This was by far one of the best hotels i have ever stayed at. So clean and so nice. Amazing place. Great value for the family. So clean and fresh smelling. Lovely time

I had paid extra for a garden view room was put into a room facing a brick wall which was a little frustrating. Our room was very dated and older but clean. A little concerning we had an opening in the ceiling above the shower. Outside of hotel is beautiful but inside is definitely very dated and old.

Carpet smell dirty, shower no have hot water, bed sheets dirty....

Great Stay Near Disneyland

Staff is friendly. Convenient restaurant in the lobby for meals (as someone who doesn't like to leave the property to venture out & who is older & gets tired after a day of walking in Disneyland). Rooms are charming & themed. Very clean.

The room was so dirty and smelt awful. There was so much dust around the furniture. My nephew and I broke out with rashes due to all the dust.

The mattress was so aweful. Vefy uncomfortable to sleep. Did not feel like i got my moneys worth

We love the Anaheim Majestic!! It is our go-to hotel whenever we go to Disneyland. The property is big, safe, the rooms are big, a yummy restaurant, a shop, a cute little lounge area, and free shuttle to Disneyland! We love staying here!!

Great for families, bad for groups

My family has been staying here for our bi annual family trip for years. We love it. The hotel is so close to Disney, it has great grounds and is such an affordable rate for the quality of the rooms. It was my first recommendation for an upcoming all ladies trip to Disney. There were 8 women ranging from 25-60 year old. Together we got 4 two queen rooms. I called in advance asking if we could be placed near one another. But when we arrived they said there was no way to make that happen because our rooms were all different. The property is large requiring us to walk outside, take multiple elevators up and down to each others rooms. Here is the frustrating part. Our rooms looked identical! All exterior facing double queen bedrooms. No one had paid for any upgrade and while we used separate cards to pay we all booked on the same day booking the same standard double queen room. While I still love the hotel for a family trip (my two under 5 years old share a room with me). I would not recommend for group events. Which is what I told my sister for her upcoming wedding. We were not accommodated even tho it was an easy request and the explanation felt like a lie especially since we all talked about which rooms we purchased and saw one another’s rooms. The hotel was not full either, this was midweek in February.

We always stay at the Majestic hotel it is very clean. Quiet really close to Disneyland and the best is that they have shuttles. That will take you to him from the park.

There was female hair on the shower wall

Great location to disney with shuttle to disneyland. Clean. Only dislike was that our tub drain plug didnt really work so our daughter couldnt take a bath. Other than that everything was great. Our daughter forgot her phone when we left to airport and they found it and are shipping it home. We are very happy about that. Overall great hotel.

Love that they have a shuttle, super convenient and easy to get to the parks. Some of the rooms are a little older but great hotel.

The shuttle service is awesome! It often ran many times more than just every 30 minutes - we never waited any more than 15 minutes for a ride. Love this place. Will be staying again!

Pleasant Stay

We have stayed at the Anaheim Majestic many times. The rooms were clean but the mattresses need to be replaced and the bathrooms could use some love. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Will stay here again.

The grounds were beautiful, the shuttle service to Disneyland ran promptly. It was very convenient to use

Extremely disappointed with the smelly rooms, broken shower, cracks in the bathroom, water getting clogged and bad odor. I will not recommend or stay here again.

The service was amazing. Great staff all around. The little cafe and the store were great food options. Loved the convenience of the shuttle to/from the hotel and park. My daughter loved the castle bunk beds and adored Princess Corrine. We can't wait to stay again.

Rooms are outdated they need to clean the carpets better mattresses are way too hard. Bathroom needs a really fully remodel.

Not majestic at all!

The location to the park is the sole positive about this location. The buses (old bluebird school buses) that shuttle you run sporadically. Some days at the top of the hour mid day and some days every half hour but which half hour? Sometimes 48 after, sometimes on the half hour, who knows. They’ll also load partially at night and make you wait for the next one which was a real treat. Our room had what appears to be mold and mildew but with no vents to move air in the bathroom you can’t do anything about it. The bathroom is another experience. We didn’t have consistent hot water the entire 5 days. You’d start the shower at an ideal temp and it would fluctuate from scalding hot to cold as hell the entire time. Some days staying cold. I have a medical condition that makes me cold intolerant so showers were pretty miserable. You pay extra for everything you’d get standard at better places. Want a half hour late checkout? A fee. Are they cleaning all 500,000 rooms at one time? No. But you’ll pay. Our room was right by the dumpsters and delivery gates so it made the birthday celebration extra special. The elevators are questionable if they’re running. It’s $6 for a machine made “latte” and the size you get varies by who’s serving them! It’s .50¢ cheaper for the same size drip coffee. (You’re looking at $5 and change) The breakfast buffet is $21 or so a person and it’s awful. You’ll pay a bit more at higher level hiltons and have your mind blown. But at least coffees included!

It is perfectly adequate. Is it special? No. Is it convenient? Yes. The pool was heated but not much. The spa was closed for maintenence. My daughter and I got stuck in an elevator. It's very dated. And the buffet is horrible.

By far our most favorite place to stay at. It's our only option we'll pick for our Disneyland vacations.

Loved everything about it especially the transportation to Disneyland.

26th Wedding Anniversary Trip

Enjoyed the stay, Great Room & Dinner was also enjoyable at Hanagi’s Japanese Restaurant. The transportation to and from Disneyland was very convenient!

Easy shuttle to and from Disneyland and Convention center. Staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet had notable Huevos Rancheros.

Encountered rude staff member at front desk, he was on phone arguing with someone and greeted me with a hostile tone after he hung up. I tried to talk to second staff member who seemed bored. Very unwelcoming especially given the high price. Room was very run down with dust bunnies under bed and mold in bathroom. Sheets were clean and no sign of bugs but not cleaned thoroughly after last guest. The place is a maze with no helpful signage to help in navigation. Random letters on outside of building don’t match letters assigned to rooms inside. WiFi was throttled to dialup speeds unless you paid extra. I paid $15 thinking it would cover my 3 day stay but was asked to pay again the next morning. It’s close to Disneyland but not worth the price.

Heat does not work

Great stay near Disneyland that isn’t a Disneyland Hotel. It’s less expensive and they have a shuttle directly to and from the park.

The hotel is on a beautiful property. Our room was huge, and we loved that. The bathroom was incredibly small, though. That would be the only downside. The grounds are lovely and well-maintained. The bus service to and from Disneyland is really excellent!

Awesome place, great location

Hotel was super clean as listed but as far as bathroom goes I wasn’t very pleased. The toilet hardly flushed, shower dripped, water pressure was lighter than the sink. They offer cleaning of your room every 3rd day but you can put your trash outside your room and call to have it picked up. There are multiple places to eat inside the hotel so room service would have been nice but it was very easy to access food and things! They have a full store with anything and everything you may have forgotten. The only time I saw An employee was during check in so if you’re looking for a quiet place to not be disturbed this is it! Overall my stay was amazing being so close to Disney and free travel to and from as long as you’re a guest! It’s outdated but for a short trip other than the bathroom my experience was amazing.

Unfortunately, this trip when arriving at 1AM in the morning got into our room and the AC was on WITH NO HEAT IN THE . We had to switch rooms for the building that had heat in it.

The breakfast was not very good. But everything else was perfect!

Our one night stay

This hotel is beautiful from the inside out. We were able to check in about an hour earlier than actual check in time. Young girl was so sweet checking us in. The room was huge, the bed was comfortable. Only thing was the bathroom was a little tight, but not a problem as we weren’t staying except the night. We loved the outside grounds, the flower gardens the gazebo . The gift shop deli was so cute and very well stocked with everything. This place is magical and we will definitely stay again.

I like it because good attention whit the customers, and everything is clean.

Convenient, affordable, needs an update

There's a lot of good things about this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was affordable with good food. The service throughout the hotel was excellent. The only downside is that the hotel needs an update. For example, there were no USB outlets in the room, and the bathtub drained really slow.

The Majestic was so easy to find! It's right of the fwy exit and getting into the hotel was super easy. The hotel feels very spacious, with large halls, big rooms and lots of gardens and indoor gathering areas. We were there on a Thursday and Friday and only had to share the enormous pool with two other guests. It's very quiet and calm. Perfect after a day at Disneyland! The rooms could use an upgrade in coffee machine. A bigger table or desk would be great to have in room for eating. The bathrooms are so small but they get the job done. I wish they provided hand lotion and more soap. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were ok. Best was the castle bunk bed and the shuttle to and from the park.

Property was good just needs a little updating! Not enough usb outlets, windows dated and dirty. Not enough storage space .

It has a shuttle for disneyland, which is the only positive. The room was dirty. Needs a huge upgrade. The bathtub was dirty as well. Never again!

Great place...we'll stay there again

The room was very large and comfortable. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. The bus to and from Disneyland was great and saved us a great deal of money in parking g costs at the park.

Not wheelchair accessible

As a Wheelchair user the place is not anywhere near ADA compliant. We requested a wheelchair accessible room which they had to upgrade us for free to get and then it wasn’t a wheelchair accessible room at all. All of the doors in the place are way too heavy for someone in a wheelchair to be able to manage by themselves And I almost got stuck outside my room because I couldn’t get the damn door open.

The hotel was outdated and really dirty. We found many cockroaches and our toilet flooded every morning. There were no activities on the weekdays. The shuttle lines were very long and often had to wait multiple times for a ride.

Not a good night

Checked in the hotel around 8pm got to the room put our stuff and then around 9:30 we went to bed and around 2am the motor for the ac burnt out filling the room with smoke called the front desk and they said to stay there we are sending security so 10 minutes later security showed up and said yeah it’s bad and he let the front desk know they need another room so we had to pack everything back up and around 2:30 am we got the other room mind you they said it was an upgrade but I didn’t think so. In the morning I went to the front desk to talk to the manager and he was very impolite with me said we upgraded you already there’s nothing else I can do. I said we had to wait in a room with smoke because front desk and security said to wait there and your not going to do anything else for me well I will take off 1 parking for you I said that’s garbage you should at least comp me for one night but he said I will take off 2 nights of parking and that’s all I’m going to do. So later in the day the main manager called me and wanted to make things better I said ok I feel that you should at least comp me one night he said no we upgraded you and took off the parking and that was enough then why did he call me that wasn’t making things right I feel that they could have done something better but refused to.

There was no room services or no daily clean up which is a shock, other than that, it was a great place to stay if visiting Disneyland.

A safe bet

This is a very nice hotel and service is excellent. It was very clean as well. There are not many electric outlets in the room though. As with any hotel, the price to park is outrageous simply another act of greed that all hotels in this area engage in. Another act of greed is resort fees. All hotels have continued to add fee after fee for really nothing at all. Unfortunately, this has become an accepted practice. A nice perk is the shuttle to and from Disneyland.

Good, but used to be great!

This hotel used to be our favorite place to stay when visiting Disneyland… Prices have definitely gone up. Breakfast and parking are no longer included in room reservation. Staff is still super friendly!

Shuttle drivers deserve a raise

We’ve stayed here many times, never in the garden tower though. To say that building needs some love and renovations is an understatement. The staff at the front desk are always welcoming. The drivers of the shuttles need a raise. They are truly the frontline staff dealing with customers. Cranky passengers returning from a long day at the parks. Mediating lines for the shuttles. Always with the best customer service and kindness.

Bad odor

I’ve stayed at the Majestic Garden Hotel many times. After my most recent stay there, I will no longer stay there again. When I first walked into my room, the odor of the carpet was terrible. The room smelled musty. The mattress was so uncomfortable, because I could feel all the springs from the mattress whichever way I laid on. The pillows were instantly flat the moment I laid my head on them, no support whatsoever. I stayed on the second floor in room 4220. They need to figure something out with the shuttle service. When we arrived at the bus stop, there was a bus picking up people, and there was still a lot of people waiting to be picked up. The second bus showed up & instead of pulling all the way forward, the bus driver opened the door and the people in the back of the line went in the bus first instead of the people that were in front of the line. This happened 2 times on two different days. Very disappointed with this hotel.

Good and clean, needs an upgrade on certain areas but nice

The elevator opened non stop and shut and could hear thru the wall! With all the hundreds of people there this weekend it was annoying and disrupting. The room across from us was the maids head counters too and that door opened and shut loudly all day!

gnats were coming out of the bathroom sink.when I folded down the sheet a spider crawled out. I would appreciate free coffee in the lobby. good things were the shuttle drivers, Chris the manager and the location of the property to Disney

The room was large but the bathroom was small and only 1 person was able to get ready at a time. Our room faced the freeway so it was very loud and we did not sleep well. I would recommend getting a room facing the courtyard. The blankets were thin we had. to request an extra one. The shuttle service was wonderful too and from the park and very convenient that was one reason we picked the hotel.

My family and I always stay here for our Disney trips. Parking rate is reasonable, the free shuttle is fantastic, the rooms are nice, and it has a convenient gift shop with food options.

The stay was great. Beautifully decorated. Loved the transportation to and from the theme park. The only minor issue we had was refrigerator wasn’t working. Overall, we would definitely stay again.

We Love the Majestic!

This was our second stay at the Majestic. It is such a fun, convenient and cozy place. The staff are all so accommodating, friendly and eager to help with anything you may need. The Garden Bistro bar tenders, Marcos and Danny were fun, professional and so respectful. The chef makes amazing food and having the CA Deli was very convenient with a ton of options for quick eats, on the go. The free shuttle service is such a nice and easy way to get back and forth from the parks. Thank you Majestic! We will definitely be back. It will be our home away from home for many years to come!
