our go to resort on future trips! We were pleasantly surprised!

Everything was great

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was clean and they allowed for a very late check in. Only downside was the shower water temperature was look warm.

It was great. Clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. The only negative was on the day after Thanksgiving, there was no water. We were not told of this until we contacted the front desk who said the water will be cut off for a few hours. That was the only inconvenience. Apart from that, it was an enjoyable stay

It’s a dirty little property not well run but I’m hoping w Hilton doing improvements it will get better. They never called me in the 3 days I was there until I was a bit late checking out. Not cool.

Great property

The stay was pleasant, the staff that we encountered was friendly and helpful. However, we did experience a little difficulty which we brought attention to the staff, my mom is elderly and had difficulty getting up the stairs, we were put on the 3rd floor. The next morning we were informed that they could possibly move us to the ground floor, we had packed our stuff for the move and waited for up to 2 hours for someone to come after being told that the room would be ready in 20 minutes. We were trying to prepare our Thanksgiving meal and moving now became an inconvenience as no one had yet came to assist us in moving, so we decided to stay where we were, which limited our mom from going in and out.

Property was clean and very organized. Love the place!

Check in was a breeze, the staff explained everything in a clear, concise and friendly manner. The room was clean and everything you could ever want was about 20-30 minutes away. The staff was quick to respond to any and all quieres or requests. If I have one critique, it would be to let people know which suits are adjoining to others as unfortunately we had noisy neighbors. But that’s not the hotels fault per se, and they were quick to help with the noise complaint I had! I would definitely stay again, it was a wonderful time.

We absolutely love this property and keep coming back whenever we visit Orlando. This is probably our 10th stay here. The staff is always great, the room is always clean, and whenever we need anything like extra laundry detergent or coffee they’re quick to bring items. We stayed in a 2 bedroom this trip and loved having the kitchen to do some cooking. Overall, a great stay once again.

I didn't find the washroom suitable. I didn't find the iron easily accessible.

It was a beautiful property.Did not like the manager when we checked in.My family waited 11/2 hrs.for a room.They finally gave them another room.No we will take care of it

I would have given five stars, however, I explained to them I was getting over a sprained knee, and needed a first floor room but they could not assist. The drive from Jacksonville plus the up and down of the stairs bringing my luggage really did a number. They definitely could have found a first floor. I am truly disappointed. The fact that I paid almost two times more than I normally do, along with no accommodations for my situation lets me know, this is what the quality of Hilton is…..Then on top of that I sat on the sofa and it is so worn that I had to have assistance to get up. Please get new couches.

The room was a very awkward layout, the bed is next to the door. The bathtub is in the center. The shower and toilet enclosures are very tight. The bed are extremely firm. Nothing was comfortable in that room.

The stay was good but when you give permission to use your cell number that's when it gets out of hand. They welcome you by text and then you have eight follow up on your stay and if you are in need of anything. That's when The stay gets interrupted by texts when you're just disconnecting from all that during The work week.

These are older facilities but very nicely remodeled recently. Clean and comfortable.

No elevators to transport luggage to 3rd floor. Otherwise facilities were clean. All appliances worked well. Pool was great especially for kids.

Love this place.

This hotel is wonderful. I love staying here when going to Disney as it is very close to Disney Springs ans the parks. The room was very comfortable and clean. It smelled clean when we arrived and the room was nice and cool. The living area and rooms are spacious, especially is you have a family with kids. They are able to have space to move around and play. We did not use the pool this time, but have in the past and always enjoy.

Amazing vacation- Hilton Cypress Pointe

I must say we had an amazing experience at Hilton Cypress Pointe property. The property was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The pictures on the website is not a true representation of this hotel. The pictures made the hotel look very old. The hotel is very modern and well equipped with all the amenities. The customer service was first class and took care of all our requests in a speedy manner. Bryan at the front desk was very efficient and welcoming and made us feel at home. I will definitely return to this property in the future.

Incredibly, this property didn't have elevators and there was no private shower in the room. Both defects were enough for us to cancel our stay after the first night.

The staff was very nice. The property is a little older but maintained nicely. The rooms have paper thin walls and older furnishings but all is clean. The pool is not working and the music at night is a little loud and tacky. Aside from this the stay was pleasant! And liked.

Great location! This hotel was perfect and met all of our needs. The only reason I’m unable to give 5 stars for condition/facilities is that the pool was undergoing maintenance during our stay and so we couldn’t use it. That said we were able to use the pool at the sister property across the road which was in great condition.

Great Stay—stressful check in

Check in was a bit stressful—I booked a studio king bed w/tub in August for our October trip. Santiago (front desk clerk) says that we were upgraded to the 2 bedroom one instead. Since it was only myself and my husband we had no need for it—plus it was not what we booked. He stated that it depends on availability that we can have the room that we booked. I told him I booked this room 2 months prior and we were not notified of any changes. He went to speak to his manager for about 10 mins and came back and told us that we can have the room that we booked. Also—there was a security deposit of $200 due at check in which was not mentioned either when I booked. We got it back 3-4 days later because we paid with card. In order to get our parking pass, they sent us to another desk where they had information about their time share. The lady kept wanting us to go to their presentation for the next day—which was annoying. There are no elevators as well. Overall it was a great stay.

I have stayed numerous times at the resort. Not sure but this is the first time I encountered bugs. Ants were all around the door frames leading into the bedroom by the kitchen. I feel that Hilton needs to upgrade some of the interior of the rooms because they have become outdated.

Beautiful property, perfect for a weekend away. It doesnt have all the extras that other resorts have, but the price we paid it was nice.

Everything was overall excellent. I had no issues from check in to check out. Room and property very clean.

Everything was fine just a few things that I could have had different. The mattress in the room is extremely hard. It made it really difficult to sleep with my body, and then the steps was another thing. There was no elevator so that was a concern, and then the door was like hard to open and close like you had to pull it over over, this day was nice. We enjoyed it.
