Cleanliness
Location, parking, breakfast. Helpful staff.
Overall a nice hotel, breakfast was the same every morning and plenty (bacon, eggs, potatoes, bagels, waffles, toast, milk, and cereal). Quiet and places to eat across the street and close to hotel. The room next door was being worked on so a little noisy one of the mornings. Free parking perk! Sofa bed had hair so not sure bedding was changed on that. We asked for new sheets.
Everything was amazing rooms service food was decent for hotel food and staff were very nice, there was a lot of people outside as there was a concert but it still wasn’t very loud! Only thing weird was the room doors were beat up
Very clean and great staff!
A very convenient location for accessing bike routes.
It was good
The property is clean, quiet, conveniently located near a store, and within walking distance of several destinations.
Over priced with. No good view at all even though I booked months in advance it was mediocre at best And they still after a month havnt confirmed my Expedia points for staying with them would find a new hotel
Had a great stay. Better than I would have in the states.
Quiet, clean, underground parking, breakfast and reasonable price
Great staff, easy check in and check out. Will stay again.
This was my first time to Canada and thankfully I picked the right hotel. The hotel is conveniently near 3 different buses, wonderful
A decent stay. The place is showing its age, but room was clean and staff was polite. The underground parking, while free, is tight to navigate with a larger vehicle.
Staff was very friendly, buffet breakfast was filling with many options. Underground secure parking. Just a bit of noise from street side room.
300$ per night and not even couple of bottle of water in the fridge. Humble advise: breakfast included for 300$ per night should offer better variety of food and at least, hot milk or a coffee/cappuccino maker otherwise do not offer breakfast included, charged extra as option and present a better breakfast buffet worth the extra fee.
The hotel is clean, staff is friendly. Good breakfast selection. My room faced East Hastings, A little bit noisy
Clean and modern
Great place to stay. Close to a lot of things.
Very good
The property itself was decent, but trying to get in, find parking to check in, and get into the underground parking was difficult. We had to drive around and ended up parking way up the street and walking down to check in. Staff were very friendly, room was very clean.
Atrium Hotel <3
For how little time we spent in the hotel, me and my friend had a great time enjoying the room! The microwave and mini-fridge is a convenience that some other hotels I’ve stayed at in the past have lacked, so it’s a big bonus to have that. Beyond the room and hotel just being overall gorgeous, the beds were comfortable and staff were polite! If I was to stay again in this area of Vancouver (conveniently across the street from the PNE Forum), I would absolutely choose this hotel again. A little heads up to everyone staying here in the future; the elevator moves quickly, from the lobby to the fourth floor in under ten seconds, so it left me a little wobbly (I’m also prone to motion sickness, so this goes out to my motion sick homies).
Was a great choice for events at Pacific Coliseum.
My stay at Atrium Hotel was terrible. The receptionists were rude and unfriendly. They gave me a dark room with no window/view on 3rd floor and claimed I booked that. Nowhere in the advertising on Expedia and neither my booking confirmation this was mentioned at all. So this was falsey advertised as a normal queen room. I was shocked about the state of the bathroom walls and the bath had brown mold or something in between the tiles. I took photos. The room felt like a basement room. When I asked if I could get some fruit or bread to go in the morning as I needed to check out before 7am, the receptionist said breakfast is only for paying guests from 7am. I literally paid the entire night aka until official checkout 11am. I had no dinner because there are no food options near the hotel. I couldn't sleep because around midnight a woman was screaming followed by men yelling. At 1am a security guard loudly knocked at one of the neighbors room door. So I didn't feel safe. The area around the hotel is ugly and further down the road are lots of homeless people. I only stayed there because I needed to be near PNE. Oh and unlike other all other hotels who immediately release the security deposit after checkout, Atrium gives it back after 7 days the receptionist said. Overall extremely disappointing stay and regret booking it. Prior to Atrium I stayed at 4 star and 5 star hotels in UBC and Downtown which were a million times better than Atrium Hotel.
Top notch
Underground parking..secured...like Very convenient location for me. Great restaurant across the street
The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable. Had a bit of hard time regulating the temperature of the room.
Very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff was great, hot breakfast included, beautiful old lobby and tons of busses/cabs/Ubers around. Would stay again!
I enjoy my stay
Good options for finding groceries, pharmacy, liquor, quick food restaurants
Tim Horton, Dairy Queen, Subway, pizza, Asian, grocery/drug store, healthy foods - all within a block. Not fine dining but good for a quick meal.
This is a nice hotel and so affordable. Beautiful lobby, fantastic continental breakfast (waffles, bagels, cereal, fruit, hash browns, sausages, eggs, coffee and tea) the rooms were clean and very comfortable and they have modern tvs. The only thing I didn't like was the creepy big open atrium in the middle of the property. It's full of random junk and a waste of space and an eyesore. They could easily fix this with some big plants. Everything else was amazing though.
Everything was great. Clean shower. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was good
Great comfortable stay.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout our visit. It's also very affordable, making it a great value for the quality you get. We’ll definitely be staying here every time we visit Vancouver. Highly recommended!
Breakfast
The breakfast was amazing! Bagels, assorted toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, cereal, yogurt, juice and coffee
The hotel is excellent, great amount of secure parking. The surrounding area is a little sketchy but it seems to be improving with more development apparent in the area as well.
Lots of natural light
The room was clean but if you looked closely there was left over hairs on the walls of the bathroom and there was a stone/gem from an earring in the bedding.
Awful experience, save your money and stay somewhe
Awful experience, save your money and stay somewhere else. The hotel is old and moldy; there was black mold on the windows and sills, and I have two small babies. I requested two cribs, and the hotel staff said they only had one available the first night, so I had to share the sofa bed (completely unsafe) with one of my babies. We live in the south US, where it is pretty warm and cold, so we asked for additional blankets, and the manager said, we gave you enough; how many do you need??? What kind of customer service is that??? Breakfast is basic, and when I asked for additional food, I was told they were out when I knew they had them on hand. I am not asking for anything out of the ordinary; I asked for one more package of oatmeal or more than two to-go containers. The laundry room only had one washer and dryer, but the hotel didn't have coins to use them, and there was no light in the room so that we couldn't use it at any time, especially at night. All the staff had horrible customer service attitudes; the only ones that improved our stay were Irma and the cleaning crew, Pier at the front desk at night, and Hassan at breakfast.
Good location, lots of restaurants and two drug stores nearby
Great place to stay everytime!
3 nights stay
Stayed for 3 nights and they cleaned our room everyday.
Good price, clean room and breakfast included
Good time!!
The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. We were made to feel welcomed with our little dog. Look forward to visiting again.
My partner and I came to YVR for a concert, this location was perfect! All the staff were friendly/welcoming and were quick to assist, the room was clean and had all immensities you could need and lastly the breakfast was a nice touch to start the day. Easy to get to/from wherever you need to go. Thank you for the wonderful stay - would book again.
Greta location for shows at the Forum. Nice clean room and friendly staff
Nice and clean- would stay again
Nice clean, and large room. Newer beds. Good breakfast. Garage secure but tight. We had a room on the busy side but we were on the 4th floor so noise wasn’t an issue. Worked great for us 3 adults- would definitely stay again
I love the room, parking was a bit tricky but I booked this property because it was walking distance to where Disney on Ice was held :)
Great staff, easy check in process, the rooms were nice and clean. Walking distance to
Eazy to find, gas secure parking
The sofa in the lobby area has several stains. The damage deposit of $250 is pending return within 7 to 10 days. This is the first time this has occurred during my stay at any hotel. Staff’s are friendly,
Absolutely the worse pillows I have ever had to use! Fitness suite with half the equipment that did not work. Not an amazing choice for breakfast. Hotel is clean and tidy, easy to find and plenty of underground parking. Nice location depending on what you’re looking for.
It was great. They were kind. Room was decently sized.
Enjoyed the complimentary parking and how easy it was to walk around. It’s a safe area. Wasn’t a huge fan of where our room was, it was directly across from the elevators and that room is covered in tile. People would come out of the elevators and have their conversations right at our door essentially, and they weren’t talking quietly. The sound echoed even more because of the tile. Woke us up several times between 10pm and midnight. Contemplated asking to change rooms but we just sucked it up. But I definitely would reconsider where they put us next time, as it was a huge disturbance to our toddler being woken up constantly by other guest who didn’t consider people were sleeping.
Love the room very spacious and clean. Friendly staff
Was not sure about it from the outside. Once inside was very happy. Room was very nice and staff were very polite and helpful. Liked the locking gate in the parking lot
They need to work on the coffee at breakfast. Too weak. Otherwise good choices.

Check in staff awesome, shuttle driver awesome!
One Night Stay
Great location if your attending events on thr PNE fare grounds. Close to great Vietnamese restaurant ,liquor store and coffee franchises. What lae coukd you need ?
Clean room & very friendly staff. Breakfast was ok.
Right beside playland
Definitely had a big atrium. Our view wasn’t great. Otherwise, no complaints.
Lots of great stuff about this property. Location, staff, nice rooms, secure parking , and a real decent breakfast
Pretty good stay
I had a great experience at The Atrium and was very happy
Best spot to stay for concert at pacific coliseum! Great room, comfy bed and super quiet at night Would definitely stay again
Overall it was a good spot. It's not far from many of Vancouvers attraction and restaurants.
I liked location. Comfy bed
Parking was great. Room was comfortable.
Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was good. The room we had was very small and old but very good rate and was clean.
Front staff-displayed a lack of hospitality. No effort to help us navigate around the city. Bathrooms need more renovation, out dated and water damage was evident. One elevator was out of service so while we waited for the only elevator to come the housekeeping staff went in front of us and took the elevator to herself! I had higher expectations and was disappointed
This hotel is poorly maintained, and in need of updates. The TV and bed are both nice the TV is 50" and close to the bed making for watching movies a nice experience. However only local are channels available. I recommend bringing a chromecast and laptop to create a hotspot and cast from your phone. The room hearing system has a horrific loud fan and it appeared the temperature was set at 68° and locked there to save the owners some $. Once we complained they shut off the heating system in our room and gave us a quiet space heater. (that was appreciated) We also had a microwave oven that was unplugged and no easy way to plug it is as the plug was hidden and the cord only 3' (once we complained they did fix it) We also ran out of hot water 2 of the 3 mornings we stayed there! (totally unexceptable) We weren't given and ice bucket, and housekeeping woke us up at 8am one of the mornings for some reason. This is a case of a decent hotel not well maintained.. Staff seems ok, but clearly the owner is cheap as can be. I'd only recommend if the TV is a big deal for you and the price is very good. Holiday Inn is much better IMO.
Pathetic Gym, No swimming pool, awful coffee in the room but coffee was great in the breakfast. Rooms were great, well housekept, bed was comfortable, clean bathroom.
great breakfast , close to Hobiyee. Pet friendly
Free breakfast was a joke. Floor is squeaky. Can hear every step from the floor above.
Great place
Nicely remodeled, lots of room. Breakfast is included but it is wack . Otherwise everything was really Good, only problem was our room heater was not working at all. Besides that would recommend this hotel. Hope to be back soon staff is on top of it as well
Hidden Gem
A hidden gem!! Will stay here again :-) Cheerful staff, clean and comfortable accommodations, complimentary parking and breakfast. High value and close to everything. Beautiful mountain view topped it off. Thank you!!
Great value, nice staff, secure free parking.
Unbeatable location for PNE events. Quality rooms.
Great Stay at a Budget-Friendly Hotel
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. While it’s an older property, the price was very reasonable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were absolutely lovely—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was simple but exactly what I needed to start my day at 7 AM. Plus, the location was perfect for my needs. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would certainly stay here again! 😊
Overall good for the price. But very noisy at night, can keep hearing the heat turn on and off. You can also hear people in the next room. One of the days they were partying and it was difficult to sleep. Shower made weird noises as well. It looks like a very old hotel that has been renovated.
Well managed hotel
Atrium is a well managed clean spacious hotel. Unfortunately the buffet breakfast is a bit of a free-for-all scramble, with some ill mannered guests treating it more like pigs at the trough. Hey ho!
Nice clean room
Property and building bit run down and it showed.
The Room was clean, we had a safety parking lot for free. The breakfast was minimal and not so good. Check in and check out was very easy 👌The staff was nice 😊
Breakfast was good, loved the room. Our room had a door that could be connected to another room if booked together, but our neighbors were very noisy and yelling at 4am. Not the hotels fault.
I was so impressed with the renovation and the hotel itself. It was nicely done and the free breakfast was awesome! I would say the room could’ve been vacuumed and cleaned a bit better(dust and hair on the floor and on toilet). The beds were clean and comfortable though and the staff had a crib already in the room as requested. I was very impressed!
Bathroom was in disrepair, Location is great
Rooms were so clean and quiet and staff was beyond friendly and helpful. It was refreshing to have a hotel that was cost effective while not compromising comfort, safety and cleanliness.
Great place, good location.
I needed something close to my mom’s. This was just down road. Worked perfect. Breakfast was wonderful. Great start to the day. Underground free parking. Yes we would come back.
Our stay was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and modern—perfect for our group of six. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and looked forward to it daily. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The hotel was also very affordable, and getting to downtown was easy, with an Uber costing around $20. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again!
Very nice and clean place to stay
Great
Like the location restaurants around free breakfast could use better coffee

Nice spot.
