I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Country Yard, and I can confidently say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The rooms were spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained, making us feel comfortable and at home. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay special. My child absolutely loved the room! It was spacious and well-equipped, providing a cozy environment that made our little one feel right at home. The amenities catered perfectly to families, which is a huge plus for us. Overall, our stay at Country Yard Hotel was fantastic, and we can’t wait to return. A big thank you to the team for making our visit so enjoyable! We will definitely be back soon!

Nice, comfortable hotel

It was a very comfortable stay. The only issue we had is that the check-in person told us the breakfast was until 10 am. When I went down at 9:35, the breakfast was until 9:30 so we were not able to get breakfast.

I have stayed here twice and both times Michael was working at the front desk. He was very memorable because of how cheerful and polite he is. It is always clean and such a quiet place to stay. The blackout curtains are amazing!

This hotel needs a renovation we had extreme plumbing issues and we had to be moved to a new room and the rooms just need a good cleaning. Also management took a long time to send the maintenance guy to assist us.

This hotel was so nice. Food was good. Bar and Starbucks was great! Cracker Barrell within walking distance. NO Hot tub. Hope it is fixed when we stay again. Great great place!

It was conveniently located. But I found the live roach in the shower.

They give Expedia customers whatever they want they don’t respect conditions of what was paid for I ordered a one king balcony. They gave me an assessable handicap room, and the water in the shower did not work.

Very nice staff. CJ was my favorite. Only cons was that the lobby and elevator were extremely hot with no AC. The bathroom floor was a lil dirty behind the toilet. Other than that, everything was great and they were very accommodating and nice.

Just one complaint. We stayed in a handicap accessible room so the shower didn’t have a ledge. Water spilled out into the middle of the bathroom floor and into the entryway.

My stay was quiet, comfortable Staff were kind, helpful and funny.

Michael at the front desk greeted us with kindness and was very helpful in offering a room on the 1st floor which made it very convenient for me and my children. The reception area was very clean and our room was extraordinarily clean. Overall we will be staying here when in the area for sure !!!! GREAT place to stay!! Highly recommend

Conveniently located off the interstate and in a safe, quiet area, this Courtyard by Marriott is a great place for travelers and families. The staff was extremely friendly and very professional. Definitely staying here again on my next trip to/through Jacksonville.

We had a great time. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Lots of restaurants around and it’s located not far off the interstate. The only issue was the hot water in the sink didn’t get very hot but the hot water in the shower did. The room had plenty of towels. The balcony is big but doesn’t have any where to sit. I will definitely stay here again.

The stay was awesome! The hotel was clean and modern! The staff was amazing the housekeeper turned my jacket in and I was called, texted, and emailed about leaving my jacket. No hotel has ever contacted me about leaving belongings.

We use this hotel a lot for our agents. The staff is friendly, Mike is very helpful. Location is convenient to restaurants and not far from St Johns Town Center. Will continue to use this location.

Everything was great. The only issue we had was the people in the room next us were very loud leaving at 5:30 in the morning. Not sure steel wall would of muffled the racket they made.

We first aid in room 321 as soon as you open the door it had a smell, but we were in such a rush to get to a graduation ceremony. We thought that it was chemicals from the room being cleaned prior to check in.. later during the night when we got back, we realize that the smell was still there and that it was mildew the next morning we asked the staff to change our room and they did the next room was better….

I liked that it was a 13 minute walk to planet fitness and a 10 minute walk to Walmart. The hotel was decent but I did have to get housekeeping to actually mop the floor. The part of the floor that's covered with carpet needs a shampooing. Other than that, the room was fine. The lady that runs breakfast is really sweet and helpful. The front desk staff was accommodating and housekeeping staff was excellent!!!! The only other issue we had was that we had to clean the pool out, although the front desk said that it had been cleaned that day (not so much). As stays go, for the money, pretty good.

Property is mostly in good condition, but my sink drain was clogged badly. The staff is friendly and the housekeeping is excellent.

This was one of the worst Marriott properties I’ve stayed at. Very run down and not well kept at all. When I arrived, both front desk attendants were standing outside smoking cigarettes so not only did I have to walk through their disgusting cloud of smoke but when I got inside, I had to stand at the counter and wait for them to come back inside. That was my first impression and not a good one. My room was a small dark dungeon. Dark walls, black tile, dark carpet, and despite the very cheap attempts to add some upgrades, the room was not kept up well. Uneven paint patches etc. The room was damp and smelly. We would never stay here again.

The room was ok pretty clean but the couch was dirty and stained. Room 503
