Always a pleasure… lovely hotel, very helpful staff, great location. We had a wonderful stay, as always.
quite area, which we liked, but still nearby good restaurants and shops
We stayed in the Chelsea Townhouse. Hotel was fantastic, room perfect, area gorgeous, staff amazing. Thank you
Great location.
I loved everything about this cute hotel. It seems like a quaint English Inn. I really loved the fully equipped gym! The restaurant food was great too!
1 night short break
Another great stay.. this time in the Chelsea Townhouse. Small issue with the bathroom in the original room handled extremely well by Shirlan Tempro - Duty Manager so a huge thank you there! We will definitely be back.
Excellent
Excellent location. Superb staff, extremely helpful . Will definitely stay again
Receptionist at check-in was very cold and unfriendly. A most unwelcome way to start my trip.
Friendly staff; checked in early; room upgrade. The hotel is quaint, the room was large and reasonably priced for London. The room and corridors are however a little tired and would benefit from a refresh. We didn’t have any meals but overall we enjoyed the hotel, the location and would recommend.
The staff are the best part! Beautiful boutique hotel that feels like a 5-Star hotel. The staff treat you like royalty. Only thing I’d recommend to change is the address is 26 CADOGAN GARDENS as it’s not 11 CADOGAN GARDENS. This is a building about 600 feet away and was super confusing for uber and drop offs. Thanks Chelsea Townhouses, we will be back!
Beautiful property, you feel like a London local but oh the bathrooms, enquire before booking. I’ve never experienced smaller bathrooms in my life!
11 Cadogan Gardens and The Apartments offer a luxurious boutique experience in the heart of Chelsea, London. The hotel blends classic Victorian charm with modern elegance, featuring opulent interiors and well-appointed rooms. The Apartments provide a more private, homely option, perfect for longer stays. Both options offer personalized service, high-end amenities, and a prime location near Sloane Square, ideal for shopping and dining.
Its was great! Loved the location and cute vibe of the whole place. Very english
Unique lovely location. Facilities like the bar not open everyday. example bar closed Sunday and Monday. Staff was friendly but the restaurant staff were hit and miss. Also changed our room as we did not realize the facilities were not in the same building.
Gorgeous property and the best suite I have ever stayed in. Will definitely be back. The Chelsea Bar was also special!
I really like this hotel - it’s a bit like staying in someone’s home. It’s quirky. My room was not large and the furnishings are very traditional. What I appreciated was the coziness, charm and friendly staff.
The staff, including the front desk team were absolutely top notch. This is my third time staying at the property and every time has been consistent, welcoming making you feel at home. Whether it is keeping the bar open or offering flexibility understanding travel delays, we couldn’t be happier with how the 11 team values customers. It is and will be our go to every time we come to London
Beautiful.
London trip
Weekend stay
Beautiful hotel, extraordinary service. We arrived very tired due to flight delays, and the staff took great care of us. Thank you!
Great hotel in amazing location
This is a very cute and cozy hotel. Typical of Europe the room was small but super comfortable and clean. My only caveat is that it was difficult to get in and out of the shower/tub as it was a VERY high step in/out. The staff was lovely and the location is amazing.
The property was amazing but the staff was the best part. Everyone was so helpful and amazing during the stay. Maricel and Ahmed (don’t know how to spell their names) but they were amazing!
Wonderful, Classy Boutique Hotel
A wonderful and classy hotel. Not a 'big box' hotel...very serene. Located in one of the nice areas of London. Lots of stores for shopping, short walking distance to the one of the 'tube' (subway) stations. I would recommend this for couples more so than families. You will be extremely happy staying here.
The location of this property is ideal. The staff are what truly make this a 5-star property. This was our third stay at Number 11, and we'll definitely be back!
Would suggest to stay in a hotel
tiny rooms, not what was pictured on the site. front desk refused to refund after having to leave to stay at a different hotel.
Very good location and well run hotel
This property needs a major renovation. Way understaffed. I was very disappointed.
From check-in to check-out, the hotel and its impeccable staff made our stay an extremely gratifying one. Everyone was attentive, without being overbearing; the room was cozy, quiet and removed and the hotel's sitting area and restaurant provided welcome respite and great food. The location, situated away from the touristy areas, was very much to our liking. With so many hotels to choose from, and the countless guest reviews to rely on (and avoid in many cases), I am happy to provide a proper, honest review of this hotel. I intend to return!
Everyone at the hotel was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcomed. It was conveniently located in London proper
Disappointed
Fantastic location and really quiet. Room was a good size, although only one window opened for fresh air, but was tied back for security, so only opened 1cm. Front of house team were super friendly. But the level of service did not feel at all 5 star. Not much help with bags or transport when leaving. We went to the Chelsea Bar for pre dinner drinks. We were shown in and quickly told the team were busy and we'd have to wait 5 mins... 15 mins later we left, with nobody to be seen. Definitely not 5 star service. For the price, I'd expect complimentary bottles of water in the rooms. Paid less in London and been better looked after. Shame. Wanted to love the place.
Amazing service and experience. Impressed me and definitely will recommend to first time American visitors!
Loved it!!! Everything was perfect
Helpful staff from front office to bell hop. Excellent breakfast, one of best I have had at hotel in London Small hotel but nice, personalized helpful service. Neighborhood of Chelsee and even small shops and restaurants next door fun hip environment. Nice hotel.
Lovely hotel and the staff was lovely and helpful.
Great hotel. Would recommend
In particular, staff was very helpful with suggestions and arrangements.
Love the Chelsea Townhouse!
Amazing trip. Greeted upon arrival with "Welcome back!!" Excellent, helpful, and friendly staff makes this hotel a "must return to soon" place. Consistently my favorite hotel anywhere.
The stay was fabulous!
The hotel was amazing as well as the service. Two things were disappointing: no minifridge in the room and the restaurant was not so great. The service at the restaurant was disappointing as well as the breakfast selection.
It’s as great as it ever was. I love this hotel. It’s my favorite in London!
This really is a fabulous hotel! The service is excellent, rooms excellent with a turn down service and the room always topped up with water and fresh towels. The breakfast was plentiful and with a great selection.
The location is unbeatable. There is a great vibe about this hotel. Most staff are extremely helpful. One thing to be mindful is that the complimentary gratuity can be charge to your card at the checkout without communicated, at least clearly, in advance.
Excellent location in tony Chelsea. Close to (60m walk) Pavilion Road (Ottolenghi Bakery, shops, bars, cafes). You pay for the location. Service at concierge was very professional. I felt safe as a solo female traveller in the area. Room was small but well-considered.
Beautiful room and very helpful l staff
Staff where excellent and property Keep well.
This is a wonderful hotel in one of the most elegant boroughs of London. We love this area which is very quiet, not a place for bouget tourism, but if you wished to live as a londoner let's go to this hotel. And there is wonderful shoppping just two blocks from 11 Cadogan Gardens.
While there were several hiccups during the booking process and the initial room, the staff was incredibly dedicated to making it right and the trip ended well. Compliments to a very dedicated staff. Location is 10/10, get breakfast included, Hans’ is terrific, and enjoy exploring the area.
Lovely hotel, great position and excellent staff but whatever you do, don’t book Room 47, the single room in the Chelsea Townhouse unless you are profoundly deaf or an insomniac, because of the incredibly noisy extract just outside the window
Room was worn out. Furniture needed to be replaced. Breakfast very limited and not tasty. Concierge service poor
Beautiful, old well positioned hotel. Wonderful staff & service. The room was small with old fixtures and fittings and could do with provision of an expresso machine, eco friendly amenities and full length mirror, other than that it was perfect!
Amazing place. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Only one thing to mention was absence of fridge in room. It’s nice to put water in fridge to keep it cold overnight.
Average and poor services. Don't believe the senior management team really care or understand what real customer service is. They're not visible therefore no leadership to demand high standards. They believe only their own publicity.
Stunning period property with beautifully appointed rooms
This was a lovely hotel with wonderful employees. I loved every minute of my stay. It was comfortable, well designed, and in a fabulous location. Perfect for my one night solo stay. I will definitely be staying again next time I am in London.
location
Travelers should know that 11 Cadogan Gardens actually has two hotels, one of which is updated (and more modern looking), and Draycott is very traditional and classic (and arguably more dated). I am not sure how Expedia or hotel management assigns rooms to travelers, but I got a room in the Draycott Hotel. Room: It was a large room inside the draycott, definitely one of the biggest I've ever stayed at in London. The washroom was also impressively large, with double sinks, a full tub and separate shower. Just like the rest of the property, the room is classic british, but somewhat dated. Housekeeping took longer than expected to prepare our room but seeing the size afterwards I could see why. Location in the Chelsea district, lots of streets to walk around in and slightly less busy than other parts of London, has a more residential feel which can be a nice retreat after a long day of sight seeing.
Really nice comfortable property in a central location that suited us very very nicely
We have stayed here several times now and the hotel is always wonderful. Service is superb, we can walk everywhere we want to go and if not, taxis and The Tube are easy. Always a pleasure.
Beautiful property, with amazing Chelsea Flower Show installation. Staff excellent. Room very nice but quite expensive.
Good but not value for money on comfort.
Good service but small and no view room. Location is good but Sloan square area is renovated and bit difficult to find the right bus station ..
A great hotel tucked away just off Sloane Square
11 Cadogan is Perfect
Fantastic location. Beautiful room and bath. Staff could not have been more helpful and solicitous. Plan to be a repeat customer.
Like staying in an exclusive club or elegant private home. The hotel is wonderfully English with a series of elegant but intimate and comfortable public rooms. No risk of “open plan” anything at this special hotel. The service is personal and outstanding—each member of staff makes you feel as if you are the only guest there. This hotel is one of a kind for London, which in my experience has many fine hotels.
Ok but not good enough.
Lovely hotel, but don’t rest on your laurels.
The hotel is lovely and the staff pleasant and attentive. Room big, very quiet with a comfortable bed. I would say some attention to detail was lacking - cleaning products left in room by housekeeping, one cake of soap for 4 day stay, heated towel rails not working, confusion as to wether we’d checked in or not, all of which should not happen at a 5 star hotel but in truth didn’t really impact our stay.
Very cozy boutique hotel. Love the library room, mirror room, fireplace lounge room. Beautiful neighborhood. Behind the hotel is a small alley Pavilion road, full of charming shops, eateries and Sloane square is less than 3 mins walk from the hotel. Staffs (Finn, Bella, and many others…)are VERY helpful and nice. They went out of their way to make you feel at home. I was given a small room with a “unique”bathroom sink at the beginning. The sink has 2 different faucets (taps), one with only hot water and one with very cold water. Since I don’t know how to use it, I got frustrated and complained to the front desk, they switched me to another room, which I am very happy about. I also did research on the type of sink faucets, it was an old style for safety reasons. This hotel was build over 100 years ago. Back in the day, hot water was supplied by a storage tank often placed in the loft. It would heat up the water over time, so it would never be as fresh and could get contaminated during the process. Hence, it was decided to keep hot and cold water separately in order to keep cold water safe to drink.
This is the perfect place to stay. Perfect neighbourhood, next to Pavilion Road and Sloane Square. Charming, quaint and very attentive boutique hotel. Complete with small but functional gym. And just in case you missed it, the separate hot and cold taps in the bathroom sink reminds one that you are really in London.
Great experience!
My stay at 11 Cadogan was wonderful. The staff was outstanding. The location is terrific. I would definitely stay there again.
The staff were beyond amazing and it felt like a cozy warm spot coming back each day.
Charming, perfect in every way
Nice hotel. Rooms are a bit small but service and facilities are great.
The restaurant affiliated with this hotel was terrible. Breakfast tolerable, service surly and rude. Dinner was microwaved and both starter and main were slapped down together. Service again was surly and rude.
Amazing stay at 11 Cadogan. Staff was very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Would certainly recommend to anyone staying in London.
Beautiful hotel in a great neighborhood with friendly and helpful staff
A Great Hotel
As always, this is our go to spot when we are visiting London. A true gem in a magnificent location. James and William always go out of their way to take care of all of our needs. 5 stars, full stop.
We had a room that was noisy with air conditioning but the room was comfortable
This was a gem of a find on what was a very busy weekend in London. A real oasis oozing charm and style that you don’t find in big chain hotels. A great place to relax unwind and be pampered.
This property always is top of its game with service and comfort!
All good except the bathroom that is extremely, extremely small, and the tubs should be eliminated because it is very dangerous for the guest to get in and to get out! the rooms are very small, the front desk personnel and the gral manager Mr Richarsona were outstanding, because of them we kept staying there, otherwise I would of change hotel and didn’t matter to lose the money I had prepaid already.
Concierge was very helpful re ‘testing’ and travel etc
I cant smoke
Beautiful hotel, personal service, outstanding staff.
lovely chelsea stay
Lovely hotel, excellent staff and service we will be back
From reception and service to our room it was all excellent.
Loved the hotel and location. Cant wait to go back. Everyone was so nice and helpful.
new years eve in London
amazing boutique hotel with the best service you can have in the best location next to Sloane square. Harrolds 5 min away. the queen 7 min away.
I love 11 Cadogan. Have been staying there often over the past decades. I was a bit put off by the nervousness of the young receptionist, and the fact that I did not appear to get an upgrade... as offered by Expedia. The old management would offer this automatically but less so recently. When I saw the Expedia upgrade offer I jumped on it. Otherwise the rooms can be small and not worth the expense. But if one can get a decent room, the charm and location makes it worth it.
Wonderful Stay
Beautiful hotel in wonderful location with staff who will do anything to help you and a fantastic restaurant too.
Great, boutique hotel in perfect location. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rebecca at the front of house, was a particular stand out. We will be back!
Great stay at a wonderful hotel. Great location for exploring the area. Very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast and evening meals
Fabulous stay
Everything about our stay was fantastic- from the friendly staff to fabulous room. Can’t wait to return!
Beautiful revamped traditional hotel and the staff were exemplary in their friendly professional manner. Beautifully decorated outside for the Chelsea flower show. Will definitely return. Xxx
Overall Excellent!
The hotel is elegant but very understated and in an excellent location. It felt like I was in a very wealthy friends townhouse for a visit. The bathroom was beautiful but a bit small, but otherwise a definite recommendation
Wonderful hotel in an excellent location. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Highly recommended.
Great Service and Location!
Service and location are excellent here! Just off Pavillion Road with the hotel restaurant (Hans Grill) accessible directly from Pavillion Road. Ian, Clara and Mohammed were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is a former members club from the 60s and has that type of atmosphere. Has been updated and renovated since then so standards are modern and high. Will definitely come back!
Lovely hotel, amazing staff and great restaurant. The perfect hotel in the perfect location.

Beautiful neighbor. Small rooms but clean and comfortable.
