The property is fairly good. Old but golden furniture. I was just not happy with how they did not communicate change of prize when I added another day. The staff makes a lot of errors. And when they do, someone else will try and fix them. On my second day of stay, they did not put teas in both rooms. The heater in one of the rooms wasnt working. It was making lots of noise without changing the temperature in the room.
N/A
Sheets were dirty holes in the wall of the bathroom did not change the toilet paper in the bathroom, roll was almost used up and none to replace it. Over priced and far from Disney walking distance wise
The clerk was really nice and friendly!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean room. Good location. Walking distance to Disneyland.
convenient
It smelly noise factor and lock of insulation and wall too thin
Pretty close to Disneyland only a 15 minute walk
I would not stay here again, the beds were uncomfortable and you can hear loud motorcycles and cars all night long.
We stayed 3 nights for a quick 2 days at Disney. It is walkable to the parks, though a little long since you go around the Disneyland Hotel into the far side of Downtown Disney. But, if you didn't want to wait for the bus, it is walkable. There is an ART bus stop right in front and around the corner in front of Denny's, so a few options there. No frills, but clean and the room was very big with ample space for storage, a microwave, and large mini fridge. Comfy bed and the room was clean. Pool was small, but useable, and hot tub was a nice feature. Kind and helpful staff. Internet was awful, sadly, and the shower didn't get more than warm. Those were my only complaints. I would stay again!
We came to Cali for a cheer competition. It was very close to Disney and the convention center. The hotel was very safe, it was clean, the staff was so friendly and we were very happy with our stay!
I liked how close it was to Disney and parking is included. I didn’t like that a bunch of water entered through where the AC unit is since it was pouring. I also didn’t like waking up and finding a huge dead cockaroach on the sink.
Great little stay right next to disney
Loved staying at Abby’s! Super convenient ~15 min walk to the parks/downtown Disney. Stayed here for a race weekend and loved being so close for an affordable rate! The rooms are also quite large and had a mini fridge and microwave. There’s a mini mart in close proximity as well.
The staff is always helpful.
I have stayed here a few times when I have visited Disneyland but it was my first time staying in this room. If you can avoid staying in room 216 please do so you hear all the traffic all night. On this trip the housekeeper just walked in while I was sleeping when she noticed there was people in the room she closed the door but never mentioned she was the housekeeper, Once she closed the door she came back knocked the door and said she left milk in the fridge, I was so confused on what was going on. I felt unsafe I got my stuff and checked out. As I was checking out I noticed she was the housekeeper because she was cleaning a room out. This was my first not so.great experience here.
Bed was comfy, and good shower. Over priced for what it is.
Room was clean and spacious
It was greatcand convenient for our trip
Nice staff
If you just need a bed and running water here you
2 star hotel within walking distance to Disneyland. Check in staff friendly. Hotel room was pretty run down but good enough for the limited time we were actually in the room. Noisey being right off the corner of Karelia Street. Room definitely could use updates. Homelsss man asleep on walk way directly in front of our room. He coughed all night.
Nice
Disney trip at Abby’s
Abby’s was a nice place place to stay if you’re visiting Disney parks. It very close to the parks. It’s located in a safe environment. The hotel clerk was very nice. The rooms were very clean and they would service them daily. The only thing was the beds were a little smaller than expected. I had booked a room with two queen beds and our room seemed to have to double beds instead but we managed. But I would definitely stay again since the price was very reasonable.
I would recomend
For the price we paid, the value is good and it is a decent motel. We just used it as somewhere to sleep and we had no issues. It’s close to Disneyland, parking is included and the beds were really comfortable. We checked in quickly at 2:30AM when we arrived in town. Gentlemen at the from desk was nice. Room serviced our room daily without having to ask.
we will go back
nice room very close to Disney and other businesses. Very convenient location. Spacious room and bathroom. Quiet location and friendly staff members.
The property is not in the best condition, broken locks on the doors and stuff like that.
Not enough parking. Pillows were all super soft, would've been good to have some firm ones too
Walking distance to disney
Safe area Clean bathroom. Comfy room. 10 mjnutes walking diatance to Disneyland Walls are thing, you can hear everything from outside. Overall, good place to stay
Very unhappy
Our stay was not so good. Walls are paper thin. They took our towels and didn’t give us new ones. There washing machine not working. Beds were horrible. Will not stay again. Very disappointed ☹️
Ok stay
Our stay started off on the wrong foot. I went to check in and the guy made me feel dumb as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I clearly reserved 2 rooms and he kept arguing with me that I only had 1 reserved room. Long story short, I was right. He still charged us as a “walk in” rate and just wouldn’t listen to me when I told him to check for my other reservation. I was never rude to him and he just looked and smirked at me like he didn’t want to hear me. Otherwise the room was clean and about a 14 min walk to downtown Disney. Our room was at the end and literally right next to the street. We can hear the traffic ALL night long. If you’re a light sleeper this isn’t the right hotel for you. Good price for a place to sleep and shower.
Needs a little TLC
Basic but Good
Basic hotel but it was a good stay. Was comfortable. No parking charge made it a good value. Short walk to Disney.
Comfortable and spacious
The staff are very friendly and attentive. I appreciated that they knew ADA law around service dogs (easy accessable lawn for service dogs) The room was very specious and the maids are very nice, and the sheets and towels where changed everyday. Overall my husband and i really enjoyed our stay and plan on visiting again. Only Cons where that there was no elevator, our door had a hard time closing all the way, and the funiture is very dated (i dont mind, but some may).
Noisy but good for the price, 15 min walk to disne
Staff was friendly and room was fine for the cost. It’s about a 1 mile walk to the Disney main gate. We just took an uber which was about $10 either way. No disney access from backside parking lot. Bring ear plugs for sleeping because you can hear the people in the next room like they’re right next to you and the traffic is noisy. Lots of light comes in around the door frame as well so bring a sleep mask. Over all this was worth it for the price but not the best. Lots of dirt on the floor and in corners but overall fairly clean. Bathroom was also clean and well stocked.
Horrible
Beware. Scammers!!! They charged me a deposit 2 weeks before arriving to the hotel. Okay fine. The girl at the front desk didn't want to give me a receipt showing I paid deposit and the room. I had to request a receipt for both as they were different receipts. We paid for 2 queens, got to the room and they gave us 2 twin size beds. I go back and tell them and after alot of back and fourth she finally said it was a "misunderstanding". We got our queen beds. My bf and I wanna stay another day at disney and decide even though the service was rough. Maybe wed stay another night if they would work with us. Big mistake. The next day I asked to stay another day and they wanted to charge another deposit. I've seen reviews where the hotel doesn't like giving deposits back. The front desk man argued with me about it and when my bf got there he all of a sudden lowered his voice. We decided against it and would move hotels. Update. When we checked out the front desk person said this was all a misunderstanding. That if we wanted to stay he wouldn't take the 2nd deposit and if I take my review down. The audacity.
Convenient walk to Disneyland for able bodied individuals. Hair from a previous hotel guest was in the tub, the toilet seat got loose and the key needed to be recoded multiple times, at least four (4), during my two (2) day stay.
Soilid stay near Disney
Would stay again. I've stayed at a lot of these budget friendly hotels arouns Disneyland This one definitely met my expectations. Plus the stafg was veey sweet and our room was cleaned/remade to perfection each day. Things to note, I wish I had brought my white noise machine, the doors are not very good sound barriers. And It seems the beds must be Full size not queen. Our fast walk took about 15 mins to get to Disney gates (thru Downtown Disney)
We had a quick weekend date at Disney. The location was great for easy access within walking distance. It was clean and what we needed for a place to sleep. The location on the corner of the busy streets was loud. Only other improvement would be to have some various pillow size options.
Abby Anaheimer Inn
Very nice staff, clean room, very comfortable beds, great location
Exactly as pictured. Very safe and conveniently located.
Stay was good overall. Only thing is i was there on 10/19/ and checked out 10/21 … and here i am still waiting for my deposit . Ive called twice and they keep telling me they lifted the hold but till today i have not gotten my money back.
Great place
It was a great place to stay while visiting Disneyland. It was a little loud due to traffic but that’s not the hotels fault at all. Close enough to walk to Disneyland.
Checked out last Tuesday and still haven’t received my deposit back
I was disappointed that check-in was at 3pm and when I checked in I was told my room wasn’t ready. It was inconvenient and not great service.
no washcloth
It was a good place to crash for the night. Only con is the water was too hot to shower, but other than that it is a decent place and the price is right.
The check-in was quick and painless. Received a physical key to turn in the lock. Room was not very quiet. There is a gap under the door, so light came in through there, had to put a towel in front block the light. We checked out at 6am, we realized we left an item in the room and called the front desk around 10am, it was quite large and cannot be mistaken for anything. But the desk attendant stated that there was nothing in the room and asked the house cleaning staff and they did not see it either. Unfortunately, we left it behind, we tried to get it back, but we were out of luck.
Pros: price, 15 minute walk to down down Disney, liquor store and 3 restaurants across the street, free parking, in room microwave and mini fridge. Cons: busy street so it’s noisy, 2 floors and 1st floor is on the mercy of the people on top, ac not as cold and noisy.
I have been waiting almost 3 weeks now for the security deposit to be put back into my account. It’s showing that it’s still pending. I called my bank to ask when it will be released but they said it was not them, it was the vendor who still had it on hold. Called the inn to ask about this, I spoke with a woman who said she would speak with her manager and call me back in 10 minutes. Never heard back from her. Horrible establishment! It was my daughter and I that stayed at the hotel and we checked in later in the evening, went to Disney for like an hour and then came back and slept. We left early the next morning so I know damn well there was no mess or anything we did for the deposit to not be released. When we checked out, I took the key back to the room as it was an actual physical key and not a key card. The front desk person told me my security deposit would be put back into my card in 7-10 days. Here we are, almost 3 weeks later and the deposit is still pending.
👍👍
Perfect stay for a Disneyland trip
Very close walk to Disneyland and downtown Disney. Would stay again, friendly staff
Love that this place is such a close walk from Disneyland!!
Do NOT stay here!
This place was a filthy mess. We watched them renovate recently and had high hopes. Bloody vomit on the bathroom wall, a big hole in same bathroom wall, fingernail clippings on the bedroom floor, broken microwave, no ice machine, poorly made beds. Generally dirty, even the pool area. Office attendant was passed out in the lobby chair when we left in the morning and we had to bang on the glass to wake him at 6am ish. This should NOT be a Hotels.com offering. Also they require a $100 deposit and give a list of all the things they can charge you for. Stay elsewhere..the Alamo and Quality Inn and Best Western are right across the street.
Room was pretty clean. The only minor issue we had was the bathroom door lock being broken. The young lady at the front desk was amazing.
Very nice motel for the price.
When I took I shower water was dropping from the ceiling from the above, it was disgusting. Bed sheets looked like they were not properly cleaned The worst..
The place was clean and the staff were friendly. For the price 5 stars
Nothing to note
Exterior wasn’t particularly clean. Giant spiderweb on second floor that I can only assume was what inspired the classic novel, Charlotte’s Web. Weird thing, no ice maker on the property. Staff was WONDERFUL, room was clean, the place was quiet in the evenings and I felt safe.
I haven’t ever stayed in a place that was bad enough to leave a bad review. This time I am to warn people to not stay in this disgusting filthy hotel. I’ll list why. -checked in 11pm after Disneyland. Room wasnt spotless, and the chair was disgustingly stained. I woke up with little bites on my face/back!!!! -following day I came back next day to nap around noon only to find that housekeeping had gone through my things!!!! Moved my luggage from the dresser to the filthy floor then put my dirty clothes IN my luggage. Lined up all my cosmetics, left their lighter by the sink, a note written on toilet paper in Spanish translated to “all this complete excuse”??? My chargers/things on side table all rearranged. I packed my things and left immediately. -called the front desk and told them what happened. Person seemed like she couldn’t care less. Said she’d have the manager call me. They never called. I called back twice she “didn’t know where the manager was” Expedia also tried to help and call them. They dodged their calls also. -a few hours later called the woman said she’d talk to house keeping. She said they moved my luggage on the floor so they could clean the top of the dresser (there was NOTHING on the dresser except my luggage) I said I left after staying there less than 12hours and I want a refund and why hadn’t manager called. She said the manger wasn’t there he would call me later. I’ve called 5 or 6 times since I then and same thing. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!
Everything
Disney trip
It’s a older hotel and the pictures on their page makes the room look bigger then it actually is.
I stayed here for one day. Regretted not booking longer.
i was expecting the property better because at wideside pictures are different but went i get there total different 1 to 10 I put 3
I had a booking on Expedia , when we went to check in they said I canceled which I didn’t and on Expedia it still said “booked” . So we had to get a completely different room than we wanted. We said we wanted to check out Sunday the lady confirmed but ended up putting that we were checking out Saturday, when we told them they tried to make us pay more.we ended up paying the price we originally going to pay for 3 night for just 2 nights. It was all Just very confusing and frustrating. The tv didn’t work as well we tried to tell them but they just told us to “turn it on” which it was already? I don’t know I liked this place the first stay we had but this time around it was not a great experience at all.
Location was super convenient and the staff was nice and accommodating. Only “down” side was the was a single person in the office who seemed to also double as housekeeping. Poor guy needed a 2nd person.
Everything good
Reliable choice
We stay here frequently for Disneyland trips. It's consistently clean and quiet. We like waking to the park and entering from the Downtown Disney entrance (shorter bag check lines!). It's also nice to have the refrigerator in room. The water pressure isn't great in the shower but that isn't a huge deal for us.
Need some improvements
Our room smelled of air freshener when we got there. It felt like they were trying to cover something up. Two pillows per bed was a problem for husband that needs more lift when the mattress isn’t firm. MISSING latch on door lock was disturbing. Between that and how loud street noise was, we didn’t sleep well the first night. The next two nights we were Disney tired. Towels were super thin, seriously time to replace! I needed to push the mattress/bed against the wall for my little one and the floor was disgusting. One would think that would have gotten swept when the cleaning people came by but it didn’t. Walk to the park was probably 15 minutes to the gates.
Amazing
Very well kept, very close to Disneyland parks. Some shopping across the street, small market couple restaurants. Staff was very welcoming.
Property was nice beds are really stiff though
The hotel is very close to Disneyland which is something that I liked very much. It also has food options that are nearby as well as it being a quiet neighborhood. Overall, I had a really good experience.
First night we arrived room was super hot AC was not working properly on room 115, advised the front clerk they said they fixed but it only worked for a couple of hours then busted down again. All 3 nights we stayed was the same they would say it was working now and then break down again. Would not recommend them at all.
Perfect location, quick and easy stay
Won’t stay again
They put us in a room knowing the siink wouldn’t drain and the plumber wasn’t even coming until we had been there an hour. We tried to watch TV while we waited but it wouldn’t change channels. They tried multiple controllers and nothing. I asked that, if nothing was fixed by the time we got back from dinner. We came back an hour later and the plumber was still there and, although the channels would change the sound didn’t work. They moved us to another room and although everything worked my white socks were very dirty. They also didn’t have an ice machine.
Basic place to sleep and get ready.
Cons:Wi-Fi and tv didn’t work. I told a worker when I left to the park and they said someone would take care of it, but when I got back it still wasn’t working and my room was next to the office. The tub wasn’t working either to take a bath it barely held any water and there was no switch to force hold the water. The filters in the bathroom vent and the ac looked dusty. Pros: Close to my destinations. The desk clerk girl who checked me in was very nice and was even gonna let me leave my car parked there after check out while I went to the convention center. Bed was comfy, room was spacious, plenty of outlets, and had a mini fridge and microwave. Basic cheap room ONLY to sleep and get ready for the day, but not to spend the day or hang out in.
Clean big rooms and staff is super friendly.
Perfect for Disneyland and CA adventure traveled with Grandkids 4 and 1.
False Advertising - Do NOT stay
Run! Do not stay here. We booked a 2 queen room for three people. We received doubles. We measured! She said no one’s ever complained before - not my problem. She offered another room - same doubles. She then offered a one king room with a chair - to sleep 3 people?! There was no resolution and we had to leave and we are fighting them in a refund now. Beds were dirty, window broken, and wouldn’t lock unless you noticed, then they gave you a key that locked it, but could still be opened enough to break in. When we needed assistance, no one was in the lobby. The number on maps is wrong. The number on the website is accurate, but no one answers. I stood in the lobby calling to see if that would spur anyone to come - it didn’t. The main website where I found the proper number tells you you’ve been hacked. If you want a falsified size beds that are dirty, a broken window that anyone could easily break into still, stay here, but it’s still overpriced for this. Hotels.com did little to help or rectify the situation too. Scroll past this hotel and find a better place. For a last minute booking, I found the Ramada provides breakfast and was only $80 more for the entire stay. I wish I found them first and never went through this terrible experience with this place.
Bugs, overall okay
Very noisy street noise. It kept waking me up.
This was a last minute trip for my family for Disney. About a 15 min walk to downtown Disney Liquor store right across the street that had individuals hanging around all night. We specifically asked for 2 conjoining rooms and upon check in we were told no and they gave our conjoining room to other guests. We had kids so this was extremely inconvenient. Room was ok. Door frame was moldy and chipping away in bathroom, yet they just gave the ol' landlord special and just painted over it. I don't think i would stay with my kids again, but it could be okay for a quick stay. We only slept there, but it still wasn't great. Sheets were super itchy, and upon check out we witnessed the cleaners just throwing sheets down from the second floor, down to the parking lot/sidewalk on the first floor...not the best look.
Horrible customer service.
The Microsoft global IT crash forced Delta to cancel my flight and consequently my whole trip. The staff of Abby's Anaheimer Inn were not at all understanding of the situation and charged me for my room anyway. I will never go back.
Abby is still a nice place for your visit to Dland
Room was nice and remodeled, just over a year ago. Nice beds and blankets, nice tv and cool little pool with jacuzzi. We had a nice two day stay.
This property was great for the cost if you need an affordable option close to Disney. It did take us 15-20 minutes to walk to Disney cause you have to walk all the way around the Disneyland hotel nearby, you cannot cut through. Just a side note I wish I had Known! It smelled like cleaning products when we got there and you can tell they’ve tried to keep it up with new paint, decent furniture and maintained. It was for sure louder being right next to a busier road and just feels old inside. But overall it felt clean, checkin/out was easy, the outside looks updated and was well kept and it had a mini fridge that was cold when we got there which was a huge plus for us! The pool was empty the entire time we were there. Not super exciting but they have one! The staff was friendly.
Good value for basic, clean room.
Good value. Basic room. Clean and comfortable. Walk to park. Not in the room much anyway
I loved the people at reception, so polite and nice. Older hotel so keys for door, not a problem. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds I have slept in at a hotel in forever as well as the pillows. Short walk to downtown Disney. Has refrigerator and microwave and bottles of water for you! Would stay again.
Had to book my son a room since he was robbed and broke in California. No where did it say online you could not stay with a PREPAID RESERVATION without a credit card. Just so wrong, more disclosures need to be available online
Left my credit cards and DL behind they went out if their
House keeping was exceptional, staff was accommodating. However mis leading proximity to Disneyland entrance
The hotel was ok. It’s more than a 12 minute walking distance from downtown Disney but it isn’t that bad of a walk. I think the pool could’ve been cleaned a bit better. Their ice machine wasn’t working so they didn’t have an ice bucket in the rooms. They also do not have a digital clock at the very least in the rooms. I, personally like to wake up and take glance at a clock in the middle of the night to see what time it is. Other than that, the room was decent enough for the time I was there. The key to the room demagnetized each day 2 times a day. Which was annoying, but the staff were very nice and polite to get it working again with no issues. It was quiet at night and there is a convenient liquor store across the street for any midnight snacks.
This property was very dirty and very run down. We had a huge cockroach in our room and it was left for 2 days. We were denied any refund or new room
Still no ice machine on property.
Overall the room was tidy and clean but there was a huge hairball on the bedroom floor and blood on the light switch and wall! They came and cleaned it up but still should not have been there. Also no Do Not Disturb signs to put out and they cleaned/made the bed while we were out. I was uncomfortable coming back that evening to discovery someone had been in the room cleaning when i was not expecting it.
Decent place within walking distance of Disneyland. We had a spur of the moment trip and weren't looking for anything super expensive. This was a nice option in a cheaper price range. The parking, although free, is very limited.
Stayed here on memorial day weekend for a dance competition at the Disneyland hotel. It was an easy walk, and a cheap Uber ride. It nothing fancy but you can’t beat the price for that location. Check in was easy, they were very friendly and parking was free.
Won't stay again
Got in after 10pm, had issues checking in and door key very sensitive. Could not shower the next morning as the shower was either hot (scalding) or cold with no middle ground. Requested a room change. Forgot 6 pack of soda (unopened) in the fridge - housekeeping threw them in the trash. Housekeeping also took empty water bottle from table and threw in trash. Pros: Cooperative staff-easily changed rooms Hot tub open, and I believe we stayed after it was supposed to be closed Good water pressure Microwave & fridge in room (though not very cold) Cons: Having to change rooms because the plumbing didn't work correctly Fridge not cold and NO ice machine on property Deposit not stated on listing Credit card on file to be used for everything (to secure reservation/deposit/pay for room) NOT stated in listing Street noise can be heard inside room, as well as conversations being held outside doors/in parking lot Floor was dirty
Had some sink issues. The pipes were leaking of watwr

Super close to Disney, very easy to find, cute spot, would book again
