Having to call reception to come to the desk and waiting 15min each time. Pretty annoying. Lifts, complete joke. Task 10min to get down to ground floor each time, I’ve been to Vegas and stayed at large hotels and there was never an issue. Place was clean, brilliant location. Great views from the hotel room. We stayed for 5 nights, I have 3 boy under 7, excited to use the pool. The pool was out of service for the 5 days. One of the reasons we stayed there. Overall not sure if I’d stay again, however it was a good stay and I would recommend this place to friends.

Loved the location! Everything was close to the apartment and easy to get to. Transportation at your door step. Will be returning to same location on our future trip Communication with representative was easy and he was quick on responding. Highly recommend

This is a great property for a stay in Melbourne! Extremely central location. Great food options nearby. Transport very close with southern cross station and a tram stop right out the front. Staff were very helpful. Allowed us to store our bags once we checked out. Apartment is clean and comfortable. All the amenities you need. Would highly recommend. Only downside (and this was not the fault of Aussie escape apartments) is that the lifts were a little frustrating. Only 1 out of 3 working at time for such a huge building was a little problematic. But Susan this would not at all stop me staying again in the future! Thanks

We liked staying here the only issue was the renovations and the elevator. It took 5-10 minutes each time to get from our floor down to the ground level. Very hard when you have a toddler on hand

I really liked the view from the 61 floor - Just amazing, I had a 180' view from the Docklands to the Yarra pool...

Loved our stay here, everything close by Pool and spa wonderful Parking was okay once we figured it out view was so cool!

We had a two bedroom unit and while it's obvious it's had a lot of use you have to see the view we had it was beautiful.

We loved the view most of all. Can see the ocean in the distance and right next to the yarra river. Lots of restaurants close by with great food and a food court type place right next door. We didn’t use the kitchen but the bedrooms were comfortable, and the size was great for how little time we spent there. Good shower pressure. Fast elevators. Really no complaints. We loved Melbourne

No gym Jim, otherwise a great stay...

The apartment was amazing with excellent views, location and facilities. The beds were excellent and the pool, spa and sauna were outstanding. The building itself had some issues. One, sometimes, two out of three lifts were not working which made travel very slow. The gym was out of action and there was no communication about this prior to arrival which was disappointing with no alternative gym access provided. The pool was a bit bare of somewhere to put your things or spare towels. No jets allowed in the spa. No water allowed on the rocks in the sauna. Not sure why. But, they had the best view from a toilet I have ever seen. In summary, I would stay here again. Thank you.

A great place for the family to stay. Nice amenities such as pool and in-room laundry and kitchen.

Well priced, well located apartment.

Room was comfortable for our family of 3. Location was very good with tram outside and train/skybus station a very short walk away. Only detractor was that the pool was closed for our 3 day stay and we were not warned that this was to be the case. We have an 11YO who loves swimming this was a deciding factor in us choosing this accommodation. So this alone was disapointing.

The apartments were clean, location was good, however unfortunately one of the apartments had a rather unpleasant smell which did not disappear when aired. Air conditioning was located only in the lounge which did not efficiently cool the bedrooms when it was hot. Fans in the bedrooms would be a great addition. Overall a comfortable stay in a convenient section of Melbourne city.

Great stay with family. Comfortable, good communication, close to transport/groceries/restaurant. Facilities were good, however pool and spa had scum around top, so could be cleaned better. Thanks for great stay :)

Very convenient location. After hours check in and parking was made very easy for us arriving so late. Great view from apartment. Clean and had everything you need. Lifts were a little busy and slow as 1 or more was out of order at times. But overall great stay.

I love the property in terms of cleanliness, accessibilty to transport "tram" which is across the building, grocery and breadtop is within reach. The manager of the property is quick to tend to any quiries and request i ask . I highly recommend the property to anyone who would visit Melbourne. Thanks a lot!!!

Great self-contained unit stay

Amazing wall to wall views of Melbourne. Very comfortable bed. Quiet. Full kitchen and laundry in the apartment - just like living in an apartment. The apartment is slightly older than usual (some minor cracks etc) but it didn't bother me, it was outstanding value.

Very good location and excellent communications with the host.

Best place ever..

best location in Melbourne right in the corner from Southern Cross station. stunning view from 65th floor. Parking was a bit of hassle but it was an excellent value and great experience.

Great location, view was amazing, clean tidy apartments, great communication , only problem when the wind blew there was a lot noise which seem to be comming from vents🙁

Close to shopping

Good value for money! The place could do with sone maintenance,but the bedding was super comfortable and the area is quiet.

Super lovely and helpful staff and convenient location with tram stops near by to take you all around the CBD

We booked a 2 bedroom apartment. There was air coming through all the windows. We had to block with blankets, there was mould where wind and water coming through. Building constantly creaking so loud, the wind screaming through unsealed windows. We had to move kids into the lounge room on the floor as the bedroom was too cold from air gusts. The heater/ split system arm was stuck down so didn't blow into room, it made a lot of noise & rattling, we were unable to sleep with heater on it was banging. The room was cold. The microwave was mouldy and had a terrible smell. There was putty filling in holes everywhere. The carpet was stained in most areas. We were provided no face washers. We were unable to contact management after hours- not answering calls. The Lounge turned into sofa bed for our no 5 so there was no where to sit in lounge. we paid extra $45 for “extra bed” sofa bed/ lounge extremely uncomfortable. We were put on 60th floor with 3 children under 9 with open an open balcony. We Contacted staff to be moved first night with concerns for safety. no response. We tried to ring 2 x numbers on the second night and sent messages for assistance as it was horrific, The wind gushing through was horrendous and the building creaking was so scary. The 3rd day got a refund and booked into the oaks hotel down the road which was amazing, wish i had booked there in the first place. The managers were very hard to understand and communicate with.

Property was nice & clean. Easy access & good location. Shower/Bathroom was quite damp & wouldnt dry well. But good for a few days! anything longer & would have caused issues with dampness.

The room was crawling with cockroaches. Woke up with multiple bites from some unknown insect.

Check-in process was not pleasant, very limited hours, so had to interrupt day's plans to go check-in the day after arriving. Last two days featured loud drilling into floors starting at 7am, with no prior warning. That aside, good location and rooms are of a nice quality.

Small apartment in good location.

Very small, very basic. Cheap furniture, ugly decor and very cheap kitchen facilities. The only thing it has going for it is the location. Way overpriced for what we actually got. Very disappointing stay.

Location was excellent. Costing was good. Some maintenance required in the apartment. Staff happy to attend to needs.

Great location - trams straight out the front, stafff lovely. Pool & gym on the 33rd floor was a hit!!

They only had enough towels for 1 per person per stay. I asked for towels so we could use the pool and use our bathroom towels for when we returned to shower after the pool. We got 2 towels and 2 hand towels for 4 people. Better than nothing I guess.

Was well set up and exceptionally clean rooms. Looked like upgrades to hallways etc, but didn’t affect room. All amenities supplied

Communication with UMA was very easy, text/email and WhatsApp messages were answered promptly. The Spa, pool and sauna, while not large, were acceptable and functioning well. The room itself was as described and presentable, some cutlery, cookware and dinnerware.

Great location, right beside Spencer Station and free tram outside. The apartment was modern, spacious and clean with everything we needed in the kitchen. Downsides were that I possible bed bugs/flee bited, second toilet in utility room was broken, bedroom door was frosted so light from outside came in (not ideal with a baby), door also squeaked alot. Pool area was nice but too much chlorine used in both pools. No cleaning service so no fresh towels after pool during the stay or toilet paper replaced.

The apartments are Very spacious and Provide a great view. Excellent location just minutes away from southern cross station and supermarket

Wonderful pool and spa area, smart tv had Netflix logged in by the owners which was a plus! To check in and check out it is a lot of trouble with their office being on the 14th floor and not having access to this floor via your swipe card. To check out and leave your bags you have to go to ground level, go outside and call reception via the intercom the head back up to the 14th level

so normal apartment and reception only work day time that's inconvenience for check in.or.out

Good hotel.

If you would like to stay in what looks like a 20 year old apartment with an odd smell than this is the place for you. Yes you get what you pay for but I've stayed other places for the same money and at least they didn't smell. Towels were mouldy too. 2 out of 5 stars but only because of the view which was not bad.

The bed in the main room was terrible it was in a small room and up against the wall which made it awkward and uncomfortable to get in and out of

Easy access to all transport and easy to find. Great views and very spacious.

We loved the location, the staff were friendly and helpful, very obliging. We were able to check in a little earlier and then leave our luggage on the last day. The apartment was lacking a few items - such as not enough cups or cutlery for 5 people despite us booking for 5 people. The double bed was not the most comfortable and the room it was in was very small. The rest was clean and comfortable. The pool and spa was nice but way too much chlorine in the spa as it made all our eyes sting and we could not stay in for long.

We loved our one night stay. We were able to park upon arrival even though we were early - communication was very good through the mobile number. Property was a little run down but suited all our needs.

The property was in a great position for where we needed to get to, it was a great size with good comfortable mattresses, the let down was the pillows, I had to go and buy pillows for everyone to use.

2 adults, 2 children - 3 nights stay. We liked: - The view & the amenities in the room - Friendliness of the only staff member we came into contact with. - Secure parking available next door ($20 per day) that is a designated space. - Pool indoor option (though we didn’t manage to get there) - Security keycard elevators. - Checkout key dropbox What wasn’t appreciated; - lack of communication & complicated nature of getting to the rooms. - There is no offical reception & had to ask another shop owner, where we had to call a mobile number on a door & they came & took us into the multi-story complex into what looked like a converted room, which was a mess & very unprofessional. - No complementary room service for multiple nights stay ($30 per service). - The carpark vs the hotel. We learn’t the hard way that the carpark area & residential/ hotel area are completely separate, meaning separate elevators in separate buildings, making it extremely difficult to unpack & repack the car with 3 days worth of luggage +2 young children, having to walk on the street with all our belongings to get into the main building elevators. - The rooms looked nothing like advertised & poorly serviced eg. holes in walls, dirty basins, poor bathroom lighting, no face/hand towels, broken stove. - Not young child friendly, even though we had to specify ages, we were given a glass coffee table, vases & breakables in the room which we had to put away out of reach in fear of breakages.

Great location. Was close to everything. We had 4 people in 2 bedroom place and only two keys Needed access to more keys as we were all coming going different times. They left us two towels and when I called them they were shut at 5.15. Finally had some bought the next day. They didn’t communicate the pool and gym location. Lucky others told us. The gym is pretty good. As is the pool. It was clean tidy. Quite small but that’s fine. Had tea coffee detergent etc. pillows were so uncomfortable. Would def stay again. Just will bring a pillow.

Near to the station. Staff were friendly. But little bit noisy in the morning due to constrution work.

It was an amazing room and an amazing view of Melbourne, the room was above what I expected, Only downside was that only one lift went to our level and on 2 occasions we couldn’t fit into the lift, Long wait from when it leaves the ground goes up to level 65 and then comes back

The apartment had a strong damp smell. Could not open a window. Noticed the carpet was saturated in the bedroom the night before we left after moving the suitcase to pack. Notified them the morning of checkout. No apology just ok we will look at it.

Getting to reception was very hard & the reception was disgraceful. The Staffs English was not very good & communication was difficult.

No signage or directions

There is literally no signage or directions to find the place or how to access the parking. Unable to access the floor where reception is so have to call and wait for them to come down and get you.

A great location close to Southern Cross Station and tram stop out front. The room was great had a great view and everything needed for a two night stay. There was some noise from construction on other buildings and at night when windy, but overall our stay was enjoyable

Pleasant 3 night stay.

Stayed on the 57th floor. Relatively quiet. Never had to wait too long for the elevators, which was good. Place was clean. Bathroom clean and with amenities. Only thing that needs attention is the curtains, held together with velcro and are in a poor state, sagging and drooping. Should be removed and roll down blinds installed.

The unit was perfect for a family to stay. Tram station just outside the building and a couple of shops nearby. Just a short walk to Southern Cross Station. it's a great place to stay!
