Shower broken and would not switch rooms

I’ve stayed here before (several times) booked in my name and my partners name . This is the first time I’ve encountered a problem and it was not addressed . The shower would not work , it only dripped out and not like a regular shower . Nadina said “that’s how all the rooms are” no it is not bc I’ve stayed before and the shower was never that way. I asked to be moved to another room bc we needed to shower . She said it was not possible and it was full. It was not bc there were bookings online and ppl walking in to check in . My entire stay was not enjoyable and I was not able to clean , this visit gets 0/5

Don’t waste your money

Didn’t stay due to condition of property. Lobby furniture is all stained, exterior of the building falling apart, when you walk-in it stunk like 10 cans of Lysol. The icing on the cake was no one was there at front desk to greet us. I had to yell “hello”.

Property near crime- infested area.My friend who was staying with me actually witnessed an encounter with the police where the office withdrew his weapon. No room serve during our 3- day stay. No extra washcloths/towels, trash not emptied, staff indifferent.

Dirty Place

The room doesn't have enough light, the plug-in outlet for both side of the bed is not working, the sink water takes a long time for the hot water to come out, the curtain shower can't closed entirely to cover the shower tub, the safety safe is broken, the hanger only have two hanger and I can't hang enough for me and my husband clothes, the sofa looks dirty spot on it, and the bathroom tub is not clean with yellow stains.

I’ve stayed at this property several times in the past and it’s always been decent. This time my room smelt like mold a smoke, the hallway smelt like cat urine, and my room was missing the extra lock. The staff was friendly as usual. However since there weren’t any other rooms available they weren’t able to do anything for me.

Terrible

This place has no business charging their rates at what they do. Ive stayed in motel 6s 10x more clean. The hotels locks all exits except the front door at night and late into the morning. You cant get out even with a keycard. They claim its because of the homeless in the area. I dont know what that has to do with me being able to leave through an exit. The room was nasty. The couch looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster. Nasty stains and tears. Stay somewhere else.

Booked the hotel for one of our employees. She called the next morning to let us know that the Hotel was infested with bedbugs. When approached, the front desk offered her a couch to sleep on as an admission that they had no other "clean" rooms.

'Con'fort Suites

Don't come here expecting the "Comfort Suites" you're used to. Front desk service is terrible, foreigners that have no idea what southern hospitality or even common courtesy is; probably because they're located near the ghetto & have to deal with thugs all day, but when someone comes in dressed appropriately and speaks eloquently they should be treated with mutual respect. I chose this hotel bc it was a comfort suite, but regret that decision. The laundry machines only takes quarters, but they don't have quarters(?). The ice cream from the concession was half melted. The place smells like a hamster cage. They require a $100 deposit, so be prepared for that surprise (they should inform you during cart checkout before paying) I wouldn't have stayed here if I would've known about the deposit because there's nothing in these rooms worth it. The rooms don't come with any USB ports, the cable doesn't work on TV, the fridge makes loud noises, the A/C unit is 15+ years old, maids are obviously underpaid, repair/handyman are apparently incompetent, couch looks like a biohazard to sit on, bathroom amenities are non-existent. Now I have to wake up early to buy clothes bc I couldn't wash them and to take a shower at my gym after buying toiletries. This isn't a real Comfort Suite, it's a "Con"fort Suite and it's obvious by the responses they post on each bad review basically saying "it's our policy". That's right, it's YOUR policy not every Comfort Suites policy.

Worst hotel i have witnessed and i travel every we

I didn't check in i went to room that they gave me. it was in bad condition and dirty and smelled bad. The bathroom was dirty and outdated. I immediately asked for my deposit back and left. Front desk lady was very nice and kind so my review isnt about the customer services its purely about the hotels conditions. It looks like a druh dealer user hotel. No one on a business trip or family teip with kids should ever stay there.

Outdated room paint was peeling off the wall white stains all over the couch. My door key does not work, I had to go down to the lobby to get it fix. The a/c unit does not let you change the temperature. Due to my room key does not work. The front door at early morning I can’t open causing me to be locked out till one of the staff looks up to see there guest.

The employee at the front desk refused to call a manager and denied my check in for a technicality. He also told me that the real reason why he denied my check in was the cheap rate I got at Expedia. That he had instructions from the owner to look for an excuse to cancel such reservations. Expedia also wanted to charge me 120 dlls to change my first name in the reservation.

The pool was unexpectadly closed because they were housing a stray dog. If I knew this I would have went somewhere else, the room was already paid for and the clerk refused to refund. The room is unkept, the sheets may or may not have been changed from the previous guests. The bathroom floor was on the same level as the shower so with every shower taken the floor flooded and was very slippery. The breakfast was ok. The channel they had on the TV was offensive. The air conditions control has been disconnected so it was freezing all night. The bed sqeaked everytime you moved. I will likely never come here again.

When I entered my room the first thing I noticed was the smell it was very bad, the lighting in there was very dim and couldn’t see anything with the lights on, the bathroom shower had 0 pressure to it and seemed like it was out of a hose. This is the WORST HOTEL to stay at. STAY AWAY. We had a reservation for 5 rooms and all 5 had problem. Room 1: the shower door was broken and my cousin had to fix it himself. Room 2: the AC broke the next day and made a really loud noise. We had to move to a different room. Room 3: the bed sheet had unappropriate dirty stain on it and we had to go to the frony desk to request a new sheet to change it ourself. Phone was broken. Sofa are old, ripped a dirty. Room 4: the room was give to us not even done and ready. Again to had to take a cheaper room for the first night while waiting for them to clean our room the next day. Room 5: is the worst of all. The smoke alarm was beeping all night long and they had no other room to move us to. So no one was ae to sleep the first night. We put in the request to have it fix and the next day it was still not fixed. I even remind them, and then call and check again before we went back to the room and the frint desk person told me that the maintenance team was there but they dont know if it's fixed or not, and that I have to go back to the hotel to inspect the room myself because they dont have the key. Unbelievable. My husband ended up have to climb up to a high chair to remove the battery from the smoke alarm himself to stop the noise so we can sleep because the hotel had DONE NOTHING TO FIX IT. The front desk people was absolutely no help. All I got from them was "I don't know, I did my job put jn the request". The worst hotel ever.

Capet had a gum thrown and stuck on my shoe. Elevator had missing floor numbers and button were broken. It was mentioned break fast included but no break-fast even after 48 hours of received power. Requested refund for 2 nights which I didn't use because of family medical condition, provided surgery letter. Email to the GM and teams no refund as per policies. swimming pool was dirty and not useful.

Please keep in mind we were there right after the hurricane. There was damage to the property, no breakfast available, and the elevator buttons are busted out. I hope it was due to the circumstances and not the norm. One front desk person was friendly and the other was having a tough day. Again, please keep in mind it was right after a storm and we just appreciate them being open and at a very econimical price

I stayed here with a pet. They charged me a deposit for a Esa pet, made me show the paperwork (against the law btw) The room was a handicap room, it smelled like urine and old must, the lamps were broken, there was mold in the bathroom under the sink, the drains smelt horrible I had to by Drano to cover it.Also I had to buy air fresheners (plug ins) just to cope. The pillows were worn and like laying on a blanket.If you stay multiple days you must notify 24hrs in advance to get your room serviced. I stayed there for 5 days bc of the storm that hit Houston and massive power outages. All hotels were booked, soon as another came available I was relieved to leave this pit.Will never go back after spending 730$ for room, pet deposits, and incidentals.

Initially, I was given a room that had very bad odor (like it's been flooded or something) Went back to front desk, the lady replaced the room and even the 2nd room had smoke odor, AC control screen was off so I couldn't set the temp. So I called the front desk 4 times with no answer! I was very tired and needed to sleep because I had a late check-in to begin with, however, around 3:45AM I just couldn't take the heat and the cigarettes odor so I got up and left

It’s a pain with the security deposit. 100 US dollars, there is no list of what the room has in it. They will not inspect the room before you leave. I can see all kinds of issues with this policy. I will not stay at this location for comfort inn again . I will try to avoid this chain in the future.

They cut off water no call was made i need refund When water came back was brownish unsafe for showering I room was not cleaned i had to put request to do a day in advance . Guy at reception super rude he refused to take me in because reservation had Joseph and not youssef but same last name . They charged me 25 dollars for checking it bit over 11AM .. bedsheet had blood stain n matress has bug stain on right hand side .

This place was decent. Not 5 star nice but hey it was cheap enough. Would definitely stay here again although the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired.

We arrive on 4/5 it was late checkin was okay not prefect but okay the young lady that checked us out was excellent! The room was not as bad previous reviews made it out to be. We slept great. Only complaint about the room is that the sofa could be upgraded. The hotel location was very convenient to the places we need to go.

Horrible customer service. We were harassed about the amount of people in the room because we had 1 person visiting and said they were reviewing the camera and we had 6 people when it’s was 4 and 1 guest that left before 10pm. The room was disgusting. The pull out couch had blood stains and ripped everywhere and smelled horrible. Has no sheets on it and they provided no extra sheets. The room has a horrible mildew smell. The whole hotel starting from the parking lot was so dirty and gross.

Comfort as advertised

The stay was comfortable. The breakfast was sparce, but I ate out. I melted in the bed.

Can do better

We checked in the hotel around 5 and saw the room was so dark. There were only 2 bedside lamps and a floor lamp with broken bulb. The light at the entrance and bathroom were okay. But the room was too dim. We asked for the floor lamp bulb to be fixed and was told to wait until tomorrow since it has to be from the maintenance to change the bulb. The next day we asked for somebody to clean our room and apparently you need to request room service 24 hours in advance. If we wanted to change our towels, we could exchange the towels at the front desk. The water in the bathroom had low pressure. The customer service was friendly and tried to be helpful. I think they need more staffs.
