It was my first time visiting Miami and it was the perfect location to access the city whether by wallking to nearby locations or grabbing an Uber. Proximity to everything is amazing.

Great area for walking around, close to fun beach area, lots of food and shopping.

This was a great place to stay the night before our cruise. It’s close to Bayside market and the cruise port. Staff was very nice and patient even though they were very busy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room and hotel were very clean. Garage was plenty spacious. Plenty of walkable restaurants.

Hotel is close to the cruise terminal so the hotel is always packed on cruise days - there are 3 elevators and only 2 worked -so it was a long wait to get an elevator as everyone on a cruise are leaving the same time.

It seems to be in rough part of town. The very first thing I saw when we pulled up was a homeless man sleeping on the side of the building. Trash lined up along it.

Probably will not stay here again....before I booked the room was to there were amenities that were not a part of this property from the staff over the phone...would recommend staying on the beach or upgrading to a nicer hotel....also hotel staff straight up lied about having a pull out couch for my kid....had to share a double bed with 1 child there for getting limited sleep

Nice property and location. Manager said he would add Bonvoy points for me and never did it. Room was never cleaned.

Reception area is kind of small. Room is of decent size and clean. Elevator can be slow especially early in the morning.

The elevators was a pain with only one functional... small room despite paying for a king room... very small vanity in bathroom no room for getter dressed properly... very poor lighting

Very badly maintained elevator , got stuck in the elevator and customer service support was bad. Had to call 911 to rescue us.

Everything was perfect for our pre cruise stay.

The hotel is in a good condition, recently renovated. They should check the elevators, these are really slow and small for the quantity of people. In rush hours you need to wait up to 20 minutes to take, due to a full elevator. The Staff was very kind. However, I had problemas with the housekeeping services first night because the hotel didn’t schedule the clean to our room.

A weekend stay for a concert

My husband and I came for the Usher concert and needed a place close to the venue. Our hotel stay was good overall. The front desk team was very friendly and kind. Our room was clean and spacious. Loved the layout and the various light fixtures. The white noise machine in the bedroom was a great feature to have, which helped make for a restful night. The bed could have been a little softer but still comfortable. The only thing that started to become a problem was the sink started to clog up and let the water out slowly during our last night. Overall, we would come back here whenever we visit Miami again.

Accommodations were very good, but staff didn't know of any dining places within walking distance on a Sunday evening. After eating New York pizza (only option), we walked a few blocks toward the harbor and found Christmas lights along the harbor, a great food truck with some cool drinks, and a Hard Rock Cafe! (Wish we had known that.) All was very cool. It was also convenient that we could take a hotel shuttle to the cruise port for $10ea.

It was an awesome stay! The service was impeccable and accommodating. Vondra and Brandon were the best!

I was able to check in early which was very convenient for me.

The location is really convenient to lots of places to eat and the metromover stations. The room was clean and spacious. The onsite Starbucks was a plus. Staff were really friendly.

It’s very clean and quiet for it being in the city.

Limited restaurant for dinner but there are other places in walking distance. We were signed up for a shuttle to our ship but it didnt arrive on time so we took a taxi. Other than that, it was fine.

I checked in online 24 hours before and requested to have my room ready as early as possible. Well all the 20 room reservations were not available and they gave us numbers!!! They weren’t even ready at 4:00 when they are supposed to be

Perfect Choice for Cruisers

The hotel appeared clean and the suite we stayed in was great. Came into town 2 days prior to our cruise. Great location, close to stores, restaurants, and the pier. Restaurant/bar on site. Would definitely stay here again!

Brendan at front desk was great. Guys serving breakfast were excellent, very friendly and the food was good. Didn't like that we didn't get the wake up call we requested.

This place is not for a light sleeper. You can hear all the traffic, all the honking. I was on the 9th floor and it was like sleeping on the ground level. Windows should be replaced with soundproof windows. Additionally, the room was not in the cleanest condition l. The toilet was a little dirty and the ice bucket was full of trash. They were responsive but I had to bring the bucket to front desk because it rang busy for a while. Elevators were not always fully running. I definitely waited 10 Minutes for one going down (I assume one was out).

Upset the pool was not in service and they did not let us know. Also to go to the cruise ship there was a $10/person charge we thought was included.

I like that it was easy to navigate for seniors /or woman alone. CVS right on thenext block if you need something last minute. Restaurant across the street and on premises. Nice sitting area in lobby . Computers to use that erase your personal info when you log off. Informative staff very helpful pleasant and professional .

La habitacion tenia el lavamanos roto y el calentador de agua parece que tenia problemas. No salia agua completamente caliente por la ducha. Decia que tenia estacionamiento y pague $43 por una noche.

Close, but would never stay here again. Bathroom faucet broken. Ugly looking and very dated rooms.

Ready to Cruise

Stayed here night before cruise. They offer shuttle service $10 per person to the port but you have to pay in cash. Gave us water bottles for our rooms and we had a balcony but it overlooked a parking garage. Close walking to everything downtown Miami.

This place is legit horrible, front desk staff was very nice and tried to accommodate however we left the place stunk like cigarettes went to a different room and that one was just load with deodorizer. Rooms Are old and do not look anything like the pictures posted. Lots of rude bums out front begging for money, cigarettes anything. Almost got into a fight with one.

TV in room had discolored area, and room needed to be dusted better

Arrived later in the evening so we were already tired, just looking to shower, stretch out on the bed and watch tv. Supposed to have water for guests in lobby. None to be found. Paid $15 for 3 bottles. Got to our room. Hair on the hand towel by the sink and the tv didn’t work. Cars doing burnouts and racing in the streets until 1am. Called down to get reservations on the shuttle from the hotel to the cruise terminal. Told to be there at 11:00am. Names not on the list. They never made our reservation. We did manage to get on the bus but not because of the hotel. The driver was just gracious. Hotel advertised a restaurant on site. It is really just a Starbucks. They sell Starbucks coffee and other items but it’s not a Starbucks. You canst use the app or gift cards. Food is typical precooked and microwaved. Overall, the staff was very nice but I expected much more from the Marriott name.

Very good hotel, excellent location, tho the down side is, traffic, miam is gridlocked alot of the times, due to all the new roads they are building... My room picked up alot of noise, bit impossible, unless the fit sound proof windows... lovely hotel tho...

The staff were lovely with great service, but the hotel room was tired and needs a facelift.

Overall my stay was good, checked in on a Saturday and out on Monday. The staff was helpful and friendly. The hotel does hold your luggage at no charge after check out which was great. The lobby was spacious (but the check in counters area is a bit tight), lots of seating and there's a Starbucks and a scale where you can weigh your bags for free as well which is a great touch. I only had 3 issues with this stay: - The bathroom in the room was a bit small with very little counter space and desperately in need of an update. There was also hair dryer. - The deadbolt on the door was broken (security latch worked). But with such a short stay it wasn't a huge deal since the latch worked. - The elevators were very very slow and often full. At one point I considered taking the stairs.(The elevators required your room key to move, which was a good security feature) Beyond that the room was clean, comfy and spacious. I had the room with 2 double beds and this was fine for 3 people. There was a small couch in the room, very comfy and fine for a shorter person to sleep on. We found out later it actually pulled out to a twin bed. The room also had a mini fridge and microwave.
