Great Entertainment. The DJ was fantastic in the night club.

Absolutely amazing, you have the beach right outside the room, the food is great, the service is great, Ubers/Taxis are always ready in front the hotel but you can also take the bus for only $1.50. The staff is super helpul. The hotel is a bit old but still good conditions and amenities

It will be nice to have the owners of the hotel with more updated rooms public areas better lounging chairs covers and for the people to be a little bit more friendly in the food area

Gorgeous area on Cable Beach! Chairs could always be found. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Enjoyed the food options at both the buffets and the specialty restaurants. Property was a little dated but everything we wanted or needed was available and in good working order. Would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing time, yes it is a little outdated, but it is affordable. I didn’t like the lunch buffet. So on two days that the poolside grill was closed. We could hardly wait for the restaurants to open.

Property was ok, staff really bad

The staff was extremely friendly, facility was clean. Very limited with food options, they had a buffet for all meals, three different restaurants that were only open on certain nights only one at a time. Entertainment was very limited. The bed a pillows sucked. Only one bar open during the day which was the pool bar that opened at 10am. No room service, no refrigerator in room, you couldn’t even bring food to your room. The air conditioner crapped the bed early morning so rooms, facility was hot, was fixed around 7pm. On the up side the beach was beautiful. Unfortunately what we paid for an all inclusive resort it was not worth it, we will not stay there again.

It was a beautiful location right on the beach. Everything in resort was close. Entertainment crew was awesome! They were great at getting people involved with activities during day at the pool & at night. Fun entertainment in evening! Liked having dining options for lunch & dinner-restaurant or buffet. Food at pool grill was delicious! Staff was all very friendly!

The staff was always helpful and courteous. They kept the room in facilities very clean. Food options were pretty decent but not exceptional. It was a great place to stay and we had a wonderful time. I am planning to use a breezes again for another vacation.

Very nice beach area and not too crowded.

This is a resort that needs to shut down and have a complete renovation. It is outdated in all respects. Considering we were away from the resort for 2 days playing golf, imagine my comments had we spent the entire time at the resort! The staff were, for the most part, miserable bordering on rude, as if we were intruding on their time (one or 2 of the staff actually smiled - the others seemed to have better things to do). The food was mediocre at best. The burger bar by the pool had the only great food, but then again, how much "fast food" can you eat? The room is also outdated. No light in the shower, safe is not visible - thank god for iPhone flashlights!, plugs didn't work, no balcony (and can't open the door for some air?), TV only showed snow - we called about the TV and got the same message from people who stayed there for a week before us "we're having internet trouble" (for over 2 weeks?????). EVERYTHING IS OLD!!!

Nice place but wish the renovation was done that they said was going to happen (plus one elevator was out)

Staff was very friendly and very helpful. They offered us early check-in without even having to ask because our flight was early. Food was great at the Garden of Eden. Highly recommend the all inclusive purchase!

This was our second time at the property and not an overall good experience at all. It will be our last time. This is an adult only property for 14 and over as stated on their website there were over 40 children there from age 2, to age 12 they told us they were hosting a basketball team There to compete then they told us they were hosting a sailing team of children and then there was a family with toddlers. I love kids, but when I’m at an adult only resort, I don’t want 40 kids running around jumping and screaming. The other disappointment was the fact that their site still states that they have kayaking paddle boarding And hobby cats which we love the first time we were there this time everything was gone they said the government made them stop it. We walked over to two other resorts who had all of the above for free for their guest. I felt very disappointed staying this time and unfortunately will not return

This property is listed as a three star resort by Expedia and that’s probably accurate but I feel it was pretty low end . I staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The food was mediocre at best . The resort was very disappointing. I would not recommend this place .

Property was older and rooms were small. Food was good and beach was great.

Me and my husband wanted a four day getaway and this property came up in our price range. I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the bad reviews. The people working here are amazing! If you’re coming here you’re coming for the beach, I don’t think you could ask for a better location. Everything is clean and again the staff went far above to make our stay enjoyable. It is a small resort that was perfect for me and my husband in our 50s. I don’t think you can get better for an all exclusive. Before we left we planned our next trip back!

Food is outstanding. Very clean property. Rooms are outdated, however floors are updated, beds are comfy and showers are great. I have nothing negative to say about our stay here.

They have no customer service. The WiFi is sucks old fashion tv. The hotel is boring staff not friendly. The only thing the food is good.

The staff was by far, the best!!! The food in the buffet was always great and clean. The Garden of Eden was our favorite. The outdoor activities were entertaining! For sure worth our time and money!

our tv didn’t work properly we called for service 3 times no help the controller for tv was taped together with black electrical tape we requested a new one 3 times and it was ignored The good is adequate not good

We stayed at Breezes for a week. When we first arrived we were greeted with some cold refreshing drinks! The check in was a breeze. The food was great and the staff at the buffet specifically the kitchen manager was outstanding! We did try the other 2 options which were great! The entertainment staff was fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The games they have to entertain the guests from beach bingo to beach gulf to bumper to bumper (which was one of our favorites) offers something for everyone. The resort is just steps away from the beautiful beach with turquoise water. A paradise that was hard to leave. Luv it!

We liked the beach, and the staff of the hotel working outside. Mostly very friendly. What we did NOT like: this place is old & is in dire need of reconstruction, in & out. We weren't provided with water in our rooms, nor a mini fridge (could rent one $125/night), so water on a beach resort is a total human necessity that just isn't important there. Also, had to buy a couple of liters of bottled water & refill them in the gym since they have a water cooler tank thing and that is truly the only water that seemed drinkable. No ice/vending machine in sight. The "balcony" is really just a 10" ledge with a decent view of the pool & ocean but the sliding glass patio doors are heavy & hard as hell to slide open. It's all so old & outdated. I will say the cleaning staff did a pretty great job of keeping the place picked up - it's hard to clean after so many people & an old structure. The food was good, coffee not great, the bar was pretty inconsistent/slow, it just seemed unorganized. ALSO, no fan in bathroom or bedroom - this is a necessity for mannnnny a reason. Humid & wet after each shower, no ventilation, or privacy if your roommate needs to use the bathroom. The WIFI sucks so bad.

One of the down sides was the eating arrangements. Nothing to eat after 945pm if you were out at the entertainment events and needed a little snack. And the only bar open during the day was the pool bar. If you were in the pool it was hard to get service and if you did they didn’t really want to walk up the steps to the bar to get anything extra you might need or want. Buffet waitstaff very seldom came to your table to ask if you wanted anything to drink.

Beach was fantastic!!! Beautiful!!! Service on beach was nonexistent... a boy came around once in 6 days then forgot to bring our drinks The lunch hut for hotdogs and hamburgers was ok.... the room was comfortable and clean but the tv was totally unwatchable as it was all fuzz we complained every day but it never got taken care of... it rained 3 days so there was nothing to do we would have loved to watch s movie.... The dinners were well below what we are used too..average at best ... bad at worst The seating at the restaurants made no sense 6,7:30 and 9 We had to wait 30 minutes every time in fear of not making it in.... get rid of that !!! Just do first come first serve like all the other resorts Also at the Asian restaurant my girl asked for a coke.... the manager said they didn't serve soda or anything but beer wine or champagne... I literally had to get up from our table and walk Accross the lobby to the bar and get her a coke then walk back.... that is ridiculous!!! Up grade the dinners!!! But overall for the price You get a fantastic, beautiful beach and clear water , a good breakfast buffet It's literally less than 2/3 cheaper than Sandles So I guess you get what you pay for I'm repeating myself, but our room was oceanfront and was very nice except for the TV issue a beautiful beautiful view and we are beach people so we loved absolutely love the beach and the crystal Clearwater and the overall scenic beauty of cable Beach

People great and good decent. Facilities in very run down shape. Couches missing cushions. Smoking area is raised and wood rotten. Safety is questionable.

Resort is dated. TV never worked after requesting repair twice. Very noisy hallways and doors loud and squeaky at all hours of the day and night. Definitely was woken up frequently. They liquor is second rate. Can’t say enough about the staff. Very excellent in every way.

TV didn’t work. Elevators didn’t work so we had to drag luggage up the stairs.

It was overall enjoyable. However, there were disappointments, beginning with the room. The furniture/fixtures were outdated. There were no outlets or charging ports bedside as is now common with modern hospitality accommodations. The in-room refrigerator (provided with our room) seemed sadly out of place, and more likely to be found in a college dorm. We expected such a unit to be built into the furniture as is again now common. Note there was even a potential charge listed for the refrigerator. The pool areas closed way too early (6:00 pm !?!?!) for an adults (14 or over) resort. So sad. No chance for a romantic night swim. The dining disappointments were due to the seafood (fish) options which were (farm raised) Salmon and Tilapia. It's The Bahamas!!! And they could not source local Snapper, Mahi, or Grouper?!?!??!! Again, sad. However, there were nice Vegetarian Options (thank you!) and the style of food preparation and presentations at the sit-down restaurants were mildly impressive/satisfactory.

Best vacation ive ever had.

Property needs major upgrading throughout especially the rooms. This hotel/Resort makes money and could have made more if management were to do some renovations.

I am giving this a 2-star, which is sad because this could easily be so much better. We were a group of 10 and we had a great time, but I felt like we had a great time because we really enjoyed each other more so than The Breezes being a great resort. Location: 5-star Obviously you are right on the beach/water and the view is like a picture. I am not sure there is a way you could mess this up. Our room was a "Partial Ocean View" and I can't complain about the view at all. The casino at Baha Mar is only a 7 minute walk, so that is a positive about the location of the resort as well. It should be noted that they say there are no kids at this resort (14 and up), but there were tons of kids here. Service: 3-star I felt like I rarely got service with a smile. That doesn't mean people were not doing their jobs. Some staff members were great and others had a very nonchalant attitude. I don't want to be too harsh because lots of the servers at our meals were outstanding. I felt like the pool bar was filled with people who hated their life and the drinks would come back very inconsistent. They did a good job of getting us rides into town. Rooms: 2-star The rooms (and honestly the entire resort) are very dated. Fortunately, you aren't here to spend a lot of time in your room, but small updates/improvements would make this so much better. Most importantly the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was mediocre. The TV was old. The wifi was spotty.

The beach is very beautiful! Crystal blue calm water. We had read reviews that there were water sports here but then told they do not have them anymore. We were hoping to at least kayak if not use jet skis or wind surf. However you could walk down the beach and rent kayaks or jet skis. The room was very nice. The piano bar and entertainment was good. THe food was a bit disappointing at the specialty resteraunts. Not much flavor . It seemed like mass produced food. Although the service was good. Also they only had beer , wine and chapagne to drink at the resteraunts. You could only get mixed drinks in the piano bar, lobby bar, and pool bar. I was drinking a drink with Capari in it and then they ran out of it. They did not make an effort to replenish the bar. We also had an issue with the maid taking our towels and not replacing them. We called the front desk and went to the front desk and were told they would send more towels up. THey never did. We had to go a 3rd time to the front desk.

The food and entertainment were good. The property was also clean and the staff friendly. The rooms are updated though. There were no refrigerator or coffee make. I just say I have a great time celebrating my birthday there.

Breezes is a more laid-back resort than others that we have stayed at. It could definitely use a remodel. Elevators were out of service and when asked when they would be repaired, we were told 6 weeks. Alcoholic beverages are definitely not watered down. Entertainment at night is LOUD until midnight, which is fine for those that want to stay out late, not so much if you want to sleep prior to midnight. Most of the staff is very friendly and welcoming. If you enjoy participating in the entertainment activities, the entertainment team is amazing! The beach is absolutely stunning! Overall, considering the beach, price, and overall atmosphere, we would definitely go back. It took us until our final night to learn to navigate and all of the dining and entertainment that were available. I highly suggest attending the resort orientation for the best experience

Amazing, staff , property’s nearness, food and drinks great and entertainment.

My husband and I had a relaxing vacation at the Breezes Resort. Some of the staff were nice, two of the maintenance workers were very helpful. I thought I took a picture of there name tag but I was having a good time and didn't get the picture.

I really enjoyed the resort. Small and close to pool and beach. Food was very good! Plenty to drink. I wish they would provide bottled water in rooms and heat the pool even just a little! Overall really happy and plan on returning!

The entire resort was wonderful

The property is old. Outdated. And just run down. Rooms doesn’t feel cozy. The bathroom in the room smells like sewage. There was 0 water pressure in the shower. Tiny resort. Not worth it at all. And the food was extremely limited. Not worth it at all.

We enjoyed our stay for the 6 nights decent price. All staff that i experienced were all friendly, nice and helpful. The pool was great, the beach was gorgeous and the cabanas you can rent were definitely worth it. The breakfast buffet was good for the price you pay ti stay, same with the outdoor grill and the dinner buffet. Only made it to the italian restaurant for dinner, and the surf and turf that I ordered was a let down. Lobster was not edible, and the mac and cheese was nothing special. Downsides were, the alcohol options where limited and gave us all acid reflux and heartburn. There was no laundry services or machines, so we had brought laundry detergent and washed stuff in bathroom sink. No ice machine, no fridges in the rooms and no coffee makers in room. Also there is nothing bedsides the casino next door within walking distance.

Food was sometimes overcooked. Dry meat. Pool restroom was dirty on doors. Just needs a coat of paint So neglected. Old furniture. Our sink was plugged. Hair dryer shorted out. Both fixed but sink never drained properly. This property needs a total makeover.

When we went to check in the staff was very unpleasant, and wouldn't help us. The food was terrible at the buffet and when they did open a restaurant it was impossible to get in. The hotel is supposed to be adults only but it was filled with kids while we were there

Great location. Nice room but needs upgrades. Broken outlets, missing dresser hardware, phone not working, poor TV reception, we had to change room because of TV, lamps need USB charging ports. The beach and pool very nice. Good food and food options. Gardens nicely maintained. Pool tables need repairs. Inside bar should open earlier than 6pm. 5pm would be better to grab a drink before dinner. More help needed in buffet area to clear tables and offer beverages and more timely.

We stayed for 5 days. The buffet had special options each evening. Everything was great. The staff if so helpful and cheerful. Shout out to lifeguard Richard and S. Frazier. We plan to return next year.

Lots of food options all day long. Constantly cleaning and maintaining property; staff very pleasant & friendly. Not a brand new hotel, but still very well kept. Good for families. I would love to have rooms with balconies rather than a small little terrace and maybe a few more areas to use to charge electronics.

Bedrooms should have bottled water for their guests.

The beach was beautiful. The rooms could use an upgrade on the ground floors, so we were upgraded. Staff was friendly. The last morning upon leaving was odd. Looked like prostitutes arriving and young men were incredibly loud the night before and at 5 am when we saw questionable clients arriving

The property was nice.

Breezes might not be Baha Mar but they make you feel special. Our stay at Breezes was comfortable. The staff are very friendly. The food was wonderful. Water is ALWAYS available with ICE. it is a little outdated but very clean. I did not run into one person who wasn’t pleasant. They work as a team. Even when leaving the busboy wasn’t there but the security guard helped with our luggage. Way to go breezes. Keep it up. We will be back.

If you're looking for a beautiful beach look no further. This beach is STUNNING. Clear beautiful water. Sand white and clean. The property itself needs some updating very 80s vibes everywhere including the pool. BUT, we enjoyed our time there and will be coming back again with friends and family. The staff was so kind and there wad always something to do. Only suggestion is there is no 24hr snack bar so sneak something back to your room after dinner if you're a late night snacker. Baha Mar is next store. One night we wLked over and there was plenty of restaurants and bars there open as well if you're yp for that. We went and got a late night slice of pizza. Other than that we had an amazing time and i cant wait to come back.

Great place to get away! ALL the staff were super friendly, extremely welcoming, and always helpful! Easy to get to and from the airport. Lots of food and drink options. Private beach was nice. Good pick if you don’t have kids or want a no-kids getaway!

Even if the building is older, it is still nice and the staff are fastidious cleaners. Since the tips are included, it was-stress free; no worrying about tips. Staff were all friendly and the ocean swimming was great. The food was terrific. Can't wait to go back.
