We love the view from our room. It’s clean and quite.
Awesome. Will definitely stay again
Like this hotel
It was great
Conrad is a luxurious hotel with many great restaurants and a beautiful casino. Everything is exquisite including the front desk crew. The employees here are very attentive and helpful.
It was ok location and things to do there
Good value for a last minute trip. The dining options are ok. No bath robes though
I would definitely stay again!
So many things wrong about this place. All I will say is that I don’t think it deserves its 5 star rating. Incredibly overpriced if you compare to Wynn Bellagio and Aria.
Just average. Nothing spectacular, but wasn’t looking for spectacular.
Clean and presentable hotel
It was not Smokey and the casino was not right in the main entrance of the hotel. Rooms were very clean and spacious, lots of restaurants to choose from
We love the property, check in young lady was very friendly as well as all the staff. House keeping did a very good job with our room, the hall way always smell nice…Would stay here again and again!!!
I was in Conrad expecting a more luxurious experience with better quality, especially considering it’s a newer property. upon arrival, my sheets had stains on them; i’m not sure how housekeeping could overlook that. Very disappointed
At check in Ken gave us an upgrade to a suite which was amazing. Hotel very clean and beautiful. Loved having Juniors there. Sports bar was great and had a Irish band that we enjoyed listening to. We had great views of the strip and partial view of the sphere. We had a great experience, would definitely choose this again.
Great place to stay in Vegas
We really enjoyed our stay at the Conrad. It’s a great location, especially when attending an event at the Sphere. The cigarette smoke in the casino is managed pretty well. The restaurants are good!
Not only was the property clean and beautiful and felt safe and comfortable, the one thing that ESPECIALLY stood out was how amazing the property smelled, it was so pleasant
Had a wonderful stay
Very nice property
Fantastic! Will stay again.
Fantastic! We will definitely stay again!!!
It was a beautiful property. Lovely pool area.
Always a great place to stay when in Vegas
Clean and comfortable rooms
Very nice hotel. Check-in was fast. We stayed in the one bedroom suite, which was very spacious. We dined at Carver Steak House. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable. Will definitely return.
I was told vip upgrade from Expedia. Hotel said no. They made me wait until 4pm to check in but if I paid for the better view room for 50 more dollars per night, I could check in at noon when I arrived. That was supposed to be my upgrade. Asked for a late check out on a Monday and they said no. Hotel was nice but not the Vegas service I am used to. Will visit hotel for events, but will never stay again.
Fantastic place to stay. Great service. Walking distance to most things. Clean and great facilities
I booked this hotel specifically because of the VIP benefit but was not offered anything at check-in.
No in-room coffee is a common Vegas problem but it really is unacceptable. I can stay at an la Quinta and have this basic morning necessity handled but pay 3x as much and nada. Resort fees are ridiculous. All the dining options are exorbitantly priced. It’s like they’re just making up numbers. It’s insane.
Check-in/check-out was a mess. Spent 50 minutes in line waiting to check in.
The front desk people were a little dull and rude. They seemed like they didn't want to be there and the attitude was apparent to all the guests.
Everything is good and it is not too crowded
Great resort. Pretty new and everything was clean and modern
We had to wait a long time for room
The check-in process was a nightmare. We waited for 45 minutes at 11:30 at night and that was even using their rapid online check-in. Just a terrible experience all around and soured our thoughts on what was otherwise a nice hotel.
Great! Thanks
Great place to stay.
I want to understand why you think a one hour wait to check in / check out is appropriate. As soon as the queue gets 6 people all staff members scatter. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff on the ciunter do not care. After 45mins of waiting with only two people in front of me, a staff member pops out to check if they can expedite things without actually going on the counter. When I stated I'd been waiting 45mins and how much longer, they just said umm soon and ran away. I waited a full hour. It completely ruined my stay.
Birthday trip started off amazing by being treated right as soon as we checked in with the front desk. Our experience only got better as our trip went along, with an amazing first reaction to our beautiful room and all the fun we had visiting all the amazing food options around, like always didn’t have enough time to see and try all. Resorts world is our new go to when visiting vegas.
Large rooms, friendly staff and awesome pool area.
We did get early checkin about an hour early. The late night dining options (after 2 am) are limited and make note there is no room service. There was a sewage/plumbing issue in our room. The room was average, customer service is an automated system.
We were supposed to have $25 meal voucher and was not offered that. We were charged $450 deposit at check in that was not written anywhere in our reservation details. The room was great, however, no coffee maker. It’s Vegas, we expect it to be expensive but we’d also like the amenities we were told we’d recieve. There’s also no room service. That’s very disappointing. Let’s also talk about Uber or Lyft pick up spots. It’s very far to the Day Club entrance…which is where the uber or Lyft pickup is. We were given wrong directions twice. There’s also a ride share pickup that seems to be a totally different side of the resort. We were waiting there and realized we were in the wrong spot. We had to walk to the Day Club entrance to finally get an uber. Our original uber cancelled our ride because we were lost. I had higher hopes to feel a bit more pampered there. Having to schlep along to be picked up is far from that! I can’t say if we’d stay again. I really hope the Uber pick up spot is made easier for guests to reach. It’s such a long walk! Even with the shortcut we finally found.
Loved this hotel.
Pricey but worth it!
The hotel is a little ways down the strip but has everything you need so you don’t have to leave the hotel. We will be returning upon our next Vegas trip.
Breathtaking property from the moment you walk in until you leave. The staff were incredibly friendly and the hotel was perfect in every sense. We loved the rooftop bar as well. Would definitely stay again if I find myself in Las Vegas.
We were very pleased with our stay at Conrad Resorts World! Having stayed at a bunch of other properties on the strip, we loved the feeling of a luxurious hotel without the massive crowds. The room was spacious and elegant. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you, RW staff!
New
App wasn’t working so couldn’t do fast checkout No late checkout, not even 1 hour!
I love how clean the room was and appreciated the friendly staff when checking in and out.
I absolutely love the rooms and pools at this property… The hotel pools are amazing as well
The property is relatively new and clean but the parking was a bad experience. Upon the check in, I told the front desk my group had two cars. The staff said it cost 18 dollars per night which was fine but for the first two days, we had to pay again at the gate when we tried to leave the hotel. Finally, the issue got solved after the room keys are reissued.
loved every second there
Nicely decorated. Quiet and clean
They were having front office system upgrade happening so the check in took for ever. A few hours at the least but the person on the front desk Ken was very nice and helpful. He gave us a suite and late check out . There was another gentlemen’s there during check out his name was Kovid who confirmed out late checkout. Which was fair for the late checkin. The poperty is nice and I would definitely go back there. Thank you to both the gentleman who helped make our experience better.
The hotel was awesome and the staff was very friendly
I was disappointed that the pools and jacuzzi were closed. I had planned on going in the hot tub and that was the main reason for booking the hotel just to find out it was closed upon my arrival.
This is the second time I stay at resorts world and I love it it’s a huge hotel therefore it doesn’t feel crowded. Staff is great and the hotel is clean and beautiful
Loved it
Second time visiting, still a great place
We stayed in the suites above the 37th floor and tremendous value for the money. We also really love the Resprt World complex
Pleasantly surprised by this new Hilton property, only drawback is its a good 30 minute walk to most of the action on the strip.
Loved everything about this hotel. It was quiet, very clean, didn’t smell like smoke, and everyone was friendly. The food at Wally’s and Viva were exceptional. Also, highly recommend the Spa. Will stay again.
Amazing
It’s always amazing to stay at the Conrad! Rooms are very comfortable, and service is top-notch. The attention to details and exceptional hospitality make it even better, can’t wait to be back!
The mattress had urine stain, so they made it hard to relax .sheets seem clean but made me itch. Hair on the bathroom floor.
Nice room and amenities. newer property away from the hustle of the main part of the strip.
It was a nice new hotel.
stunning resort
loved the room, the customer service, it was super clean. I really enjoyed the stay.
Excellent. We loved it
Very clean property and excellent staff, but way too many homeless outside and around hotel
Hotel double charged my credit card locking it up for the entire weekend. Took six employees to even give me an answer and then they decided comping my resort fees was all they could do. Very lousy customer service. Very obvious they didn’t care if the customer was happy or not. Also room keys never worked, had to have thise reset 3 seperate times. I’d recommend staying at ceasars, Bellagio or somewhere center strip. Resorts world does not care about you the customer and they’ve made that very obvious.
Very well located
Check in/out took forever!!! Extremely slow and don’t honor the perks I received from hotels such as two free dunks
Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very helpful. We would stay again.
I didn’t like that they didn’t provide Robes.
Great clean property, quiet rooms, excellent service
Hotel was great, clean, staff professional. Check in was a absolute NIGHTMARE. system was "down", nobody seemed to know what to do at the fron desk, poor communication with guest. Tried to check in remotely, didn't work. Took well over 2hrs to get our rm key once we got there. Parking was supposed to be $18 a day, but yet again system was "down", so our key was not activated/linked to Parking garage, had to pay every time I left the hotel. So wasted $. Im sure they could have apologized or even sent a heads up email or call. I would have stayed elsewhere n not delt w the hassle n stress after traveling all day to get there.
Besides the long wait to check in the service was great
Beside the long wait to check in the service was very good
Alltime Worst Ever!
I will never stay at RW again, Worst customer service I experienced in Las Vegas. there are so many great hotels, don't wast your time and money at this one.
We waited 2 hrs in line to check in and then was told we would be put on a waiting list to actually get a room.
We arrived to our hotel around 1 pm. We were told that they already had our reservation taking care of just wait for them to send us a texted to into the room. We waited until 6pm and returned back to the front desk because it was taking extremely long to get into our room. When we received our keys the room was occupied.OMG shall i say more. Someone was in the room getting dressed . And when we returned back to front desk they assigned us another key. When we looked at the key it had the exact same room number as before. It was a horrible experience and we missed a day of enjoying because we were waiting on a room. Not acceptable!
Check in was bad. Everything else was great!
Worst check-in of my life/decent otherwise
Arrived at the conrad around 5pm on 2/20 after a flight from michigan. Lobby was packed with angry people. Waited in line for over an hour to be told our room was not ready and we would be put on a list and receive a text when it was.... by 8pm we hadn't received a text so we had to go back into the mayhem and complain. Seemed like they were running the ol squeaky wheel gets greased routine...had our room key by 830. No compensation offered of any sort for a 3.5 hour delay. No communication about what was happening before we showed up, nothing. Otherwise the place was decent. Room was nice, casino was fun, drinks were good. Unfortunately due to the piss poor cutomer service and communication at check in, I'll never return unless it is deeply discounted.
I loved everything
Lost my Friday night because it took over 2 hrs to check in. Ruin my Friday evening!!!
Perfection.
Absolutely fabulous.
Reservation systems down
One the biggest problem with the hotel was the reservation system was down for a week.
Terrible checkin Time
Hilton/Conrad were updating their software. We had to wait several hours to checkin. They had to manually checkin everyone and many peoples reservations were lost.
The property itself is nice but certainly still a new resort. There are not too many shops in the district or much to do. The check in process was awful. We tried to check in early and we were not told no. Instead we were told we'll be put in a queue and texted when our room was ready. The concierge said multiple times it shouldn't be long so stick around. We stayed in the lobby for about 2 hours and it was nearing 3pm for a 4 pm check in. Since the line didn't seem to be moving and just getting longer, we decided to get in line at 3pm. We didn't even get to the desk until 430 pm. Throughout the process no one at the desk was telling anyone what was going on. Eventually they were telling us the systems were updating and that's why everything was slow. Why they would decide to do this on a Friday heading into the weekend in Las Vegas is beyond me. Somehow we were able to get a room but many people in front of us checking in at an appropriate time did not. I also was supposed to have VIP access, nothing was offered or even mentioned. The Internet was not working for our room, we had to use visitor wifi the whole weekend. It was the worst check in process I have ever experienced. I truly don't know if it really was a system issue or not but my biggest concern was lack of any communication along the way and no evidence that the front desk was problem solving how to rectify anything that was going on at all. Would need to seriously consider staying here again.
The check in process was an absolute disaster and many people were in line for over 2.5 hours. It was so poorly organized.
Clean, cozy and amazing set up
It took three hours to check in to the hotel
Room was not clean, property not well maintained, front desk slow and staff was rude
Do NOT STAY here
Let’s start @ the start: check in waited 1 hour due to system meltdown. No system related anything was advertised when booking. Checkin asked us to write our cc info on paper. Why? All this was given on hotels.com. Front desk says he isn’t sure why they need my cc info if I booked thru hotels.com. Room: no coffee machine. What hotel doesn’t have a coffee machine? I think hotels w hour rates have coffee machines. System meltdown lasted thru entire stay even though it said it would only last thru second day. No wifi: no ability to charge to room. No delivery of food to pool. No bar service at pool. Check out; charged me 4 different times for over 1K when total cost of booking was around seven hundred. Here’s my fave- saved best for last…sitting poolside, security comes to tell us we can’t move seats to face the sun. “Have to leave furniture where it is.” . A state full of meth heads and a hilton dump that should do shame to the family name just as Paris does. So “NOT hot. “
They were having some system issues. We checked in at 3:00 and didn’t get our room keys until 10 at night. It was terrible service!!!!
Horrible check in experience
Reserved a room Friday February 21st. We spent 40 minutes in line to check in and saw 3 parties get checked in. Only 2 staff working the desk with at least 100 parties in line to check in. We heard something about their computer system. We had tickets to see the Eagles at the sphere and realized we were going to miss the concert. Who knows how long it would take to check in, but at least several hours at that pace. So we ate the cost of the room and went to The Wynn. And made the concert. Never again.
I booked a room with a king bed; but at check-in, I was told rooms with king beds were sold out.
Place was nice and clean.
We loved the cleanliness, the layout of the suite, the technology in the room, the dining options, the view from our room. All wonderful!
The checkin processes is too long 9f a await. I waited over an hour yo be check-in. Their restaurants closed by 10pm. This is inconvenient for guest who are up late and hungry. I would not recommend this hotel or stay there again.
