Any help we needed was given with no problems and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay .

Rooms are large and clean. Free parking offered at the property. Close to transit and Westfield Newmarket Shopping mall

We stayed in room 9. There was a table outside the bedroom that was supposed to be for room 9 only. Other guests came and sat there until late and early in the morning and smoked so we could not open the blinds or windows. I would not recommend staying in room 9 for this reason.

Well presented motel. As a family of 3, we stayed in a room with 2 beds. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Small area with fridge, kettle and microwave. Limited plates but adequate for our needs. No sink so have to wash dishes in the bathroom. Shower was raised and could be tricky for very tall people. About a 1km downhill walk to Westfield Newmarket.

Easy place for a night stay

Comfortable property. Nice rooms. Convenient parking. Good wifi and aircon. Comfy bed. Useful kitchen facilities. Good location. Helpful staff. Small balcony. The bathroom is small. Care needed in shower or jet bath to avoid water spillage onto floor. Guests on second level can transfer noise through to floor below.

Close proximity to shopping, very accommodating staff who took the stress out of parking for my family. Beautiful place and beautiful people 😊😊

Very old badly needs renovation. Stuffy smell in room . Old bathroom very low & uncomfortable sink . Definitely not worth the price paid . Reception/ Admin girl vivi was super helpful and efficient. Very friendly.

Perfect for family

Easy check in and the room was perfect for our family of 5. The kids loved having their own space in the loft room upstairs.

We had a really nice stay, but faced some minor issues. Convenient location. Easy parking. Check in and check out was nice and easy. Staff were all lovely. However we had some issues with the cleaning staff being too good at their job, lol - they accidentally threw out some things which weren't trash (such as contacts and contact containers). We also had an issue with the shower leaking. Neighborhood was a little loud at night, but overall it was a safe, enjoyable, and affordable experience.

easy check in. good deal for the price. good location, free parking downsides. you can hear your neighbours, tv, talking walking etc. the walls are not sound proof. room service entered and tidyed room, even though I hung the "do not disturb sign" which was annoying.

We have stayed here for years, close to the motorway ,New Market Westfield Mall , Countdown and lots of eateries nearby ,rooms are always clean n tidy ,girls at reception always helpful -nice $20 breakfast buffet Only negative -outside areas needs to be kept clean and beautified abit

Overall a good stay

Great buffet breakfast with dairy-whip to put on your waffles too😊. Good selection. Staff at breakfast were friendly, welcoming & making sure we were happy with things before we left. Good bacon, great scrambled eggs (difficult to get this at a buffet!). Awesome to have free parking! Spacious tidy room. Negatives: hardly any really but- no sink at kitchenette- had to use bathroom basin to rinse cups. - sorry but the coffee was really terrible- literally couldn't drink it- even though it was from an awesome 'fancy' looking machine at breakfast.

Great place

Best Western Newmarket is very convenient if yiou have work in the area. Lots of good food options nearby and easy access to both the motorway and airport. TVs are very slow but the rooms are clean and well maintained.

The staff did not offer to assist me with luggage up the steps. The room was dingy and unclean. There was a random step into the shower which poses a health and safety risk. For $190 it was very basic.

We recently stayed here and while it was fine for one night I wouldn’t want to spend any more than that. We were in the old room, it had a musty smell, a splatter of something on the roof which looked pretty gross, a weird step to the shower which we kept stubbing our toes on when opening the bathroom door and the TV kept buffering so we were unable to watch anything. Wasn’t really up to our standards unfortunately.

Good size room and well appointed. Well priced for the inclusions and good location if you have a car.

We were upgraded to a room in the new building. The room was clean & modern but it was quite small. The staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from.

This is a great place to stay, warm, comfortable beds, great water pressure for a nice shower. I didn’t have my own transportation, so was further away from shops. Would book a Car next time I stay. Definitely be back! Thank you

Nice simple hotel. Simple fixes have been overlooked. Other than that. Friendly staff and quite a few take away or dine in option 5 min walk. Countdown shop 5 min drive.

We got an older room but well maintained. Room were serviced daily which was nice. There is a paid coin laundry on site. There is no elevator. Free lot Parking is limited and narrow especially if you have an SUV. They don’t recommend street parking bc of towing. They store your luggage for early arrival. Leave key cards in the room for check out. About tem minute drive to CBD.

it was great to walk to ripe cafe for coffee, and beaut Thai Restuarant for dinner. would have been good to have couple relaxing chairs. bedroom very small, shower great. enjoyable stay

I wasn't expecting much more than a comfortable bed, so in that context I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rate was good and that's why I booked it as I literally just needed a place for our party of 6 to sleep for the night and it served that purpose well. It was close enough to where we needed to be that evening that Uber fares were really reasonable, it was clean and tidy too. The bed was indeed comfortable but the noise from people coming and going at all hours of the night meant a fairly broken sleep (ironically once the sun came up the noise stopped, and the blackout curtains meant I got a sleep in). It's perfectly fine for a place to just sleep, but I wouldn't return for a romantic weekend or anything!

the motel was fine, room was a good size and it was easy to get around. unfortunately we had someone staying in a room near ours who woke everyone up multiple times in the early hours but thats not rhe motel's fault. the toilet flush didnt work the best though.

Reception did not have our booking on file. Lady was also quite difficult to deal with. Bad attitude. Room was brand new and although small fitted our needs perfectly

We cancel on the 10th Thursday with the reception but was charged us still as we thought they cancel it already.

Staff is very helpful and the room are spacious.

A lot of construction traffic and debris around the property due to a new wing being built/renovated. At times access to the property was blocked by trucks or trade vehicles. Parking spaces were too small and difficult to navigate. At times the water was not working, probably due to overloading because it happened in the mornings and early evening. When I called reception to report it I was told someone would come and inspect the issue but no one came. Room was spacious and cleaned daily. Room was clean and
