Do not stay here

I did not stay. I checked out after seeing the room. The room looked like a crime scene. We were given a key and walked over to a room that was open and getting cleaned. The mirror and table were covered in something sticky. The sheets were like paper no blankets, cracks in the walls, grime, the sink smelled so bad and there were bugs. I’m embarrassed to have booked in the first place. I packed my family up and went to the front and let them know I couldn’t stay there.

The property was nasty. The bathroom was nasty. The shower curtains had a hole in it The room had a lot of holes in the wall.I never received my deposit back

My room looked nothing like the pictures. The wood planks on the floor were separated, furniture was chipped and damaged, walls and tables were filthy, stained that appeared to be mold on the top trim of the room. I was so uncomfortable I was no there for 5 minutes. I told the front office I did not want to stay there, they offered me another room that looked slightly better but I was already too uncomfortable from the first room 118 that I just wanted to leave even if it meant I lost money. I would never come here again. I left and kept driving till I found something else

Near Disneyland so it was a good option for our trip there. Showers were cold, no hot water, our room key stopped working on the second day there. But the room itself was clean and was nice.

If you are looking at this consider it a warning from above. Pay the extra few bucks for a nearby location. This is not the affordable motel you are looking for. Nasty, bugs, horrible smell, scary, dirty, bloody.

Gross and run down

Gross rooms. Bad service. Broken pull out couch. Broken air conditioner/heater. Stains all over the walls and baseboards. Peeling paint. Water damage in the entire bathroom, and plenty of mold in the shower. Bathroom door doesn't shut properly, and the toilet doesn't stop running. I slept on a couch covered in stains, because we asked for a set of linens for the pull out couch, which never came. Worst hotel Stay in years. Stay at motel six.

I gave this property 2 stars for no hot water. The staff had me try two other units and same. The water was cold and not warm. Traveling with small children I needed to have hot water.

The key card did not work in the room that was originally assigned to my family. The room that they did get did not have any hot water, it got warm at the best. Will definitely not refer anyone to this hotel.

You get what you pay for and though the rooms have obvious upgrades, there was no hot water both days we were there. Even at a bargain price, they should have hot water.

I would rate this facility 2 star. The outside looks run down. The inside is more updated but it wasn’t very clean. Our feet and socks were very dirty after a few hours in the room. The comforters were ripped and there was a broken facet. The beds were comfortable and it was a nice set up for our family, just wasn’t clean or well kept.

Plan a budget trip to disneyland. However Check-in with okay when I arrived in my room.It looked like the homeless we're living in it. Ask the office for a sheet to cover the couch Because it look like they picked it up out of the alley. Went back to the office complained that my room was disgusting. The office staff did move me to another room. No coffee maker did have furniture. Woke up in the morning to use the restroom and there were cockroaches on the floor. I am a pest control technician.So you know how that went over. Never again.

The toilet didn’t flush, the walls are so thin in this place you can hear everything and I mean EVERYTHING! Pics are deceptive and don’t look like that in real life.

The room we were given was not as advertised. Upon entering, we were met with an overwhelming stench, the room was filthy, and there was clear evidence of inadequate housekeeping. Specific issues included: • Extremely dirty conditions: The room had visible stains, hair in the bed, and smelled of wet dog. • Lack of basic amenities: There was no hot water, and no in-room phone to contact the front desk. • Pest infestation: We encountered live roaches in the room. • Unacceptable noise levels and poor customer service: On the first night, we were disturbed by excessive noise and had to call the front desk at 3:00 AM to file a complaint. The staff member who answered was extremely rude and hung up on us twice. Upon checking out, I addressed my concerns with the receptionist, who responded that she “did not know the rooms were in such condition.” This response was almost insulting—how could hotel management be unaware of the state of their own rooms? This only reinforces the lack of proper oversight and concern for guest experience at this property.

The room smelt mouldy, the bathroom was water damaged, we could only have a Luke warm shower and when I complained they said run the water longer. The bedding had holes in it the fridge leaked water the safe didn’t work and it looked scummy on the car park

I cannot begin to express how disgusted I am with my stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, it was clear this place is in desperate need of a serious renovation and deep cleaning. The room was filthy – there was mold all over the walls and ceiling, and the air smelled stale and musty. In the bathroom, the ceiling was literally falling down over the shower, with chunks of plaster hanging precariously. Even worse, the shower was wet because the ceiling was dripping water. And to top it off, there was hair all over the shower, which made me feel completely uncomfortable. The bed was just as horrifying – it hadn’t been cleaned or changed between guests. There was hair all over the bed, and the sheets had stains on them. The mattress looked like it had been slept in as the pillow was down and the sheet was moved. To add to the nightmare, I spotted roaches in the room – definitely not something I expect to encounter when paying for a place to stay. We couldn’t stay in these conditions, so we checked out immediately. It was absolutely disgusting, and I felt unsafe and uncomfortable the entire time I was there. We immediately went to the front desk to check out. The customer service was excellent – the staff seemed to understand that the room was unacceptable, and the process was smooth as we left. I would never recommend this place to anyone, and I will never stay here again. It’s a health hazard and an absolute disgrace. It doesn’t let me upload photos, or I would.

Don’t stay at this hotel! Mold, cold water broken cabinets just dirty! Had to check out early due to unsafe and loud neighbors people live there! The owners don’t care about the guests! I will be filing a complaint with the health inspections and whoever about how unsafe it is for guests to stay! I also have pictures

Super cheap but you really get what you pay for.

First of: the hotel name was Executive Inn from the street. Definitely worst than Motel 8. Check in lobby was locked, had to be buzzed in. 🚩 Got my key, no paper to tell me any info. Got to room, had to try a few times to open and had to really push to open. Couch was bad, had cigarette stains and just not comfortable, it sinks. The trim of the door… was coming off, it seemed like someone had tried to forcefully pushed their way in!!! Definitely woke up a few times at night paranoid someone will just come in. Area does not feel safe, but we only stayed 1 night so whatever. The kitchen was equipped with plates and cups, no utensils. NO paper towel, or any kitchen towels. No telephone to contact lobby. The TV didn’t work, had to click a bunch of random buttons for it to work. The table had water damage. The floor and walls were dirty and had scratches/dents. The bathroom looked gross, didn’t even use the shower bc there was mold under the creases. The bathroom under the sink cabinet was broken, previous guests left us a child’s underwear with poop stains on it! YUCK! The soap they gave was small and dried your hands. The towels were hard and hurt your skin. Smelled funky also. The bed was comfortable but definitely needs better bedsheets, it felt like we were sleeping with table cloths as blankets. Both heaters worked fine, so that’s good! For one night, it is fine. I wouldn’f stay any longer.. Definitely would not come back.

It was like an update studio apartment and the front desk was very attentive.

I did not expect a top tier hotel, but warm water seems like a standard that should not be lacking. Staff was nice, but unable to meet needs before we had to ask. Pretty worn out accomodations. The couches were dirty and uncomfortable to sleep on as the mattresses were thin and you could feel the springs. The regular beds were pretty comfortable. Close to Disney. Fair price and the parking was good since it was not too crowded. The did work with us on the cold water. Just don’t expect premium or medium accomodations. We had to get a different room when we checked in that had a working microwave and a knob on the bathroom door.

Not happy

Last night checking in the lady was very rude. Usually here I’ve checked in with a polite gentleman. She gave me a horrible room water running toilet and the bed was horrible I couldn’t sleep. The tub with black tape. Horrible rude lady last night.

The sheets are stained the couch is stained and thr floors are so dirty my kids socks are black after 5 min of walking around. There os hair on the comforters walls are dirty not a place i will stay again however itis close to Disneyland

Great little spot with beautiful rooms! Very reasonable distance from Disney and Knott’s, plus plenty more to do in the area.

I booked 6 rooms in this property, all which were unclean: bedding was stained, walls were dirty, bad smell in rooms, sofa beds were missing in two rooms, one room had a broken sofa bed, bathrooms were dirty with little to no toiletries.

This hotel was disgusting. There were bed bugs and spiders everywhere. Sheets had several holes. You can tell they don’t clean very well. Rust on everything. No hot water so you can’t shower. Had to slam into the door just to open it with the key card. Upstairs neighbors were extremely loud. They need to enforce a quiet policy. 10/10 would not recommend to anyone.

It’s not even worth one star. Don’t let the pictures fool you. This has been one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. First I got there a few hours before check-in. after driving 12 hours. Just wanted to rest. They were charging $30 an hour if you wanted to check-in before 3pm. Ok I get that. But There was no staff member in the office all morning. When I finally got my room when someone showed up at 3:30pm the room smelled so bad, there was roaches in the bathroom. Towels were dirty, sheets were dirty. The couch in the room was disgusting. NO HOT WATER! I was gonna take a quick shower and notice there was no hot water. I tried late at night. No hot water again. Couldn’t reach anyone at the front desk all day. I end up not staying my whole booking there and no refunds. Don’t waste your money please trust the reviews.

I barely stepped foot in the room and the place was filthy and falsely advertised. I immediately turned around and got my kids back in the car even though it was 3 am. When I was leaving to request a refund, another guest was walking back into the office with me. Also requesting a refund and more angry than I was. His room he booked and received keys for was already occupied. He entered the room to find A family was in there sleeping! Another reason I requested a refund. But since I had booked with hotels.com the employee let me know that I had to request through the site and that he would approve it. He lied. It was denied several times. I called the office again to tell them that they denied my request when they said would approve it. Again, they said it was a mistake and he will call hotels.com to request it to be refunded. But it was a lie again. Hotels.com has requested a refund over and over just for it to be denied over and over. I did not stay at this hotel. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau (BBB) as well. Just don’t waste your time or money. Fair warning.

this property was run down and filthy. The ceiling in the bathroom was caving in and there appeared to be mold. the refridgerator was not cooling and smelled like a dead animal. A giant cockroach ran across the floor on my first night and I didn't have hot water. There was no one in the office when I went to complain and when I finally spoke to someone at check out they could have cared less didnt even offer a discount or refund.

The property is straight trash. Stayed here twice and will not be back. Both time in “deluxe” rooms. It’s filthy, the bedding is riddled with stains, the chairs at the table in the room are broken and a safety hazard for anyone over 50 pounds, the couches are also riddled with stains, no hot water, trash was left all over the floor, your key doesn’t work after one day, the staff is unavailable and the door to the front desk is locked. The savings staying there is NOT worth it.

The room was very dirty, the pillows were dirty, the water was not hot, all the linen was dirty looking. The tv did not work, I felt like I had bugs on me the whole time.

We will never ever stay there again. Did I mention no hot water to shower or from the sink. We called the front desk and they said let the water run for 10 minutes but still no hot water.

Was terrible,the room has a broken mirror some mold in bathroom, but the most disgusting part was the bed sheets they were stained and hair on They move us to another room but was almost same situation the couch was all dirty and the sheets same with stains everywhere and no hot water

The sheets and covers were dirty , not just stained , but like if they weren’t even washed . Unfortunately the room did not look as nice as it did in the pictures . Walls had markers all over a wall and when asked for new sheet/cover the staff only gave us a thin blue blanket and said we would get more the next day when maintenance came

Horrible hotel

I tried calling the front desk the night prior to check in and all morning the day of check in to inform them that my family and I will be arriving late, but there was no answer for each call. I called about 5x and no answer. At check in I informed the staff that no one answered the phone and asked if their line was working but just gave me a lame excuse that no one was there at the time. The rooms were dirty, there was a lot of random banging in the doors and walls and was just not a good experience. Will Not be staying here again.

An employee just walked in our room at night, didn’t know I then insisted we we in the wrong room. When we asked if he was an employee at the front desk they said “yes, he was just checking the room”.

Absolutely horrible

First of all, the place needs a thorough cleaning. Even the walls are disgusting. We are 3 girls and one was supposed to use the pull out couch, but as you can see from the photo, we obviously didnt even touch it. The chair has a leg thats too short. The worst part was that the next morning the bathroom had mysteriously locked itself. After the male reseptionist tried every key he had, it took him near an hour to figure out a solution. By that time 2 of us had gone somewhere else to use the toilet, as we were about to pee ourselves. We are now late to all we have planned and they take no responsibility for our bathroom suddenly not being available. Thank God none of our belongings were inside from last night!!! Will NOT stay here again!!

Don’t let the pictures fool you, the property was run down, even saw the maintenance truck with mold killing primer, so there is definitely a health hazard for me at least.

This is By Far the Worst Stay Ever. When I checked in the Attendant gave me a Room with no running water to take a Shower. Then I went to Go tell him and He Gave me another Room with running water but it had no couch to sit on. We sat on floor. Never get a room here unless it’s by Yourself on Business.

When we got to our room, it had a chemical smell to it. Then my husband went to close the window and saw black mold. He got up an hour after we laid down and was sick until 1am when he couldn't handle it anymore and said we had to leave. because he was so sick. I missed my one and only chance for Club 33 because of this.

Pros: It was a good place to stay for a weekend at Disneyland. Not too far from the parking lot/theme park. Cons: very thin towels, very thin blankets, stinky AC, no amenities in the kitchen, such as cups or utensils

We came to the property late at night and it was in deplorable conditions. There were stains, broken doors and drawers, and cockroaches crawling around. There was also an awful smell. I have never been to such an unhygenic location and was disgusted by the condition of this accomodation.

Place is infested with roaches

The door didn't seem secure locking wise so if anyone were just to push on the door it would open. The tv didn't work in the sitting area, kitchen was dirty/mini-fridge seal was broken so nothing stayed cold, bathroom was dirty (hair in the toilets, door covered in dirt, tub and shower liner looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a very long time)/broken towel racks,roaches crawling out of places and the carpet had huge stains all over it. The pictures posted on website were false advertisement and when I let the guy know the state of the room all he said was sorry, I'll make note of it and that was it. So they definitely know that it isn't the first time they had this problem. If i could give zero stars i would but there is no option for it.

Soon as i got to room a cockroach craweled into bathroom base boards filthy door filthy sheets badly stained asked for new room got it little better but dirty do no waste your money here if they can not look after you properly.

Nice room but bring your own linens

The sheets had cigarette burns and some red stains that weren’t too pleasing to see. The towels are in bad shape and mine had long hairs.

Service was good. No conversations, just straight to the point. The room had some damages id consider minor but did not phase my stay. For the most part it was kept clean to an extent. I did like the fact the rooms had a living area and a bedroom. The doors wouldnt latch closed though. Had a sink and countertop area. Tv in living room and one in the room. One remote so icould turn either tv on but kind off annoying because it would turn the living room tv on when you want to use the one in the bedroom. Hot water tool a little bit of time to start. Had an ac split in the living room and bedroom so that was nice. Had a pull out couch in livong room but had some suspicious stains on cushions. Checkout was okay but when i was loading up my car, i had to make multiple trips and when i went back to the room my card key didnt work so i had to ask the front desk to reset it. Not that bad just a bit inconvent. Overall not a bad place to sleep. Neighboring people were nice. Had comfy sleeps and floor was kept pretty clean. Bed was not a brickand pillows were somewhat fluffy. Id definitely stay again. Parking is kind of tight but managable. If its packed they will let you park in handicapped spots.

The whole stay was excellent, from the check in. Even tho I was a little early I was able to get the room. No problem at all. As alway, the room is clean and smelled good also it is arranged with its style. Like they have their own art gallery. I always get excited to what room am going to be in, because not all rooms are the same arrangement. I’m already excited for my next visit . Thank you for the opportunity to be in the environment of peace and calmness. Plus the rooms are affordable.

The chairs and couches were filthy.

Room smelled like mildew and moisture, bathroom was dirty with hair in sink, smudges on counter, the 2 towels for the shower didn't match, bath mat was wadded up behind bathroom door, some kind of moisture coming from under refrigerator, cheap furniture.

So- I felt safe, but.... the overall condition of the place was pretty bad. Towel rack rusted away from the wall. There was a gap under the tub and you could see light coming from the room beneath. The iron was missing and the rack/holder for the iron was broken and gang graffiti was scribbled over it. Overall, the place was super affordable and I slept like a baby- so- was it worth it? Sure. Just a little more rough than I had anticipated.

It was ok but needs to be kepted better when we got there blanks looked dirty and unwashed and walls of the room was dirty and unkepted

Fire in the room

We were getting ready to check out and there was an electrical fire. My husband burned his hand and we both breathed in sooo much smoke and when we let the cleaning people know what happened they did nothing.

It's a get what you pay for hotel

We checked in at 3:30 with the gal at the front desk. Fairly easy, credit card, id, sine. We got our keys then unloaded our car went to our room and we were not sure if it was ready. After a minute or two housekeeping came back in and said she was still cleaning. I went downstairs, knocked on the night window twice the other clerk was there, knocked a 3rd time when he finely acknowledged me. He said give her a few minutes. Gave her another 4 to 5 minutes then my husband went to ask her how long, she said at least another hour. I went back to the night window and asked for another room but said hid not have one comparible. So we packed up and went and did some shopping. We were gone an hour and decided to go back. By this time it was 5:15, housekeeping still was not done. Apparently, staff did not tell her the room was booked and she saved it for last. After a 4 hr drive this is not the hiccups we wanted. Room was 'upgraded' but very close attention was paid to the whole room. Flimsy bedside tables

Motel was dirty. Bed sheets, pillow cases had holes and hair on it. Had to ask for more sheets and another pillow. Pull out couch was dirty and mattress was very worn. Bathroom looked to have little black mold specs about the shower head. No ice machine, cups or phone in the room to call front desk. Had to walk down to office everytime we needed something. Towels were thin, rough and stained. Do not recommend. Owner needs to make sure the rooms get thoroughly cleaned and checked for mold. They charge WAY too much for the condition this place is in.

This hotel needs a new renovation.

The beds & couches were stained. The shower had black mold under the edge of it. One of the rooms had multiple bugs crawling in it. Didn’t feel safe. I ended up switching hotels.

We had a pleasant stay in the hotel for there days. Living here is quiet and comfortable. If I were to visit Los Angeles again, I would choose this hotel.

Great for a stay while visiting Disneyland

We trusted Expedia based on past positive experiences but were horrified upon checking into Anaheim Executive Inn. The room was appallingly filthy dirty door handles, stained curtains, dark marks on the walls, and unclean bedding with white flakes resembling dandruff. Disturbingly, there were blo-odstains on the walls and bathroom curtain, torn towels, and a strong, overpowering detergent smell. Bugs were present; one even crawled on my finger, which we documented. The neighbors loudly smoked we-ed, and the smell seeped into our room. After reporting the conditions, we inspected another room but found it reeked of ur.ine. Unable to endure such filth, we canceled our reservation and sought a refund. The front desk refused, directing us to Expedia. Despite repeated calls, Expedia offered no resolution, citing unreachability of the property manager. This deplorable experience ruined our vacation. How can Expedia endorse such a disgusting property? We paid a lot for unimaginable filth, poor service, and zero accountability. One star is far too generous—avoid Anaheim Executive Inn at all costs!

I would stay here again.
