Fantastic rooms and hotel!

It was terrible the guest services were awful and we literally had to to speak to a manager so they can help us with our luggage it was awful and as much as we paid that was not okay and we are still waiting for our deposit back because nothing was taken or messed up

Great Stay!

The hotel is very well kept, clean, and modern. The room was spacious as well. This was our second time staying at the property, and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time.

Great place

Love love love this hotel! We booked a one-bedroom suite and the room was everything we could have hoped for. The was so kind and the hotel is absolutely stunning. The only downside is the parking--at $50/per car, per night and a mandatory valet that is absolutely INSANE. A forced valet at a hotel for the price is just ridiculous, just uber there. But other than that I would stay here again.

The room was great, very pleased with our room. I didn’t like valet parking was my only option. Upon check out I had to ask for a printed receipt and the person working the desk looked completely unprofessional.

It’s clean, just not around anything we were doing.

Absolutely beautiful and in a nice secluded area that isn’t too traffic heavy. The hotel and room was absolutely gorgeous along with the amenities. My only slight complaint was the parking situation.

Enjoyed the ease of check in. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had a free car service that took us to our offsite event daily that was very convenient. The rooms were spacious and nice.

Wonderful property, very nice place. Gym worked for us, dining options are walkable (1.4 miles or about 30 minutes), the area is safe, and again the hotel itself is very nice.

My blood pressure dropped 75 points after walking into this oasis in the middle of a largely dirty, depraved, broken city. I don't want to go back to Houston but if I do, I'll be Blossoming.

Room was great and clean. The staff was super nice. Only downside is the valet daily charge that was not disclosed before or at time of booking, so just be aware. Other than that, I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

Blossom Hotel was a great place to stay. Great location with Shuttle available for medical center visits.

Hidden charges

The hotel was nice, but I they only have valet parking and charged $49 per night. In addition, they included a "cost recovery fee", and an additional 3% charge to use a credit card, both of which were not disclosed when I made the reservation. Let the Buyer beware of this hotel.

They had a dyson hair dryer

This once pristine property is no longer. The carpet & furniture was stained. My room had no hot water on one night. I called downstairs & no one answered. I had to go to the front desk for any assistance. Another customer was already there with no AC issue. Bar downstairs is gone. Restaurants AC wasn’t working. We stood a host stand for 10 mins w/o being noticed. There is NO self parking as in the past. Valet is slow & rude. $50 per night is outrageous & in my opinion taking advantage of patrons. My clients & myself were disappointed all around & wont be returning.

Great location for the med cente and clean hotel!

Stay was nice! Valet was very accommodating. Prior to our stay I called the hotel several times with no answer. I had a few questions that did not get answered until I arrived at the hotel. As well, our water was warm at best, when I informed the front desk the gentleman just said he would send someone to take a look. No apology for my uncomfortable shower!!! Customer service could have been better! We are in the hospitality industry! overall hotel was clean, efficient, lobby was nice and accommodating.

We wanted a safe place to stay for us and our vehicle. I read a few reviews on other motels and many had quite a few vandalism's and customers commented on shady or difficult parking. I reached out to Blossom directly and they assured me their valet parking was secure to only employees, so chose to stay here.The immediate area is clean well kept.The entrance of the hotel was just beautifully inviting and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Close to Medical Center

They had Tesla charger, Valet plugged my car in and took care of charging. Very convenient . Room was noisy, rattling air condition

Beautiful hotel close to MDANDERSON

It's not great parking options. Valet only and its expensive. The restaurant options are not great. But other than that, it's an amazing hotel. Very beautiful and the suite is fabulous! I will be back.

This is my second time at the property. Room had dust in certain areas and living area tv did not work had to relocate different room. The maintenance guy named Shannon was very helpful. Ice machine on 10th floor is not sanitary. People have to use the same ice scoop to get ice leaving the scoop in the ice. Other floors have automatic machines. Fernando was not friendly or helpful was rushing check-in process and lobby was not busy. The first time visiting hotel was a better experience that's why I returned.

New hotel, nicely appointed. Restaurant was excellent. Free shuttle service within 3 miles of hotel. Close to medical centers.

We appreciated the Courtesy car to transport us. Staff was kind and friendly! Wish we would have been able to stay longer. Highly recommend!

Nearly Perfect in All Regards

Incredible stay. Beautiful property. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Bed soft and cozy. The onsite restaurant and 13th floor rooftop lounge was impressive as well. Good cocktails and great service. The food was incredible. Had electrical problems with my original room and was moved. That kind of sucked after unpacking. But, not within anyone's control.

Well worth my stay, I would like to highly recommend this property to all corporate travelers looking for a spacious and high end room at a decent price. Food at the property was great, the service went beyond my expectation. Would return if my travels take me to Houston again.

Wonderful hotel customer service was amazing, our room was amazing and comfortable! My daughters absolutely LOVED the hotel. Angel the bartender she’s was AMAZING she made me the best blueberry lemon drop martini that I ever had!!! I have a peloton bike and the gym had both the peloton bike and tread and I absolutely love that! Definitely will be staying again

The staff is great. And Jose is a wonderful person, But we were told at 10:15 that they were no longer serving breakfast but would be open for lunch at 11:00. But the property says breakfast served til 10:30. It would also be helpful to have a night light in the bathroom. Last time we were there the decaf cappuccino was great, this time it was awful.

Loved the decor, cleanliness, and some of the luxuries provided such as a Dyson hair dryer, nice refrigerator space, the availability of a Mercedes courtesy car for short distances, free water bottles, magnifying mirror, courtesy toothbrush. But with my husband who is ill with cancer, we needed a more comfortable bed - it was like lying on a slightly cushioned board. He barely slept. There was no place to buy drinks except the restaurant. For a ginger ale and iced tea, I paid $13. The restaurant had good food but it was a little too unique in its flair to be the only option nearby. They downsized/changed their menu the day we arrived (and the restaurant items were part of the reason for selection). No convenient stores were close by. While I love Nespresso, this machine was an original Nespresso with settings that seemed to be broken. The water when washing our faces or when taking a shower cycled between hot and cold. It was frustrating, not relaxing. The lighting in the bathroom was too dark for makeup application. We really want to like this place - it’s adorable!

This was a beautiful property, the only thing was the heat of the water was not there. It did get hot but was only hot for like 30 mins and back Luke warm. Also, it took it sooooo long to get hot. Other than that it was a great hotel.

NFL game stay

Restaurant staff was awesome. Food was great. Front desk staff was ok, not that friendly and welcoming.

It is rare for hotels to have two bedroom units. It was beautifully decorated, and the staff was very friendly. I only stayed for one night, but I will visit again. I am looking forward to trying the spa and Peleton studio.

Very nice hotel, only minutes away from the Toyota Center downtown!

The property itself is gorgeous and very clean. I absolutely loved my room and the staff were so nice, polite and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Houston.

Wonderful hotel will stay again

Amazing and clean place to stay!

I had an amazing time at my stay here at Blossom Hotel. Upon entering the hotel the aesthetic caught me by surprise because of how luxurious it felt. Following up with the courteousness of the concierge and hotel manager I throughly enjoyed my stay. The rooms were beautiful, clean, and stocked with all the essentials. Not to mention the other amenities, the gym, restaurants and pool were amazing. My only strife with the hotel was the bed was extremely hard. So if they can fix that issue this hotel will be around to stay. I definitely look forward to coming back in the future.

There is no self parking only Valet. $51/day.

Just a quick getaway with my wife and had a fantastic time. The suite was spacious and I would come back just for the shower. My only issue was that the valet parking was friendly but extremely inefficient. Overall a great experience and I would stay here again.

Need refund ended up not staying there due to 50 dollar valet parking fee no free learning for guest

The lobby and overall style of the building are gorgeous. However, the hotel only offers valet parking at a cost of $49 per night, with no self-parking allowed in their garage. When I asked the front desk for alternative parking suggestions, the staff were unhelpful. Given that they work there daily, it seems unlikely they wouldn’t know of nearby parking options outside the hotel. For future guests considering a stay, you can park your vehicle at the end of Cecil Street, just before the corner. It’s a 2-3 minutes walk. I parked there for two nights without any problems.
