We could hear
We had a great time when we were there. The only issue we had with room was that our air conditioner was not working. That good.
Citrus Club all you can eat and drink was poor. The amount and type of food for a luxury hotel was not appropriate and offered too few options and was more finger food than an actual meal causing us to just order room service for the night
Loud on Friday and Saturday evening... Dining choices are limited. McArthur is probably the best option for casual dining. Still waiting for the folio to be sent...
Beautiful property.
It was just okay, I don’t think it’s great.
Great stay in the Ocotillo wing which is newer. Only used the adult Sahara pool. Very helpful staff. Only tip is take the auto-setting off the air conditioner so we could make it cooler in the room. Was starting to get pretty hot for late March visit.
Pricey but staff made it worth it
Such a pleasant atmosphere!
We left a valuable item in the room when we left. We returned 2 hours later and housekeeping staff had it for us.
Historic
This is one of the best resorts I have staid. The place is amazing. Eye candy everywhere. Turn a corner stop and look around. You are staying in art. Amazing place. I will be back. Thank you MR FLW !!!!
Clean and excellent food. The room was wonderful but had to upgrade once we checked in because the standard Orbitz room was the size of a closet. They upgraded us at no charge and the room was fantastic.
Wonderful
Great pool and lounge area— exceptional pool bar and patio. If you are a FLW fan, this is the place for you!
We loved our stay! Food was terrific, service was great. Pools and landscape are gorgeous!
Iconic for sure. Originally built in the 1920’s. Still shows well and reminds one of the frank Loyd wright days
So peaceful and serene. Staff are phenomenal. Food is fabulous.
Love
Great workout room and spa
Very nice place. Everything was nice. Everything. Only issue was the shower handle was broken, as well as the drain cover. Housekeeping must of noticed it and had it repaired two days later. Drain plate was never fixed. Small issue. Didn’t change my view that it’s a very nice place. Fancy!
Friendly staff but drinks overpriced
We Extended Our Trip, This place rocks!
WOW! I could write a novel about how incredible this place is but I'll keep it short and sweet. The amenities, environment, staff, food, pools, spa, gym... I mean literally everything was top knotch. What an experience. Very puppy friendly, everybody loved our dogs. The New Years party was so fun and they gave us a free glass of champagne at the restaurant for a toast. Free water bottles everywhere, and in our room. Most places charge extra for every step of the way. I felt like this place is an amazing deal. Will definitely be returning.
Such a great experience! Staff was so accommodating and so nice! It was quiet and the spa was amazing! The food was also really good! Get the brisket sandwich at mcAuthurs! So good!! Felt very safe! Will definitely be back!
I didn’t like that our TV lost reception the whole visit! We couldn’t watch the college games without completely loosing the signal. We didn’t like engineering in our room many times and not correcting the problem. 150.00 credit to go to the bar and watch wasn’t much considering one drink is at least 22-25.00. The whole visit and nothing was done! Very disappointed in this aspect of our trip and their ability to correct it.
Nice property. Very expensive to eat or drink at their restaurants. There was a Nee Years Eve event but when we got there all the tables and seating were all reserved. There were not enough places set up to accommodate the crowd. Big disappointment! We did like the fire pit that was on our balcony. We ended up Ubering to eat and have beverages since nothing is in walking distance. Not sure I would stay here again considering the price and it’s location.
Such a beautiful resort with stunning views and walkable ammenities.
Staff was absolutely AMAZING and the property is BEAUTIFUL!!! Will definitely return!!!
Excellent facilities and 5 star feel and service.
Na
Peaceful
Everything was lovely
This is a beautiful historic property that has been updated quite well. The cottage (with a fire pit!) was comfortable and attractive. Multiple pools, hot tubs and nice golf options too. Staff was very accommodating and the spa is quite nice with good masseuses. Good bar and restaurants, though some less spicy options for dinner would be nice. Overall a terrific spot for a holiday visit
As usual, Jordan and Aaron were especially attentive. Aaron as the Manager made my access and room perfect; he was impressive in April as well. Great property.
Hide fee at the registration while checking out. Staff was not helpful there.
Excellent service and the staff are very attentive and kind. The rooms are spacious, have been remodeled and very comfortable. Top notch gym, and great pools. Had a great experience.
Loved to stay there
Need to clean up the rooms more also the parking is bad you have to walk really far to your room if you are using the parking garage. And valet.
Amazing property! The history, the Christmas decorations- it was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was absolutely fun- informative- helpful and kind. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Luxury and Service Second-to-None
I am over the moon about our stay here. The staff are what makes this hotel exceptional, from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. They made us feel so welcome and special. Our room was gorgeous and luxurious. We were right by the pool, but it was blissfully quiet. We had drinks at the Wright Bar before our dinner reservation at Renata’s Hearth. Our meal was perfection, and the service was second-to-none. If you stay here, be sure to do a history tour! It’s fascinating and you get to see some really amazing bits of history.
Overall property and amenities were great! My individual room was clean but could use some updating. My shower drain backed up on me one night but it was resolved the following day.
Very clean and nice place, Valet parking was very attentive and easygoing. Swimming pool was very nice as well.
Absolutely beautiful property! Could not have asked for more. Will definitely stay again!
Great amenities, beautiful property, friendly staff. Check in took longer than expected, called for early check in. Arrived at 2:45, didn’t get into our room until 4:25.
Nice
I would like more printed information in my room
I loved absolutely EVERYTHING about it.. our room.. free balcony upgrade, the staff in every area of the property. We were there celebrating my friends 55th birthday. Upon returning home. I invited my parents to come back with me for the jazz festival.
The hotel was nice but old. The staff were fantastic. When I checked in there was a scorpion in my room on the curtains)!!! Though they immediately changed my room, but I kept feeling unsafe throughout my stay because of the scorpion experience. But aside from that the property was nice with excellent amenities (fitness classes were the best). I also loved the pool. Specifically the deeper ones.
All was great, except the smoke from the restaurant gets in hallways of main resort and rooms.
This was a beautiful resort but it was very expensive and if you didn’t valet, the walk was to far.
This is a huge property. Expect lots of walking. It is super clean. Housekeeping does not miss a day and will check on you if you say to come later. Everyone is so nice, the citrus club was a great addition and all the staff working there were so pleasant. It is really quiet and relaxing here. We would stay again.
Simply amazing.
Enjoyed our stay and service.
The amenities offered are fabulous. Very nice and upscale resort.
Best property in Arizona!
Can't wait to go back!
The property is amazing! The pools were wonderful and well staffed, but the adult pool was very crowded. You have to get there early to get a seat. The outdoor bar was awesome...a perfect setting, good food and great bartenders. Our room was spacious and updated except for the shower. The shower head was one of the worst I've ever used in any hotel and the water leaked onto the floor through the glass shower door. We were disappointed on our last night that a conference took over the entire hotel. We were not given any sort of notification that we might need a reservation and were luck enough to score 2 bar stools at one of the indoor bars to grab a bite to eat. A heads up would have been nice. One other complaint is that music was played very loudly in the lobby making it hard to read, work, or even chat. We will definitely go back, though, as none of these things were deal breakers for us.
I plan to come back. A great experience. I have no complaints.
Disappointed again
I have stayed at Arizona Biltmore many times, but I think this will be my last. The staff is great, but the rooms are small for the price. Some newer properties in the area are much better. It also is just not as well maintained anymore, the bathroom was dirty and the carpet was stained.
Nice rooms
hotel was beautiful and the restaurants were excellent. We did have an issue with our shower not draining properly so we had to call maintenance. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars!
Beautiful grounds
The staff was exceptional: Every valet that helped us was friendly, efficient. Shout out to Bria at check in, you were a highlight. The citrus lounge and staff were incredible (Miguel!!!!) Our room was spacious, comfortable (those beds!), clean. Thanks for an incredible experience.
This is a really great place. I love the pool options, and the grounds. I want to especially single out Taylor at the Paradise pool. She was so friendly, kind, and WONDERFUL to talk to. And Tom in Cup and Cone remembered me from last year! A very nice person as well.
Loved the Biltmore Phoenix! They had some plenty of pool options, food options and fitness activities. I only left one day to go out to eat. There are plenty of restaurants that are an Uber ride away. The bed and amenities were so comfortable. The staff was friendly and customer service was top notch. I will definitely stay here again when I want an escape.
Everything was amazing!!!
Service was outstanding
The resort is beautiful, but to be honest the room felt super underwhelming- especially for $500 a night. The bathroom was nice but the rooms definitely need renovating for those kind of prices. I’m not sure if it was just the location I was in, but I heard people talking ALL night outside. Also, that was probably the warmest hotel room I’ve slept in. It felt muggy and was hard to sleep. Friendly staff, beautiful entry, but I’d give the actual room a 4/10.
John, the concierge was very helpful with arranging for our tour. Robert E. Claire the tour guide was very informative. Jordan, another front desk clerk, was also very helpful in getting our keys for our room. The only problem was our rooms weren’t ready when we got here.
Beautiful location and very peaceful with the mountain as a backdrop.
Great place to relax and live like royalty
It has beautiful grounds and nice pools
The property was pretty nice considering it was remodeled not too long ago. The lobby area was really nicely decorated and felt inviting. However one of the hot tubs on the property was quite dirty and the jets didn't work, also the shower heads aren't detachable so it makes washing yourself fully more difficult. We also felt like the food and drink prices didn’t really reflect the quality of the things we ordered. Lastly the “Fitness Center” not having showers was a big letdown.
All the staff was insanely friendly.. like, not joking! Staff is extremely helpful with anything you need. Shout out to Kiana at the Saugaro pool/bar. My friend was telling her the stay was great but he couldn't find any tums. Kiana took time out her shift to get him some from the shop. She was AMAZING our whole stay. But everyone in general from the valet to the room services were extraordinary!
Great place to stay! I will be back!
The Arizona Biltmore is an absolutely stunning resort that I highly recommend! You never know which celebrity might make an appearance.
Beautiful historic hotel
Came out here for the Hell City Tattoo convention and really enjoyed the property. I would definitely come stay here again.
The pool was disgusting. Food and drinks were over priced for their quality
Property was well kept, amenities were awesome. The grounds and rooms were very clean. The staff was very friendly.
Excellent service
Very clean, very relaxing
We had such an amazing time i took my kids and we had a blast perfect getaway perfect beautiful resort
The biltmore was amazing with its history and design!
Check in nightmare!
The check in was horrendous! There was a line of about 14 people while the check in crew chatted it up! The concierge counter had 4 people just talking, nobody had the initiative to come over and help. Get the people checked in and if they need more service that is what the concierge is for!
Outstanding staff and service will be going again in near future!
Very clean. The service is hit or miss. We requested turn down service in the evenings and we never got it. Pretty pricey. We paid $54 for 2 virgin piña coladas and one old fashioned, and we added a generous tip on top of that. Beautiful clean grounds, but the service could be kicked up a notch.
Weekend getaway
The room was very clean and spacious. The service was excellent and everyone was very helpful. Great place for a quick staycation.
One of the most unique properties I have ever stayed at. The architecture is beautiful, the pools and restaurants are great, and the service is fantastic.
Unique desert art deco architecture.
Great property and location
We enjoyed a nice staycation for a birthday celebration. Had a great time at the pool. I will say the prices at the pool are a little spend. We did discover the citrus room and I highly recommend that for anybody staying on property. You can’t bring the food or drinks into the pool but otherwise it’s all inclusive and it’s phenomenal. We mainly used it for cocktails and some appetizers along with breakfast. We did have dinner out. Overall great, and everyone was very friendly.
Great property - staff not so great
Property is great - but we ran into multiple staff that weren’t friendly. Valet, servers, we called and asked if they could bring up a silverware setup and said they had to charge for it. Beautiful property but if you want service stay at the ritz.
Pros: - clean room with comfy bed and large TV - outdoor 24hr swimming pools, one with large slides - large outdoor bar - pretty grounds Cons: - added fees include: parking (~$30/day), resort fee, some other daily travel(?) fee, etc. - resort fee doesn't include use of tennis or pickleball courts; they have addition fees - no reasonably priced onsite food; for example a burger is ~$50, breakfast ~30pp - balcony rooms have shared balcony with neighbor(s) and are easily accessible from all rooms the floor, so can't forget to close lock sliding doors also - pool slides close early
.
Hotel was great but they are not cleaning the pools… too many bugs floating, cloudy water for the entire weekend… had to step over the same band aid for 2 days on the pool entry steps…as a pool owner it was just disgusting!…I won’t even get into the drink costs… just absurd.
Wonderful stay!
Could not have had a better experience, the staff we friendly, lovely, and personable. Would come back here just for the hotel
The Biltmore never disappoints. Love this place.
Our staycation
This resort checks ALL the boxes! It’s 1st class all the way and we are definitely going back 💯
The Arizona Biltmore was nice. However, my room was so hot. I don’t know if it’s due to the heat outside but if finally cooled down at 2am. The room itself was humongous. The shower pressure was good. The resort itself was beautiful. I had a EV and it was difficult to charge there. Room service for quick and the food was delicious. Get valet or it’s a nice walk to the parking garage. I will most likely try this resort again with a different room type, since they have several options for stay.
This was the perfect staycation with my husband. We had great service; everyone was helpful and friendly.

This is our 3rd time here and each visit gets better and better. Our waiter David was the best!
