Fantastic food and service. Lots of steps if you are not on the main level- up to 200. We had spotty internet, hot tub not very hot. Kim at the front desk was incredible. Staff overall- amongst the best anywhere. Regardless of the small issues- paradise.

I had an AMAZING time! My room was spacious and clean and right amid that beautiful cliff view in Santorini, it was spotless ans comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind. Additionally, the breakfasts were so good, and having them as room service in your beautiful room was an added bonus! They were so prompt, I dont know what more I could have asked for!

we loved our stay. The facilities are amazing, the staff is wonderful and friendly. We only had breakfast here but it was always great food and so many choices. You can have it in the room or at the restaurant. We did both and each has the benefits. The view is amazing and location can’t be beat.

Andronis was everything I dreamt before going to Santorini, an amazing property but what’s even more amazing is the incredible team of staff. Each and everyone there deserves a medal!

We stayed in Zeus which was amazing. The view from the top Oia is amazing and you get to see the rest of the cliff side terraces. The hot tub was wonderful after exploring the city. The hot tub could have had jets to loosen your muscles but thats a minor point compared to the amazing service of the staff. The staff will book you travel with teslas which is way better than the vans that drive crazy around the city. Make sure you plan your days around the weather and the cruise ships. This spot is close to the iconic insta spots so you can get up early to beat the crowds. You can see a sunrise from the room and a sunset from the side balcony of the room. The staff will book your reservations and keep spots for well known spots for you (i.e., ammoudi fish tavern). Staff transported our luggage on the last day for transportation so we could spend the last day exploring areas before flying out. 10/10! Highly recommend. Pool was amazing with an amazing view

This place is truly magical. From before we even arrived they took care of everything I inquired about. Staff is amazing and the on-site restaurant is truly world class I can’t say enough it’s a fairy tale ..see you guys in September!!

Exceed expectations

One of the most beautiful hotels we have every used. The service was exception. The views from the private decks are exquisite. A perfect romantic getaway.

We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary here for 2 nights the view was amazing staff was exceptional and location was exceptional center of Oia-in the middle of shops and restaurants- we had our anniversary dinner at there restaurant over looking the cliff it was amazing we also did Pac-Man restaurant at there sister property which was a wonderful experience for dinner!

We have stayed in many hotels around the world and this is definitely the best hotel staying experience we have ever had. The room is amazing, view is stunning and staffs are helpful and extremely friendly (special thanks to Christina for taking care of all our needs during our stay). Beautiful boutique hotel with stunning view of Santorini. We had the best time of our lives. Everything was perfect. The room was very spacious with a cave appeal. We had a suite with a private hot tub, which had spectacular views of Santorini. We had a package that included breakfast to our room. Breakfast was delicious and presentation was awesome. Breakfast, service and location was top of the line. Absolutely loved our time there. Hope to return sometime in the future.

Andronis is the best of the best. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and helpful. This place checks all the boxes. Amazing rooms, delicious food options, and the best all around service. I would rate this a 100/10. It's not comparable to anywhere else I've ever stayed. We will absolutely be returning next time we come back to Santorini.

Very nice hotel. Only problem was I paid to have a hot tub but it was cold water every time we wanted to get into it.

Andronis suites are the definition of Luxury! The suite was beautiful and clean. Housekeeping was impeccable, twice a day! The views were beyond belief. The staff went above and beyond to suggest and make reservations for activities and restaurants. Truly paradise !

Amazing experience

Far exceeded our expectations

The team at the Andronis was incredible. Kelly, Elvi, Vasiles and the rest of the team went above and beyond. We loved the Grand Suite and the Infinity Pool Suite. The Grand Suite is better for people who prefer less stairs and the Infinity Suite would be great for a romantic getaway as it has a private, outdoor pool. We look forward to returning.

Breakfast presented a large, diverse selection and was incredibly good. We enjoyed eating breakfast out on our balcony each morning. They have amazing views of the caldera and sea from their restaurant, and the service was great, but we also had great views from our room and high-quality room service so we appreciated the variety when we ate on site. We stayed in the Honeymoon suite with a cave pool, and hands down it was one of the best rooms we’ve ever stayed at. It was incredibly spacious and well designed, had the indoor cave pool attached to the bathroom (temperature is adjustable), a very functional living room with some warm colors and soft lighting, the bedroom faced the sea and also had the most spacious deep-soaking jetted tub (also facing the sea) we’ve seen, and the furnished balcony with its views was simply stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful with every request, and the service was very efficient. Highly recommend this property!

Incredible Hotel

Wow, wow, wow! One of the most incredible hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Not only because of the spectacular view of the beautiful caldera! or the fantastic breakfast served on the balcony every morning or the beautifully designed suites with private jacuzzis but the staff! in particular Eleni from the front desk! Her customer service was exceptional and she made a wonderful stay MAGICAL! We will 100% be returning! This hotel is slightly on the pricey side but worth every penny! A truly memorable trip indeed! Thank you to all of the staff in particular Eleni!

Best Service, Best location

The service was beyond compare. The location was perfection, right on the pedestrian walkway in Oia. The front desk was so helpful. you could send them a whatapp message for anything and they would arrange it or get you the information. Top Notch

Amazing 5 night at the wonderful hotel

This hotel is amazing 5 nights that was like a dream... The service , the nice hospitality The location, and believe me we saw alot of hotels...we just love it!!!!

Fantastic location and facilities, had a fantastic 3 nights. Lycabettus restaurant is AMAZING- the view, the food, the service - outstanding. Room and jacuzzi were great, overlooking the sea and the caldera. Location is very central in Oia and a 10 minute walk to the main sunset lookout. Hope to stay there again.

Amazing

This was our first time In Greece/Santorini and I can’t wait to return! We planned this trip as a birthday celebration and it ended up being a babymoon as well. Although the hotel accomodations, food and view are all amazing, the staff and service really make this second to none. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for q great place to relax and enjoy the Caldera and island of Santorini.

Amazing service and beautiful place

This place was like heaven on earth. The staff was exceptional and made us feel like family from the moment our driver greeted us at the airport to Sophia and the guest services team getting us checked in and acquainted with the resort and local area. When we travel, we like to stay at the nicest places and this was hands down, the most luxurious place we've been to. I work in the service industry and can truly appreciate good service. This team was trained well from top to bottom and made us feel special. They all knew us by name and were so genuinely hospitable. You can have the nicest facilities in the world but if you don't have the right people in place it can all be for nothing. The resort and our room were immaculately clean and from the restaurant, the pool, the breakfast being delivered to our room, the views, the location and everything in between, it was perfect. Thank you for making our celebration one to never to forget with memories we will always cherish. Until we meet again!

A holiday we’ll never forget

I booked my stay here at Andronis Luxury Suites mainly based on the amazing reviews I had seen on virtually every site I had checked and it certainly lives up these standards and more! From the moment of mine and my girlfriends.. now fiancée.. arrival they couldn’t of been anymore helpful and made us feel anymore welcome. Every day of our stay they went above and beyond to help us with absolutely everything. I could easily give a 5* review purely based on the hospitality received, I’ve never experienced customer service like this anywhere I’ve been.. but the actually place itself was stunning. We stayed in the Pandora suite. The room was beautiful and stunning. It looked great on the pictures I had seen beforehand but they don’t do it justice. We had a balcony with an infinity pool which was amazing, we loved it. But the view topped it. It was breathtaking. I’d booked Santorini to propose to my girlfriend, I had plans elsewhere to propose but the stay here at Andronis was perfect for us. It’s a holiday we’ll never forget and a place we would love to go back to in future

It’s going to be difficult to explain how INCREDIBLE this hotel & it’s staff are. We were here to celebrate our Honeymoon & they truly put out all the stops for us. From the moment we walked through Andronis’s doors we were in the amazing care of Evli, who did everything to make sure we were constantly overjoyed. Aside from the gorgeous Caldera views & having the best location in Oia - Evli, Sophia, & all of the staff here were what made Andronis Luxury Suites so out of this world. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants 5 star accommodations & 5 star service. Thank you Andronis for a trip we will never forget!

Excellent hotel, location, views and service.

Perfect location in the heart of Oia. Fantastic views of the caldera. Large room with two hot tubs/spas - one with view and one in bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had a nice couples massage as well that was very good. Included breakfast menu was extensive and service always on time. Only comment is that in bathroom spa creates a lot of humidity. If you close bathroom door, the bathroom quickly becomes a sauna. If you leave it open, the room becomes warmer, more humid and louder. A very small critique. Would definitely recommend overall.

Santorini - Oia

Have traveled throughout the world and this was an amazing experience. One of the most beautiful places in the world, with the cliff side resort and city of Oia. Unbelievable views and the staff at the Andronis could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They made for an unforgettable stay. Resort - beautifully situated in the cliffs of Santorini. Walk down the steps to private rooms, pool, and breathtaking views. Location - fantastic - close to everything in Oia, but still private and secluded in the section of town with NO cars. Many other resorts are along the busy road. Staff - they were all amazing. Could not have been friendlier or more helpful.

Luxury surrounded by beauty

We absolutely loved our stay at Andronis suites. We have traveled a fair bit in our lives, and we both agreed this was our favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. The caldera cave rooms are so unique and beautiful, the bed comfortable, our room had a jacuzzi on our patio which was the perfect way to end our nights. The service was unmatched and almost brought my wife to happy tears. Sofia and Evelin were so unbelievably nice and helpful at finding and booking activities and dining, as well as helping us plan our days. The infinity pool and bar had a spectacular view looking out at the ocean and tasty cocktails. The breakfast was a bountiful delicacy that we couldn't possible finish each morning. If you are wanting to stay in Oia, do yourself a favor and stay here!

Phenomenal

Phenomenal!!! The property, location, hospitality, customer service, amenities were all top notch! Don’t have enough good things to say about our stay at the Andronis.

We stayed at the Hera Suite which is right next to the pool. We enjoyed the privacy of our own balcony and hot tub and being close to the main pool & restaurant. The andronis is a beautiful resort with top notch staff. The view is amazing from any angle. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food was amazing. The complimentary breakfast was also very good and served in your suite. Cons: The hot tub was temperamental- either too hot or cold and it could only be adjusted remotely. Lots of steps to get down to the hotel so not the best for people who have bad knees. Would recommend using the hotels car service from airport/port as the hotel isn’t accessible to street level and carrying all the bags yourself isn’t fun. Overall highly recommend and would return!

Luxurious, Relaxing, Amazing service

Had a truly perfect vacation experience staying in the Apollo suite of the Andronis. Great breakfast food, and we enjoyed dinner at the Lycabettus restaurant. The service here stood out - all staff constantly had a smile on their face and were attentive to every need. Rooms were cleaned multiple times a day, and the view of the sea cannot be beat. Great location in the heart of Oia

The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Made everything relaxing and fulfilled our every whim. The view was beyond compare. The most lovely place we have ever stayed. We never wanted to leave. Walking distance from wonderful restaurants and shops. Bliss!

First; the view was amazing. Staff was super helpful, and nice. Room was perfect, when we got there our hot tub was a little cold for us but they cranked the heat up ASAP. There is some pretty good stairs to get to any room there but the staff handles all your luggage (thankful for that!). All in all excellent stay!

Incredible Andronis Santorini

Absolutely magical experience. But it wouldn’t have been as magical if it wasn’t for the kind, friendly, helpful staff at Andronis luxury suites. And the hotel itself is in an ideal location, close to top restaurants whether you’re looking for a delicious night out at a 5 star restaurant or just a simple takeaway pizza, it’s all a few steps away along with shopping and that incredible view. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED HOTEL. We also recommend the Infinity pool suite or any suite with a pool or outdoor jacuzzi. But you won’t be disappointed either way. A+++

Lovely luxury hotel with wonderful views

We had 7 nights here and had a fantastic time . We had a Premium Suite which was very comfortable and spacious with a lovely balcony with amazing views of the volcano and the ocean. We had breakfast delivered to the room every day to eat on the balcony. The pool area is quite small but the pool bar is very door with a wide range of drinks and good food available. The staff at the hotel could not have been more pleasant or helpful . The restaurants attached to the hotel are very good but expensive and we preferred others that we found in the local area.

Perfect for relaxing!

The hotel is excellent for relaxation. The view from our room was magnificent and we spent a lot of time enjoying the outdoor jacuzzi, the sun, the view and the delicious food from the restaurant. The hotel restaurant is a must! Dining there is phenomenal!

The Hotel is set in the perfect location . With the exception of all the uneven steps involved in getting to room, everything else was amazing.

Gorgeous hoteland amazing staff!

We came here as our last stop of our Honeymoon. It was an amazing hotel and we were surprised with a beautiful upgrade to the Aristotle Suite for our our first night! Private plunge pool and a beautifully appointed room, we didn't want to leave! But what made our stay all the more special was the staff. From the time we were met at the airport to our check-in and check-out, everything was just so easy and pleasant. I can't say enough about the front desk staff who always had smiles on their faces and were willing to help with any request. The spa is beautiful and room service food was also good quality and a decent selection. We will definitely be back again and again. Thank you Adronis for making our honeymoon that much more amazing!!

Great Hotel with amazing service

Andronis symbolises luxury with one of the finest service we have seen. Celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary we found the perfect place and the perfect host in Nefeli who made our vacation so comfortable and memorable. We stayed at Zeus – right at the top and then at Poseidon closer to the pool for 2 days each and each had its own wonders. They do serve full breakfast in the room but try going to the Restaurant - they just make it so special and it’s so much better . It can get windy and cold in the evening so table at the crest overlooking the sea may look tempting but can get problematic. Must have a meal at the restaurant for true fine dining experience – steak is the best and wine collection is super – just leave it the sommelier he knows believe me !!!!! Visit Thalami just down the hotel for some incredible food. Need a great hot chocolate and pie? – go to Skiza – again very close to the hotel. Must visit an amazing store close by which has the finest collection of marionettes. Just walk along the boardwalk and shop; no need to go far. Cruise is good fun so a must do but the sunset one– it does get pretty hot in the day. Andronis is a place to chill and experience finer things in life so don’t rush your holiday,

Beautiful Stay in Santorini

We recently got back from a 4 night stay at Andronis for our honeymoon. We had the most incredible stay. All of the staff members were so friendly and helpful. The balcony was incredible, with the most gorgeous view we have ever seen. Breakfast every morning on the balcony surpassed all expectations. The infinity pool was heated and beautiful. Their restaurant is absolutely delicious and of course has an incredible view. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Santorini.

Andronis wonder!

Stunning views from balcony. Dining at hotel was superb from the individually requested breakfast to the a la carte dining. Room was very private and comfortable, great sleeping facilities. Staff were quick to provide additional items on request (kettle, ice etc). Swimming pools and service were excellent. Spa is worth a visit.

Most luxurious experience ever. Memorable stay.

Transfer was arranged from ferry port at reasonable rate. When we reached hotel, greeted us with sangria wine. We got an upgraded suite which was icing on the cake. we just chilled and relaxed in the suite jacuzzi, pool and the room itself. Everything about the stay was classy. Attention was given to the detail by the staff. Breathtaking views of the caldera. Amazing dinner at lycabettus restaurant. I couldn't have asked for anything more on my honeymoon. It's for the niche crowd. Recommended!

Breathtaking view and best staff!

Andronis' view was SO amazing. It was the best experience to eat breakfast on our balcony staring at beautiful Oia. The food was amazing but expensive. I suggest buying your food to go and taking it to your room for the view. "If you eat with a view you pay for it." The staff was the best part, they were helpful, kind, they remembered you, and they went out of their way to make sure you were 100% happy and taken care of. It was a real treat to stay at this spectacular place. I will never stay anywhere else in Santorini, I highly recommend it.

Incredible property and service

Andronis Luxury Suites is an incredible place to stay for a romantic get away. It is expensive but we left feeling like we received great value. Concierge (Georgio) was simply incredible, took care of everything we needed. The hotel staff was also very constant with their "yes, of course" reply to every single request we made. The dining was over the top fantastic, as was the wine tasting and the guide for the tasting (Pauli) was also the best of the best. Andreas who helped us with our bags coming and going was also exceptional. If you want a memorable stay on this top destination island - only place to stay in my opinion.

Just AWESOME!

The only reason this hotel didn't get 10/10 is the bed was just ok. Besides that very small detail, this was by far the best place my wife and I have stayed. EVER! Our stay was to short but by the time we left we felt like family. The staff knew our names and made us feel at home. The pictures do not do this place justice. Expect the view from your room to be 100 times better than any picture. One draw down was the climb up and down from your room to the street. Anyone older or with handicaps shouldn't stay here. Besides that DO IT!!

Last stop on my Honeymoon

Amazing Hotel, with fantastic views, service and rooms. We stayed here for 4 nights on the last stop of our European vacation. This hotel had amazing views and rooms. The service was 5 star as well. Highly recommended.
